| 2 | 不可靠通信环境下无线传感器网络最小能耗广播算法显示文摘在实际的通信环境中,由于噪声、报文冲突、信号衰减等因素的影响,无线传感器网络节点间信息交换往往是不可靠的.广播是无线传感器网络中广泛使用的操作,如何在不可靠通信环境下实现能量高效的广播算法,对提高整个无线传感器网络的性能具有重要的理论和应用价值.研究了不可靠通信环境下的无线传感器网络最小能耗广播问题,首先,分析了相邻节点之间最小能耗通信模型,并给出了保证节点接收概率不低于P*的最优发送半径;然后,讨论了多跳转发策略与节点位置信息之间的关系.在此基础上,提出了一种基于PSO的最小生成树广播算法,通过优化各节点的发送半径,在保证所有节点都能以不低于P*的概率接收到广播数据包的前提下,实现广播操作的总能耗最小.实验结果表明:所提出的广播算法不仅可使每一个节点的接收概率不小于P*,而且广播总能耗比改进后的BIP算法要小,具有较好的性能. | 程红举 黄行波 XIONG Naixue | 2014 | 软件学报2014,25,5: | 17 |
| 3 | 1-Naphthol induced PtsAg nanocorals as bifunctional cathode and anode catalysts of direct formic acid fuel cells显示文摘Developing highly efficient bifunctional cathode and anode electrocatalysts is very important for the large-scale application of direct formic acid fuel cells. However, the high-cost and poor CO-tolera nee ability of the most commonly used Pt greatly block this process. To in crease the utilizatio n efficie ncy and exte nd bifunctional properties of precious Pt, herei n, coral-like Pt3Ag nano crystals are developed as an excelle nt bifunctional electrocatalyst through a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The formation mechanism of Ptgg nanocorals has been elaborated well via a series of control experiments. It is proved that 1-naphthol serving as a guiding surfactant plays a key role in the formation of high-quality nano corals. Thanks to the unique coral-like structure and alloy effects, the developed Ptgg nano corals present sign ificantly enhanced electrocatalytic properties (including activity, stability and CO-toleranee ability) towards both the cathodic oxygen reduction and anodic formic acid oxidati on, as compared with those of commercial Pt black and Pt-based nan oparticles. | 5 | Histological and Ultrastructural Features for Proliferation Inhibition by Delivery of Exogenous p27^(Kip1) to Rabbit Models after Glaucoma Filtration Surgery显示文摘Purpose: To investigate postoperative inhibition of cell proliferation in animals treated with exogenous p27Kip1 during an experimental glaucoma filtration surgery (GFS) by histological and ultrastructural examinations. Methods:The primer was designed according to p27Kip1 gene sequence of GenBank..The p27Kip1-expressing adenovirus-mediated Ad-p27 was constructed according to standard techniques..Gene therapy was performed by subconjunctival delivery of Ad-p27,mitomycin C(MMC) and PBS served as controls..Histological and ultastructural changes at surgical sites were observed for 28 days postoperatively. Results: Histologically, evident cellular proliferation induced by Ad-p27 was observed on day 7,.with appreciable filtering cavity. However, thin conjunctival layers were noted, and the number of fibroblasts decreased in the Tenon's capsule on day 14. On day 28, the filtering cavity partially disappeared. The histological features of the animals with MMC delivery were similar to those treated by Ad-p27..In contrast,.in the PBS treatment group, thick conjunctival layers were observed, and the number of goblet cells and fibroblasts, increased markedly..The filtering cavity disappeared at postoperative day 21. Twenty eight day postoperatively,.ultrastructural findings showed that most conjunctival epithelial cells in the Ad-p27 treatment group were under static state,.and that organelles were inactive. The number of goblet cells,.and the secretion of mucin,.were decreased..The amount of fibroblasts also decreased with partial apoptotic cells. The ultrastructural features presented by rabbits with the MMC delivery resembled those treated with Ad-p27. In the PBS treatment group, the number of conjunctival epithelial cells increased; the amount of goblet cells increased as the secretion of mucin was strengthened, and a substantial amount of fibroblasts were observed with active and productive organelles. | 6 | The protective effect of 17 beta-estradiol on oxygen-induced retinopathy and its relation with the changes of malondialdehyde显示文摘Objective:Retinopathy of prematurity is becoming obvious with the improvement of neonatal ambulance. However there is still not a good treatment. The present study is to observe the effect of 17 beta-estradiol (E2) on oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR), and explore the relationship between the changes of avascular area and malondialdehyde (MDA) in retina. Methods: Newborn oxygen-exposed mice underwent subcutaneous injections of different dose of E2 (0.1 μg, 1.0 μg, 10.0 μg ), tamoxifen or phosphate buffered saline (PBS; controls)everyday from post-natal day (p)7 to p17. At p17, retinal flat mounts were scored for the percentage of avascular/total retinal area, and pathological changes during revascularization. The MDA concentration