3Algorithm for Smooth S-curve Feedrate Profiling Generation显示文摘The algorithms for feedrate profile generation,such as linear and S-curve profiles,have been widely used in machinery controllers,and these algorithms can greatly improve the smoothness of motion.However,most of the algorithms lead to the discontinuous acceleration/deceleration and jerk,or high jerk levels,which is very harmful to machine tool or robot in most occasions. This paper presents a smooth S-curve feedrate profiling generation algorithm that produces continuous feedrate,acceleration,and jerk profiles.Smooth jerk is obtained by imposing limits on the first and second time derivatives of acceleration,resulting in trapezoidal jerk profiles along the tool path.The discretization of smooth S-curve feedrate is realized with a novel approach that improves the efficiency without calculating the deceleration point in each sampled time.To ensure that the interpolation time is a multiple of the value of sampled time,the feedrate,acceleration,jerk,and jerk derivative are recalculated.Meantime,to improve the efficiency,the interpolation steps of all regions are computed before interpolation.According to the distance of trajectory,the smooth S-curve acceleration and decelerations are divided into three blocks:normal block,short block type-Ⅰ,and short block type-Ⅱ.Finally feedrate discretization of short block type-Ⅰand type-Ⅱis obtained with considering the efficiency.The proposed generation algorithm is tested in machining a part on a five axis milling machine,which is controlled with the CNC system for newly developed high-speed machine tools.The test result shows that the smooth S-curve approach has the smoother feedrate,acceleration,deceleration,and jerk profiles than S-curve.The proposed algorithm ensures the automated machinery motion smoothness,and improves the quality and efficiency of the automated machinery motion planning.CHEN Youdong WEI Hongxing SUN Kai LIU Miao WANG Tianmiao 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,2:13

5Seasonal and diurnal variations of atmospheric peroxyacetyl nitrate, peroxypropionyl nitrate, and carbon tetrachloride in Beijing显示文摘Atmospheric peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN), peroxypropionyl nitrate(PPN), and carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) were measured from September 2010 to August 2011 in Beijing. PAN exhibited low values from mid-autumn to early spring(October to March) with monthly average concentrations ranging from 0.28 to 0.73 ppbV, and increased from early spring to summer(March to August), ranging from 1.37–3.79 ppbV. The monthly variation of PPN was similar to PAN, with low values(below detection limit to 0.18 ppbV) from mid-autumn to early spring, and a monthly maximum in September(1.14 ppbV). The monthly variation of CCl4was tightly related to the variation of temperature, exhibiting a minimum in winter(69.3 pptV) and a maximum of 180.6 pptV in summer. Due to weak solar intensity and short duration, PAN and O3showed no distinct diurnal patterns from morning to night during winter, whereas for other seasons, they both exhibited maximal values in the late afternoon(ca. 15:00 to 16:00 local time) and minimal values during early morning and midnight. Good linear correlations between PAN and PPN were found in autumn(R = 0.91), spring(R = 0.94), and summer(R = 0.81), with slopes of 0.130, 0.222, and 0.133, respectively, suggesting that anthropogenic hydrocarbons dominated the photochemical formation of PANs in Beijing. 6Rare earth oxides and their supported noble metals in application of environmental catalysis显示文摘Volatile organic compounds(VOCs),methane,carbon monoxide,soot,automotive exhaust,and nitrogen oxides are harmful to the atmosphere and human health.It is urgent to strictly control their emissions.Heterogeneous catalysis is an effective pathway for the removal of these pollutants,and the critical issue is the development of novel and high-performance catalysts.In this review,we briefly summarize the preparation methods,physicochemical properties,catalytic activities,and related reaction mechanisms for the above pollutants removal of the rare earth oxides,mixed rare earth oxide,rare earth oxidesupported noble metal,and mixed rare earth oxide-supported noble metal catalysts that have been investigated by our group and other researchers.It was found that catalytic performance was associated with the factors,such as specific surface area,pore structure,particle size and dispersion,adsorbed oxygen species concentration,reducibility,reactant activation ability or interaction between metal nanoparticles and support.Furthermore,we also envision the development trend of such a topic in future work.Zhiquan Hou Wenbo Pei Xing Zhang Kunfeng Zhang Yuxi Liu Jiguang Deng Lin Jing Hongxing Dai 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,8:10
