1Prediction-based Manufacturing Center Self-adaptive Demand Side Energy Optimization in Cyber Physical Systems显示文摘Cyber physical systems(CPS)recently emerge as a new technology which can provide promising approaches to demand side management(DSM),an important capability in industrial power systems.Meanwhile,the manufacturing center is a typical industrial power subsystem with dozens of high energy consumption devices which have complex physical dynamics.DSM,integrated with CPS,is an effective methodology for solving energy optimization problems in manufacturing center.This paper presents a prediction-based manufacturing center self-adaptive energy optimization method for demand side management in cyber physical systems.To gain prior knowledge of DSM operating results,a sparse Bayesian learning based componential forecasting method is introduced to predict24-hour electric load levels for specific industrial areas in China.From this data,a pricing strategy is designed based on short-term load forecasting results.To minimize total energy costs while guaranteeing manufacturing center service quality,an adaptive demand side energy optimization algorithm is presented.The proposed scheme is tested in a machining center energy optimization experiment.An AMI sensing system is then used to measure the demand side energy consumption of the manufacturing center.Based on the data collected from the sensing system,the load prediction-based energy optimization scheme is implemented.By employing both the PSO and the CPSO method,the problem of DSM in the manufacturing center is solved.The results of the experiment show the self-adaptive CPSO energy optimization method enhances optimization by 5%compared with the traditional PSO optimization method.SUN Xinyao WANG Xue WU Jiangwei LIU Youda 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3:4
2Recent Advances of Metal-Organic Frameworks-based Nanozymes for Bio-applications显示文摘Artificial nanoenzymes with enzyme-like catalytic activity have gradually become an alternative to natural enzymes due to their low production cost,high stability,and good tolerance.In recent years,various enzyme mimics have emerged with the rapid development of nano-teclnology.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are a novel class of porous inorganic-organic hybrid materials made from metal ions/clusters and organic ligands,and MOFs-based nanozymes show great prospect in biosensing,biocatalysis,biomedical imaging,and therapeutic applications,due to unique properties,such as high specific surface area,high porosity,tunable morphology,and excellent biocatalytic properties.In this paper,the recent progresses concerning MOFs-based nanozymes are systematically summarized,including the synthesis,design strategies and related applications,which are divided into two major categories,namely,MOFs structured nanoenzymes and MOFs composite structured nanoenzymes.Meanwhile,the applications of various classifications of MOFs research are introduced.At the end,current challenges and future perspectives of MOFs-based nanozymes are also discussed.It is highly expected that this review on this important area can provide a meaningful guidance for tumor therapy,biosensing and other aspects.WANG Yuda ZULPYA Mahmut ZHANG Xinyao XU Shihan SUN Jiao DONG Biao 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,6:2
3Atmospheric Particle Hygroscopicity and the Influence by Oxidation State of Organic Aerosols in Urban Beijing显示文摘A hygroscopic tandem differentialmobility analyser(H-TDMA)was used to observe the sizeresolved hygroscopic characteristics of submicron particles in January and April 2018 in urban Beijing.The probability distribution of the hygroscopic growth factor(HGF-PDF)in winter and spring usually showed a bimodal pattern,with more hygroscopic mode(MH)being more dominant.The seasonal variation in particle hygroscopicity was related to the origin of air mass,which received polluted southerly air masses in spring and clean northwesterly air masses in winter.Particles showed stronger hygroscopic behaviour during heavy pollution episodes(HPEs)with elevated concentrations of secondary aerosols,especially higher mass fraction of nitrate,which were indicated using the PM2.5(particulate matter with diameter below 2.5μm)mass concentration normalised by CO mass concentration.The hygroscopic parameter(κ)values were calculated using H-TDMA(κhtdma)and chemical composition(κchem).The closure study showed thatκchem was overestimated in winter afternoon when compared withκhtdma,because the organic particle hygroscopic parameter(κorg)was overestimated in the calculations.It was influenced by the