| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). The present guideline includes the underlying diseases of syncope in children and adolescents, the diagnostic procedures, methodology and clinical significance of standing test and headup tilt test, the clinical diagnosis vasovagal syncope, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, orthostatic hypotension and orthostatic hypertension, and the treatment of syncope as well as follow-up. | Cheng Wang Yaqi Li Ying Liao Hong Tian Min Huang Xiangyu Dong Lin Shi Jinghui Sun Hongfang Jin Junbao Du Jindou An Jie Chen Mingwu Chen Qi Chen Sun Chen Yonghong Chen Zhi Chen Adolphus Kai-tung Chau Junbao Du Zhongdong Du Junkai Duan Hongyu Duan Xiangyu Dong Lin Feng Lijun Fu Fangqi Gong Yonghao Gui Ling Han Zhenhui Han Bing He Zhixu He Xiufen Hu Yimin Hua Guoying Huang Min Huang Ping Huang Yujuan Huang Hongfang Jin Mei Jin Bo Li Fen Li Tao Li Xiaohui Li Xiaoyan Liu Yan Li Haitao Lv Tiewei Lv Zipu Li Luyi Ma Silin Pan Yusheng Pang Hua Peng Yuming Qin Jie Shen Lin Shi Kun Sun Jinghui Sun Hong Tian Jie Tian Cheng Wang Hong Wang Lei Wang Jinju Wang Wendi Wang Yuli Wang Rongzhou Wu Tianhe Xia Yanyan Xiao Chunhong Xie Yanlin Xing Zhenyu Xiong Baoyuan Xu Yi Xu Hui Yan Shiwei Yang Qijian Yi Xia Yu Xianyi Yu Yue Yuan Hongyan Zhang Huili Zhang Li Zhang Qingyou Zhang Xi Zhang Yanmin Zhang Zhiwei Zhang Cuifen Zhao Bin Zhou Hua Zhu | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,23: | 54 |
| 2 | Efficient Photolytic Halogenation and Oxidation of Unactivated Alkyl sp3 C—H Bonds with Iodine(III)显示文摘A metal-free,green,and sustainable functionalization of unactivated alkyl sp3 C—H bonds is reported using iodine(III)as a feasible dehydrogenation agent under visible light or KBr,and alkyl chlorides, bromides, alcohols, and ketones could be constructed by addition of different coupling reagents.Cheap and safe iodobenzene diacetate was used to form a radical to activate the alkyl sp3 C—H bond in a highly efficient manner, which can construct different alkylation products by adding corresponding coupling reagents. | Hao Jia Nan Li Chunmei Tang Yajuan Wang Yonghao Xi Rongbao Liao Wei Xu Fufang Wu Xiaobao Shen Hongbin Zhai | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,5: | 0 |
| 3 | Enhanced bone regenerative properties of calcium phosphate ceramic granules in rabbit posterolateral spinal fusion through a reduction of grain size显示文摘Osteoinductivity is a crucial factor to determine the success and efficiency of posterolateral spinal fusion(PLF)by employing calcium phosphate(Ca-P)bioceramics.In this study, three kinds of Ca-P ceramics with microscale to nanoscale gain size(BCP-control,BCP-micro and BCP-nano)were prepared and their physicochemical properties were characterized.BCP-nano had the spherical shape and nanoscale gain size,BCP-micro had the spherical shape and microscale gain size, and BCP-control(BAM®)had the irregular shape and microscale gain size. The obtained BCP-nano with specific nanotopography could well regulate in vitro protein adsorption and osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3 cells. In vivo rabbit PLF procedures further confirmed that nanotopography of BCP-nano might be responsible for the stronger bone regenerative ability comparing with BCP-micro and BCP-control.Collectedly,due to nanocrystal similarity with natural bone apatite,BCP-nano has excellent efficacy in guiding bone regeneration of PLF,and holds great potentials to become an alternative to standard bone grafts for future clinical applications. | Xiangfeng Li Quan Zhou Yonghao Wu Cong Feng Xi Yang Linnan Wang Yumei Xiao Kai Zhang Xiangdong Zhu Limin Liu Yueming Song Xingdong Zhang | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,5: | 0 |
| 4 | Venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for COVID-19 and influenza H1N1 associated acute respiratory distress syndrome:A comparative cohort study in China显示文摘Background Venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(VV-ECMO)has been demonstrated to be effective in treating patients with virus-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).However, whether the management of ECMO is different in treating H1N1 influenza and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)-associated ARDS patients remains unknown. Methods This is a retrospective cohort study. We included 12 VV-ECMO-supported COVID-19 patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital, and Wuhan Union Hospital West Campus between January 23 and March 31,2020.We retrospectively included VV-ECMO-supported patients with COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza-associated ARDS.Clinical characteristics, respiratory mechanics including plateau pressure, driving pressure, mechanical power, ventilatory ratio(VR)and lung compliance, and outcomes were compared. Results Data from 25 patients with COVID-19(n=12)and H1N1(n=13)associated ARDS who had received ECMO support were analyzed.COVID-19 patients were older than H1N1 influenza patients(P=0.004).The partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and VR before ECMO initiation were significantly higher in COVID-19 patients than in H1N1 influenza patients(P<0.001 and P=0.004,respectively).COVID-19 patients showed increased plateau and driving pressure compared with H1N1 subjects(P=0.013 and P=0.018,respectively).Patients with COVID-19 remained longer on ECMO support than did H1N1 influenza patients(P=0.015).COVID-19 patients who required ECMO support also had fewer intensive care unit and ventilator-free days than H1N1.Conclusions Compared with H1N1 influenza patients,COVID-19 patients were older and presented with increased PaCO_(2) and VR values before ECMO initiation. The differences between ARDS patients with COVID-19 and influenza on VV-ECMO detailed herein could be helpful for obtaining a better understanding of COVID-19 and for better clinical management. | Yonghao Xu Yin Xi Shuijiang Cai Yuheng Yu Sibei Chen Weijie Guan Weibo Liang Hongkai Wu Weiqun He Xilong Deng Yuanda Xu Rong Zhang Manshu Li Jieyi Pan Zhenting Liang Ya Wang Shaofeng Kong Xiaoqing Liu Zheng Lv Yimin Li | 2023 | Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,4: | 0 |
