12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Platelet-rich fibrin-induced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell differentiation into osteoblast-like cells and neural cells显示文摘Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were allowed to develop for 14 days in a platelet-rich fibrin environment.Results demonstrated that platelet-rich fibrin significantly promoted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell proliferation.In addition,there was a dose-dependent increase in Runt-related transcription factor-2 and bone morphogenetic protein-2 mRNA expression,as well as neuron-specific enolase and glial acidic protein.Results showed that platelet-rich fibrin promoted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast-like cells and neural cells in a dose-dependent manner.Qi Li Yajun Geng Lei Lu Tingting Yang Mingrui Zhang Yanmin Zhou 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,31:12
3miR-21 promotes the differentiation of hair folliclederived neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells显示文摘Hair follicle-derived neural crest stem cells can be induced to differentiate into Schwann cells in vivo and in vitro. However, the underlying regulatory mechanism during cell differentiation remains poorly understood. This study isolated neural crest stem cells from human hair follicles and induced them to differentiate into Schwann cells. Quantitative RT-PCR showed that microRNA(miR)-21 expression was gradually increased during the differentiation of neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells. After transfection with the miR-21 agonist(agomir-21), the differentiation capacity of neural crest stem cells was enhanced. By contrast, after transfection with the miR-21 antagonist(antagomir-21), the differentiation capacity was attenuated. Further study results showed that SOX-2 was an effective target of miR-21. Without compromising SOX2 mRNA expression, miR-21 can down-regulate SOX protein expression by binding to the 3′-UTR of miR-21 mRNA. Knocking out the SOX2 gene from the neural crest stem cells significantly reversed the antagomir-21 inhibition of neural crest stem cells differentiating into Schwann cells. 4^(14)C measurement of forest soils in Dinghushan Biosphere Reserve显示文摘Organic carbon in forest soils of Qingyunsi and Wukesong profiles can be divided into fast and slow components. Δ14C values of these profiles decrease with increasing of depth. The Δ14C values in 30—40 cm depth interval of Wukesong profile are decreasing sharply until a very low value,showing that a strong geological environment change occurred about 1 560 years ago. The 14C apparent ages of Wukesong profile show that the coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forests around Wukesong profile have been developing since 425 a BP, which is consistent with historical documents. 6Vegetation evolution on the central Chinese Loess Plateau since late Quaternary evidenced by elemental carbon isotopic composition显示文摘There are many controversial issues in loess studies such as natural vegetation types on the Chinese Loess Plateau during the historical periods and the spatial and temporal evolution of C3/C4 plants. Elemental carbon isotopic composition (δ13Cec) in the loess section may offer new evidence for these problems. Elemental carbon (EC) is produced by incomplete combustion of vegetation, and its carbon isotopic composition has a very small difference from that of the formal vegetation, then δ13Cec can be used as a record to recover the changes of vegetation. Elemental carbon was extracted by applying the oxidation method from the loess-paleosol sequence in the central Chinese Loess Plateau, and its carbon isotope composition was analyzed by the isotope mass spectrometer. The results showed that the vegetation in this region was a mixed type of C3 and C4 plants, dominated with C3 plants in most of the time. Since late Quaternary, C3/C4 plants may not follow a simple glacial-interglacial cycle mode on the Chinese Loess Plateau, but showing fluctuations. C3 plants increased gradually in L4 period, and more C3 plants occurred during S3 period, and C4 plants increased again during L3―L2 periods, after that, C3 plants dominated again during S1―S0 periods. During periods of paleosol development, C3 plants were abundant in S3 and S1, and there were more C4 plants in S2 and S0. During periods of loess sedimen- tation, there were more C3 plants in L4 and L1, and there were more C4 plants in L3 and L2. 7Coordinated Resource Allocation for Satellite-Terrestrial Coexistence Based on Radio Maps显示文摘Coexistence of satellite and terrestrial wireless communication systems in the same frequency band is quite promising for addressing the challenge of spectrum scarcity. To cope with the inevitable inter-system interference, radio resource allocation at both sides should be carefully re-optimized. In this paper, we focus on a scenario where a satellite communication system and a terrestrial distributed antenna system(DAS) coexist via spectrum sharing. We particularly utilize the radio map(RM) to reduce the system overhead for channel acquisition. Based on the large-scale channel state information at the transmitter(CSIT), which is derived from the RM, we propose an optimized power allocation scheme to improve the achievable sum rate of the terrestrial system. For the satellite side, an opportunistic user scheduling scheme is presented, to reduce the harmful leakage interference to the terrestrial mobile users. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed RM-based coordination scheme can significantly promote the performance of satellite terrestrial coexistence, although the small-scale channel fading has been ignored in the formulated optimization.Yanmin Wang Zhou Lu 2018China Communications2018,15,3:4