7Fissure evolution and evaluation of pressure-relief gas drainage in the exploitation of super-remote protected seams显示文摘Based on nonlinearity contact theory and the geological structure of the Xieqiao Coal Mine in the newly developed Huainan coal field,rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of overlying strata were simulated by using the interface unit of FLAC3D to evaluate the pressure-relief gas drainage in the exploitation of super-remote protected seams.The simulation indicates that the height of the water flowing fractured zone is 54 m in the overlying strata above the protective layer.The maximum relative swelling deformation of the C13 coal seam is 0.232%,while the mining height is 3.0 m and the distance from the B8 roof to the C13 floor is 129 m,which provides good agreement with a similar experiment and in situ results.The feasibility of exploitation of a super-remote protective coal seam and the performance of the pressure-relief gas drainage in a super-remote protected layer are evaluated by comparisons with practice projects.It demonstrates that the relieved gas in the super-remote protected layers could be better drained and it is feasible to exploit the B8 coal seam before the C13 super-remote protected coal seam.The method is applicable for the study of rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of the overburden,using the interface unit to analyze the contact problems in coal mines.LIU, Hongyong CHENG, Yuanping ZHOU, Hongxing WANG, Feng CHEN, Haidong 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,2:10
8Development of Hydro-Informatic Modelling System and its application显示文摘The understanding of hydrological cycle is the core of hydrology and the scientific base of water resources management. Meanwhile, simulation of hydrological cycle has long been regarded as an important tool for the assessment, utilization and protection of water resources. In this paper, a new tool named Hydro-Informatic Modelling System (HIMS) has been developed and introduced with case studies in the Yellow River Basin in China and 331 catchments in Australia. The case studies showed that HIMS can be employed as an integrated platform for hydrological simulation in different regions. HIMS is a modular based framework of hydrological model designed for different utilization such as flood forecasting, water resources planning and evaluating hydrological impacts of climate change and human activities. The unique of HIMS is its flexibility in providing alternative modules in the simulation of hydrological cycle, which successfully overcome the difficulties in the availability of input data, the uncertainty of parameters, and the difference of rainfall-runoff processes. 9Maximal capacity nonorthogonal pulse shape modulation显示文摘To improve spectral utilization of communication system, a novel nonorthogonal pulse shape modulation(NPSM) based on prolate spheroidal wave function(PSWF) is proposed. The modulation employs nonorthogonal PSWF pulses to transmit information and it shows a higher capacity than traditional orthogonal modulations. The NPSM capacity under the constraint of finite input alphabet, which is determined by parameters of PSWF pulse, is derived. An optimization model for maximal capacity of NPSM is constructed and an exhaustive self-adapting gradient search algorithm for the model is proposed. A practical NPSM scheme with the maximal capacity is obtained by this search algorithm and it is proved to be superior to orthogonal signaling in the capacity. 10MicroRNA-324-3p Plays A Protective Role Against Coxsackievirus B3-Induced Viral Myocarditis显示文摘Viral myocarditis(VM) is an inflammatory disease of the myocardium associated with heart failure, which is caused by common viral infections. A majority of the infections are initiated by coxsackievirus B3(CVB3). Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)have a major role in various biological processes, including gene expression, cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis, as well as viral infection and antiviral immune responses. Although, mi RNAs have been found to regulate viral infections,their role in CVB3 infection remains poorly understood. In the previous study, mi RNA microarray results showed that mi R-324-3 p expression levels were significantly increased when cells and mice were infected with CVB3. It was also found that miR-324-3p downregulated TRIM27 and decreased CVB3 replication in vitro and in vivo. In vitro, analysis of downstream signaling of TRIM27 revealed that, miR-324-3p inhibited CVB3 infection, and reduced cytopathic effect and viral plaque formation by reducing the expression of TRIM27. In vivo, miR-324-3p decreased the expression of TRIM27,reduced cardiac viral replication and load, thereby strongly attenuating cardiac injury and inflammation. 11Graphene-enabled electrically controlled terahertz meta-lens显示文摘Metasurfaces have become a new photonic structure for providing potential applications to develop integrated devices with small thickness, because they can introduce an abrupt phase change by arrays of scatterers. To be applied more widely, active metasurface devices are highly desired. Here, a tunable terahertz meta-lens whose focal length is able to be electrically tuned by ~4.45λ is demonstrated experimentally. The lens consists of a metallic metasurface and a monolayer graphene. Due to the dependence of the abrupt phase change of the metasurface on the graphene chemical potential, which can be modulated using an applied gate voltage, the focal length is changed from 10.46 to 12.24 mm when the gate voltage increases from 0 to 2.0 V. Experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical hypothesis. 12Soil temperature and moisture sensitivities of soil CO_2 efflux before and after tillage in a wheat field of Loess Plateau,China显示文摘As a conventional farming practice,tillage has lasted for thousands of years in Loess Plateau,China.Although recent studies show that tillage is a prominent culprit to soil carbon loss in croplands,few studies have investigated the influences of tillage on the responses of soil CO2 efflux(SCE) to soil temperature and moisture.Using a multi-channel automated CO2 efflux chamber system,we measured SCE in situ continuously before and after the conventional tillage in a rain fed wheat field of Loess Plateau,China.The changes in soil temperature and moisture sensitivities of SCE,denoted by the Q10 value and linear regression slope respectively,were compared in the same range of soil temperature and moisture before and after the tillage.The results showed that,after the tillage,SCE increased by 1.2-2.2 times;the soil temperature sensitivity increased by 36.1%-37.5%;and the soil moisture sensitivity increased by 140%-166%.Thus,the tillage-induced increase in SCE might partially be attributed to the increases in temperature and moisture sensitivity of SCE.Hongxing Zhang Xiaoke Wang Zongwei Feng Junzhu Pang Fei Lu Zhiyun Ouyang Hua Zheng Wenzhao Liu Dafeng Hui 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,1:7
13Evaluation of three tracers for labeling distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons显示文摘It has been reported that distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons(dCSF-CNs)can be detected by immunohistochemical assay using cholera toxin subunit B-conjugated horseradish peroxidase(CBHRP).In the present study,another two methods with CB alone or CB-conjugated FITC(CB-FITC)were used,and the results from the three methods were compared.Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups with CB-HRP,CB or CB-FITC.Tracers were diluted to 30%in artificial cerebrospinal fluid and injected separately(in a volume of 3μL)into the lateral ventricle.Animals from the CB-HRP and CB groups were perfused 48 h after surgery while animals from the CB-FITC group were perfused 1,3,6,12,24 or 48 h after surgery.The brain was sectioned(40μm)for immunofluorescence and five sections with positive neurons were selected from each rat for neuron counting.Three clusters of positive neurons in a'Y-like'distribution were detected ventral to the cerebral aqueduct of rats from the three groups.No significant difference was observed among the quantitative data.In the CB-FITC group,stable staining was detected even at 6 h after injection.Taken together,lateral ventricle injection of CB/CB-FITC is a useful method for labeling dCSFCNs in rats.The CB-FITC method makes dCSF-CNs labeling much simpler and more convenient.Fang Zhou Jiayou Wang Hongxing Zhang He Liu Guangping Zhao Cuihua Zu Xiaoxing Lu Licai Zhang 2013Neuroscience Bulletin2013,29,5:7
