| 1 | Tectonic thermal history and its significance on the formation of oil and gas accumulation and mineral deposit in Ordos Basin显示文摘The analyzing data on stratigraphic temperature measurement , thermal conductivity of the strata and radioactive heat production rate show that the present average geothermal gradient in the Ordos Basin is 2.93℃/100 m, and the average heat flow value is 61.78 mW/m2, which belongs to the mesothermal basin, and the value of the present geothermal gradient and heat flow in the east is higher than that in the west. The sandstone radioactive heat production rate of Zhiluo Group in Dongsheng Uranium deposits of Yimeng uplift is obviously higher in the mudstone, indicating that there exists a uranium anomaly. Based on studies of the present thermal field of the basin, the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature and paleogeothermal gradient are determined by using different kinds of paleotemperature methods. According to the anomaly of the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature gradient and magmatic event age, there was a tectonic thermal event in the early Cretaceous epoch of late-Mesozoic. This article rebuilds tectonic thermal history of different tectonic units by thermal history simulation using basin simulating software. The evolution of oil-gas and coal, and accumulation (mineralization) of mineral uranium are all controlled by the tectonic thermal history in the Ordos basin, especially by the tectonic thermal event that happened in the late Mesozoic. For both the gas source rocks of upper Paleozoic group and lower paleozoic group, the gas was largely generated in the early Cretaceous epoch of the late Mesozoic. The main petroleum generation period for Yanchang Group in Triassic system is the early Cretaceous epoch too, and the highest thermal maturity of the coal of Permo-Carboniferous, Triassic, and Jurassic reaches is the early Cretaceous epoch also. | 2 | Intrastriatal glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factors for protecting dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of mice with Parkinson disease显示文摘BACKGROUND:Substantia nigra is deep in position and limited in range,the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)injection directly into substantia nigra has relatively greater damages with higher difficulty.GDNF injection into striatum,the target area of dopaminergic neuron,may protect the dopaminergic neurons in the compact part of substantia nigra through retrograde transport.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effect of intrastriatal GDNF on dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of mice with Parkinson disease(PD),and analyze the action pathway.DESIGN:A controlled observation.SETTING:Neurobiological Laboratory of Xuzhou Medical College.MATERIALS:Twenty-four male Kunming mice of 7-8 weeks old were used.GDNF,1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)were purchased from Sigma Company(USA);LEICAQWin image processing and analytical system.METHODS:The experiments were carried out in the Neurobiological Laboratory of Xuzhou Medical College from September 2005 to October 2006.The PD models were established in adult KunMing mice by intraperitoneal injection of MPTP.The model mice were were randomly divided into four groups with 6 mice in each group:GDNF 4-day group,phosphate buffer solution(PSB)4-day group,GDNF 6-day group and PSB 6-day group.Mice in the GDNF 4 and 6-day groups were administrated with 1 μL GDNF solution(20 μg/L,dispensed with 0.01 mol/L PBS)injected into right striatum at 4 and 6 days after model establishment.Mice in the PSB 4 and 6-day groups were administrated with 0.01 mol/L PBS of the same volume to the same injection at corresponding time points.② On the 12th day after model establishment,the midbrain tissue section of each mice was divided into 3 areas from rostral to caudal sides.The positive neurons of tyroxine hydroxylase(TH)and calcium binding protein(CB)with obvious nucleolus and clear outline were randomly selected for the measurement,and the number of positive neurons in unit area was counted.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Number of positive neurons of TH and CB in midbrain substantia nigra of mice in each group.RESULTS:All the 24 mice were involved in the analysis of results.The numbers of TH+ and CB+ neurons in the GDNF 4-day group(54.33±6.92,46.33±5.54)were obviously more than those in the PBS 4-day group(27.67±5.01,21.50±5.96,P < 0.01).The numbers of TH+ and CB+ neurons in the GDNF 6-day group(75.67±5.39,69.67±8.69)were obviously more than those in the PBS 6-day group(27.17±4.50,21.33±5.72,P < 0.01)and those in the GDNF 4-day group(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:Intrastriatal GDNF can protect dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra of PD mice,and it may be related to the increase of CB expression. | Chenghua Xiao Yanqiang Wang Hongmei Liu Hongjun Wang Junping Cao Dianshuai Gao | 2007 | Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,4: | 4 |
