1Manipulation of Band Degeneracy and Lattice Strain for Extraordinary PbTe Thermoelectrics显示文摘Maximizing band degeneracy and minimizing phonon relaxation time are proven to be successful for advancing thermoelectrics.Alloying with monotellurides has been known to be an effective approach for converging the valence bands of PbTe for electronic improvements,while the lattice thermal conductivity of the materials remains available room for being further reduced.It is recently revealed that the broadening of phonon dispersion measures the strength of phonon scattering,and lattice dislocations are particularly effective sources for such broadening through lattice strain fluctuations.In this work,a fine control of MnTe and EuTe alloying enables a significant increase in density of electron states near the valence band edge of PbTe due to involvement of multiple transporting bands,while the creation of dense in-grain dislocations leads to an effective broadening in phonon dispersion for reduced phonon lifetime due to the large strain fluctuations of dislocations as confirmed by synchrotron X-ray diffraction.The synergy of both electronic and thermal improvements successfully leads the average thermoelectric figure of merit to be higher than that ever reported for p-type PbTe at working temperatures.Yixuan Wu Pengfei Nan Zhiwei Chen Zezhu Zeng Siqi Lin Xinyue Zhang Hongliang Dong Zhiqiang Chen Hongkai Gu Wen Li Yue Chen Binghui Ge Yanzhong Pei 2020Research2020,,1:6
2Heterogeneous uptake of nitrogen dioxide on Chinese mineral dust显示文摘Mineral dust is one of the major aerosols in the atmosphere.To assess its impact on trace atmospheric gases,in this work we present a laboratory study of the effect of temperature on the heterogeneous reaction of NO_2 on the surface of ambient Chinese dust over the temperature range from 258 to 313 K.The results suggest that nitrogen dioxide could mainly be adsorbed on these types of Chinese mineral dust reversibly with little temperature dependence.Similar to a previous study on NO_2 uptake on mineral aerosols,the uptake coefficients are mainly on the order of 10^(-6) for the Chinese dust,when BET areas are taken into account.HONO was observed as a product,and its formation and decomposition on Chinese mineral dust during the uptake processes were also studied.The complete dataset from this study was compiled with previous literature determinations.Atmospheric implications of the heterogeneous reaction between NO_2 and mineral dust are also discussed,in an effort to understand this important heterogeneous process.Li Zhou Weigang Wang Siqi Hou Shengrui Tong Maofa Ge 2015Journal of Environmental Sciences2015,27,12:6

4Influences of multiphoton absorption and freecarrier effects on frequency-comb generation in normal dispersion silicon microresonators显示文摘We investigate frequency-comb generation in normal dispersion silicon microresonators from the near-infrared to mid-infrared wavelength range in the presence of multiphoton absorption and free-carrier effects. It is found that parametric oscillation is inhibited in the telecom wavelength range resulting from strong two-photon absorption.On the contrary, beyond the wavelength of 2200 nm, where three-and four-photon absorption are less detrimental,a comb can be generated with moderate pump power, or free-carriers are swept out by a positive-intrinsic-negative structure. In the temporal domain, the generated combs correspond to flat-top pulses, and the pulse duration can be easily controlled by varying the laser detuning. The reported comb generation process shows a high conversion efficiency compared with anomalous dispersion regime, which can guide and promote comb formation in materials with normal dispersion. 5Comparisons of measured nitrous acid(HONO) concentrations in a pollution period at urban and suburban Beijing, in autumn of 2014显示文摘To study the HONO formation mechanisms during a pollution period, a continuous measurement was performed in both urban and suburban aeras of Beijing. During this period, the PM2.5 concentrations increased to 201 and 137 ?g/m3 in urban and suburban areas, respectively. The concentrations of HONO, CO, SO2, O3, NO, NO2, NOx were 1.45 ppbv, 0.61 ppmv, 8.7 ppbv, 4.3 ppbv, 44.4 ppbv, 37.4 ppbv, 79.4 ppbv and 0.72 ppbv, 1.00 ppmv, 1.2 ppbv, 7.9 ppbv, 3.7 ppbv, 8.2 ppbv, 11.9 ppbv, in urban and suburban areas, respectively. To compare possible pathways of HONO formation in both sites, the contributions of direct emissions, heterogeneous formations, and homogeneous productions were studied. HONO/NO2 ratios in the two sites indicated that heterogeneous reactions of NO2 were more efficient in suburban areas. And in both urban and suburban areas, the increase of PM2.5 concentrations and RH would promote the conversion efficiency in RH that ranged from 0% to 85%. However, when RH was above 85%, the HONO formation slowed down. Moreover, the study of direct emissions and homogeneous reactions showed that they contributed to a majority of HONO increase in urban areas than the 20% contributions in suburban areas. 