14Concurrent catalytic removal of typical volatile organic compound mixtures over Au-Pd/α-MnO2 nanotubes显示文摘α-MnO_2 nanotubes and their supported Au-Pd alloy nanocatalysts were prepared using hydrothermal and polyvinyl alcohol-protected reduction methods, respectively. Their catalytic activity for the oxidation of toluene/m-xylene, acetone/ethyl acetate, acetone/m-xylene and ethyl acetate/m-xylene mixtures was evaluated. It was found that the interaction between Au-Pd alloy nanoparticles and α-MnO_2 nanotubes significantly improved the reactivity of lattice oxygen, and the 0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO_2 nanotube catalyst outperformed the α-MnO_2 nanotube catalyst in the oxidation of toluene, m-xylene, ethyl acetate and acetone. Over the0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO_2 nanotube catalyst,(i) toluene oxidation was greatly inhibited in the toluene/m-xylene mixture, while m-xylene oxidation was not influenced;(ii) acetone and ethyl acetate oxidation suffered a minor impact in the acetone/ethyl acetate mixture; and(iii) m-xylene oxidation was enhanced whereas the oxidation of the oxygenated VOCs(volatile organic compounds) was suppressed in the acetone/m-xylene or ethyl acetate/m-xylene mixtures. The competitive adsorption of these typical VOCs on the catalyst surface induced an inhibitive effect on their oxidation, and increasing the temperature favored the oxidation of the VOCs. The mixed VOCs could be completely oxidized into CO_2 and H_2 O below 320°C at a space velocity of 40,000 m L/(g·hr). The 0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO_2 nanotube catalyst exhibited high catalytic stability as well as good tolerance to water vapor and CO_2 in the oxidation of the VOC mixtures. 16Hydrothermal fabrication and visible-light-driven photocatalytic properties of bismuth vanadate with multiple morphologies and/or porous structures for Methyl Orange degradation显示文摘Monoclinic BiVO4 with multiple morphologies and/or porous structures were fabricated using the hydrothermal strategy. The materials were characterized by means of the XRD, Raman, TGA/DSC, SEM, XPS, and UV-Vis techniques. The photocatalytic activities of the BiVO4 materials were evaluated for the degradation of Methyl Orange under visible-light irradiation. It is observed that pH value and surfactant exerted a great effect on the morphology and pore structure of the BiVO4 product. Spherical BiVO4 with porous structures, flower-cluster-like BiVO4, and flower-bundle-like BiVO4 were generated hydrothermally at 100°C with poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) and urea (pH = 2) and at 160°C with NaHCO3 (pH = 7 and 8), respectively. The PVP-derived BiVO4 showed much higher surface areas (5.0-8.4 m2/g) and narrower bandgap energies (2.45-2.49 eV). 17Siting of Dark Sky Reserves in China Based on Multi-source Spatial Data and Multiple Criteria Evaluation Method显示文摘With the rapid development of population and urbanization and the progress of lighting technology, the influence of artificial light sources has increased.In this context, the problem of light pollution has attracted wide attention.Previous studies have revealed that light pollution can affect biological living environments, human physical and mental health, astronomical observations and many other aspects.Therefore, organizations internationally have begun to advocate for measures to prevent light pollution, many of which are recognized by the International Dark-Sky Association(IDA).In addition to improving public awareness, legal protections, technical treatments and other means, the construction of Dark Sky Reserves(DSR) has proven to be an effective preventive measure.So far, as a pioneer practice in this field, the IDA has identified 11 DSRs worldwide.Based on the DA requirements for DSRs, this paper utilizes NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data and other multi-source spatial data to analyze possible DSR sites in China.The land of China was divided into more than ten thousand 30 km × 30 km fishnets, and constraint and suitable conditions were designated, respectively, as light and cloud conditions, and scale, traffic and attractiveness conditions.Using a multiple criteria evaluation, 1443 fishnets were finally selected as most suitable sites for the construction of DSRs.Results found that less than 25% of China is not subject to light pollution, and less than 13% is suitable for DSR construction, primarily in western and northern areas, including Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu and Inner Mongolia.WEI Ye CHEN Zuoqi XIU Chunliang YU Bailang LIU Hongxing 2019Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,6:5