presence of a high concentration of hydrocarbon-like organic aerosol(HOA)with a weak water uptake ability.A positive relationship was observed betweenκorg and the ratio of oxygenated organic aerosol(OOA)and HOA,thereby indicating that the strong oxidation state enhanced the hygroscopicity of the particles.This study revealed the effect of local emission sources and secondary aerosol formation processes on particle hygroscopicity,which is of great significance for understanding the pollution formation mechanism in the North China Plain.Sinan Zhang Xiaojing Shen Junying Sun Yangmei Zhang Xiaoye Zhang Can Xia Xinyao Hu Junting Zhong Jialing Wang Shuo Liu 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:1

5Screening non-noble metal oxides to boost the low-temperature combustion of polyethylene waste in air显示文摘Globally,the efficient utilization of polymer wastes is one of the most important issues for current sustainable development topics.Herein,a green and efficient low-temperature combustion approach is proposed to deal with polymer wastes and recover heat energy,simultaneously alleviating the environment and energy crisis.Non-noble metal oxides(Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),NiO_(2),ZrO_(2),La_(2)O_(3)and CeO_(2)) were prepared,characterized and screened to boost the low-temperature combustion of polyethylene waste at 300℃ in air.The mass change,heat release and CO_(x) formation were studied in details and employed to evaluate the combustion rate and efficiency.It was found that CeO_(2)significantly enhanced the combustion rate and efficiency,which was respectively 2 and 7 times that of non-catalytic case.An interesting phenomenon was observed that the catalytic performance of CeO_(2) in polyethylene low-temperature combustion was significantly improved by the 7-day storage in the room environment or water treatment.XPS analysis confirmed the co-existence of Ce^(3+) and Ce^(4+) in CeO_(2),and the 7-day storage and water treatment promoted the amount of Ce^(3+),which facilitated the formation of the oxygen vacancies.That may be the reason why CeO_(2) exhibited excellent catalytic performance in polyethylene low-temperature combustion.Xinyao Sun Liu Zhao Xu Hou Hao Zhou Huimin Qiao Chenggong Song Jing Huang Enxian Yuan 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,58,6:1
6Lonicera caerulea polyphenols inhibit fat absorption by regulating Nrf2-ARE pathway mediated epithelial barrier dysfunction and special microbiota显示文摘Scope:High-fat diet(HFD)induces imbalance in the small intestine environment,where fat digestion and absorption mainly take place.This study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms by which Lonicera caerulea polyphenols(LCP)might inhibit fat absorption,from the perspective of small intestine microbiota and epithelial barrier integrity.Methods and results:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were given HFD with or without co-administration of LCP for 8 weeks.The results showed that LCP supplementation significantly decreased the levels of serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and increased the contents of fecal sterols,in HFD rats.LCP also inhibited the dysfunction of the small intestine epithelial barrier,via alleviating the oxidative stress activated by Nrf2-ARE pathway,and by modulating the expressions of pro-inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),nuclear factor kappa-B p65(NF-κB p65)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in the small intestine.Additionally,LCP administration restored the balance in small intestine microbiota and increased the abundance of the specific bacteria,such as Lactobacillus,involved in fat absorption.Conclusion:Our results demonstrated that LCP may be beneficial to inhibit fat absorption.The mechanism seems to be associated with the protection of the epithelial barrier integrity and the modulation of specific bacteria in the small intestine.Yuehua Wang Ningxuan Gao Andrea Nieto-Veloza Lingxi Zhou Xiyun Sun Xu Si Jinlong Tian Yang Lin Xinyao Jiao Bin Li 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:1
