| 1 | Photoelectrocatalytic oxidation of GMP on an ITO electrode modified with clay/[Ru(phen)_2(dC18bpy)]^(2+) hybrid film显示文摘An indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode modified with monolayer clay/[Ru(phen)2(dC18bpy)]2+ (phen= 1,10-phenanthroline, dC18bpy = 4,4′-dioctadecyl-2,2′ bipyridyl) hybrid film has been fabricated by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method. Atomic force microscopy revealed that the single-layered hybrid film of clay/[Ru(phen)2(dC18bpy)]2+ (denoted as Clay-Ru) was closely packed at a surface pressure of 25 mN-m-1 and had a thickness of 3.4±0.5 nm. Cyclic voltammograms showed that the redox current of Ru(Ⅱ) complex decreased when incorporated into the clay film, suggesting that the clay layer acts as a barrier against electron transfer. When applied to oxidizing the mononucleotide of guanosine 5′-monophosphate (GMP), a large catalytic oxidative current was achieved on the Clay-Ru(Ⅱ) modified ITO electrode at the external potential above 900 mV (vs. Ag|AgCl|KCl ) and, more significantly, this response was further enhanced by light irradiation (λ>360 nm), in which the photocurrent is increased about 11 times in comparison with that of a bare ITO. | 4 | Effects of Dietary Crude Fiber Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Index of Dingan Geese Aged from 35 to 70 Days显示文摘[Objective] The study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary crude fiber on growth performance and serum biochemical in-dex of Dingan geese aged from 35 to 70 days.[Method] A total of 120 Dingan geese on day 28 with the same genetic background and similar initial weight(1 384.83.73±0.76 g) were randomly assigned into 3 groups, with 4 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate. Geese were fed the diets containing 4.29%, 5.29% and 6.29 % crude fiber, respectively. The experiment lasted 35 d.[Result] Final weight and daily gain of 5.29 %CF group were significantly higher than those of 6.29 % CF group(P<0.05);Feed intake was markedly higher than those of 4.29% and 6.29 % CF groups(P<0.05);Feed gain ratio was significantly lower than that of 6.29 % CF group(P<0.05). | 5 | Surface-roughness-adjustable Au nanorods with strong plasmon absorption and abundant hotspots for improved SERS and photothermal performances显示文摘The rational optimization of plasmonic property of metal nanocrystals by manipulating the structure and morphology is crucial for the plasmon-enhanced application and has always been an urgent issue.Herein,Au nanorods with tunable surface roughness are prepared by growing PbS,overgrowing Au,and dissolving PbS nanoparticles on the basis of smooth Au nanorods.The transverse plasmon resonance of Au nanorods is notably improved due to plasmon coupling between Au nanorods and the surface-modified Au nanoparticles,resulting in the strong and full-spectrum light absorption.Numerical simulations demonstrate that the surface-rough Au nanorods have abundant and full-surround hotspots coming from surface particle–particle plasmon coupling between ultrasmall nanogaps,sharp tips,and uneven areas on Au nanorods.With these characters,the surface-roughness-adjustable Au nanorods possess high tunability and enhancement of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)detection of Rhodamine B and significantly improved photothermal conversion efficiency.Au nanorods with the largest surface roughness have the highest Raman enhancement factor both at 532 and 785 nm laser excitation.Meanwhile,photothermal conversion experiments under near-infrared(808 nm)and simulated sunlight irradiation confirm that the Au nanorods with rough surface have prominent photothermal conversion efficiency and can be regarded as promising candidates for photothermal therapy and solar-driven water evaporation. | Sijing Ding Liang Ma Jingru Feng Youlong Chen Dajie Yang Ququan Wang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Lambda-cyhalothrin disrupts the up-regulation effect of 17β-estradiol on post-synaptic density 95 protein expression via estrogen receptor α-dependent Akt pathway显示文摘Lambda-cyhalothrin(LCT),one of the type II pyrethroids,has been widely used throughout the world.The estrogenic effect of LCT to increase cell proliferation has been well established.However,whether