6Closed-loop cobalt recycling from spent lithium-ion batteries based on a deep eutectic solvent (DES) with easy solvent recovery显示文摘Efficient recycling technology for the rapid growth of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is essential to tackle the resources and environmental crisis.Hydrometallurgical approach has attracted extensive research due to its potential to reduce the consumption of energy and threat to the environment.However,the simultaneous realization of green,efficient and closed-loop recycling is still challenging.Herein,we report a closed-loop and highly efficient approach to recycle lithium cobalt oxide from spent LIBs based on a choline chloride:oxalic acid(ChCl:OA)type deep eutectic solvent(DES).An ultrafast leaching process is observed at 180°C for 10 s with no observable residues.The energy barrier during leaching is calculated to be 113.9 kJ/mol.Noteworthy,the solubility of cobalt ions can be reversibly tuned by simply adding/evaporating deionized water,thus avoiding the addition of precipitant and enabling the easy recovery of the leaching solvent for realizing a closed-loop recycling process.The simultaneous realization of high efficiency,green and closed-loop process is expected to push the DES into practical application for recycling the electrodes of LIBs.Taibai Li Yige Xiong Xiaohui Yan Tao Hu Siqi Jing Zhongjie Wang Xiang Ge 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:3
7Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells for psoriasis:a phase 1/2a,single-arm study显示文摘Psoriasis is a common,chronic immune-mediated systemic disease that had no effective and durable treatment.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have immunomodulatory properties.Therefore,we performed a phase 1/2a,single-arm clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of human umbilical cord-derived MSCs(UMSCs)in the treatment of psoriasis and to preliminarily explore the possible mechanisms.Seventeen patients with psoriasis were enrolled and received UMsC infusions.Adverse events,laboratory parameters,PASl,and PGA were analyzed.We did not observe obvious side effects during the treatment and 6-month follow-up.A total of 47.1%(8/17)of the psoriasis patients had at least 40%improvement in the PASl score,and 17.6%(3/17)had no sign of disease or minimal disease based on the PGA score.And the efficiency was 25%(2/8)for males and 66.7%(6/9)for females.After UMSC transplantation(UMSCT),the frequencies of Tregs and CD4^(+)memory T cells were significantly increased,and the frequencies of T helper(Th)17 and CD4^(+)naive T cells were significantly decreased in peripheral blood(PB)of psoriasis patients.And all responders showed significant increases in Tregs and CD4^(+)memory T cells,and significant decreases in Th17 cells and serum IL-17 level after UMsCT.And baseline level of Tregs in responders were significantly lower than those in nonresponders.In conclusion,allogeneic UMSCT is safe and partially effective in psoriasis patients,and level of Tregs may be used as a potent biomarker to predict the clinical efficacy of UMSCT.Trial registration Clinical Trials NCT03765957.Lamei Cheng Siqi Wang Cong Peng Xiao Zou Chao Yang Hua Mei Chuang Li Xian Su Na Xiao Qi Ouyang Mi Zhang Qiaolin Wang Yan Luo Minxue Shen Qun Qin Honglin Wang Wu Zhu Guangxiu Lu Ge Lin Yehong Kuang Xiang Chen 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9:2

9Domain knowledge discovery from abstracts of scientific literature on Nickel-based single crystal superalloys显示文摘Despite the huge accumulation of scientific literature,it is inefficient and laborious to manually search it for useful information to investigate structure-activity relationships.Here,we propose an efficient text-mining framework for the discovery of credible and valuable domain knowledge from abstracts of scientific literature focusing on Nickel-based single crystal superalloys.Firstly,the credibility of abstracts is quantified in terms of source timeliness,publication authority and author’s academic standing.Next,eight entity types and domain dictionaries describing Nickel-based single crystal superalloys are predefined to realize the named entity recognition from the abstracts,achieving an accuracy of 85.10%.Thirdly,by formulating 12 naming rules for the alloy brands derived from the recognized entities,we extract the target entities and refine them as domain knowledge through the credibility analysis.Following this,we also map out the academic cooperative“Author-Literature-Institute”network,characterize the generations of Nickel-based single crystal superalloys,as well as obtain the fractions of the most important chemical elements in superalloys.The extracted rich and diverse knowledge of Nickel-based single crystal superalloys provides important insights toward understanding the structure-activity relationships for Nickel-based single crystal superalloys and is expected to accelerate the design and discovery of novel superalloys.LIU Yue DING Lin YANG ZhengWei GE XianYuan LIU DaHui LIU Wei YU Tao AVDEEV Maxim SHI SiQi 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,6:1
