2The seamless model for three-dimensional datum transformation显示文摘With extensive applications of space geodesy, three-dimensional datum transformation model has been necessarily used to transform the coordinates in the different coordinate systems.Its essence is to predict the coordinates of non-common points in the second coordinate system based on their coordinates in the first coordinate system and the coordinates of common points in two coordinate systems.Traditionally, the computation of seven transformation parameters and the transformation of noncommon points are individually implemented, in which the errors of coordinates are taken into account only in the second system although the coordinates in both two systems are inevitably contaminated by the random errors.Moreover, the coordinate errors of non-common points are disregarded when they are transformed using the solved transformation parameters.Here we propose the seamless (rigorous) datum transformation model to compute the transformation parameters and transform the non-common points integratively, considering the errors of all coordinates in both coordinate systems.As a result, a nonlinear coordinate transformation model is formulated.Based on the Gauss-Newton algorithm and the numerical characteristics of transformation parameters, two linear versions of the established nonlinear model are individually derived.Then the least-squares collocation (prediction) method is employed to trivially solve these linear models.Finally, the simulation experiment is carried out to demonstrate the performance and benefits of the presented method.The results show that the presented method can significantly improve the precision of the coordinate transformation, especially when the non-common points are strongly correlated with the common points used to compute the transformation parameters.LI BoFeng SHEN YunZhong LI WeiXiao 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,12:19

5Evaluation of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 status of breast cancer using preoperative multidetector computed tomography with deep learning and handcrafted radiomics features显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)status in patients with breast cancer using multidetector computed tomography(MDCT)-based handcrafted and deep radiomics features.Methods:This retrospective study enrolled 339 female patients(primary cohort,n=177;validation cohort,n=162)with pathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer.Handcrafted and deep radiomics features were extracted from the MDCT images during the arterial phase.After the feature selection procedures,handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures and the combined model were built using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Performance was assessed by measures of discrimination,calibration,and clinical usefulness in the primary cohort and validated in the validation cohort.Results:The handcrafted radiomics signature had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.739[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.661-0.818]in the primary cohort and 0.695(95%CI:0.609-0.781)in the validation cohort.The deep radiomics signature also had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.760(95%CI:0.690-0.831)in the primary cohort and 0.777(95%CI:0.696-0.857)in the validation cohort.The combined model,which incorporated both the handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures,showed good discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.829(95%CI:0.767-0.890)in the primary cohort and 0.809(95%CI:0.740-0.879)in the validation cohort.Conclusions:Handcrafted and deep radiomics features from MDCT images were associated with HER2 status in patients with breast cancer.Thus,these features could provide complementary aid for the radiological evaluation of HER2 status in breast cancer.Xiaojun Yang Lei Wu Ke Zhao Weitao Ye Weixiao Liu Yingyi Wang Jiao Li Hanxiao Li Xiaomei Huang Wen Zhang Yanqi Huang Xin Chen Su Yao Zaiyi Liu Changhong Liang 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2:4

7Civil Aircraft Assisted Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks: Architecture Design and Coverage Analysis显示文摘In this paper, we propose a novel AIenabled space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). This new integrated networks architecture consists of LEO satellites and civil aircrafts carrying aerial base stations, called 'civil aircraft assisted SAGIN(CAA-SAGIN)'. The assistance of civil aircrafts can reduce the stress of satellite networks, improve the performance of SAGIN, decrease the construction cost and save space resources. Taking the Chinese mainland as an example, this paper has analyzed the distribution of civil aircrafts, and obtained the coverage characteristics of civil aircraft assisted networks(CAAN). Taking Starlink as the benchmark, this paper has calculated the service gap of CAAN, and designed the joint coverage constellation. 11Effects of Dietary Protein and Fat Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Male Mink显示文摘This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary protein and fat levels on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of male minks during the growing period. A total of 90 healthy male minks at the age of 60 d were randomly assigned into six groups with 15 replicates per group and one mink per replicate. The minks were fed six experimental diets with two protein levels( 32% and 36%) and three fat levels( 10%,20% and 30%) for a 7-day preliminary period and then for 60-day experimental period. The results showed that the final body weight and average daily weight gain( ADWG) were significantly higher in low-protein,middle-fat group and low-protein,high-fat group than those in low-protein,low-fat group and high-protein,low-fat group( P < 0. 