| 1 | Composite Sand Bodies Architecture of Deep-Water Turbidite Channels in the Niger Delta Basin显示文摘Deep-water turbidite channels have attracted much attention as a focused issue in petroleum exploration and development. Extensive studies have been performed on the architecture of turbidite channels, and most researches have focused on their geometric shapes, sedimentary processes and controlling factors. However, little attention has been paid to the distribution patterns, distribution laws and quantitative studies of composite sand bodies of turbidite channels. Taken one slope area of the Niger Delta Basin as an example, this study conducted a semi-quantitative to quantitative analysis on architecture of composite sand bodies of turbidite channels based on cores, well logging and seismic surveys. It is shown that turbidite channel systems can be classified as confined and unconfined channel systems. For confined channel systems, the vertical evolution process involves four stages. The sinuosity of a channel system is controlled by slope, with a negative power function relationship between them. When slope gradient reaches four degrees, the channel system is nearly straight. Based on the migration direction and migration amount of single channels within channel complexes, channel composite patterns can be divided into four classes(the lateral composite, en-echelon composite, swing composite and vertical composite) and several subclasses. Various channel composite patterns show specific distribution laws spatially. For meandering channel complexes at the middle-late evolution stage of confined channel systems, the lateral migration amongst single channels shows the features of integrity and succession. The sinuosity of single channels in the late period is greater than that in the early period, and cut-offs may occur locally when the sinuosity is larger than five degrees. | 2 | Psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers:a cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Background Healthcare workers fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic are under tremendous pressure,which puts them at an increased risk of developing psychological problems.Aims This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of psychological problems in different healthcare workers(ie,physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals)during the COVID-19 pandemic in China and explore factors that are associated with the onset of psychological problems in this population during this public health crisis.Methods A cross-sectional,web-based survey was conducted in February 2020 among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Psychological problems were assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire and Insomnia Severity Index.Logistic regression analyses were used to explore the factors that were associated with psychological problems.Results The prevalence of symptoms of anxiety,depression,insomnia and the overall psychological problems in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in China was 46.04%,44.37%,28.75%and 56.59%,respectively.The prevalence of the overall psychological problems in physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals was 60.35%,50.82%,62.02%,57.54%and 62.40%,respectively.Compared with healthcare workers who did not participate in front-line work,front-line healthcare workers had a higher risk of anxiety,insomnia and overall psychological problems.In addition,attention to negative or neutral information about the pandemic,receiving negative feedback from families and friends who joined front-line work,and unwillingness to join front-line work if given a free choice were three major factors for these psychological problems.Conclusions Psychological problems are pervasive among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Receiving negative information and participating in front-line work appear to be.important risk factors for psychological problems.The psychological health of different healthcare workers should be protected during the COVID-19 pandemic with timely interventions and proper information feedback. | Jianyu Que Le Shi Jiahui Deng Jiajia Liu Li Zhang Suying Wu Yimiao Gong Weizhen Huang Kai Yuan Wei Yan Yankun Sun Maosheng Ran Yanping Bao Lin Lu | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020,33,3: | 8 |

| 4 | Efficacy and advantages of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments based on'kidney reinforcing'for chronic aplastic ane-mia:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of modified treatments based on 'kidney reinforcing' in the management of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and explore their advantages and specialties.METHODS:One hundred and eleven patients with CAA were randomly divided into three groups:kidney reinforcing alone(KA),'kidney reinforcing and Qi tonifying'(KQ),and 'kidney reinforcing and blood circulation invigorating'(KC).Normal and positive control groups were also formed.All patients were treated for 6 months(two courses).Hemograms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were assessed,and changes in T-lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and cytokines were detected.RESULTS:The KQ and KC groups had lower TCM syndrome scores than the positive control group after 6 months(P < 0.05).The KQ group had a higher overall efficacy than the positive control group after 3 months(P < 0.05),while platelet counts increased in the KC group after 6 months(P < 0.05).CD3+ T-lymphocyte ratios decreased only in the KQ group,while CD3 + CD4 + CD8-Tlymphocytes increased only in the KC group after 6 months(P <0.05).Levels of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis fac-tor-α,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 decreased and levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in all treated groups after 6 months.Levels of IL-6 in the KQ and KC groups were lower than those in the positive control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatments based on kidney reinforcing have a rebalancing effect on cytotoxic and T helper cells,and regulate expression of interferon-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-4.KQ may be more effective in treating CAA,and KC may have an advantage in platelet recovery. | Wu Dijiong Shen Yiping Ye Baodong Fang Bingmu Lin Shengyun Chen Zhilu Jiang Huifang Feng Changwei He Lüyuan Gao Yanting Liu Yonglin Liu Yonghua Zhu Jiajia Wu Liqiang Shao Keding Zhou Yuhong | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 6 |

