| 2 | Mechanism of intercalation and deintercalation of lithium ions in graphene nanosheets显示文摘Graphene nanosheets (GNSs) were synthesized by reducing exfoliated graphite oxides. Their structure, surface morphology and lithium storage mechanism were characterized and investigated systematically using X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, charge-discharge tests, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was found that the GNSs, which were obtained via chemical synthesis, were primarily less than 10 graphene layers. The GNS electrodes, which were fabricated from the reduced GNSs, exhibited an enhanced reversible lithium storage capacity and good cyclic stability when serving as anodes in lithium-ion batteries. Also, the first-cycle irreversible capacities of the system were relatively high, because of the formation of a solid electrolyte interphase film on the surface of the GNS electrode and the spontaneous stacking of GNSs during the first lithiation. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results suggest that the solid electrolyte interphase film on the GNS electrode during first lithiation were primarily formed at potentials between 0.95 and 0.7 V. | 3 | Effect of naringenin in Qianggu capsule on population pharmacokinetics in Chinese women with primary osteoporosis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To characterize naringenin(NAR) population pharmacokinetics(PPK) in Chinese women with primary osteoporosis.METHODS:Ninety-eight female patients with primary osteoporosis from the Jingshan,Beixinqiao,Jiaodaokou,Chaoyangmen,and Donghuamen communities in Beijing,China,aged 40 to 80 years,received oral Qianggu capsules(250 mg).Blood samples were collected before and at 0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8,10,12,and 24 h after administration.The concentration of NAR in the blood samples was measured using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.PPK analyses were performed with nonlinear mixed-effect modeling software(version 7.1.2,PsN3.2.12).The clearance(C1),central distribution volume(V),absorption rate constant(Ka1),peripheral distribution volume(VII),and inter-compartmental clearance(CLII) were set as parameters and estimated by the base model,covariate model,and final model.Kidney-Yang deficiency[Shenyangxu(SYAX)]and liver-kidney-Yin deficiency(Ganshenyinxu) are patterns of symptoms in Traditional Chinese Medicine that were set as covariates,along with age,height,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,and hyperlipidemia.Both stepwise forward and backward procedures were accomplished to build models.The final model was evaluated by internal and external validation,visual predictive check,bootstrap,and leverage analysis.RESULTS:A one compartment open model with first order degradation was the best fitted to the concentration-time profiles following oral administration of NAR.The mean of population parameters of the final model,C1,SYAX on C1,V,Ka1,CLII,and VII,were measured to be 37.6 L/h,0.427 L,123 L/h,0.12/h,0.3056,and 1.446,respectively.Inter-individual variability was estimated and SYAX was identified as a significant covariate.CONCLUSION:The population pharmacokinetic model described in this study could effectively characterize the pharmacokinetic profile of NAR following administration of a single dose of oral Qianggu capsules in Chinese women with primary osteoporosis.Among the tested covariates,only SYAX was a significant factor. | Wang Jiannong Jiang Junjie Xie Yanming Wei Xu Li Jianpeng Duan Jingli Xiong Xin | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2: | 9 |

| 5 | Comparison of soil physico-chemical properties under different land-use and cover types in northeastern China's Horqin Sandy Land显示文摘The Horqin Sandy Land of northeastern China was originally a grassland with plenty of water and lush vegetation dominated by palatable grass species along with sparsely scattered woody species. However, it has experienced severe desertification in recent decades due to its fragile ecology together with inappropriate human activities. Currently, the landscape of the Horqin Sandy Land is dominated by irrigated croplands and sand dunes with different degrees of vegetation cover, as the region has become the most important part of the semiarid agro-pastoral ecotone of northern China. In this study, we compared soil physical and chemical properties under different land-use and cover types(irrigated cropland, rainfed cropland, sandy grassland, fixed dunes, and mobile dunes). We