01). The final weight and ADWG were increased with dietary fat level increasing,and the two indices of 20% and 30% fat groups were significantly higher than those of 10%fat groups( P < 0. 01). The ratio of feed intake to weight gain( F/G) in low-protein,high-fat group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that in lowprotein,low-fat group and high-protein,high-fat group( P < 0. 05). Serum urea nitrogen( UN) in low-protein,high-fat group was significantly lower than that in other groups( P < 0. 01). Serum alanine transaminase( ALT) activity in 32% protein groups was significantly higher than that in 36% protein groups( P < 0. 05). Serum triglyceride( TG) content in low-protein,high-fat group and high-protein,high-fat group was significantly higher than that in low-protein,low-fat group and high-protein,low-fat groups( P < 0. 05). Serum TG,total cholesterol( TCHO) and high-density lipoprotein( HDL) contents increased with the increase in dietary fat level,and they were all the highest in low-protein,high-fat group. The growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of minks were not affected by the interaction between dietary protein and fat levels( P > 0. 05). 14Switchable half-metallicity in A-type antiferromagnetic NiI_(2)bilayer coupled with ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3)显示文摘Electrically controlled half-metallicity in antiferromagnets is of great significance for both fundamental research and practical application.Here,by constructing van der Waals heterostructures composed of two-dimensional(2D)A-type antiferromagnetic NiI_(2)bilayer(bi-NiI_(2))and ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3)with different thickness,we propose that the half-metallicity is realizable and switchable in the bi-NiI_(2)proximate to In_(2)Se_(3)bilayer(bi-In_(2)Se_(3)).The polarization flipping of the bi-In_(2)Se_(3)successfully drives transition between half-metal and semiconductor for the bi-NiI_(2).This intriguing phenomenon is attributed to the joint effect of polarization field-induced energy band shift and interfacial charge transfer.Besides,the easy magnetization axis of the bi-NiI_(2)is also dependent on the polarization direction of the bi-In_(2)Se_(3).The half-metallicity and magnetic anisotropy energy of the bi-NiI_(2)in heterostructure can be effectively manipulated by strain.These findings provide not only a feasible strategy to achieve and control half-metallicity in 2D antiferromagnets,but also a promising candidate to design advanced nanodevices.Yaping Wang Xinguang Xu Xian Zhao Weixiao Ji Qiang Cao Shengshi Li Yanlu Li 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:1
15An Efficient Method for Identifying Lower Limb Behavior Intentions Based on Surface Electromyography显示文摘Surface electromyography(sEMG)is widely used for analyzing and controlling lower limb assisted exoskeleton robots.Behavior intention recognition based on sEMG is of great significance for achieving intelligent prosthetic and exoskeleton control.Achieving highly efficient recognition while improving performance has always been a significant challenge.To address this,we propose an sEMG-based method called Enhanced Residual Gate Network(ERGN)for lower-limb behavioral intention recognition.The proposed network combines an attention mechanism and a hard threshold function,while combining the advantages of residual structure,which maps sEMG of multiple acquisition channels to the lower limb motion states.Firstly,continuous wavelet transform(CWT)is used to extract signals features from the collected sEMG data.Then,a hard threshold function serves as the gate function to enhance signals quality,with an attention mechanism incorporated to improve the ERGN’s performance further.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed ERGN achieves extremely high accuracy and efficiency,with an average recognition accuracy of 98.41%and an average recognition time of only 20 ms-outperforming the state-of-the-art research significantly.Our research provides support for the application of lower limb assisted exoskeleton robots.Liuyi Ling Yiwen Wang Fan Ding Li Jin Bin Feng Weixiao Li Chengjun Wang Xianhua Li 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,12:0
16Microbial responses to the use of NaClO in sediment treatment显示文摘Chlorine is often used in algal removal and deodorization of landscape waters,and occasionally used as an emergency treatment of heavily polluted sediments.However,the ecological impact of this practice has not been fully studied and recognized.In this study,NaClO at 0.1 mmol/g based on dry weight sediment was evenly mixed into the polluted sediment,and then the sediment was incubated for 150 days to evaluate its microbial effect.Results showed that NaClO addition enhanced the release of TOC,TN,Cr and Cu from the sediment.The microbial richness in the examined sediment decreased continuously,and the Chao1 index declined from 4241 to 2731,in 150 days.The microbial community composition was also changed.The abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes increased to 54.8%and 4.2%within 7 days compared to the control,and linear discriminant analysis(LDA)showed gram-negative bacteria and aerobic bacteria enriched after chlorination.The functional prediction with PICRUSt2 showed the functions of the microbial community underwent major adjustments,and the metabolic-related functions such as carbon metabolism,including pyruvate and methane metabolisms were significantly inhibited;besides,15 out of 22 analyzed key enzymes involved in C cycling and 6 out of 12 key enzymes or genes involved in N cycling were strongly impacted,and the enzymes and genes involved in carbon degradation and denitrification showed remarkable downregulation.It can be concluded that chlorination posed a seriously adverse effect on microbial community structure and function.This study deepens the understanding of the ecological effects of applying chlorine for environmental remediation.Kun Li Tingming Ye Wang Zhang Jianfeng Peng Yaohui Bai Weixiao Qi Huijuan Liu 2022Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,2:0
