| 1 | Preparation of modified Ce-SAPO-34 catalysts and their catalytic performances of methanol to olefins显示文摘The modified Ce-SAPO-34 catalysts were prepared with three methods, i.e., the liquid ion exchange with air calcination, impregnation with air calcination and impregnation with steam calcination methods. The catalytic performances of the catalysts for methanol to olefins were investigated. The properties of the catalysts were characterized using XRD, BET, XRF, FT-IR and NH3-TPD. The results indicated that compared to the SAPO-34 catalyst the catalyst prepared with the impregnation and air calcination prolonged the lifetime by 40 min and improved the selectivity to ethylene by 5% (mol) and the catalyst prepared with the impregnation and steam calcination showed the best modification effect, prolonging the lifetime by 70 min and improving the ethylene selectivity by 10% (mol). The catalyst prepared with the liquid ion exchange showed similar behaviour as the SAPO-34 catalyst. | 3 | Elevating H3K27me3 level sensitizes colorectal cancer to oxaliplatin显示文摘Histone methylation is a context-dependent modification that regulates gene expression,and the trimethylation of histone H3 lysine 27(H3K27me3)usually induces gene silencing.Overcoming colorectal cancer(CRC)chemoresistance is currently a huge challenge,but the relationship between H3K27me3 modification and chemoresistance remains largely unclear.Here,we found that H3K27me3 levels positively correlated with the metastasis-free survival of CRC patients and a low H3K27me3 level predicted a poor outcome upon chemotherapeutic drug treatment.Oxaliplatin stimulation significantly induced the expression of H3K27 lysine demethylase 6A/6B(KDM6A/6B),thus decreasing the level of H3K27me3 in CRC cells.Elevation of H3K27me3 level through KDM6A/6B depletion or GSK-J4(a KDM6A/6B inhibitor)treatment significantly enhanced oxaliplatin-induced apoptosis.Conversely,when inhibiting the expression of H3K27me3 by EPZ-6438,an inhibitor of the histone methyltransferase EZH2,the proportion of apoptotic cells remarkably decreased.In addition,the combination of GSK-J4 and oxaliplatin significantly inhibited tumor growth in an oxaliplatin-resistant patient-derived xenograft model.Importantly,we revealed that oxaliplatin treatment dramatically induced NOTCH2 expression,which was caused by downregulation of H3K27me3 level on the NOTCH2 transcription initiation site.Thus,the activated NOTCH signaling promoted the expression of stemness-related genes,which resulted in oxaliplatin resistance.Furthermore,oxaliplatin-induced NOTCH signaling could be interrupted by GSK-J4 treatment.Collectively,our findings suggest that elevating H3K27me3 level can improve drug sensitivity in CRC patients. | Qi Wang Xi Chen Yuhang Jiang Sanhong Liu Hanshao Liu Xiaohua Sun Haohao Zhang Zhi Liu Yu Tao Cuifeng Li Yiming Hu Dandan Liu Deji Ye Yongzhong Liu Mingliang Wang Xiaoren Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2020,12,2: | 6 |
| 4 | Epidemiology of urticaria in China:a population-based study显示文摘Background:Urticaria is a common skin disease characterized by episodes of wheals,and it has a negative effect on patients’quality of life.Large-scale population-based epidemiological studies of urticaria are scarce in China.The aim of this survey was to determine the prevalence,clinical forms,and risk factors of urticaria in the Chinese population.Methods:This survey was conducted in 35 cities from 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities of China.Two to three communities in each city were selected in this investigation.Participants completed questionnaires and received dermatological examinations.We analyzed the prevalence,clinical forms,and risk factors of urticaria.Results:In total,44,875 questionnaires were distributed and 41,041 valid questionnaires were collected(17,563 male and 23,478 female participants).The lifetime prevalence of urticaria was 7.30%,with 8.26%in female and 6.34%in male individuals(P<0.05).The point prevalence of urticaria was 0.75%,with 0.79%in female and 0.71%in male individuals(P<0.05).Concomitant angioedema was found in 6.16%of patients.Adults had a higher prevalence of urticaria than adolescents and children.Living in urban areas,exposure to pollutants,an anxious or depressed psychological status,a personal and family history of allergy,thyroid diseases,and Helicobacter pylori infection were associated with a higher prevalence of urticaria.Smoking was correlated with a reduced risk of urticaria.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the lifetime prevalence of urticaria was 7.30%and the point prevalence was 0.75%in the Chinese population;women had a higher prevalence of urticaria than men.Various factors were correlated with urticaria. | Jiaqing Li Dandan Mao Shuoshuo Liu Ping Liu Jing Tian Chenhong Xue Xiaojing Liu Ruiqun Qi Bingxue Bai Jianjun Nie Siqi Ye Yu Wang Yuye Li Qing Sun Juan Tao Shuping Guo Hong Fang Jianqin Wang Qiri Mu Quanzhong Liu Yan Ding Jianzhong Zhang | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,11: | 6 |