| 7 | Superhydrophobic fluoride conversion coating on bioresorbable magnesium alloy——fabrication,characterization,degradation and cytocompatibility with BMSCs显示文摘A micro-nano structure CaF_(2)chemical conversion layer was prepared on fluoride-treated AZ31 alloy,then the composite fluoride conversion film(CaF_(2)/MgF_(2))was modified by stearic acid(SA)and fabricated a superhydrophobic surface.The fluoride-treated magnesium,fluoride conversion film and superhydrophobic coating were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and FTIR.The properties of coatings1 adhesion and corrosion resistance were evaluated via tape test and electrochemical measurement.The cytocompatibility of the MgF_(2),CaF_(2)and superhydrophobic CaF_(2)/SA surface was investigated with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)by direct culture for 24 h.The results showed that the superhydrophobic fluoride conversion coating composed of inner MgF_(2)layer and the outer CaF_(2)/SA composite layer had an average water contact angle of 152°.SA infiltrated into the micro-nano structure CaF_(2)layer and formed a strong adhesion with CaF_(2)layer.Furthermore,the super-hydrophobic coating showed higher barrier properties and corrosion resistance compared with the fluoride conversion film and fluoride-treated AZ31 alloy.The BMSC adhesion test results demonstrated MgF_(2)CaF_(2)and CaF_(2)/SA coatings were all nontoxic to BMSC.At the condition of in direct contact with cells,MgF_(2)showed higher cell density and enhanced the BMSCs proliferation,while CaF_(2)and CaF_(2)/SA coating showed no statistically difference in cell density compared with glass reference but the CaF_(2)and CaF_(2)/SA coating were not conducive to BMSCs adhesion. | Chunyan Zhanga Shiyu Zhang Dongwei Sun Jiajia Lin Fancheng Meng Huinan Liu | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,4: | 3 |
| 8 | A near-infrared multifunctional fluorescent probe for hypoxia monitoring and tumor-targeted therapy显示文摘Hypoxia is one of the key characteristics of solid tumors. The over-expression of azoreductase resulting from hypoxia can be used as a target to visualize hypoxic levels and a trigger of the drug release system in tumor treatment. In this work, we developed a near-infrared fluorescent probe YLOD, composed of a near-infrared fluorophore, an azo bond, and an analogue of the anti-tumor drug melphalan. In the presence of azoreductase, YLOD displayed a red emission at 620 nm and released the anti-tumor drug concomitantly, thus achieving the integrated effects of hypoxic imaging and tumor treatment. Furthermore, YLOD successfully inhibited the growth of solid tumors during the tumor suppression experiments in nude mice. | 10 | Ultra-high conductive 3D aluminum photonic crystal as sulfur immobilizer for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The practical application of lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries is hampered by the insulative nature of sulfur, sluggish electrochemical kinetics, and large volume variation, which result in capacity-fading at a large current density and poor cycling stability. Herein, a three-dimensional (3D) aluminum photonic crystal encapsulating sulfur (APC@S) composite as a binder-free cathode for Li-S battery is reported. The 3D APC@S cathode can deliver a fantastic capacity of 1,517.8 mAh·g^(−1) at 0.5 C, and retains 712.7 mAh·g^(−1) after 1,500 cycles at 2 C with a decay rate of 0.02% per cycle. Even at a high rate of 5 C, the reversible capacity can still maintain at 680.7 mAh·g^(−1) after 1,000 cycles with a capacity retention of 74.8%. Furthermore, the assembled soft-packaged Li-S battery also exhibits high reversible capacity and stable cycling performance. The excellent electrochemical performance is attributed to the 3D hierarchical and continuously porous structure and high conductive aluminum-wall, which can effectively trap polysulfides, confine the volume expansion on cycling, and accelerate electron/ion transfer. | 11 | Enhancement of oxygen reduction activity and stability via introducing acid-resistant refractory Mo and regulating the near-surface Pt content显示文摘Although Pt Ni catalyst possesses good oxygen reduction activity, its poor stability is the main obstacle for the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs). In this work, we introduce the acid-resistant refractory Mo to enhance the structure stability and modify the electronic structure of Pt in the prepared PtNi catalyst, improving the catalytic activity for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). In addition, near-surface Pt content in the nanoparticle is also optimized to balance the ORR activity and stability. The electrochemical results show that the alloy formed by Mo and Pt Ni is obviously more stable than the PtNi alloy alone, because the acid-resistant Mo and its oxides effectively prevent the