7Cloud Radiative Feedbacks during the ENSO Cycle Simulated by CAMS-CSM显示文摘This study evaluated the simulated cloud radiative feedbacks(CRF)during the El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO)cycle in the latest version of the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences climate system model(CAMS-CSM).We conducted two experimental model simulations:the Atmospheric Model Intercomparison Project(AMIP),forced by the observed sea surface temperature(SST);and the preindustrial control(PIcontrol),a coupled run without flux correction.We found that both the experiments generally reproduced the observed features of the shortwave and longwave cloud radiative forcing(SWCRF and LWCRF)feedbacks.The AMIP run exhibited better simulation performance in the magnitude and spatial distribution than the PIcontrol run.Furthermore,the simulation biases in SWCRF and LWCRF feedbacks were linked to the biases in the representation of the corresponding total cloud cover and precipitation feedbacks.It is interesting to further find that the simulation bias originating in the atmospheric component was amplified in the PIcontrol run,indicating that the coupling aggravated the simulation bias.Since the PIcontrol run exhibited an apparent mean SST cold bias over the cold tongue,the precipitation response to the SST anomaly(SSTA)changes during the ENSO cycle occurred towards the relatively warmer western equatorial Pacific.Thus,the corresponding cloud cover and CRF shifted westward and showed a weaker magnitude in the PIcontrol run versus observational data.In contrast,the AMIP run was forced by the observational SST,hence representing a more realistic CRF.Our results demonstrate the challenges of simulating CRF in coupled models.This study also underscores the necessity of realistically representing the climatological mean state when simulating CRF during the ENSO cycle.Lin CHEN Lijuan HUA Xinyao RONG Jian LI Lu WANG Guo ZHANG Ming SUN Zi'an GE 2019Journal of Meteorological Research2019,33,4:1
8TNFα inhibitor C87 sensitizes EGFRvⅢ transfected glioblastoma cells to gefitinib by a concurrent blockade of TNFα signaling显示文摘Objective: More than half of human glioblastomas show EGFR gene amplification and mutation, but EGFR inhibitors have not been effective in treating EGFR-positive glioblastoma patients.The mechanism behind this type of primary resistance is not well understood.The aim of this study was to investigate gefitinib resistance in glioblastoma, and explore ways to circumvent this significant clinical problem.Methods: MTT method was used to test the cell viability after EGFR-positive glioblastoma cells were treated with indicated drugs;real-time quantitative PCR method was included to detect the TNFα mRNA levels in glioma tissues and cell lines.ELISA was introduced to measure the TNFα protein levels in cell culture supernatant of glioblastoma cells treated with gefitinib.Western blot was used to detect the activity change of intracellular kinases in drug-treated glioblastoma cells.Two mouse xenograft tumor models were carried out to evaluate the in vivo effects of a combination of EGFR and TNFα inhibitors.Results: We found that glioblastoma resistance to gefitinib may be mediated by an adaptive pro-survival TNFα-JNK-Axl signaling axis, and that high TNFα levels in the glioblastoma microenvironment may further intensify primary resistance.A combination of the TNFα-specific small-molecule inhibitor C87 and gefitinib significantly enhanced the sensitivity of glioblastoma cells to gefitinib in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions: Our findings provide a possible explanation for the primary resistance of glioblastoma to EGFR inhibitors and suggest that dual blockade of TNFα and EGFR may be a viable therapeutic strategy for the treatment of patients with chemotherapy-refractory advanced glioblastoma.Li Ma Chunhua She Qian Shi Qiang Yin Xinxin Ji Yongrong Wang Yulong Fan Xinyao Kong Peng Li Zengfeng Sun Xiaohui Zhang Zhen Zhang Jian Wang Tong Wang Yuanfu Xu Wenliang Li 2019Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,3:1
9Role of daily anal stimulation for intractable functional constipation in infants显示文摘Objective Functional constipation is one of the most common problems in pediatric gastroenterology.The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of daily anal stimulation in infants with intractable functional constipation(IFC).Our evaluation was based on clinical improvement and on changes in manometric parameters through time.Methods Infants with IFC treated between January 2018 and December 2019 were included in this retrospective study.Treatment processing included daily anal stimulation for infants and psychological counseling for parents.All cases underwent a complete intervention program and were evaluated for improvement in symptoms and for changes in anorectal manometry within 1 year of follow-up.results A total of 161 patients were included in this study.Positive response was achieved in all patients.Frequency of defecation,change in stool form and decrease in the defecatory pain were significantly relieved in all infants after intervention.On anorectal manometry,no significant difference was found in the peristaltic frequency of distal rectum before and after treatment.There was a significant increase in the mean amplitude of peristalsis and improvement in the rhythm after intervention.In the 1 year of follow-up,three patients had recurrence of constipation requiring colectomy.Conclusion In terms of the high clinical efficacy and limited side effects,daily anal stimulation may be included in the initial part of an intervention program for IFC in infants.Tianqi Zhu Xiaoyi Sun Dan Zhu Qian You Xiaoting Wan Xinyao Meng Jiexiong Feng 2020World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2020,3,2:0
