2多发动脉瘤并发蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后相关因素分析显示文摘目的 探讨多发动脉瘤(MIA)并发蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者预后的影响因素。方法南方医科大学珠江医院神经外科自2000年1月至2011年1月共收治MLA并发SAH患者93例.分析其临床资料并对影响患者预后的因素进行单因素、多元线性回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示患者性别、是否治疗及是否有高血压病史、Hunt-Hess分级、治疗方式对预后的影响具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示Hunt-Hess分级、治疗方式是影响MIA并发SAH患者预后的独立危险因素(P〈0.05)。结论MLA并发SAH患者的预后受Hunt-Hess分级、治疗方式2个因素影响。早期对破裂动脉瘤判别并处理,对非破裂动脉瘤随访观察、适度干预,大多数患者都可获得满意的预后。权涛 何旭英 李西锋 刘轶靖 Tamrakar Karuna 法志强 罗斌 龙霄翱 张炘 2012中华神经医学杂志2012,11,2:15
3破裂动脉瘤栓塞术中再破裂的危险因素分析及处理方法显示文摘目的 探讨颅内破裂动脉瘤术中再破裂(IPR)的危险因素、破裂后的处理方法,评估术后临床效果,为今后术前评估IPR的风险提供理论依据,同时为IPR的治疗策略提供经验性指导.方法 回顾性分析1 628例颅内破裂动脉瘤患者的资料,采用Logistic回归分析颅内破裂动脉瘤IPR的危险因素,并总结IPR的治疗策略,术后所有IPR患者定期接受临床及影像学随访,评估该治疗策略的临床疗效.结果 IPR的发生率为0.98%,死亡率为37.50%.存活的10例患者中有8例得益于发生IPR后立即快速完成动脉瘤栓塞以及静脉注射鱼精蛋白中和肝素钠逆转抗凝,2例得益于急诊脑室外引流.但是7例患者遗留有不同程度的残疾,3例完全康复.微小动脉瘤(直径≤3 mm)( OR 21.086,95% CI 2.009 ~ 221.333,P=0.011)、颅内动脉粥样硬化(OR 39.246,95% CI 2.949~522.373,P=0.005)、FisherⅢ级(OR 127.139,95%CI 3.340~4 839.744,P=0.009)、脑血管痉挛Ⅰ级(OR 111.888,95%CI 4.154 ~3 013.480,P=0.005)和Ⅱ级(OR 93.024,95%CI 5.256~1 646.527,P=0.002)为颅内破裂动脉IPR的危险因素;颈内动脉分叉近端和基底动脉主干处(OR 0.003,95% CI 0.000~0.101,P=0.001)以及Hunt - HessⅡ级(OR 0.003,95% CI 0.000~0.316,P=0.015)为IPR的保护性因素.结论 微小动脉瘤(直径≤3 mm)、颅内动脉粥样硬化、FisherⅢ级以及存在脑血管痉挛(Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级)的患者容易发生IPR;颈内动脉分叉近端和基底动脉主干处以及Hunt - HessⅡ级的动脉瘤较少发生IPR.IPR发生后立即快速完成动脉瘤栓塞,同时予静脉注射鱼精蛋白中和肝素钠逆转抗凝是急诊救治的关键.张炘 段传志 李铁林 汪求精 龙霄翱 罗斌 Tamrakar Karuna 何旭英 李西峰 刘晓平 权涛 顾大群 苏世星 赖凌峰 2012中华神经外科杂志2012,28,1:10
4Autochthonous halotolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria promote bacoside A yield of Bacopa monnieri(L.)Nash and phytoextraction of salt-affected soil显示文摘Phytoremediation is a promising approach for reclamation of salt-affected soil.Phytoextraction is the most commonly used process,which exploits plants to absorb,immobilize,and accumulate salt in their shoots.In this study,halotolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)were isolated from the rhizosphere of wild grasses growing naturally in salt-affected areas of Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh(India)and were tested for their efficacies of salt-tolerance and plant growth-promoting(PGP)abilities.Based on 16S rRNA sequences,the most efficient halotolerant isolates possessing PGP traits were identified as Pseudomonas plecoglossicida(KM 233646),Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(KM 233647),Bacillus flexus(KM 233648),and Bacillus safensis(KM 233652).Application of these isolates as bio-inoculants significantly(P<0.05)increased the growth and bacoside A yield of a medicinal plant,Bacopa monnieri(L.)Nash,grown on natural salt-affected soil.The phytoremediation of salt-affected soil was evident by the substantial increase in shoot Na^+:K^+ratio of bio-inoculant-treated plants.When compared to un-inoculated control plants,the soil physico-chemical properties of bio-inoculant-treated plants were improved.The shoot and root biomass(fresh and dry weights),soil enzymes,and soil nutrient parameters showed significant positive correlations with the shoot Na+:K+ratio.Consequently,the halotolerant PGPR screened in this study could be useful for the reclamation of saline soils concomitant with improved plant growth and bacoside A yield.Umesh PANKAJ Durgesh Narain SINGH Pooja MISHRA Pooja GAUR C.S.Vivek BABU Karuna SHANKER Rajesh Kumar VERMA 2020Pedosphere2020,30,5:9
