2A new perylene diimide-based colorimetric and fluorescent sensor for selective detection of Cu^(2+) cation显示文摘A new perylene diimide (PDI) ligand (1) functionalized with a dipicolylethylenediamine (DPEN) moiety was synthesized and first used as a colorimetric and fluorometric dual-channel sensor to specifically detect the presence of Cu2+ over a wide range of other cations. The solution of 1 (10 μmol/L) upon ad-dition of Cu2+ displayed distinguishing pink color compared with other cations including K+,Ni2+,Ca2+,Mn2+,Na+,Sr2+,Zn2+,Co2+,Cd2+,Mg2+,Cr3+,Ag+,and Ba2+,indicating the sensitivity and selectivity of 1 to Cu2+. Thus,the advantage of this assay is that naked-eye detection of Cu2+ becomes possible. More-over,among these metal ions investigated,only Cu2+ quenched more than half fluorescent intensity of 1. 4Application of the Material Balance Method in Paleoelevation Recovery: A Case Study of the Longmen Mountains Foreland Basin on the Eastern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘We applied the material balance principle of the denudation volume and sedimentary flux to study the denudation-accumulation system between the Longmen Mountains(Mts.) and the foreland basin. The amount of sediment in each sedimentation stage of the basin was estimated to obtain the denudation volume,erosion thickness and deposit thickness since the Late Triassic Epoch,to enable us to recover the paleoelevation of the provenance and the sedimentary area. The results show the following:(1) Since the Late Triassic Epoch,the elevation of the surface of the Longmen Mts. has uplifted from 0 m to 2751 m,and the crust of the Longmen Mts. has uplifted by 9.8 km. Approximately 72% of the materials introduced have been denuded from the mountains.(2) It is difficult to recover the paleoelevation of each stage of the Longmen Mts. foreland basin quantitatively by the present-day techniques and data.(3) The formation of the Longmen Mts. foreland basin consisted of three stages of thrust belt tectonic load and three stages of thrust belt erosional unload. During tectonic loading stages(Late Triassic Epoch,Late Jurassic–Early Cretaceous,Late Cretaceous–Miocene),the average elevation of Longmen Mts. was lower(approximately 700–1700 m). 8Enhancement of Thermo-Flow Performances by Windbreakers for Two-Tower Indirect Dry Cooling System显示文摘The winds will greatly weaken the cooling performance of indirect dry cooling system with twin towers.The exterior windbreakers are recommended to restrain the wind adverse effects in this paper.The macro heat exchanger model was adopted to simulate the heat exchange between circulating water and ambient air.The performances of natural draft dry cooling system(NDDCS)with and without exterior windbreakers were numerically studied.The pressure,velocity and temperature distribution of cooling air in wind angles of 0°,45°and 90°was obtained and presented.The results show that in all wind directions,the performances for lateral sector of towers with windbreakers are significantly improved,but the low-pressure zone appears unexpectedly for the rear sectors,which reduces the air flow rate.The cooling performances of the twin towers with or without windbreakers decrease at first but then recover with the wind velocity increasing.Besides,the optimal flow and heat transfer performances appear in the wind angle of 0°.The cooling performances can be significantly improved in all three wind directions due to windbreaker configuration.YAN Jingbo WANG Weijia CHEN Lei YANG Lijun DU Xiaoze 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,3:3
9Design and validation of real-time dynamic spectrum management in OFDM-based HNPLC systems显示文摘Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time dynamic spectrum management(DSM) algorithm in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based high-speed narrow-band power line communication(HNPLC) systems is proposed,and the corresponding FPGA circuit is designed and realized.Performance of the proposed DSM is validated with a large amount of network experiments under practical PLC circumstance.As the noise in each narrow subcarrier is approximately Gaussian,the proposed DSM adopts the BER/SER expression formulized via the AWGN channel to provide a handy and universal strategy for power allocation.The real-time requirement is guaranteed by choosing subcarriers in group and employing the same modulation scheme within each transmission.These measures are suitable for any modulation scheme no matter the system criterion is to maximize data rate or minimize power/BER.Algorithm design and hardware implementation of the proposed DSM are given with some flexible and efficient conversions.The DSM circuit is carried out with Xilinx KC705.Simulation and practical experiments validate that the proposed real-time DSM significantly improves system performance.刘雯静 Guo Jingbo Yan Yanxin Zhang Tongfei 2015High Technology Letters2015,21,4:2
10Efficacy of quercetin, oleanolic acid, icariin on apoptosis and mitogen-activated protein kinases signaling pathways in hippocampal neurons of Sprague-Dawley rats cultured with high glucose medium显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of quercetin,oleanolic acid,icariin and their compatibility on the apoptosisofhippocampalneuronsof Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats cultured with high glucose medium and the possible mechanism.METHODS:The extracts were purchased from China Food and Drug Control Institute and Sellect.Hippocampus was obtained from newborn 24 h SD rats.After culturing the hippocampus in different medium for 72 h,flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons,and Western blot was utilized to test the expressions of p-p38,p38,p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)and JNK.RESULTS:Compared with the control group(CG),the neuronal apoptosis rate and the ratios of p-p38/p38 and p-JNK/JNK were