| 2 | Surface crack imaging based on delayed temperature difference at symmetric points by laser spot thermography显示文摘Laser spot thermography is a novel technique for the detection of surface cracks with a laser to heat sample locally and with an IR camera to record the surface temperature distribution. Common methods to characterize cracks are only suitable for the situation that the laser scanning path is vertical to the crack. But due to the randomness of cracks,when the scanning path is parallel to the crack,surface cracks cannot be detected by these methods. To tackle this problem,a method is presented which is suitable for the situation that the scanning path is parallel to crack. The main idea is to evaluate the crack-caused asymmetries of the surface temperature distribution. The effect of temperature gradient and the maximum scanning interval are analyzed by a 2D simulation. A new crack imaging technique is presented that is based on delayed temperature difference at symmetric points to characterize the crack in the thermal image. | 3 | The compensatory phenomenon of the functional connectome related to pathological biomarkers in individuals with subjective cognitive decline显示文摘Background Subjective cognitive decline(SCD)is a preclinical stage along the Alzheimer’s disease(AD)continuum.However,little is known about the aberrant patterns of connectivity and topological alterations of the brain functional connectome and their diagnostic value in SCD.Methods Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging and graph theory analyses were used to investigate the alterations of the functional connectome in 66 SCD individuals and 64 healthy controls(HC).Pearson correlation analysis was computed to assess the relationships among network metrics,neuropsychological performance and pathological biomarkers.Finally,we used the multiple kernel learning-support vector machine(MKL-SVM)to differentiate the SCD and HC individuals.Results SCD individuals showed higher nodal topological properties(including nodal strength,nodal global efficiency and nodal local efficiency)associated with amyloid-βlevels and memory function than the HC,and these regions were mainly located in the default mode network(DMN).Moreover,increased local and medium-range connectivity mainly between the bilateral parahippocampal gyrus(PHG)and other DMN-related regions was found in SCD individuals compared with HC individuals.These aberrant functional network measures exhibited good classification performance in the differentiation of SCD individuals from HC individuals at an accuracy up to 79.23%.Conclusion The findings of this study provide insight into the compensatory mechanism of the functional connectome underlying SCD.The proposed classification method highlights the potential of connectome-based metrics for the identification of the preclinical stage of AD. | Haifeng Chen Xiaoning Sheng Caimei Luo Ruomeng Qin Qing Ye Hui Zhao Yun Xu Feng Bai 无 | 2020 | Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,2: | 5 |
| 4 | Rigid-Plastic Dynamic Response of Reinforced Concrete Bridge Pier Impacted by Automobile显示文摘Bridge piers are impacted by autos sometimes. The pier usually has not been destroyed after once impact by auto. But there are few research on damage which will affect pier's capability, and most relative studies have focused the problems on piers impacted by vessels. The methods involve mainly sutra experience theory, numerical analysis, and experimental method. Owing to the complicacy of the bridge pier impacted by a vessel, there are few research derived with the sutra mechanics model and the piers impacted by autos. The dynamic response is studied here under the assumption of the rigid-plastic small-deformation for the pier impacted by auto. According to the Parkes beam model, the rigid-plastic theoretical solution is deduced. | 7 | Neutron irradiation-induced effects on the reliability performance of electrochemical metallization memory devices显示文摘In this work,electrochemical metallization memory(ECM)devices with an Ag/AgInSbTe(AIST)/amorphous carbon(a-C)/Pt structure were irradiated with 14 MeV neutrons.The switching reliability performance before and after neutron irradiation was compared and analyzed in detail.The results show that the irradiated memory cells functioned properly,and the initial resistance,the resistance at the low-resistance state(LRS),the RESET voltage and the data retention performance showed little degradation even when the total neutron fluence was as high as 2.5×1011 n/cm2.Other switching characteristics such as the forming voltage,the resistance at the high-resistance state(HRS),and the SET voltage were also studied,all of which merely showed a slight parameter drift.Irradiation-induced Ag ions doping of the a-C layer is proposed to explain the damaging effects of neutron irradiation.The excellent hard characteristics of these Ag/AIST/a-C/Pt-based ECM devices suggest potential beneficial applications in the aerospace and nuclear industries. | Ye Tao Xuhong Li Zhongqiang Wang Gang Li Haiyang Xu Xiaoning Zhao Ya Lin Yichun Liu | 2021 | Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,1: | 2 |
