| 1 | Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous Plutonism in the Northern Part of the Precambrian North China Craton:SHRIMP Zircon U-Pb Dating of Diorites and Granites from the Yunmengshan Geopark,Beijing显示文摘The Yunmengshan Geopark in northern Beijing is located within the Yanshan range.It contains the Yunmengshan batholith,which is dominated by two plutons:the Yunmengshan gneissic granite and the Shicheng gneissic diorite.Four samples of the Yunmengshan gneissic granite give SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages from 145 to 141 Ma,whereas four samples of the Shicheng gneissic diorite have ages from 159 Ma to 151 Ma.Dikes that cut the Yunmengshan diorite record SHRIMP zircon UPb age of 162±2 and 156±4 Ma.The cumulative plots of zircons from the diorites show a peak age of 155 Ma,without inherited zircon cores,and the peak age of 142 Ma for granite is interpreted as the emplacement age of the Yunmengshan granitic pluton,whose igneous zircons contain inherited zircon cores.The data presented here show that there were two pulses of magmatism:early diorites,followed c13 Ma later by true granites,which incorporated material from an older continental crust. | SHI Yuruo ZHAO Xitao MA Yinsheng HU Daogong LIU Qisheng WU Zhenhan ZHAO Yuanyi LIU Dunyi | 2009 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2009,83,2: | 17 |

| 3 | In vitro effects of sodium hyaluronate on the proliferation and the apoptosis in chondrocytes from patients with Kashin-Beck disease and osteoarthritis显示文摘Objective:To identify the in vitro effects of sodium hyaluronate(HA) on the proliferation and the apoptosis of chondrocytes from patients with Kashin-Beck disease(KBD) and osteoarthritis(OA). Methods:Samples of articular cartilages from KBD and OA patients, as well as healthy volunteers(6 subjects in each of the 3 groups) were dissected, digested with collagenase and the cells cultured in monolayers. Chondrocytes from each sample were assigned to an untreated group and two HA-treated groups: H0(no HA), H100(HA, 0.1 g/L) and H500(HA, 0.5 g/L). The first passage chondrocytes were used to observe proliferation using the MTT assay, and apoptosis by flow cytometry through Annexin V/PI staining. Results:HA promoted proliferation of chondrocytes in all the three groups, and in KBD and OA groups, for cells cultured for 4 and 6 days, H500 significantly promoted the cell proliferation. The apoptotic rates of both KBD and OA group chondrocytes were in the order H500 < HA100 < H0. | 4 | Evaluation of reference genes for quantitative real-time PCR analysis of gene expression during early development processes of the tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)显示文摘Differential expression of genes is crucial to growth and development of fish.To select the appropriate genes for gene normalization during Cynoglossus semilaevis early developmental process,eight candidate reference genes(ACTB,B2 M,EF1 A,GADPH,RPL7,TUBA,UBCE and 18S) were tested for their adequacy by using quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that the expression of all the examined genes exhibited tissue dependent variations in the mature C.semilaevis.EF1 A was listed as the most stable reference among the 14 tissues by Ref Finder.Furthermore,the recommended comprehensive ranking of the stability determined by Ref Finder showed that 18 S was the most stable gene during the early developmental stages(from oosphere to 90 days old) in this study.However,when divided the Ct value data of the above mentioned early developmental stages into two separate periods(embryo and post-hatching periods),TUBA and 18 S represented the most stable references of these two developmental periods,respectively.Consequently,the reference gene should be carefully and accurately chosen even for studies of the same species at various developmental processes.The relevant data may help in selecting appropriate reference genes for m RNA expression analysis,and is of great value in the studies of fish growth and development. | MA Qian ZHUANG Zhimeng FENG Wenrong LIU Shufang TANG Qisheng | 2015 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,10: | 3 |
| 5 | A small molecule inhibitor of the UBE2F-CRL5 axis induces apoptosis and radiosensitization in lung cancer显示文摘Protein neddylation is catalyzed by a neddylation activating enzyme(NAE,E1),an E2 conjugating enzyme,and an E3 ligase.In various types of human cancers,the neddylation pathway is abnormally activated.Our previous study validated that the neddylation E2 UBE2F is a promising therapeutic target in lung cancer.Although the NAE inhibitor MLN4924/pevonedistat is currently under clinical investigation as an anti-cancer agent,there are no small molecules available that selectively target UBE2F.Here,we report,for the first time,the discovery,via structure-based virtual screen and chemical optimization,of such a small molecule,designated as HA-9104.HA-9104 binds to UBE2F,reduces its protein levels,and consequently inhibits cullin-5 neddylation.Blockage of cullin-5 neddylation inactivates cullin-RING ligase-5(CRL5)activity,leading to accumulation of the CRL5 substrate,NOXA,to induce apoptosis.Moreover,HA-9104 appears to form the DNA adduct via its 7-azaindole group to induce DNA damage and G2/M arrest.Biologically,HA-9104 effectively suppresses the growth and survival of lung cancer cells and confers radiosensitization in both in vitro cell culture and in vivo xenograft tumor models.In summary,we discovered a small molecule,designated HA-9104,that targets the UBE2F-CRL5 axis with anti-cancer activity alone or in combination with radiation. | Tiantian Xu Qisheng Ma Yanan Li Qing Yu Peichen Pan Yawen Zheng Zhijian Li Xiufang Xiong Tingjun Hou Bin Yu Hongmin Liu Yi Sun | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,11: | 2 |

| 7 | Fanconi anemia gene-associated germline predisposition in aplastic anemia and hematologic malignancies显示文摘Whether Fanconi anemia(FA)heterozygotes are predisposed to bone marrow failure and hematologic neoplasm is a crucial but unsettled issue in cancer prevention and family consulting.We retrospectively analyzed rare possibly significant variations(PSVs)in the five most obligated FA genes,BRCA2,FANCA,FANCC,FANCD2,and FANCG,in 788 patients with aplastic anemia(AA)and hematologic malignancy.Sixty-eight variants were identified in 66 patients(8.38%).FANCA was the most frequently mutated gene(n=29),followed by BRCA2(n=20).Compared with that of the ExAC East Asian dataset,the overall frequency of rare PSVs was higher in our cohort(P=0.016).BRCA2 PSVs showed higher frequency in acute lymphocytic leukemia(P=0.038),and FANCA PSVs were significantly enriched in AA and AML subgroups(P=0.020;P=0.008).FA-PSV-positive MDS/AML patients had a higher tumor mutation burden,higher rate of cytogenetic abnormalities,less epigenetic regulation,and fewer spliceosome gene mutations than those of FA-PSV-negative MDS/AML patients(P=0.024,P=0.029,P=0.024,and P=0.013).The overall PSV enrichment in our cohort suggests that heterozygous mutations of FA genes contribute to hematopoietic failure and leukemogenesis. | Daijing Nie Jing Zhang Fang Wang Xvxin Li Lili Liu Wei Zhang Panxiang Cao Xue Chen Yang Zhang Jiaqi Chen Xiaoli Ma Xiaosu Zhou Qisheng Wu Ming Liu Mingyue Liu Wenjun Tian Hongxing Liu | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,3: | 1 |
