1Online Learning Control for Hybrid Electric Vehicle显示文摘Improvements in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) fuel economy and emissions heavily depend on an efficient energy management strategy (EMS).However,the uncertainty of future driving conditions generally cannot be easily tackled in EMS design.Most existing EMSs act upon fixed parameters and cannot adapt to varying driving conditions.Therefore,they usually fail to fully explore the potential of these advanced vehicles.In this paper,a novel EMS design procedure based on neural dynamic programming (NDP) is proposed.The NDP is a generic online learning algorithm,which combines stochastic dynamic programming (SDP) and the temporal difference (TD) method.Instead of computing the utility function and optimal control actions through Bellman equations,the NDP algorithm uses two neural networks to approximate them.The weights of these neural networks are updated online by the TD method.It avoids the high computational cost that SDP suffers from and is suitable for real-time implementation.The main advantages of NDP EMS is that it does not rely on prior information related to future driving conditions,and can self-tune with a wide variance in operating conditions.The NDP EMS has been applied to 'Qianghua-I',a prototype of a parallel HEV,using a revolving drum test bench for verification.Experiment results illustrate the potential of the proposed EMS in terms of fuel economy and in keeping state of charge (SOC) deviations at a low level.The proposed research ensures the optimality of NDP EMS,as well as real-time applicability.LI Weimin XU Guoqing XU Yangsheng 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1:12
2Synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of fluorescent solid rare-earth complexes with hydroxamic acids显示文摘The complexes RE2(DHYA)3.nH2O in the title bar were synthesized through some reactions of trivalent rareearth ions.In the process of synthesis,dihydroxam,ic acids were taken as ligands while the alcohol was taken as a solvent.The ligands included adipylhydroxamic acid(ADHA),p-phthalichydroxamic acid(PPHA),oxalohydroxamic acid (OXHA),butadihydroxamic acid(BDHA),o-phthalichydroxamic acid(OPHA),benzoylhydroxamic acid(BHA),etc.Measured at 25℃,the molar conductances in various modes are 13.00-21.05 S.cm^2.mol^-1,which shows that rare-earth complexes are nonelectrolytes and the hydroxamino groups of the complexes have taken part in bonding.Infrared spectra,ultraviolet spectra,nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR) spectra,and fluorescence spectra were used to investigate the complexes,Experiments have proved that the complexes of Eu^3+ and Tb^3+ with aromatic hydroxamic acids have good fluorescent characteristics.LI Yangsheng and LI FanFaculty of Chemistry and Materials Science, Nanchang University, Nanchang 200437, China 2002Rare Metals2002,21,3:2

4Mapping the potential distribution suitability of 16 tree species under climate change in northeastern China using Maxent modelling显示文摘Knowledge on the potential suitability of tree species to the site is very important for forest management planning.Natural forest distribution provides a good reference for afforestation and forest restoration.In this study,we developed species distribution model(SDM)for 16 major tree species with 2,825 permanent sample plots with natural origin from Chinese National Forest Inventory data collected in Jilin Province using the Maxent model.Three types of environmental factors including bioclimate,soil and topography with a total of 33 variables were tested as the input.The values of area under the curve(AUC,one of the receiver operating characteristics of the Maxent model)in the training and test datasets were between 0.784 and 0.968,indicating that the prediction results were quite reliable.The environmental factors affecting the distribution of species were ranked in terms of their importance to the species distribution.Generally,the climatic factors had the greatest contribution,which included mean diurnal range,annual mean temperature,temperature annual range,and iosthermality.But the main environmental factors varied with tree species.Distribution suitability maps under current(1950-2000)and future climate scenarios(CCSM4-RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 during 2050)were produced for 16 major tree species in Jilin Province using the model developed.The predicted current and future ranges of habitat suitability of the 16 tree species are likely to be positively and negatively affected by future climate.Seven tree species were found to benefit from future climate including B etula costata,Fraxinus mandshurica,Juglans mandshurica,Phellodendron amurense,Populus ussuriensis,Quercus mongolica and Ulmus pumila;five tree species will experience decline in their suitable habitat including B.platyphylla,Tilia mongolica,Picea asperata,Pinus sylvestris,Pinus koraiensis;and four(Salix koreensis,Abies fabri,Pinus densiflora and Larix olgensis)showed the inconsistency under RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 scenarios.The maps of the habitat suitability can be used as a basis for afforestation and forest restoration in northeastern China.The SDMs could be a potential tool for forest management planning.Dan Liu Xiangdong Lei Wenqiang Gao Hong Guo Yangsheng Xie Liyong Fu Yuancai Lei Yutang Li Zhuoli Zhang Shouzheng Tang 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,6:2

82,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin promotes migration ability of primary cultured rat astrocytes via aryl hydrocarbon receptor显示文摘Emerging evidence showed that 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin(TCDD) could induce expression of certain reactivation-associated genes in astrocytes, however, the consequent cellular effects and molecular mechanisms are still unclear. During the process of astrocyte reactivation, migration is a critical cellular event. In the present study, we employed woundhealing assay and Transwell? motility assay to explore the effects of TCDD on cell migration in primary cultured rat cortical astrocytes. We found that upon TCDD treatments at relative low concentrations(10^(-10) and/or 10^(-9) mol/L), the ability of primary astrocytes to migrate horizontally and vertically was promoted. In line with this cellular effect, the mR NA expression of two promigratory genes, including cell division cycle 42(CDC42) and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)was induced by TCDD treatment. Dioxin exerts its toxic effects mainly through aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR) pathway. So the role of AhR pathway in the pro-migratory effects of TCDD was examined using an AhR antagonist, CH223191. We found that application of CH223191 significantly reversed the pro-migratory effects of TCDD. Interestingly, the basal ability of horizontal migration as well as basal levels of CDC42 and MMP2 expression were dramatically reduced suggesting a possible physiological role of AhR in maintaining the endogenous migration ability of the primary astrocytes. 19Identification of differentially expressed genes response to TCDD in rat brain after long-term low-dose exposure显示文摘Several cohort studies have reported that dioxin and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls might impair the nervous system and lead to neurological or neurodegenerative diseases in the elder people, but there is limited research on the involved mechanism. By using microarray analysis, we figured out the differentially expressed genes between brain samples from SD rats after low-dose(0.1 μg/(kg?bw)) dioxin exposure for six months and controls. To investigate the function changes in the course of dioxin exposure, Gene Ontology(GO) annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway analysis were performed on the differentially expressed genes. And the changes of several picked genes have been verified by real-time PCR. A total of 145 up-regulated and 64 down-regulated genes were identified. The metabolic processes, interleukin-1 secretion and production were significantly associated with the differentially expressed genes. And the genes regulated by dioxin also clustered to cholinergic synapse and long-term potentiation. Candidate biomarker genes such as egr1, gad2, gabrb3, abca1, ccr5 and pycard may be toxicological targets for dioxin.