| 3 | GNSS clock corrections densification at SHAO:from 5 min to 30 s显示文摘High frequency multi-GNSS zero-difference applications like Precise Orbit Determination(POD)for Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)and high frequency kinematic positioning require corresponding high-rate GNSS clock corrections.The determination of the GNSS clocks in the orbit determination process is time consuming,especially in the combined GPS/GLONASS processing.At present,a large number of IGS Analysis Centers(AC)provide clock corrections in 5-min sampling and only a few ACs provide clocks in 30-s sampling for both GPS and GLONASS.In this paper,an efficient epoch-difference GNSS clock determination algorithm is adopted based on the algorithm used by the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe(CODE).The clock determination procedure of the GNSS Analysis Center at Shanghai Astronomical Observatory(SHAO)and the algorithm is described in detail.It is shown that the approach greatly speeds up the processing,and the densified 30-s clocks have the same quality as the 5-min clocks estimated based on a zero-difference solution.Comparing the densified 30-s GNSS clocks provided by SHAO with that of IGS and its ACs,results show that our 30-s GNSS clocks are of the same quality as that of IGS.Allan deviation also gives the same conclusion.Further validation of the SHAO 30-s clock product is performed in kinematic PPP and LEO POD.Results indicate that the positions have the same accuracy when using SHAO 30-s GNSS clocks or IGS(and its AC)finals.The robustness of the algorithm and processing approach ensure its extension to provide clocks in 5-s or even higher frequencies.The implementation of the new approach is simple and it could be delivered as a black-box to the current scientific software packages. | CHEN JunPing ZHANG YiZe ZHOU XuHua PEI Xiao WANG JieXian WU Bin | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,1: | 4 |
| 4 | DC-CIK联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效评价(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety and therapeutic effects of autologous dendritic cells co-cultured with cytokine-induced killer cells (DC-CIK) combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Methods: Fifty patients with advanced NSCLC (stages III to IV), who had received therapies in our Center (Department of Biotherapy, Affiliated to Cancer Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Taiyuan, China) from August 2008 to January 2010, were treated by DC-CIK + chemotherapy as the combined treatment group; fifty advanced NSCLC patients treated with chemotherapy at the same time served as controls. The immunologic function, short-term therapeutic effects, the 1-year survival rate, the life quality, the chemotherapy side effects were compared between the two groups, the safety and therapeutic effects of DC-CIK cells therapy were observed too. Results: There was no obvious change of subsets of T cells in peripheral blood before and after therapy in DC-CIK + chemotherapy group, and IFN-γ was improved after therapy in this group (P < 0.05); in chemotherapy alone group, the ratios of CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD3-CD56+ cells and the secretion of IL-2, TNF-α decreased significantly after therapy (P < 0.05); the ratios of CD3+CD8+, CD3+CD56+ were improved after cell culture (P < 0.05). The disease control rate (DCR) of DC-CIK + chemotherapy group was higher than that in the chemotherapy alone group (78.0% vs 56.0%, P < 0.05); the 1-year survival rates of DC-CIK + chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group were 50% and 44% respectively, had no significant difference. Compared with chemotherapy alone group, the occurrence of chemotherapy side effects (including bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, peripheral nerve toxicity) was less in the DC-CIK + chemotherapy group (P < 0.05). The physical and appetite were better in DC-CIK + chemotherapy group after therapy. | 5 | Surface modification of an up-conversion luminescence material by overcoating with SiO_2 and its characterization显示文摘The surface of an up-conversion luminescence material was modified by overcoating with SiO2, which was syn- thesized from a hydrolysis progress of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in alkalescent condition. By analyzing the hydrolyzed mechanism of TEOS, it was found that there was not only physical adsorption but also chemical bonding between the up-conversion material and SiO2. At the same time, some adsorption bands at 1100, 475, 950, and 3500 cm?1 were found by FI-IR, which were the characteristic bands of Si?OH and Si?O?Si. By analyzing the surface elements of the coated material by XPS, it was found that its surface only included Si, O, and C elements, and not F and Y. In the picture of XRD, there was no additional peak after surface modification, suggesting that the silica shell was amorphous. The small peak at 2θ = 23° in the X-ray diffraction pattern of the coated material was caused by the amorphous SiO2 shell, and the TEM image also proved that the surface of the material was successfully modified by overcoating with SiO2. The factors that may influence the surface modification,such as reaction time,amount of catalyzer and modifier,and reaction solvent,were investigated. The optimal conditions were that the reaction time,the quantity of the basic catalyzer,the quantity of modifier and the volume of reaction solvent were 40 min,1.0,1.0,and 40 mL,respectively. | 8 | A novel radiomics signature based on T2-weighted imaging accurately predicts hepatic inflammation in individuals with biopsy-proven nonalcoholic fatty liver disease:a derivation and independent validation study显示文摘Background:Currently,there