| 1 | Preparation of activated carbon from cattail and its application for dyes removal显示文摘Activated carbon was prepared from cattail by H3PO4 activation. The effects influencing the surface area of the resulting activated carbon followed the sequence of activated temperature > activated time > impregnation ratio > impregnation time. The optimum condition was found at an impregnation ratio of 2.5, an impregnation time of 9 hr, an activated temperature of 500°C, and an activated time of 80 min. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area and average pore size of the activated carbon were 1279 m2/g and 5.585 nm, respectively. A heterogeneous structure in terms of both size and shape was highly developed and widely distributed on the carbon surface. Some groups containing oxygen and phosphorus were formed, and the carboxyl group was the major oxygen-containing functional group. An isotherm equilibrium study was carried out to investigate the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon. The data fit the Langmuir isotherm equation, with maximum monolayer adsorption capacities of 192.30 mg/g for Neutral Red and 196.08 mg/g for Malachite Green. Dye-exhausted carbon could be regenerated effectively by thermal treatment. | 2 | A Stackelberg Differential Game Based Bandwidth Allocation in Satellite Communication Network显示文摘In this paper, a Stackelberg differential game based approach is proposed to solve the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network. All the satellites are divided into two groups, one has high download requirements, and the other one has low download requirements. Each satellites group has its own controller for bandwidth allocation, and can get payments from the satellites for the allocated resources. The relationships between the controllers and satellites are formed as a Stackelberg game. In our model, differential equation is introduced to describe the bandwidth dynamics for the whole satellite communication network. Combine the differential equation and Stackelberg game together, we can formulate the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network as a Stackelber differential game. The solutions to the proposed game is solved based the Bellman dynamic equations. | 3 | Assessment of the sources and transformations of nitrogen in a plain river network region using a stable isotope approach显示文摘The great spatial and temporal variability in hydrological conditions and nitrogen(N)processing introduces large uncertainties to the identification of N sources and quantifying N cycles in plain river network regions. By combining isotopic data with chemical and hydrologic measurements, we determined the relative importance of N sources and biogeochemical N processes in the Taige River in the East Plain Region of China. The river was polluted more seriously by anthropogenic inputs in winter than in summer. Manure and urban sewage effluent were the main nitrate(NO-3) sources, with the nitrification of N-containing organic materials serving as another important source of NO-3. In the downstream, with minor variations in hydrological conditions, nitrification played a more important role than assimilation for the decreasing ammonium(NH+4-N) concentrations.The N isotopic enrichment factors(ε) during NH+4utilization ranged from- 13.88‰ in March to- 29.00‰ in July. The ratio of the increase in δ18O and δ15N of river NO-3in the downstream was 1.04 in January and 0.92 in March. This ratio indicated that NO-3assimilation by phytoplankton was responsible for the increasing δ15N and δ18O values of NO-3in winter. | 5 | Spatial heterogeneity of lake eutrophication caused by physiogeographic conditions:An analysis of 143 lakes in China显示文摘In order to identify the effect of geographic characteristics on the variations of nutrient concentrations and the utilization efficiency of nutrients by phytoplankton, data from 143 lakes, from 2008 to 2010, including three very different types of topography, i.e., the first topography ladder(FTL), second topography ladder(STL), and third topography ladder(TTL), were statistically analyzed. Lakes in the FTL and STL, located at high elevation(above1000 m) and low longitudes(lower than 105° E), were sporadically oligotrophic, whereas lakes in the TTL were almost all mesotrophic and eutrophic. The trophic level index(TLI)became higher with the rise of longitude. Two turning points(5 and 15°C) on the curve of TLI as function of the average annual temperature(AAT) corresponded with the AAT in different lake regions in the STL and TTL. Because the responses of TLI to AAT differ significantly, there were variations of nutrient and algal biomass concentrations in different lake regions in the same type of topography ladder. According to the differences in utilization efficiency of total nitrogen or total phosphorus by phytoplankton, China could be partitioned into six lake regions. | 14 | Electrochemical machining on blisk channels with a variable feed rate mode显示文摘Electrochemical machining(ECM)is an economical and effective method for blisk manufacturing and includes two steps:channel machining and profile machining.The allowance distribution after the channel machining will directly affect the profile machining.Therefore,to improve the uniformity of allowance distribution in the machining of channels,a method that incorporates a variable feed rate mode is developed.During the machining process,the feed rates are dynamically changed according to the needs of the side gap at the different feed depths.As a result,the side gaps at the different feed depths vary,contributing to a decrease in the allowance difference.In this study,the dissolution processes of a blisk channel are simulated using different feed rates,and prediction profiles are obtained.Based on the prediction profiles,the relationship among the feed rate,feed depth,and side gap is established.Then,the feed rates at different feed depths are adjusted according to the relationship.In addition,contrast experiments are conducted.Compared with blisk channel ECM using a constant feed rate of 1 mm/min,using the variable feed rate decreases the allowance differences in the convex and concave parts by 62.2%and 67.4%,respectively.This indicates that using the variable feed rate in the ECM process for a blisk channel is feasible and efficient. | Jing WANG Zhengyang XU Jingtao WANG Di ZHU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6: | 2 |