the estrogenic effect of LCT will influence neurodevelopment has not been investigated.In addition,17β-Estradiol(E2)plays a crucial role in neurodevelopment and induces an increase in synaptic proteins.The post-synaptic density 95(PSD95)protein,which is involved in the development of the structure and function of new spines and localized with estrogen receptor α(ERα)at the post-synaptic density(PSD),was detected in our study by using hippocampal neuron cell line HT22.We found that LCT up-regulated PSD95 and ERα expression,estrogen receptor(ER)antagonist ICI182,780 and phosphatidylinositol-4;5-bisphosphate 3-kinase(PI3K)inhibitor LY294,002 blocked this effect.In addition,LCT disrupted the promotion effect of E2 on PSD95.To investigate whether the observed changes are caused by ERα-dependent signaling activation,we next detected the effects of LCT on the ERα-mediated PI3K-Protein kinase B(PKB/Akt)-eukaryotic initiation factor(e IF)4E-binding protein 1(4E-BP1)pathway.There existed an activation of Akt and the downstream factor 4E-BP1 after LCT treatment.In addition,LCT could disrupt the activation effect of E2 on the Akt pathway.However,no changes in c AMP response element-binding protein(CREB)activation and PSD95 messenger ribonucleic acid(m RNA)were observed.Our findings demonstrated that LCT could increase the PSD95 protein level via the ERα-dependent Akt pathway,and LCT might disrupt the up-regulation effect of E2 on PSD95 protein expression via this signaling pathway. | Qunan Wang Xin Xia Xiaomei Deng Nian Li Daji Wu Long Zhang Chengwei Yang Fangbiao Tao Jiangning Zhou | 2016 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,3: | 1 |

| 18 | Rapid and sensitive detection of Epstein-Barr virus antibodies in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by chemiluminescence strips based on iron-porphyrin single atom nanozyme显示文摘The correlation between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection and nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)risk has been extensively researched.The continual monitoring of EBV-IgAs provides a promising approach of NPC screening in its early stage.In this study,we successfully synthesized a single-atom nanozyme(SANzyme)through the application of iron-porphyrin based metal organic framework(MOF-FeP).The MOF-FeP possesses precisely-defined electronic and geometric structures that accurately mimic highly-evolved catalytic site of natural peroxidase.The peroxidase-like activity of MOF-FeP enables it to catalyze the chemiluminescence of luminol substrate.By integrating MOF-FeP into a traditional strip,we created a rapid and highly-sensitive evaluation tool for detecting EBV-IgAs.Importantly,the MOF-FeP strip enables the simultaneous detection of three EBV-IgAs,greatly improving the accuracy of EBV-associated NPC screening.The sensitivities of the MOF-FeP strip(75.56%–93.30%)surpass those of current enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)methods(64.44%–82.22%).This test takes only 16 min to perform as opposed to the customary 1–2 h required for standard ELISA.Additionally,the MOF-FeP strip is suitable for whole blood samples,thereby significantly simplifying the sample preparation and detection process.In conclusion,the MOF-FeP strip combines the simplicity of traditional strip with the high catalytic activity of SANzyme.Our innovative MOF-FeP strip offers a new point-of-care strategy for EBV-IgAs detection,which is expected to markedly facilitate early screening for EBV-associated diseases. | Daji Wang Jie Wang Dan Liu Jiuyang He Meiying Wang Haibing Huang Guohui Nie Hui Ding Xiyun Yan | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,3: | 0 |

The inherent conductive metal layer of commercial liquid crystal electro-optical spatial light modulators is replaced by azobenzene-based photoalignment layers patterned by noncontact photolithography. Using the azobenzene-based photoalignment layer, a liquid crystal binary mask for beam shaping is fabricated. In addition, the shaping ability, damage threshold, write/erase flexibility and stability of the liquid crystal binary mask are tested. Using a 1 Hz near-IR(1064 nm) laser, the multiple-shot nanosecond damage threshold of the liquid crystal mask is measured to be higher than 15 J/cm^2.