10Enhanced photocatalytic ammonia oxidation activity and nitrogen selectivity over Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2) photocatalyst显示文摘The removal of ammonia(NH_(3))emitted from agricultural and industrial activities is of great significance to protect human health and ecological environment.Photocatalytic NH_(3)oxidation to N2under mild conditions is a promising strategy.However,developing visible light photocatalysts for NH_(3)oxidation is still in its infancy.Here,we fabricate N-TiO_(2)and Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)photocatalysts by sol-gel and photodeposition methods,respectively.The introduction of N not only endows TiO_(2)with visible light response(absorption edge at460 nm)but also results in the formation of heterophase junction(anatase and rutile).Thus,N-TiO_(2)shows 2.0 and 1.8 times higher than those over anatase TiO_(2)and commercial TiO_(2)for NH_(3)oxidation under full spectrum irradiation.Meanwhile,surface modification of Ag can simultaneously enhance visible light absorption(generating localized surface plasmon resonance effect)and charge separation efficiency.Therefore,the photocatalytic activity of Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)is further improved.Furthermore,the presence of N and Ag also enhances the selectivity of N2product owing to the change of reaction pathway.This work simultaneously regulates photocatalytic conversion efficiency and product selectivity,providing some guidance for developing highly efficient photocatalysts for NH_(3)elimination.Jiaojiao Guan Daorong Li Jiahui Feng Peng Xu Zhaonian Li Siqi Ge Hongxia Chen Kunfeng Zhang 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
11Regulating the synergy coefficient of composite materials for alleviating self-discharge of supercapacitors显示文摘Supercapacitor is an efficient energy storage device,yet its wider application is still limited by self-discharge.Currently,various composite materials have been reported to have improved inhibition on self-discharge,while the evaluation of the synergistic effect in composite materials is challenging.Herein,pairs of intercalation type pseudocapacitive niobium oxides are pre-lithiated and coupled to construct conjugatedly configured supercapacitors,within which the cathode and anode experience identical reaction environment with single type of charge carrier,thus providing ideal platform to quantify the synergistic effect of composite materials on the self-discharge process.By using titanium dioxide as the stabilizer,we have compared how the modes of forming composite would influence the selfdischarge performance of the active composite materials with similar ratio of the constituent materials.Specifically,core@shell Nb_(2)O_(5)@TiO_(2) composite using TiO_(2) as the shell shows significantly higher synergy coefficient(μ=0.61,defined as the value that evaluates the synergistic effect between composite materials,and can be quantified using the overall performance of the composite,performance of individual component as well as the ratio of the component.) than other control group samples,which corresponds to the highest retained energy of 63% at 100 h.This work is expected to provide a general method for quantifying the synergistic effect and guide the design of composite materials with specific mode of forming the composite.Siqi Jing Xiaohui Yan Yige Xiong Taibai Li Junkai Xiong Tao Hu Zhongjie Wang Liang Lou Xiang Ge 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,9:0
12Construction and Practice of Teaching Staff and Teaching Quality Monitoring System in University Affiliated Hospitals Under the Background of Education Informatization显示文摘Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.Yu Cai Ge Wu Yuanyuan Jia Siqi Wang Chang Tian Yu Feng 2023Journal of Contemporary Educational Research2023,7,4:0
13Teaching Effect of Online Live Broadcasting with Screen Sharing and PowerPoint Recording and Broadcasting on Medical Students'Learning of Obstetrics and Gynecology显示文摘Objective:During the prevention and control of the outbreak of the new coronavirus,an upsurge of online teaching was set off in various teaching institutions.There is a relatively new online teaching method that has stood out,namely the screen sharing method.The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of live broadcasting and PowerPoint recorded lectures in terms of medical students' mastery of knowledge.Methods:The study was carried out among medical students of class 1806 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University who were in their clinical years.The students were randomly divided into two groups,in which 15 students were enrolled in the live broadcast lecture group,while 13 were in the PowerPoint recorded lecture group.Each group underwent two weeks of teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.After the second week of the course,a knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out,and the same test paper was used again 14 days after the previous test.The knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out using the Dingding intelligent form.Results:With regard to the post-test knowledge,the scores of the students under the two teaching methods were high,indicating that the learning effects from the two methods are similar(p>0.05).In terms of satisfaction,students showed more acceptance to screen sharing lectures(p<0.01).Conclusion:In small-scale online teaching,live lecture with screen sharing is a better and more effective teaching method,and students are more likely to accept this teaching method.Yu Cai Yuanyuan Jia Siqi Wang Chang Tian Yu Feng Rui Chen Ge Wu 2022Journal of Contemporary Educational Research2022,6,5:0
14Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Teaching Engagement by Teachers in Higher Medical Colleges Under the Background of“New Medical Education”显示文摘The“New Medical Education”is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era.As a key and core element of the construction of the“New Medical Education,”the engagement in teaching work of university teachers is a key issue that determines the level of teaching development of university teachers and affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Using the literature review method,this study analyzed 39 relevant literatures retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1997 to 2023.The concept,connotation,current situation,influencing factors,and improvement strategies of teaching engagement by university teachers were reviewed and summarized.The results showed that the issue of teaching engagement by university teachers has not received high attention in the field of higher education,especially in higher medical education,which has not yet been reported.Although the overall number of literature is not large,some of the conclusions have important implications for the next research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of double-qualified teacher engagement in higher medical colleges.Yuanyuan Jia Yu Cai Ge Wu Siqi Wang Chang Tian Yu Feng 2023Journal of Contemporary Educational Research2023,7,10:0
15Exploring key developmental phases and phase-specific genes across the entirety of anther development in maize显示文摘Anther development from stamen primordium to pollen dispersal is complex and essential to sexual reproduction.How this highly dynamic and complex developmental process is controlled genetically is not well understood,especially for genes involved in specific key developmental phases.Here we generated RNA sequencing libraries spanning 10 key stages across the entirety of anther development in maize(Zea mays).Global transcriptome analyses revealed distinct phases of cell division and expansion,meiosis,pollen maturation,and mature pollen,for which we detected 50,245,42,and 414 phase-specific marker genes,respectively.Phase-specific transcription factor genes were significantly enriched in the phase of meiosis.The phase-specific expression of these marker genes was highly conserved among the maize lines Chang7-2 and W23,indicating they might have important roles in anther development.We explored a desiccationrelated protein gene,ZmDRP1,which was exclusively expressed in the tapetum from the tetrad to the uninucleate microspore stage,by generating knockout mutants.Notably,mutants in ZmDRP1 were completely male-sterile,with abnormal Ubisch bodies and defective pollen exine.Our work provides a glimpse into the gene expression dynamics and a valuable resource for exploring the roles of key phase-specific genes that regulate anther development.Yingjia Han Mingjian Hu Xuxu Ma Ge Yan Chunyu Wang Siqi Jiang Jinsheng Lai Mei Zhang 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,7:0

17Aromatic compounds-mediated synthesis of anatase-free hierarchical TS-1 zeolite:Exploring design strategies via machine learning and enhanced catalytic performance显示文摘Simultaneous achievement of constructing mesopores and eliminating anatase is a long-term pursuit for enhancing the catalytic performance of TS-1.Here,we developed an aromatic compounds-mediated synthesis method to prepare anatase-free and hierarchical TS-1 for olefin epoxidation.A series of hierarchical TS-1 zeolites were prepared by introducing aromatic compounds containing different functional groups via the crystallization process.The formation of intercrystalline mesopores and insertion of titanium into framework were facilitated at different extent.The synergistic coordination of carboxyl and hydroxyl in aromatic compounds with Ti(OH)4 realizes the uniform distribution of titanium species and eliminates the generation of anatase.Noteworthily,eight machine learning models were trained to reveal the mechanism of additive functional groups and preparation conditions on anatase formation and microstructure optimization.The prediction accuracy of most models can reach more than 80%.Benefiting from the larger mesopore volumes(0.37 cm3⋅g−1)and higher content of framework Ti species,TS-DHBDC-48h samples exhibit a higher catalytic performance than other zeolites,giving 1-hexene conversion of 49.3%and 1,2-epoxyhenane selectivity of 99.9%.The paper provides a facile aromatic compounds-mediated synthesis strategy and promotes the application of machine learning toward the design and optimization of new zeolites.Chang’an Wang Guoqing An Jing Lin Xiaowei Zhang Zhiyuan Liu Yibin Luo Siqi Liu Zhixiang Cheng Tingting Guo Hongyi Gao Ge Wang Xingtian Shu 2023Aggregate2023,4,4:0