dissolution of Pt. Especially, the Pt3 Ni3 MoN/C exhibits the optimal ORR catalytic performance in O2-saturated 0.1 mol L^(-1) HClO4 aqueous solutions, with mass activity(MA) of 900 m A mg^(-1) Pt at 0.90 V vs. RHE, which is 3.75 times enhancement compared with the commercial Pt/C(240 mA mg^(-1) Pt). After 30 k accelerated durability tests, its MA(690 m A mg^(-1) Pt) is still 2.88 times higher than the pristine Pt/C. | 14 | Novel and durable composite phase change thermal energy storage materials with controllable melting temperature显示文摘The development of high temperature phase change materials(PCMs)with great comprehensive performance is significant in the future thermal energy storage system.In this study,novel and durable Al-Si/Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N composite PCMs with controllable melting temperature were successfully synthesized by using pristine Al powder as raw material and tetraethyl orthosilicate as SiO_(2)source.The Al_(2)O_(3)shell and Al-Si alloy were in-situ produced via the substitution reaction between molten Al and SiO_(2).Importantly,the crack caused by the incomplete encapsulation of the Al_(2)O_(3)shell could repair itself by the nitridation reaction of internal molten Al and thereby forming a highly dense Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N composite shell.The produced dense Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N composite shell could significantly improve the thermal cycling stability of composite PCMs,and thus,the thermal storage density decrease of the Al-Si/Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N(59.8 J/g to77.7 J/g)was far less than that of the Al-Si/Al_(2)O_(3)(118.5 J/g)after 3000 thermal cycles.Moreover,the synthesized Al-Si/Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N still exhibited a controllable melting temperature(571.5-637.9℃),relatively high thermal storage density(105.6-150.7 J/g),great dimensional stability and structural stability after3000 thermal cycles.Hence,the synthesized Al-Si/Al_(2)O_(3)-Al N composite PCMs,as promising preferential thermal energy storage materials,can be stably used in the energy utilization efficiency improvement of various systems for more than 6 years. | Haiting Wei Shuiyuan Yang Cuiping Wang Changrui Qiu Kairui Lin Jiajia Han Yong Lu Xingjun Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,27: | 1 |

| 17 | Evidence-based treatment for acute spinal cord injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To formulate an evidence-based treatment for one patient with acute spinal cord injury and summarize evidence for evaluating acute spinal cord injury treatment.METHODS:Studies related to the treatment for acute spinal cord injury were identified via a search of National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC,2000-11),the Cochrane Library (Issue 1,2011),TRIP Database (2000-11),and PubMed (1966-2011).Treatment strategies were formulated according to three basic principles:best evidence,doctor's professional experience,and wishes of the patient.RESULTS:A total of 34 articles were selected,including 1 NGC guideline,22 systematic reviews,and 11 randomized controlled trials.Based on our review,we arrived at the following recommenda-tions:no clinical evidence exists definitively to recommend the use of any of neuroprotective pharmaceuticals;surgery should be undertaken early;mechanical compression devices and low-molecular weight heparin should be employed to prevent thrombosis;respiratory muscle training is beneficial for pulmonary function and quality of life;and functional electrical stimulation and acupuncture can promote functional recovery.The patient accordingly underwent surgery 6 hours after trauma without receiving any neuroprotective pharmaceuticals;low-molecular weight heparin and intermittent pneumatic compression were applied to prevent thrombosis.He also underwent respiratory muscle training daily for 8 weeks and received functional electrical stimulation for 15 minutes and acupuncture for 30 minutes every day.After follow-up for 3 months,the above thera-peutic regimen was confirmed efficacious for acute spinal cord injury.CONCLUSION:Evidence-based medicine provides an individualized treatment protocol for acute spinal cord injury,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis. | Zhouming Deng Jiajia Su Lin Cai Ansong Ping Wei Jin Renxiong Wei Yan Zhan | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,23: | 1 |
| 18 | TwoMADS-boxgenes regulate vascularcambium activity and secondary growth by modulating auxin homeostasis in Populus显示文摘In trees,stem secondary growth depends on vascular cambium proliferation activity and subsequent cell differentiation,in which an auxin concentration gradient across the cambium area plays a crucial role in regulating the process.However,the underlying molecular mechanismfor the establishment of auxin concentration is not fully understood.In this study,we identified two function-unknown MADS-box genes,VCM1 and VCM2,which are expressed specifically in the vascular cambium and modulate the subcellular homeostasis of auxin.Simultaneous knockdown of both VCM1 and VCM2 enhanced vascular cambium proliferation activity and subsequent xylem differentiation.Overexpression of VCM1 suppressed vascular cambium activity and wood formation by regulating PIN5 expression,which tuned the soluble auxin concentration in the vascular cambium area.This study reveals the role of VCM1 and VCM2 in regulating the proliferation activity of the vascular cambium and secondary growth by modulating the subcellular auxin homeostasis in Populus. | Shuai Zheng Jiajia He Zengshun Lin Yingying Zhu Jiayan Sun Laigeng Li | 2021 | Plant Communications2021,2,5: | 1 |