10Colorimetric and electrochemical detection of ligase through ligation reaction-induced streptavidin assembly显示文摘We propose a concept for ligase detection by conversion of aggregation-based homogeneous analysis into surface-tethered electrochemical assay through streptavidin(SA)-biotin interaction.Sortase A(Srt A)served as the model analyte and two biotinylated peptides(bio-LPETGG and GGGK-bio)were used as the substrates.Srt A-catalyzed ligation of the peptide substrates led to the generation of bio-LPETGGGKbio.The ligation product(bio-LPETGGGK-bio)induced the aggregation and color change of SA-modified gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)through the SA-biotin interactions,which could be assayed by the colorimetric method.Furthermore,we found that the bio-LPETGGGK-bio could trigger the assembly of tetrameric SA proteins with the formation of the(SA-bio-LPETGGGK-bio)nassemblies through the same interactions.The above results were further confirmed by atomic force microscopy and fluorescent imaging.The insulated assemblies were in-situ fabricated at the SA-modified gold electrode,thus hindering the electron transfer of[Fe(CN)_(6)]^(3-/4-) and leading to an increase in the electron-transfer resistance.The capability of the method for the detection of Srt A both in vitro and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)has been demonstrated.Srt A with a concentration down to 1 pmol/L has been determined by the electrochemical analysis,which is lower than that achieved by the colorimetric assay(50 pmol/L).By integrating the advantages of homogeneous reaction and heterogeneous detection,the strategy serves as an ideal means for the fabrication of various sensing platforms by adopting biotin-labeled and sequence-specific peptide or nucleic acid substrates.Yaliang Huang Ting Sun Wendi Li Lin Liu Gang Liu Xinyao Yi Jianxiu Wang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0
11Cobalt-Catalyzed Intermolecular Hydroamination of Unactivated Alkenes Using NFSI as Nitrogen Source显示文摘Cheap metal(Fe,Mn,and Co)-catalyzed hydroamination of alkenes has been an attractive method for synthesis of amines because of biocompatibility of metal,excellent Markovnikov selectivity and chemoselectivity.However,most reports are limited to unsaturated nitrogen sources(nitric oxide,azos,azides,cyano,etc.),for which aminated products are very limited.Notably,while used widely for fluorinating reaction,N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide(NFsI)as amine source for hydroamination has seldom been reported.Here we developed a cobalt-catalyzed intermolecular hydroamination of unactivated alkenes using NFSl as nitrogen source under mild conditions.The reaction exhibits excellent chemo-and regio-selectivity with no hydrofluorination or linear-selectivity products.Notably,the reaction proceeded with excellent yield even though the amount of Co(salen)catalyst was reduced to 0.2 mol%.Recently,a similar work was also reported by Zhang and coworkers(ref.19).Peng-Wei Sun Ze Zhang Xinyao Wang Linshan Li Yuxin Li Zhengming Li 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,9:0
12Effect of bubble morphology and behavior on power consumption in non-Newtonian fluids’aeration process显示文摘Due to a prolonged operation time and low mass transfer efficiency, the primary challenge in the aeration process of non-Newtonian fluids is the high energy consumption, which is closely related to the form and rate of impeller, ventilation, rheological properties and bubble morphology in the reactor. In this perspective, through optimal computational fluid dynamics models and experiments, the relationship between power consumption, volumetric mass transfer rate(kLa) and initial bubble size(d0) was constructed to establish an efficient operation mode for the aeration process of non-Newtonian fluids. It was found that reducing the d0could significantly increase the oxygen mass transfer rate, resulting in an obvious decrease in the ventilation volume and impeller speed.
