| 2 | CitGVD:a comprehensive database of citrus genomic variations显示文摘Citrus is one of the most important commercial fruit crops worldwide.With the vast genomic data currently available for citrus fruit,genetic relationships,and molecular markers can be assessed for the development of molecular breeding and genomic selection strategies.In this study,to permit the ease of access to these data,a web-based database,the citrus genomic variation database(CitGVD,http://gffzz1758061741e3440chnvu0f0c0ou6960q6.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/home)was developed as the first citrusspecific comprehensive database dedicated to genome-wide variations including single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and insertions/deletions(INDELs).The current version(V1.0.0)of CitGVD is an open-access resource centered on 1,493,258,964 high-quality genomic variations and 84 phenotypes of 346 organisms curated from in-house projects and public resources.CitGVD integrates closely related information on genomic variation annotations,related gene annotations,and details regarding the organisms,incorporating a variety of built-in tools for data accession and analysis.As an example,CitGWAS can be used for genome-wide association studies(GWASs)with SNPs and phenotypic data,while CitEVOL can be used for genetic structure analysis.These features make CitGVD a comprehensive web portal and bioinformatics platform for citrus-related studies.It also provides a model for analyzing genome-wide variations for a wide range of crop varieties. | Qiang Li Jingjing Qi Xiujuan Qin Wanfu Dou Tiangang Lei Anhua Hu Ruirui Jia Guojin Jiang Xiuping Zou Qin Long Lanzhen Xu Aihong Peng Lixiao Yao Shanchun Chen Yongrui He | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 4 |
| 3 | CsWAKL08,a pathogen-induced wall-associated receptor-like kinase in sweet orange,confers resistance to citrus bacterial canker via ROS control and JA signaling显示文摘Citrus bacterial canker(CBC)is a disease resulting from Xanthomonas citri subsp.citri(Xcc)infection and poses a grave threat to citrus production worldwide.Wall-associated receptor-like kinases(WAKLs)are proteins with a central role in resisting a range of fungal and bacterial diseases.The roles of WAKLs in the context of CBC resistance,however,remain unclear.Here,we explored the role of CsWAKL08,which confers resistance to CBC,and we additionally analyzed the molecular mechanisms of CsWAKL08-mediated CBC resistance.Based on systematic annotation and induced expression analysis of the CsWAKL family in Citrus sinensis,CsWAKL08 was identified as a candidate that can be upregulated by Xcc infection in the CBC-resistant variety.CsWAKL08 can also be induced by the phytohormones salicylic acid(SA)and methyl jasmonic acid(MeJA)and spans the plasma membrane.Overexpression of CsWAKL08 resulted in strong CBC resistance in transgenic sweet oranges,whereas silencing of CsWAKL08 resulted in susceptibility to CBC.The peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities were significantly enhanced in the CsWAKL08-overexpressing plants compared to the control plants,thereby mediating reactive oxygen species(ROS)homeostasis in the transgenic plants.Moreover,the JA levels and the expression of JA biosynthesis and JA responsive genes were substantially elevated in the CsWAKL08 overexpression plants relative to the controls upon Xcc infection.Based on these findings,we conclude that the wall-associated receptor-like kinase CsWAKL08 positively regulates CBC resistance through a mechanism involving ROS control and JA signaling.These results further highlight the importance of this kinase family in plant pathogen resistance. | Qiang Li Anhua Hu Jingjing Qi Wanfu Dou Xiujuan Qin Xiuping Zou Lanzhen Xu Shanchun Chen Yongrui He | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Concentrations,sources,and influential factors of water-soluble ions of atmospheric particles in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes,a world heritage site in China显示文摘Atmospheric particle pollution is one of the major factors leading to degradation of ancient wall paintings,particularly heritage sites in arid and semi-arid regions.However,current systematic research on the changes,sources,and influential factors of atmospheric particulate matter and its water-soluble ion concentrations is not sufficient.Thus,the major water-soluble ion concentrations,sources,and influential factors of atmospheric particles PM_(2.5) and PM_(10)(particulate matter with an aerodynamic equivalent diameter≤2.5 and 10.0μm,respectively,in ambient air)were collected from Cave 16 and its ambient exterior environment in the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes,China,between April 2015 and March 2016.Results showed that the concentrations of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) inside and outside the cave were the highest in March 2016 and the lowest in December 2015.The higher particle concentration from March to May was related to the frequent occurrence of sand and dust events,and the lower particle concentration from June to September was associated with good diffusion conditions,increased precipitation,and an established cave shelterbelt.The concentration of particulate