| 1 | Correlations for the ignition delay times of hydrogen/air mixtures显示文摘Correlations for the ignition delay times of hydrogen/air mixtures were developed using the method of High Dimensional Model Representation (HDMR).The hydrogen/air ignition delay times for initial conditions over a wide range of temperatures from 800 to 1600 K,pressures from 0.1 to 100 atm,and equivalence ratios from 0.2 to 10 were first calculated utilizing the full chemical mechanism.Correlations were then developed based on these ignition delay times.Two forms of correlations were constructed:the first one is an overall general model covering the whole range of the initial conditions;while the second one is a piecewise correlation model valid for initial conditions within different sub-domains.The performance of these correlations was studied through comparison with results from the full chemical mechanism as well as experimental data.It was shown that these correlations work well over the whole range of initial conditions and that the accuracy can be significantly improved by using different piecewise correlations for different sub-domains.Therefore,piecewise correlations can be used as an effective replacement for the full mechanism when the prediction of chemical time scale is needed in certain combustion modeling. | ZHAO ZhenLong CHEN Zheng CHEN ShiYi | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,2: | 8 |

| 6 | The Stevens law and the derivation of sensory perception显示文摘The Stevens law,S=kI^(n),is commonly accepted as a landmark achievement in the field of sensory psychophysics and has been widely applied in food sensory research.The theory effectively links the two parameters of very different nature,the intensity of sensory perception(S)and the intensity of physical stimulus(I).However,the Stevens law suffers from two major drawbacks.The equation was self-inconsistent in terms of the units,which makes equation questionable in principle.The Stevens law was also found inapplicable when multiple physical stimuli are involved in the perception of a sensory attribute.To solve the first drawback,we propose to replace the absolute stimulation intensity in the Stevens law with a relative intensity,S=k(I/I_(0))^(n).The modified Stevens law becomes self-consistent when both sides of the equation are dimensionless and the theory is applicable regardless of the unit of the physical stimulus.To solve the second drawback,a concept of sensory derivation is introduced and so sensory properties can be categorized as primary sensory and derived sensory.The former can be described effectively by the Stevens law,while description of the latter is beyond the applicability of the Stevens law because of the involvement of multiple sensory stimuli or multi level sensory derivation.Furthermore,a sensory hierarch is constructed with sensory perception of different nature at different levels,including the primary sensory at the basic level and derived sensory perception at progressing levels.The modified Stevens law provides a self-consistent model for psychophysical analysis of sensory perception.The proposed sensory hierarchy helps to streamline sensory terms and attributes and may be used as a useful guide in establishing instrumental analysis of sensory perception. | Jianshe Chen Shiyi Tian Xinmiao Wang Yuezhong Mao Lei Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Future Foods2021,1,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Efficacy of Zhumian Tang formula granules(助眠汤配方颗粒)combined with eszopiclone for the treatment of poor sleep quality:a multi-center,randomized controlled,superiority trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhumian Tang formula granules(助眠汤配方颗粒)combined with eszopiclone for treating poor sleep quality.METHODS:This multi-center,dynamic blockrandomized,parallel-group superiority clinical trial included 130 patients.The combined treatment group received Zhumian Tang formula granules combined with eszopiclone treatment,and the control group received eszopiclone treatment only.The group allocation ratio was 1∶1.The duration of treatment was 2 weeks.Participants were asked to complete questionnaires before treatment,after 1 week of the intervention,after 2 weeks of the intervention,and at the follow-up on week 3.The primary outcomes were the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the total effective rate of treatment.The secondary outcome was the rate of adverse effects.RESULTS:Compared with the eszopiclone treatment group,the PSQI score of the combined treatment group was significantly lower after 2 weeks of the intervention(6.98 vs 8.26,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the mean PSQI score after 1 week of the intervention(9.89 vs 9.15,P=0.124).After the follow-up on week 3,the PSQI score of the combined treatment group remained significantly lower than that of the eszopiclone treatment group(6.12 vs 8.31,P<0.001).The total effective rates of treatment of the combined group and the eszopiclone group were 36.92%vs 35.38%(Z=0.033,P=0.855)after 1 week of the intervention,83.08%vs 58.46%(Z=9.519,P<0.05)after 2 weeks of the intervention,and 83.08%vs 61.54%(Z=7.530,P<0.05)and after the follow-up on week 3,respectively.There was no significant difference in the overall rate of adverse reactions between the combined and eszopiclone treatment groups(21.53%vs 31.8%,P=0.318).CONCLUSION:The combination of Zhumian Tang formula granules with eszopiclone was found to be safe and more effective in improving sleep quality than eszopiclone alone.Traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the effectiveness of Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia. | WANG Yichen WU Shiyi WANG Zhengyan CHANG Wenling XIE Zhihao TANG Xing ZHAO Songmei ZHOU Jing CHEN Zehong WANG Chao() YANG Chunxia | 2024 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2024,44,1: | 0 |

We find YbCl_(3) exhibits a Ne′el type long-range magnetic order at the wavevector(0, 0, 0) below TN= 600 mK.This magnetic order is associated with a small sharp peak in heat capacity and most magnetic entropy release occurs above the magnetic ordering temperature. The magnetic moment lies in-plane, parallel to the monoclinic a-axis, whose magnitude mYb= 0.86(3) μBis considerably smaller than the expected fully ordered moment of 2.24 μBfor the doublet crystal-field ground state. The magnetic ordering moment gradually increases with increasing magnetic field perpendicular to the ab-plane, reaching a maximum value of 1.6(2) μBat 4 T, before it is completely suppressed above ~ 9 T. | 20 | Sequentially releasing self-healing hydrogel fabricated with TGFβ3-microspheres and bFGF to facilitate rat alveolar bone defect repair显示文摘Resorption and loss of alveolar bone leads to oral dysfunction and loss of natural or implant teeth. Biomimetic delivery of growth factors based on stem cell recruitment and osteogenic differentiation, as the key steps in natural alveolar bone regenerative process, has been an area of intense research in recent years. A mesoporous self-healing hydrogel(DFH) with basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) entrapment and transforming growth factor β3(TGFβ3)-loaded chitosan microspheres(CMs) was developed. The formulation was optimized by multiple tests of self-healing, in-bottle inversion, SEM, rheological, swelling rate and in vitro degradation. In vitro tubule formation assays, cell migration assays, and osteogenic differentiation assays confirmed the ability of DFH to promote blood vessels, recruit stem cells, and promote osteogenic differentiation. The optimum DFH formula is 0.05 ml 4ArmPEG-DF(20%) added to 1 ml CsGlu(2%) containing bFGF(80 ng) and TGFβ3-microspheres(5 mg). The results of in vitro release studied by Elisa kit, indicated an 95% release of b FGF in7 d and long-term sustained release of TGFβ3. For alveolar defects rat models, the expression levels of CD29 and CD45, the bone volume fraction, trabecular number, and trabecular thickness of new bone monitored by Micro-CT in DFH treatment groups were significantly higher than others(*P < 0.05, vs Model). HE and Masson staining show the same results.In conclusion, DFH is a design of bionic alveolar remodelling microenvironment, that is in early time microvessels formed by b FGF provide nutritious to recruited endogenous stem cells, then TGFβ3 slowly released speed up the process of new bones formation to common facilitate rat alveolar defect repair.