8Application of regional citrate anticoagulation in patients at high risk of bleeding during intermittent hemodialysis:a prospective multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Objective:Safe and effective anticoagulation is essential for hemodialysis patients who are at high risk of bleeding.The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two-stage regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)combined with sequential anticoagulation and standard calcium-containing dialysate in intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)treatment.Methods:Patients at high risk of bleeding who underwent IHD from September 2019 to May 2021 were prospectively enrolled in 13 blood purification centers of nephrology departments,and were randomly divided into RCA group and saline flushing group.In the RCA group,0.04 g/mL sodium citrate was infused from the start of the dialysis line during blood draining and at the venous expansion chamber.The sodium citrate was stopped after 3 h of dialysis,which was changed to sequential dialysis without anticoagulant.The hazard ratios for coagulation were according to baseline.Results:A total of 159 patients and 208 sessions were enrolled,including RCA group(80 patients,110 sessions)and saline flushing group(79 patients,98 sessions).The incidence of severe coagulation events of extracorporeal circulation in the RCA group was significantly lower than that in the saline flushing group(3.64%vs.20.41%,P<0.001).The survival time of the filter pipeline in the RCA group was significantly longer than that in the saline flushing group((238.34±9.33)min vs.(221.73±34.10)min,P<0.001).The urea clearance index(Kt/V)in the RCA group was similar to that in the saline flushing group with no statistically significant difference(1.12±0.34 vs.1.08±0.34,P=0.41).Conclusions:Compared with saline flushing,the two-stage RCA combined with a sequential anticoagulation strategy significantly reduced extracorporeal circulation clotting events and prolonged the dialysis time without serious adverse events.Xiaoyan TANG Dezheng CHEN Ling ZHANG Ping FU Yanxia CHEN Zhou XIAO Xiangcheng XIAO Weisheng PENG Li CHENG Yanmin ZHANG Hongbo LI Kehui LI Bizhen GOU Xin WU Qian YU Lijun JIAN Zaizhi ZHU Yu WEN Cheng LIU Hen XUE Hongyu ZHANG Xin HE Bin YAN Liping ZHONG Bin HUANG Mingying MAO 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,11:4
9From illite/smectite clay to mesoporous silicate adsorbent for efficient removal of chlortetracycline from water显示文摘A series of mesoporous silicate adsorbents with superior adsorption performance for hazardous chlortetracycline(CTC) were sucessfully prepared via a facile one-pot hydrothermal reaction using low-cost illite/smectite(IS) clay,sodium silicate and magnesium sulfate as the starting materials.In this process,IS clay was 'teared up' and then 'rebuilt' as new porous silicate adsorbent with high specific surface area of 363.52 m^2/g(about 8.7 folds higher than that of IS clay) and very negative Zeta potential(- 34.5 mV).The inert Si- O- Si(Mg,Al) bonds in crystal framework of IS were broken to form Si(Al)- O^- groups with good adsorption activity,which greatly increased the adsorption sites served for holding much CTC molecules.Systematic evaluation on adsorption properties reveals the optimal silicate adsorbent can adsorb 408.81 mg/g of CTC(only 159.7 mg/g for raw IS clay) and remove 99.3%(only 46.5%for raw IS clay) of CTC from 100 mg/L initial solution(pH 3.51;adsorption temperature 30℃;adsorbent dosage,3 g/L).The adsorption behaviors of CTC onto the adsorbent follows the Langmuir isotherm model,Temkin equation and pseudo second-order kinetic model.The mesopore adsorption,electrostatic attraction and chemical association mainly contribute to the enhanced adsorption properties.As a whole,the high-efficient silicate adsorbent could be candidates to remove CTC from the wastewater with high amounts of CTC.Wenbo Wang Guangyan Tian Li Zong Yanmin Zhou Yuru Kang Qin Wang Aiqin Wang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,1:2
10A biomass burning record from the Lingtai Loess Section during the last 370 ka and implication for climate and environment显示文摘The history of natural fire and its rela- tionship with climate and vegetation are revealed from the content of elemental carbon and associated pollen data and paleoclimatic substitutive indicators for the loess of Lingtai Section in the last 370 ka BP. The study indicates that intense episodes of vegeta- tion fires occurred during the interim especially when the climate was changing from wet to drought. The average content of elemental carbon in the intergla- ciers is higher than that in the glaciers, which coin- cides with the biomass change locally (or globally). The content of elemental carbon increases in the stage around 130 ka BP, indicating that the vegeta- tion and climate pattern have changed, which may contribute to the variation of CO2. As a whole, the content of elemental carbon increasing with the time reflects the increasing aridity trend to some degree. 