| 6 | Efficacy of moxibustion by stimulating acupoints of Danzhong(CV 17) and Ganshu(BL 18) on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of moxibustion, through stimulating acupoints of Danzhong(CV 17) and Ganshu(BL 18) in rats with hyperplasia of mammary gland(HMG) which induced by estrogen and progestogen.METHODS: Thirty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into saline control group,HMG model group, and HMG moxibustion group with 10 in each group. Saline control was the group injected by saline. HMG model were created by injection of estrogen and progestogen. Moxibustion group was also injected of estrogen and progesto-gen with moxibustion at the same time. The Changes of nipple diameter and height were measured.The rats' skin temperature was recorded by an infrared thermal camera at the nipples, mammary areas,Danzhong(CV 17) and Ganshu(BL 18). Pathological changes of mammary gland in rats were also observed under light microscope.RESULTS: The diameter and height of the nipples in model group were prominently bigger and higher than that in control group(P < 0.01). The diameter and height in moxibustion group were prominently smaller and lower than that in model group(P < 0.01), and there was no significant difference between moxibustion group and control group.Compared with control group, skin temperature of the nipples, mammary area, and acupoints Danzhong(CV 17) and Ganshu(BL 18) decreased prominently in model group(P < 0.01-0.05). Compared with model group, skin temperature of that in moxibustion group increased prominently(P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Treatment with moxibustion can effectively decrease the HMG rats' nipple diameter and height, and increase the skin temperature in HMG model rats at the nipples, mammary areas,Danzhong(CV 17) and Ganshu(BL 18). | 7 | Association between fluid-attenuated inversion recovery vascular hyperintensity and outcome varies with different lesion patterns in patients with intravenous thrombolysis显示文摘Background and purpose To evaluate relationship between fluid-attenuated inversion recovery vascular hyperintensity(FVH)after intravenous thrombolysis and outcomes in different lesion patterns on diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI).Methods Patients with severe internal carotid or intracranial artery stenosis who received intravenous thrombolysis from March 2012 to April 2019 were analysed.They were divided into four groups by DWI lesion patterns:border-zone infarct(BZ group),multiple lesions infarct(ML group),large territory infarct(LT group),and single cortical or subcortical lesion infarct(SL group).Logistic regression was performed to identify risk factors for outcome(unfavourable outcome,modified Rankin Scale(mRS)≥2;poor outcome,mRS≥3).Results Finally,203 participants(63.3±10.2 years old;BZ group,n=72;ML group,n=64;LT group,n=37;SL group,n=30)from 1190 patient cohorts were analysed.After adjusting for confounding factors,FVH(+)was associated with unfavourable outcome in total group(OR 3.02;95%CI 1.49 to 6.13;p=0.002),BZ group(OR 4.22;95%CI 1.25 to 14.25;p=0.021)and ML group(OR 5.44;95%CI 1.41 to 20.92;p=0.014)patients.FVH(+)was associated with poor outcome in total group(OR 2.25;95%CI 1.01 to 4.97;p=0.046),BZ group(OR 5.52;95%CI 0.98 to 31.07;p=0.053)and ML group(OR 4.09;95%CI 1.04 to 16.16;p=0.045)patients,which was marginal significance.FVH(+)was not associated with unfavourable or poor outcome in LT and SL groups.Conclusion This study suggests that association between FVH and outcome varies with different lesion patterns on DWI.The presence of FVH after intravenous thrombolysis may help to identify patients who require close observations in the hospitalisation in patients with border-zone and multiple lesion infarcts. | Erling Wang Chuanjie Wu Dandan Yang Xihai Zhao Jie Zhao Hong Chang Qi Yang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3: | 3 |

| 10 | The influence of nanoparticle shape on bilateral exocytosis from Caco-2cells显示文摘Nanoparticles are easily to be taken up by cells but hard to be transported across epithelia, which plays an important role in absorption and toxicity. This paper aims to elucidate the effect of nanoparticle shape on bilateral exocytosis of Caco-2 cells. The fluorescent resonance energy transfer(FRET) probes(DiO and Dil)were utilized to label nanospheres and nanorods for determining and tracking nanoparticles. The results showed that more nanorods were internalized into Caco-2 cells than nanospheres. But the apical exocytosis rate of nanospheres from Caco-2 cells was faster than that of nanorods significantly. In addition, only less than 2% of intact nanoparticles were transported across monolayers for both nanoparticles, but the exocytosis behaviors between them was absolutely different. Compared to nanospheres, nanorods preferred basolateral exocytosis to apical exocytosis. | 15 | CircRNA_Maml2 promotes the proliferation and migration of intestinal epithelial cells after severe burns by regulating the miR-93-3p/FZD7/Wnt/β-catenin pathway显示文摘Background:Circular RNA(circRNA)plays key regulatory roles in the development of many diseases.However the biological functions and potential molecular mechanisms of circRNA in the injury and repair of intestinal mucosa in mice after severe burns are yet to be elucidated.Methods:Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8),5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU),wound healing and transwell assays were used to detect cell proliferation and migration ability.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to identify the expression of circRNA,microRNA and messenger RNA.Nuclear and cytoplas-mic separation experiments were employed to perceive the location of circRNA_Maml2.Finally,in vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to study the repairing effect of circRNA_Maml2 on the intestinal mucosa of mice after severe burns.Results:When compared with the control group,the expression of circRNA_Maml2 was sig-nificantly reduced in the severe burn group.Furthermore,overexpression of circRNA_Maml2 promoted the proliferation and migration of CT26.wt cells in vivo and the repair of damaged intestinal mucosa in vitro.CircRNA_Maml2 acted as a sponge adsorption molecule for miR-93-3p to enhance the expression of frizzled class receptor 7 and activate the downstream Wnt/β-catenin pathway,thereby promoting the repair of the intestinal mucosa.Conclusions:Our findings demonstrate that circRNA_Maml2 regulates the miR-93-3p/FZD7/Wnt/β-catenin pathway and promotes the repair of damaged intestinal mucosa.Hence,circRNA_Maml2 is a potential therapeutic target to promote intestinal mucosal repair. | Wenwen Zhang Yu Liao Jiaqi Lou Mengmeng Zhuang Hao Yan Qi Li Yuequ Deng Xiaohu Xu Dandan Wen Yong Sun | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 1 |