found that soil particle size distribution; organic C, total N, and total mineral element, microelement, and available microelement and nutrient contents; p H; CEC; and bulk density differed significantly among the land-use and cover types. In general, soil quality was highest in the cropland, intermediate in the sandy grassland, and lowest in the dunes. The most important soil quality attribute, soil organic carbon(SOC) storage, decreased in the following order: irrigated cropland(5,699 g/m^2) > sandy grassland(3,390 g/m^2) > rainfed cropland(2,411 g/m^2) > fixed dunes(821 g/m^2) > mobile dunes(463 g/m^2). SOC was significantly positively correlated with a large proportion of the other soil physico-chemical parameters. | 8 | Development of the novel ACLY inhibitor 326E as a promising treatment for hypercholesterolemia显示文摘Hepatic cholesterol accumulation is an important contributor to hypercholesterolemia,which results in atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease(CVD).ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY)is a key lipogenic enzyme that converts cytosolic citrate derived from tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA cycle)to acetyl-CoA in the cytoplasm.Therefore,ACLY represents a link between mitochondria oxidative phosphorylation and cytosolic de novo lipogenesis.In this study,we developed the small molecule 326E with an enedioic acid structural moiety as a novel ACLY inhibitor,and its CoA-conjugated form 326E-CoA inhibited ACLY activity with an IC_(50)=5.31±1.2μmol/L in vitro.326E treatment reduced de novo lipogenesis,and increased cholesterol efflux in vitro and in vivo.326E was rapidly absorbed after oral administration,exhibited a higher blood exposure than that of the approved ACLY inhibitor bempedoic acid(BA)used for hypercholesterolemia.Chronic 326E treatment in hamsters and rhesus monkeys resulted in remarkable improvement of hyperlipidemia.Once daily oral administration of 326E for 24 weeks prevented the occurrence of atherosclerosis in ApoE^(-/-)mice to a greater extent than that of BA treatment.Taken together,our data suggest that inhibition of ACLY by 326E represents a promising strategy for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. | Zhifu Xie Mei Zhang Qian Song Long Cheng Xinwen Zhang Gaolei Song Xinyu Sun Min Gu Chendong Zhou Yangming Zhang Kexin Zhu Jianpeng Yin Xiaoyan Chen Jingya Li Fajun Nan | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Flexible and breathable 3D porous SSE/MXene foam towards impact/electromagnetic interference/bacteria multiple protection performance for intelligent wearable devices显示文摘As intelligent wearable devices,they will inevitably be subjected to various damages and disturbances from the external environment during daily use.Therefore,it is urgent to develop safeguarding materials with multiple protective properties.Herein,this work developed a flexible and breathable three-dimensional(3D)porous shear stiffening elastomer(SSE)/MXene(M-SSE)foam with impact/electromagnetic interference(EMI)/bacteria multiple protection performance for intelligent wearable devices.The continuous conductive MXene network in the 3D SSE porous structure made M-SSE foam exhibit excellent electromagnetic interference shielding property with a high shielding effectiveness of 34 dB.Attributed to the shear stiffening effect of porous SSE matrix,M-SSE foam possessed unique anti-impact and protection properties.The energy dissipation rate reached up to more than 85%,illustrating M-SSE foam could effectively attenuate the external impact force and absorb the impact energy.Inherited from the excellent photothermal performance of MXene,M-SSE foam achieved a considerable saturated temperature of 98℃ under 0.57 W/cm^(2) laser power.Therefore,M-SSE foam showed extraordinary antimicrobial property for Staphylococcus aureus according to the principle of photothermal sterilization.Finally,for the development of intelligent wearable devices,conductive MSSE foam could be used as an intelligent sensor to monitor various human movements owing to the highly sensitive property.This work greatly expanded the application prospect of multifunctional protective materials in various complex environments and promoted the development of multifunctional smart wearable devices in protection field. | Min Sang Shuai Liu Jianpeng Wu Xinyi Wang Junshuo Zhang Yunqi Xu Yu Wang Jun Li Ji Li Shouhu Xuan Xinglong Gong | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 1 |

