| 1 | Improvement of Toughness of Ultrahigh Strength Steel Aermet 100显示文摘The influence of double aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ultrahigh strength steel Aermet100 was analyzed. Under the double aging, there is no apparent decrease in the strength of steel. However, theimpact fatigue life can be prolonged by 35.5% and dynamic fracture toughness be raised by 22.6% respectively, ascompared with the normal aging. Based on the observation of microscopic structure, the physical mechanism ofthe prolongation of impact fatigue life and the enhancement of stability of the reverted austenite, AR, is analyzedfurther. The results show that this new technique is a breakthrough of combination optimization between strengthand toughness for Aermet 100 steel. In the light of the current understanding on this subject, the volume fractureof soften and tough AR formed in process of heat preservation at higher temperature of double aging increasesdrastically. | 5 | Surface segregation of copper in antibacterial ferritic stainless steel显示文摘By using auger electron spectroscopy(AES)and diffusion theory to analyze the surface segregation of copper in antibacterial ferritic stainless steel,establishing a diffusion model,and calculating the activation energy of diffusion of the copper in ferrite,the affect of surface segregation on the antibacterial capabilities were researched.The results show that the concentration of the copper surface at 973 K and 1 073 K could be expressed asln (X_(Cu)~s)/(X_(Cu)~b)=k_0 ((Dt)^(1/2))/d((-ΔH_r^(Cu)+ΔH_r^(iron)+ΔH_s^(Cu))/(3RT)),with the parameters relating to the concentration of the diffusion layer,the coefficient of diffusion,the length of diffusion,the latent heat of evaporation and the latent heat of fusion.The activation energy of diffusion of copper in ferrite is approximately 221.688 kJ/mol.The antibacterial property of the steel is improved as the surface segregation of the copper is increased.At 1073 K for 60 min,the concentration of the surface copper is over three times higher than the basic concentration.The antibacterial property of the stainless steel can reach approximately 99.9%. | Zhang Zhixia Lin Gang Jiang Laizhu | 2008 | Baosteel Technical Research2008,2,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Comparative research on the mechanical property and precipitation of the 2101 and 2205 duplex stainless steels显示文摘The mechanical property and precipitation of the 2101 and 2205 duplex stainless steels were investigated.The results show that with nitrogen-content increasing from 0.12% to 0.26% to partly replace nickel,the yield strength of the 2101 steel gains an increase of 80 MPa whilst its elongation proportion keeps unchanged.The impact energy at a low temperature is obviously reduced.The temperature at which the impact energy starts decreasing is lower than 20℃,-20℃ and-40℃ for the 2101 steels containing 0.5%Ni,1.5%Ni and 2.5%Ni respectively,whereas it is-70℃ for the 5%Ni-containing 2205 steel.The nose temperature of precipitation is 700℃ for the 2101 steel and 850℃ for the 2205 steel.The scanning electronic microscope(SEM),the transmission electron microscope(TEM)and the X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses show that the drop in the impact energy of the 2101 steel can be mainly attributed to the precipitation of Cr2N upon ageing while it is attributed to the sigma phase for the 2205 steel. | ZHANG Wei JIANG Laizhu SONG Hongmei HU Jincheng WANG Zhiyu | 2010 | Baosteel Technical Research2010,4,2: | 2 |