17Asymptotic Analysis and Precoding Design of Integrated Access and Backhaul in Full-Duplex mmWave Networks显示文摘In this paper,we consider a full-duplex(FD)millimeter wave(mmWave)multiuser integrated access and backhaul(IAB)system with massive MIMO,and the system asymptotic performance and interference cancellation schemes are investigated.First,the asymptotic performance of the IAB system with massive MIMO is analyzed.As the number of macro base station(MBS)and small base station(SBS)antennas approaches infinity,the FD selfinterference(SI),inter-tier interference and noise can be eliminated,which means that only multiuser interference remains in the system.Then,multiuser interference can be suppressed by the base band(BB)precoders.Since all interference and noise are suppressed,the spectral efficiency of the SBS and users are infinite in theory.Then,two interference suppression precoding schemes are proposed.A block diagonalization(BD)-based interference cancellation scheme is designed based on the channel characteristics and null space projection.The FD SI,intertier interference and multiuser interference are eliminated by BB precoders.Instead of eliminating interference completely,a signal to leakage and noise ratio(SLNR)-based precoding scheme is derived to suppress both interference and noise.By utilizing the Rayleigh-Ritz theorem,the SLNRs of the SBS and users are optimized.Simulation results show that all the interference can be effectively eliminated by the BD-based scheme at the cost of spectral efficiency performance loss,while the SLNR-based scheme can balance interference and noise and achieve higher spectral efficiency with comparatively low interference level.Therefore,the BD-based scheme is more suitable for interference elimination cases,and the SLNRbased scheme can improve the system performance in low interference scenarios.Yi Zhang Shuai Han Weixiao Meng Xunan Li Yue Chen 2022China Communications2022,19,5:0
18Exploitable magnetic anisotropy and half-metallicity controls in multiferroic van der Waals heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)XY ferromagnets have drawn pronounced interest in recent years,but the characteristic of easy-plane magnetization restricts their application in spintronics to some extent.Here,we propose a general strategy for constructing multiferroic van der Waals heterostructures,aiming to achieve electrical control over the magnetic anisotropy in 2D XY ferromagnets.The validity of this strategy is verified by the heterostructure composed of ferromagnetic VBi_(2)Te_(4) and ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3) monolayers.By manipulating the polarized states of In_(2)Se_(3),the VBi_(2)Te_(4) can be reversibly transformed between 2D XY and Heisenberg ferromagnets,characterized by the switching of easy magnetization axis between in-plane and out-of-plane directions.More interestingly,accompanied by the changes in magnetic anisotropy,the VBi_(2)Te_(4) also demonstrates a phase transition from a semiconductor to a half-metal state,which can be ascribed to the band alignment and interfacial charge transfer.The switchable magnetic and electronic properties enable the heterostructure to be utilized in nonvolatile memory and logic devices.Additionally,the half-metallicity and magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy of the heterostructure can be effectively tuned by biaxial strain.These findings not only pave the way for electrically nonvolatile control of 2D XY ferromagnet,but also facilitate the development of interfacial magnetoelectric physics and applications.Yaping Wang Xinguang Xu Weixiao Ji Shengshi Li Yanlu Li Xian Zhao 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0

20In vitro investigation of a new thrombus aspiration and autologous blood reinfusion system显示文摘Purpose: The aim of the study was to evaluate the feasibility of a new venous-thrombus aspiration and autologous blood(auto-blood) reinfusion system.Materials and methods: We constructed the venous model from polyvinyl chloride(PVC) tubes and three-way unions using a fresh clot of chicken blood as the venous thrombus. Eight French and 12 F aspiration catheters were used to aspirate the thrombus in the right–pulmonary-artery model, 8 French and 14 F aspiration catheters were used in the inferior–vena cava model, and 8 French and 10 F aspiration catheters were used in the left-–iliofemoral-vein model. A thrombus filtration and auto-blood reinfusion bottle was used to filter the thrombus and re-infuse auto-blood. We evaluated the thrombus aspiration capability of each catheter by comparing preaspirated with the post-aspirated thrombus volume, and we evaluated the difference in aspiration capability between the two catheters in each model by comparing their thrombus aspiration rates. We used Student’s t-test for statistical analysis.Results: Differences between pre-aspirated and post-aspirated thrombus volumes for each catheter were insignificant, as were those between the thrombus aspiration rates of the two catheters in each venous model. Using the thrombus aspiration and auto-blood reinfusion system, each aspiration catheter could fluently aspirate the thrombus out of the venous model.Conclusion: In this study, we designed a new venous-thrombus aspiration system.