| 15 | Programmable robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing for large,3D curved electronics on complex surfaces显示文摘Large,3D curved electronics are a trend of the microelectronic industry due to their unique ability to conformally coexist with complex surfaces while retaining the electronic functions of 2D planar integrated circuit technologies.However,these curved electronics present great challenges to the fabrication processes.Here,we propose a reconfigurable,mask-free,conformal fabrication strategy with a robot-like system,called robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing,to assemble diverse electronic devices on complex surfaces.This novel method is a ground-breaking advance with the unique capability to integrate rigid chips,flexible electronics,and conformal circuits on complex surfaces.Critically,each process,including transfer printing,inkjet printing,and plasma treating,are mask-free,digitalized,and programmable.The robotization techniques,including measurement,surface reconstruction and localization,and path programming,break through the fundamental constraints of 2D planar microfabrication in the context of geometric shape and size.The transfer printing begins with the laser lift-off of rigid chips or flexible electronics from donor substrates,which are then transferred onto a curved surface via a dexterous robotic palm.Then the robotic electrohydrodynamic printing directly writes submicrometer structures on the curved surface.Their permutation and combination allow versatile conformal microfabrication.Finally,robotized hybrid printing is utilized to successfully fabricate a conformal heater and antenna on a spherical surface and a flexible smart sensing skin on a winged model,where the curved circuit,flexible capacitive and piezoelectric sensor arrays,and rigid digital–analog conversion chips are assembled.Robotized hybrid printing is an innovative printing technology,enabling additive,noncontact and digital microfabrication for 3D curved electronics. | YongAn Huang Hao Wu Chen Zhu Wennan Xiong Furong Chen Lin Xiao Jianpeng Liu Kaixin Wang Huayang Li Dong Ye Yongqing Duan Jiankui Chen Hua Yang Wenlong Li Kun Bai Zhouping Yin Han Ding | 2021 | International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,4: | 1 |

| 17 | Automatic modulation classification based on Alex Net with data augmentation显示文摘Deep learning(DL) requires massive volume of data to train the network. Insufficient training data will cause serious overfitting problem and degrade the classification accuracy. In order to solve this problem, a method for automatic modulation classification(AMC) using AlexNet with data augmentation was proposed. Three data augmentation methods is considered, i.e., random erasing, CutMix, and rotation. Firstly, modulated signals are converted into constellation representations. And all constellation representations are divided into training dataset and test dataset. Then, training dataset are augmented by three methods. Secondly, the optimal value of execution probability for random erasing and CutMix are determined. Simulation results show that both of them perform optimally when execution probability is 0.5. Thirdly, the performance of three data augmentation methods are evaluated. Simulation results demonstrate that all augmentation methods can improve the classification accuracy. Rotation improves the classification accuracy by 13.04% when signal noise ratio(SNR) is 2 dB. Among three methods, rotation outperforms random erasing and CutMix when SNR is greater than-6 dB. Finally, compared with other classification algorithms, random erasing, CutMix, and rotation used in this paper achieved the performance significantly improved. | 18 | Strength and Microstructure of Mortar Containing Glass Powder and/or Glass Aggregate显示文摘The compressive strength of mortar containing glass powder(GP) and/or glass aggregate(GA) was tested, and its microstructure was also studied by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopic analysis(EDX), and X-ray diffraction(XRD) techniques. The incorporation of GA would decrease the compressive strength of the mortar in the absence of GP. Incorporating both GA and GP could change the hydration environment, promote pozzolanic reaction of GP and improve the compressive strength. GP does not lead to but can effectively control ASR(Alkali Silica Reaction). GP and GA do not transform the type of hydrates, but have a great influence on the amounts of hydration products, and generate more calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H gel) with lower Ca/Si ratio.