are no effective methods for assessing hepatic inflammation without resorting to histological examination of liver tissue obtained by biopsy.T2-weighted images(T2WI)are routinely obtained from liver magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan sequences.We aimed to establish a radiomics signature based on T2WI(T2-RS)for assessment of hepatic inflammation in people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 203 individuals with biopsy-confirmed NAFLD from two independent Chinese cohorts with liver MRI examination were enrolled in this study.The hepatic inflammatory activity score(IAS)was calculated by the unweighted sum of the histologic scores for lobular inflammation and ballooning.One thousand and thirty-two radiomics features were extracted from the localized region of interest(ROI)in the right liver lobe of T2WI and,subsequently,selected by minimum redundancy maximum relevance and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)methods.The T2-RS was calculated by adding the selected features weighted by their coefficients.Results:Eighteen radiomics features from Laplacian of Gaussian,wavelet,and original images were selected for establishing T2-RS.The T2-RS value differed significantly between groups with increasing grades of hepatic inflammation(P<0.01).The T2-RS yielded an area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUROC)of 0.80[95%confidence interval(CI):0.71-0.89]for predicting hepatic inflammation in the training cohort with excellent calibration.The AUROCs of T2-RS in the internal cohort and external validation cohorts were 0.77(0.61-0.93)and 0.75(0.63-0.84),respectively.Conclusions:The T2-RS derived from radiomics analysis of T2WI shows promising utility for predicting hepatic inflammation in individuals with NAFLD. | Zhong-Wei Chen Huan-Ming Xiao Xinjian Ye Kun Liu Rafael S.Rios Kenneth I.Zheng Yi Jin Giovanni Targher Christopher D.Byrne Junping Shi Zhihan Yan Xiao-Ling Chi Ming-Hua Zheng | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Clinical evaluation of 4D dynamic dose for thoracic tumor stereotactic body radiation therapy with variable parameters显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the dose uncertainty in stereotactic body radiation therapy induced by respiratory motion using a 4D dynamic dose(4DDD)reconstruction method.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on five lung cancer patients who received static intensitymodulated radiation therapy.The 4DDD was constructed using beam delivery log files,four-dimensional computed tomography(4DCT)scans,and treatment plans.To evaluate the impact of respiratory motion,4DDD calculations were performed with 10 starting phases for each field.A total of 270 field doses were simulated and calculated.The differences between the cumulative volume histogram in whole-course treatment and the field doses'gamma passing rate(GPR)were compared.The correlations between plan complexity metrics and the dose deviation caused by respiratory motion were evaluated independently.The phase distributions of 398 subfields were calculated and evaluated for the influence of dose rate and breathing frequency.Results:The GPRs of all fields were different among various starting phases,with the highest range from 62.20% to 76.87% for 2 mm/3%GPR.The deviation of mean point dose was(5.42±5.21)%,and the deviation in the mean dose and D98% within the internal gross tumor volume were(0.97±0.71)% and(0.77±0.53)%,respectively.There was a significant correlation between the beam aperture-to-volume(BA2V)ratio and the average 2 mm/2%GPR(R?0.601,P<0.01).Lower dose rates led to a more homogeneous distribution of phases among subfields(t?44.100,P<0.001).Conclusions:Different beam starting phases had a limited impact on the overall treatment evaluation.However,the respiratory motion could be observed to induce dose deviations using the 4DDD reconstruction model,particularly for fields with small BA2V. | Yiling Zeng Yu Chang Sheng Zhang Jun Han Hongyuan Liu Feng Xiao Bo Pang Bin Hu Junping Cheng Hong Quan Zhiyong Yang | 2023 | Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,3: | 0 |

| 16 | Features of Sina Weibo altmetrics indicator显示文摘With statistical analysis of Weibo altmetrics indicator, the paper explored features of a typical altmetrics indicator in Chinese environment. Results show that the coverage of Weibo is below 1%. However, the coverage is underestimated due to limitation of tracking time and objects. Weibo mentions and discusses articles mainly from disciplines like 'General', 'Biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology', 'Health science', 'Medicine' and 'Life science' etc. In addition to traditional distinguished interdisciplinary journals like Nature, preprint platform and open access journal like ar Xiv, PLo S ONE and SSRN also drew much attention from Weibo. Meanwhile, 'Biology Science' and 'Medical science' have the most highlighted journals. Weibo mainly tracks latest articles, reflected in that articles tracked within 180 days occupy 68.66%, it also tracks classic articles. Weibo authors prefer to disseminate, recommend and criticize articles that are adherent to daily life, funny, useful or related to health, which conveys social value and scholarly value beyond citations. Weibo altmetrics indicator is highly scattered and concentrated. 5.1% of the articles have harvested 50% of the weibos.
