| 1 | On-chip erbium-doped lithium niobate microcavity laser显示文摘The commercialization of lithium niobate on insulator(LNOI) wafer has resulted in significant on-chip photonic integration application owing to its remarkable photonic,acousto-optic,electro-optic,and piezoelectric nature.In recent years,a variety of high-performance on-chip LNOI-based photonic devices have been realized.In this study,we developed a 1-mol% erbium-doped lithium niobate crystal and its LNOI on a silicon substrate and fabricated an erbium-doped LNOI microdisk with high quality factor(~1.05×105).C-band laser emission at ~1530 and ~1560 nm(linewidth 0.12 nm) from the high-Q erbium-doped LNOI microdisk was demonstrated with 974-and 1460-nm pumping,with the latter having better thermal stability.This microlaser would play an important role in the photonic integrated circuits of the lithium niobate platform. | YiAn Liu XiongShuo Yan JiangWei Wu Bing Zhu YuPing Chen XianFeng Chen | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,3: | 7 |

| 3 | Prediction-based Manufacturing Center Self-adaptive Demand Side Energy Optimization in Cyber Physical Systems显示文摘Cyber physical systems(CPS)recently emerge as a new technology which can provide promising approaches to demand side management(DSM),an important capability in industrial power systems.Meanwhile,the manufacturing center is a typical industrial power subsystem with dozens of high energy consumption devices which have complex physical dynamics.DSM,integrated with CPS,is an effective methodology for solving energy optimization problems in manufacturing center.This paper presents a prediction-based manufacturing center self-adaptive energy optimization method for demand side management in cyber physical systems.To gain prior knowledge of DSM operating results,a sparse Bayesian learning based componential forecasting method is introduced to predict24-hour electric load levels for specific industrial areas in China.From this data,a pricing strategy is designed based on short-term load forecasting results.To minimize total energy costs while guaranteeing manufacturing center service quality,an adaptive demand side energy optimization algorithm is presented.The proposed scheme is tested in a machining center energy optimization experiment.An AMI sensing system is then used to measure the demand side energy consumption of the manufacturing center.Based on the data collected from the sensing system,the load prediction-based energy optimization scheme is implemented.By employing both the PSO and the CPSO method,the problem of DSM in the manufacturing center is solved.The results of the experiment show the self-adaptive CPSO energy optimization method enhances optimization by 5%compared with the traditional PSO optimization method. | SUN Xinyao WANG Xue WU Jiangwei LIU Youda | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 4 |

| 10 | Geochemistry of the Mesoproterozoic Intrusions, Geochronology and Isotopic Constraints on the Xiaonanshan Cu-Ni Deposit along the Northern Margin of the North China Craton显示文摘Mesoproterozoic magma events in the Bayan Obo rift belt have remained poorly constrained and as a result, the Late Paleoproterozoic–Mesoproterozoic tectonic evolution of the rift belt has remained unclear. By a multiple-facetted regional geological investigation of this belt, we have resolved the stratigraphic sequence and geochronology of the Bayan Obo Group and made new discoveries including a three-stage mantle-derived magmatic sequence. Zircon and baddeleyite dating of Xiaonanshan hornblende pyroxenite emplaced into the Bayan Obo Group yields 207Pb/206Pb ages of ca. 1.34 and 1.33 Ga. The geochronological, geochemistry, Hf isotopic analyses place an important constraint on ages of the Late Paleoproterozoic–Mesoproterozoic strata and the evolution of the rift belt. Our field observations and U-Pb dating results suggest that mineralization is genetically related to Mesoproterozoic magmatism in North China Craton, i.e., 1.33–1.34 Ga. The δ34SV-CDT values of sulphide from the ore-bearing ultra-/mafic samples are about 6.2‰, whereas the 206Pb/204Pb, 207Pb/204Pb, and 208Pb/204Pb values vary in the ranges of 17.598–18.115, 15.496–15.501, and 37.478–37.952, respectively. After heat treatment, considerable variation was found in seed germinability, some genotypes even lost the ability to germinate. The effect of accelerated aging was highly significant. Germination parameters varied among ecotypes. Seed viability varied with different origin, and was significantly and positively correlated with seed yield per plant and dry weight of aboveground parts per plant among 14 agronomic traits. | 15 | Tuned single atom coordination structures mediated by polarization force and sulfur anions for photovoltaics显示文摘Impeding high temperature sintering is challengeable for synthesis of carbon-supported single-atom catalysts (C-SACs), which requires high-cost precursor and strictly-controlled procedures. Herein, by virtue of the ultrastrong polarity of salt melts, sintering of metal atoms is effectively suppressed. Meanwhile, doping with inorganic sulfur anions not only produces sufficient anchoring sites to achieve high loading of atomically dispersed Co up to 13.85 wt.%, but also enables their electronic and geometric structures to be well tuned. When served as a cathode catalyst in dye-sensitized solar cells, the C-SAC with Co-N4-S2 moieties exhibits high activity towards the iodide reduction reaction (IRR), achieving a higher power conversion efficiency than that of conventional Pt counterpart.