18Porous FeO_x/BiVO_(4-δ)S_(0.08): Highly efcient photocatalysts for the degradation of Methylene Blue under visible-light illumination显示文摘Porous S-doped bismuth vanadate with an olive-like morphology and its supported iron oxide(y wt.% FeOx/BiVO4 δS0.08, y =0.06, 0.76, and 1.40) photocatalysts were fabricated using the dodecylamine-assisted alcohol-hydrothermal and incipient wetness impregnation methods, respectively. It is shown that the y wt.% FeOx/BiVO4 δS0.08photocatalysts contained a monoclinic scheetlite BiVO4 phase with a porous olive-like morphology, a surface area of 8.8–9.2 m2/g, and a bandgap energy of 2.38–2.42 eV. There was co-presence of surface Bi5+, Bi3+, V5+, V3+, Fe3+, and Fe2+species in y wt.% FeOx/BiVO4 δS0.08. The 1.40 wt.% FeOx/BiVO4 δS0.08sample performed the best for Methylene Blue degradation under visible-light illumination. The photocatalytic mechanism was also discussed. 19Probing the limits of plasmonic enhancement using a two-dimensional atomic crystal probe显示文摘Achieving larger electromagnetic enhancement using a nanogap between neighboring metallic nanostructures has been long pursued for boosting light–matter interactions.However,the quantitative probing of this enhancement is hindered by the lack of a reliable experimental method for measuring the local fields within a subnanometer gap.Here,we use layered MoS2 as a two-dimensional atomic crystal probe in nanoparticle-on-mirror nanoantennas to measure the plasmonic enhancement in the gap by quantitative surface-enhanced Raman scattering.Our designs ensure that the probe filled in the gap has a well-defined lattice orientation and thickness,enabling independent extraction of the anisotropic field enhancements.We find that the field enhancement can be safely described by pure classical electromagnetic theory when the gap distance is no<1.24 nm.For a 0.62 nm gap,the probable emergence of quantum mechanical effects renders an average electric field enhancement of 114-fold,38.4%lower than classical predictions.Wen Chen Shunping Zhang Meng Kang Weikang Liu Zhenwei Ou Yang Li Yexin Zhang Zhiqiang Guan Hongxing Xu 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:4
20Reversing cold tumors to hot: An immunoadjuvant-functionalized metalorganic framework for multimodal imaging-guided synergistic photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy assays using immunoadjuvants and tumor antigens could greatly increase the survival rates of patients with malignant tumors.As effective carriers,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely utilized in cancer therapy due to their remarkable histocompatibility and low toxicity.Herein,we constructed a multimodal imaging-guided synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy by employing a specific MOF(MIL101-NH2)as the core carrier;the MOF was dual-dressed with photoacoustic and fluorescent signal donors(indocyanine green,ICG)and immune adjuvants(cytosine-phosphate-guanine sequence,CpG)and named ICGCpG@MOF.This nanocarrier could passively target the tumor site through the EPR effect and achieve multimodal imaging(fluorescence,photoacoustic,photothermal and magnetic resonance imaging)of the tumor.Synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy was achieved via simultaneous photodynamic and photothermal methods with 808 nm laser irradiation.ICG-CpG@MOF achieved the GSH-controlled release of immunoadjuvant into the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore,the released tumor-associated antigen along with CpG could induce the transformation of tumor cells from cold to hot by activating the immune system,which significantly enhanced tumor cytotoxicity and achieved high cure rates with minimal side-effects.This strategy utilizing multimodal imaging and synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy provides a promising approach for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Zhijin Fan Hongxing Liu Yaohua Xue Jingyan Lin Yu Fu Zhaohua Xia Dongming Pan Jian Zhang Kun Qiao Zhenzhen Zhang Yuhui Liao 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,2:4