5Effect of Commiphora mukul gum resin on hepatic marker enzymes,lipid peroxidation and antioxidants status in pancreas and heart of streptozotocin induced diabetic rats显示文摘Objective:To study the antioxidant efficacy of Commiphora mukul(C.mukul) gum resin ethanolic extract in streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats.Methods:The male Wistar albino rats were randomly divided into four groups of eight animals each:Control group(C),CM-treated control group(C_+CMEE),Diabetic control group(D),CM- treated diabetic group(D_+CMEE).Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ(55 mg/kg/ bwt).After being confirmed the diabetic rats were treated with C.mukul gum resin ethanolic extract(CMEE) for 60 days.The biochemical estimations like antioxidant,oxidative stress marker enzymes and hepatic marker enzymes of tissues were performed.Results:The diabetic rats showed increased level of enzymatic activities aspartate aminotransaminase(AST),alanine aminotransaminase(ALT) in liver and kidney and oxidative markers like lipid peroxidation(LPO) and protein oxidation(PO) in pancreas and heart. 7Computational interaction analysis of organophosphorus pesticides with different metabolic proteins in humans显示文摘Pesticides have the potential to leave harmful effects on humans,animals,other living organisms,and the environment.Several human metabolic proteins inhibited after exposure to organophosphorus pesticides absorbed through the skin,inhalation,eyes and oral mucosa,are most important targets for this interaction study.The crystal structure of five different proteins,PDBIDs:3LII,3NXU,4GTU,2XJ1 and 1YXA in Homo sapiens (H.sapiens),interact with organophosphorus pesticides at the molecular level.The 3-D structures were found to be of good quality and validated through PROCHECK,ERRAT and ProSA servers.The results show that the binding energy is maximum-45.21 relative units of cytochrome P450 protein with phosmet pesticide.In terms of H-bonding,methyl parathion and parathion with acetylcholinesterase protein,parathion,methylparathion and phosmet with protein kinase C show the highest interaction.We conclude that these organophosphorus pesticides are more toxic and inhibit enzymatic activity by interrupting the metabolic pathways in H.sapiens.Amit Kumar Sharma Karuna Gaur Rajeev Kumar Tiwari Mulayam Singh Gaur 2011The Journal of Biomedical Research2011,25,5:3

16Oncologic safety of colonic stenting as a bridge to surgery in leftsided malignant colonic obstruction:Current evidence and prospects显示文摘Approximately 7%-29%of patients with colorectal cancer present with colonic obstruction.The concept of self-expandable metal stent(SEMS)insertion as a bridge to surgery(BTS)is appealing.However,concerns on colonic stenting possibly impairing oncologic outcomes have been raised.This study aimed to review current evidence on the short-and long-term oncologic outcomes of SEMS insertion as BTS for left-sided malignant colonic obstruction.For short-term outcomes,colonic stenting facilitates a laparoscopic approach,increases the likelihood of primary anastomosis without a stoma,and may decrease postoperative morbidity.However,SEMS-related perforation also increases local recurrence and impairs overall survival.Moreover,colonic stenting may cause negative oncologic outcomes even without perforation.SEMS can induce shear forces on the tumor,leading to increased circulating cancer cells and aggressive pathological characteristics,including perineural and lymphovascular invasion.The conflicting evidence has led to discordant guidelines.Well-designed collaborative studies that integrate both oncologic outcomes and data on basic research(e.g.,alteration of circulating tumors)are needed to clarify the actual benefit of colonic stenting as BTS.Sukit Pattarajierapan Nattapanee Sukphol Karuna Junmitsakul Supakij Khomvilai 2022World Journal of Clinical Oncology2022,13,12:1