significantly increased in the high glucose group(GG)(P<0.01);Compared with the GG,the apoptosis rate and the ratios ofp-p38/p38 and p-JNK/JNK were significantly decreased in other drug groups(P<0.01);Compared with the monomer groups respectively,the apoptosis rate and the ratios of p-p38/p38 and p-JNK/JNK in the two-drug groups and the three-drug group all decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the two-drug groups,the neuronal apoptosis rate and the ratio of p-JNK/JNK of the three-drug group decreased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Under the condition of high glucose,the quercetin,oleanolic acid and icariin can alleviate the apoptosis of hippocampus neurons,reduce the phosphorylation of p38 and JNK in p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases and JNK signaling pathway.And the efficacy of the three drugs in combination with each other can be strengthened.YAN Bin WANG Jingbo TIAN Guoqing 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5:2
11Effect of heat treatment on the microstructure of a Ni–Fe based superalloy for advanced ultra-supercritical power plant applications显示文摘The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and microhardness of a Ni–Fe based superalloy for700 °C advanced ultra-supercritical coalfi red power plants was investigated. Results showed that the main phases in the alloy were γ, γ′, MC and M_23C_6, and no harmful phase was observed in the alloy.M_23C_6-type carbides discretely distributed nearby grain boundaries as the alloy was aged at above840 °C. The microhardness decreased with increasing aging temperature. The coarsening of γ′ led to the increment of microhardness at 780 °C and 810 °C for a short aging time, and a signi fi cant decrease in microhardness after aging at 840 °C. The aging temperature had more signi fi cant role on the microstructure than holding time. 13The synthesis, deprotection and properties of poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate)显示文摘With dicy- clohexylamine as initiator, the influence of monomer concentration, and reaction temperature and time on the polymerization of BLG NCA was examined. Three reagents were used for the deprotection of benzyl groups in PBLG, including hydrobromic acid/acetic acid (33 wt.%), NaOH aqueous solution and trimethylsilyl iodide (TMSI). Through examining the molecular weight of PLGA obtained using different deprotection methods, it was revealed that TMSI could minimize chain cleavage in the process of deprotection and retain the degree of polymerization. The biocompatibilities of PBLG obtained using different initiators were evaluated by a live/dead assay against L929 fibroblast cells. The in vitro cytotoxicities of PLGA obtained using different deprotecting agents were evaluated by a methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay. 14Polarization-sensitive and wide-spectrum photovoltaic detector based on quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon显示文摘Low-dimensional semiconductors with in-plane anisotropy and narrow bandgap have been extensively applied to polarized detection in the near-infrared(NIR)region.However,the narrow bandgap can cause noise owing to the high dark current in photodetectors.This article reports quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbonbased photodetectors with low dark current and broadband polarization detection.The photodetector was fabricated by evaporating 50-nm-thick Au electrodes on a ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon.Benefiting from the photovoltaic characteristics in the ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon and Au electrodes,these photodetectors can operate without bias voltage,with decreased dark current,and improved device performance.Furthermore,the quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon-based photodetectors demonstrate a polarization sensitivity in a broadband from visible(VIS)to the NIR region,such as a high photoresponsivity of 625.65 mA W1,large external quantum efficiency of 145.9%at 532 nm,and photocurrent anisotropy ratio of 2.04 at 1064 nm.They exhibit a novel perpendicular optical reversal of 90in polarization-sensitive photodetection,angle-resolved absorption spectra,and azimuth-dependent reflectance difference microscopy(ADRDM)from VIS to the NIR region,as opposed to other nanoribbon-based polarization-sensitive photodetectors.This work paves the way for utilizing photovoltaic photodetectors based on low-dimensional materials for broad-spectrum polarized photodetection.Ruixue Bai Tao Xiong Jinshu Zhou Yue-Yang Liu Wanfu Shen Chunguang Hu Faguang Yan Kaiyou Wang Dahai Wei Jingbo Li Juehan Yang Zhongming Wei 2022InfoMat2022,4,3:2
15Neuroprotective effect of the traditional Chinese herbal formula Tongxinluo: a PET imaging study in rats显示文摘Tongxinluo has been widely used in China for the treatment of acute stroke and for neuroprotection. However, there are few positron emission tomography(PET) studies on the neuroprotective effect of Tongxinluo on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in small animals. In the present study, Tongxinluo superfine powder suspension or its vehicle was administered intragastrically to rats for 5 successive days before middle cerebral artery occlusion. 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG) small animal PET imaging showed that at 1 and 2 weeks after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion, glucose metabolism in the ischemic area was greater in rats that had received Tongxinluo than in those that had received the vehicle. Nissl staining showed that 2 weeks after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion, there was less neuronal loss in the prefrontal cortex in Tongxinluo-treated rats than in controls. In addition, Tongxinluo-treated animals showed better neurologic function and lower cerebral infarct volume than rats that received the vehicle.