11A wet adhesion inspired biomimetic pad with direction dependence and adaptability显示文摘A novel adhesive pad for a climbing robot, inspired by a stick insect's smooth pad, is proposed. The micro structure pattern and inclined fiber of a stick insect's pad are mimicked, and an adhesion force is produced based on its wet adhesion mechanism. Firstly, the wet adhesion model is discussed and the pad is designed; secondly, the adhesion characteristics, adhesion direction dependence and adaptability are analyzed; finally, the proposed pad is fabricated using a thermoplastic elastomer, which is a hydrophilic and viscoelastic material. Experimental results show that the adhesion performance of the pad is good, and normal adhesion and friction can reach to 0.65 N and 3 N. 12Lightweight Design of Spaceborne CFRP Rigid Antenna Reflector显示文摘In order to overcome the shortcoming of space-borne rigid antenna reflector made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)skins with aluminum honeycomb sandwich(SAHS)structure,a new type of full CFRP skin plus rib(SPR)structure ring-focused parabolic surface antenna reflector with the size of 2.5 m×1.9 m is designed.Under the condition that the original caliber,surface type,and interface remain unchanged,the main influence factors are designed and controlled.First,from the perspective of high stiffness,lightweight,and easy to form,a finite element simulation software is used to analyze and optimize the layout of the rib,the cross-sectional shape of the rib,the size of the rib,and the matching of the size and the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs)of the rib and the skin.Second,two structures are prepared by the autoclave molding process.Third,the weight and the surface precision root mean square(RMS)value are measured.The results show that the fundamental frequency of the SPR structure is 142.2 Hz,which is 3.5 Hz higher;the number of the new structural parts is reduced by 40%,and the forming process is greatly simplified.The total weight of the new structure is 11.9 kg,lighter 42.5%,indicating that the weight loss is obvious.The RMS value is 0.15 mm,which is slightly lower 0.01 mm but satisfies the accuracy requirement not greater than 0.3 mm.It is proved that the SPR structure reflector is a superior structure of the lightweight spaceborne antenna reflector.ZHOU Tao LIANG Yanmin WU Wenping WU Xinrui YE Zhoujun DONG Bin 2022上海航天(中英文)2022,39,1:1
13Fabrication and In vitro Bioactivity of Robust Hydroxyapatite Coating on Porous Titanium Implant显示文摘Compared witli the traditional dental implant, TixOs■ manufactured by direct laser metal forming(DLMF) technology exhibits improved capability for bone osteointegration due to its porous surface structure, and has achieved remarkable clinical effect. However, like the traditional titanium and other alloyed implants, the porous titanium implant TixOsR also has relatively weak bioactivity. To address this issue, a proper surface modification method may be needed. Hydroxyapatite(HA) has been widely used in implant surface coating for its similar chemical composition to bone tissue and its osteoconductive properties. Thus, combining TixOs■ implants with hydroxyapatite can be an efficient way to enhance their bioactivity. We herewith reported a competent pulsed laser deposition(PLD) method of coating nano-sized HA thin film onto the porous TixOs■ implant. The HA coatings were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and focused ion beam(FIB) method, and nanocrystal sized thin HA films were identified on the surface of TixOs■ implants. The low cytotoxicity and improved cell proliferation ability of HA coated implants were further tested and verified using MC 3T3 E1 cells with the consideration of the controlling group. 15Cu-10Sn-4Ni-3Pb Alloy Prepared by Crystallization Under Pressure: An Experimental Study显示文摘The wear-resistant tin bronze (Cu-10Sn-4Ni-3Pb) with tin content above 8 wt.% prepared by traditional melting and casting process usually defects such as low density, poor properties and segregations. The crystallization under pressure processing of Cu-10Sn-4Ni-3Pb alloy was investigated. The microstructures were observed and analyzed and compared with that by traditional melting and casting process. The results show that the dendrite has obviously disappeared and the dendritic segregation alleviated by using the crystallization under 680 MPa pressure process, in comparison with the remarkably dendrite microstructure and severe as-cast defects of alloy prepared by traditional melting and casting technology. 19A Polysaccharide-based Hydrogel and PLGA Microspheres for Sustained P24 Peptide Delivery: An In vitro and In vivo Study Based on Osteogenic Capability显示文摘A bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) derived synthetic oligopeptide, S [PO4]KIPKASSVPTELSAISTLYLDDD(P24), has shown great potential for facilitating bone regeneration. However, P24 cannot be directly used onto bone defects, while a continuous sustained delivery of P24 may lead to a better formation of bone tissue. Based on this issue, we have developed a sustained delivery system incorporating P24-loaded poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) microspheres and nano-hydroxyapatite(n-HA) into the composite hydrogel. The P24-contained compound material was characterized with NMR, FTIR and SEM to demonstrate the fomiation of compound structure containing P24, PLGA and n-HA. A continuous drug release of P24 was observed for over 60 d that evidently enhanced the efficiency in promoting the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells and the secrete of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in vitro. Moreover, the osteoinduction eflect of the hydrogel system with P24 peptide niicrospheres was demonstrated in vivo and manifested by the result of immunohistochemistry.