in the retina was determined also. In the most efficacious E2 group (10.0 μg), 100.0 μg tamoxifen was also administered, and the percentage of capillary-free/total retinal area determined, and the retinal malondialdehyde concentration assayed. Results: The mean percentage of capillary-free area over total retinal area was 0(PBS, in room air), 34.197±1.301(PBS, in hyperoxia), 23.685±0.407 (0.1 μg E2), 14.648±0.355 (1.0 μg E2), 4.693±0.450 (10.0 μg E2) and 32.240±0.654 (10.0 μg E2 +100.0 μg tamoxifen). The difference was significant (F=2778.759, P<0.01), and the difference between any two groups were also significant (all P value were less than 0.01). The predilection of tufts and clusters during revascularization was mainly aggregated in zones 2 and 3, but the difference of retinal neovascular clusters and tufts in fourth zone among different groups were significant [clusters (F=44.719, P<0.01) vs tufts (F =39.997,P<0.01)]. The mean MDA concentration were 0.711±0.037(PBS, in room air), 2.084±0.066 (PBS, in hyperoxia), 1.829±0.091(0.1 μg E2), 1.152±0.067(1.0 μg E2), 0.796±0.027(10.0 μg E2), 1.988±0.049(10.0 μg E2 +100.0 μg tamoxifen) (F=628.103, P<0.01). The difference between any two groups were also significant (all P value were less than 0.05). The close relation between the percentage of avascular/total retinal area and MDA concentration was also verified (r=0.981, P<0.01). Conclusion: Oxidative stress responses play a pivotal role in OIR, by means of receptor pathway. | 7 | Catalytic Hydrogenation of Acetic Acid to Acetaldehyde: Synergistic Effect of Bifunctional Co/Ce-Fe Oxide Solid Solution Catalysts显示文摘The large-scale industrial production of acetic acid (HAc) from carbonylation of methanol has enabled intense research interest from direct hydrogenation of HAc to acetaldehyde (AA).Herein,a series of cerium-iron oxide solid solution supported metallic cobalt catalysts were prepared by modified sol-gel method and were applied in gas-phase hydrogenation of HAc to AA.A synergistic effect between the hydrogenation metal cobalt and Ce-Fe oxide solid solution is revealed.Specifically,oxygen vacancies provide the active sites for adsorption of HAc,while highly uniformly dispersed metallic Co adsorbs H2 and activates the reduction of HAc into AA.Moreover,the metallic Co can also assist the cyclical conversion between Fe3+/Fe2+ and Ce3+/Ce4+ on the surface of Ce1.xFexO2-δ supports.The unique effect substantially enhances the ability of the support material to rapidly capture oxygen atoms from HAc.It is found that the catalyst of 5% Co/Ce0.8Fe0.2O2-δ with the highest concentration of oxygen vacancy presents the best catalytic performance (i.e.acetaldehyde yield reaches 49.9%) under the optimal reaction conditions (i.e.623 K and H2 flow rate =10 mL/min).This work indicates that the Co/Ce-Fe oxide solid solution catalyst can be potentially used for the selective hydrogenation from HAc to AA.The synergy between the metallic Co and Ce1-xFexO2-δ revealed can be extended to the design of other composite catalysts. | Naixu Li Qi Zhang Rehana Bibi Quanhao Shen Richard Ngulube Yunyi Liu Jiancheng Zhou | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,7: | 2 |

| 20 | Post-Cloud Computing Paradigms: A Survey and Comparison显示文摘With the rapid development of pervasive intelligent devices and ubiquitous network technologies, new network applications are emerging, such as the Internet of Things, smart cities, smart grids, virtual/augmented reality, and unmanned vehicles. Cloud computing, which is characterized by centralized computation and storage,is having difficulty meeting the needs of these developing technologies and applications. In recent years, a variety of network computing paradigms, such as fog computing, mobile edge computing, and dew computing, have been proposed by the industrial and academic communities. Although they employ different terminologies, their basic concept is to extend cloud computing and move the computing infrastructure from remote data centers to edge routers, base stations, and local servers located closer to users, thereby overcoming the bottlenecks experienced by cloud computing and providing better performance and user experience. In this paper, we systematically summarize and analyze the post-cloud computing paradigms that have been proposed in recent years. First, we summarize the main bottlenecks of technology and application that cloud computing encounters. Next, we analyze and summarize several post-cloud computing paradigms, including fog computing, mobile edge computing, and dew computing.Then, we discuss the development opportunities of post-cloud computing via several examples.