matter inside the cave was affected by the concentration of particles in the air outside the cave.Ca2+,NH+4,Na+,Cl-,and SO2-4were the main components of the total ions of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) both inside and outside the cave.The total ions inside the cave were frequently affected by the disturbance of tourists'activities during the peak tourist season from May to August.Under the influence of dust,the total concentrations of Cl-,SO2-4,Na+,NH+4,and Ca2+in particles of different sizes inside and outside the cave increased,and the concentrations of Cl-,SO2-4,Na+,and Ca2+decreased during precipitation period.Backward air mass trajectory analysis suggested that the pollutants were mainly from Xinjiang,China.The pollutant sources of air particulates are straw burning,secondary pollution sources,soil dust,dry spring rivers,and tourist activities. | YANG Xiaoju WU Fasi XU Ruihong LI Na ZHANG Zhengmo XUE Ping WANG Wanfu ZHAO Xueyong | 2022 | Journal of Arid Land2022,14,12: | 1 |

| 12 | Seasonal variation of airborne fungi of the Tiantishan Grottoes andWestern Xia Museum,Wuwei,China显示文摘In this study,a systematic survey of cultural airborne fungi was carried out in the occurrence environments of wall paintings that are preserved in the Tiantishan Grottoes and the Western Xia Museum,China.A bio-aerosol sampler was used for sampling in four seasons in 2016.Culture-dependent and-independent methods were taken to acquire airborne fungal concentration and purified strains;by the extraction of genomic DNA,amplification of fungal ITS rRNA gene region,sequencing,and phylogenetic analysis,thereafter the fungal community composition and distribution characteristics of different study sites were clarified.We disclosure the main environmental factors which may be responsible for dynamic changes of airborne fungi at the sampling sites.The concentration of cultural airborne fungi was in a range from 13 to 1,576 CFU/m^(3),no significant difference between the two sites at the Tiantishan Grottoes,with obvious characteristics of seasonal variation,in winter and spring were higher than in summer and autumn.Also,there was a significant difference in fungal concentration between the inside and outside of the Western Xia Museum,the outside of the museum was far more than the inside of the museum in the four seasons,particularly in the winter.Eight fungal genera were detected,including Cladosporium,Penicillium,Alternaria,and Filobasidium as the dominant groups.The airborne fungal community structures of the Tiantishan Grottoes show a distinct characteristic of seasonal variation and spatial distribution.Relative humidity,temperature and seasonal rainfall influence airborne fungal distribution.Some of the isolated strains have the potential to cause biodeterioration of ancient wall paintings.This study provides supporting information for the pre-warning conservation of cultural relics that are preserved at local sites and inside museums. | YuLong Duan FaSi Wu DongPeng He RuiHong Xu HuYuan Feng Tuo Chen GuangXiu Liu WanFu Wang | 2021 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2021,13,6: | 0 |

| 14 | Suppression of cell pyroptosis by omeprazole through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells显示文摘Helicobacter pylori is a risk factor for the development of peptic ulcers with autophagy dysfunction.Omeprazole was widely known as the first-line regimen for H.pylori-associated gastritis.Objectives:The objective of this work was to assess the role of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Methods:The clinical samples were collected.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and immunofluorescence(IF)analysis were conducted to reveal the mechanism of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Results:The results revealed that omeprazole could decrease cell pyroptosis,which was attributed to the downregulation of cleaved caspase-1 expression,resulting in the inhibition of gasdermin E and interleukin-18/1βmaturation and secretion as well as the resolution of inflammation.Mechanistically,omeprazole treatment led to drastic downregulation of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)activity was observed in BGC823 cells,leading to enhanced autophagy characterized by increased LC3II expression,which further reduced cell pyroptosis.This omeprazole-mediated phenomenon was enhanced after phosphodiesterase-4(PDE4)inhibitor dipyridamole(DIP)treatment.In addition,activation of mTOR by MHY1485 could rescue the suppression of cell pyroptosis induced by omeprazole.Most importantly,IF analysis suggested that phosphorylation of mTOR and PDE4 activity and caspase-1 were enhanced in H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa.Conclusion:These findings indicate that omeprazole suppresses cell pyroptosis through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells,and DIP enhanced the omeprazole-mediated inhibition of cell pyroptosis,implying that DIP is an alternative combined therapy strategy in improving the treatment of patients with H.pylori infection. | LIPING YE HUIYAN SUN XINHUA LIANG WENXU PAN LI XIANG WENJUN DU LANLAN GENG WANFU XU SITANG GONG | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,12: | 0 |
