| 3 | ISSR Polymorphism Analysis of Eight F_1 Hybrids of Erianthus fulvus and Saccharum spp.显示文摘In this study, twelve primers were used for ISSR (inter simple sequence repeat) analysis of eight F1 hybrids of Erianthus fulvus and sugarcane (Saccharum spp.). The results showed that totally 133 bands were amplified, including 111 polymorphic bands, showing a polymorphic rate of 83.46%, which indicated that there are abundant genetic variations among F1 progenies derived from crossing between cultivated sugarcane and E. fulvus. The average genetic similarity coefficients between F1 progenies and female parent Yacheng 89-9, F1 progenies and male parent E. fulvus were 0.67 and 0.44, respectively. | 5 | Structural transitions of 4:1 methanol–ethanol mixture and silicone oil under high pressure显示文摘A 4:1(volume ratio)methanol–ethanol(ME)mixture and silicone oil are two of the most widely used liquid pressure-transmitting media(PTM)in high-pressure studies.Their hydrostatic limits have been extensively studied using various methods;however,the evolution of the atomic structures associated with their emerging nonhydrostaticity remains unclear.Here,we monitor their structures as functions of pressure up to∼30 GPa at room temperature using in situ high-pressure synchrotron x-ray diffraction(XRD),optical micro-Raman spectroscopy,and ruby fluorescence spectroscopy in a diamond anvil cell.No crystallization is observed for either PTM.The pressure dependence of the principal diffraction peak position and width indicates the existence of a glass transition in the 4:1MEmixture at∼12 GPa and in the silicone oil at∼3 GPa,beyond which a pressure gradient emerges and grows quickly with pressure.There may be another liquid-to-liquid transition in the 4:1 ME mixture at∼5 GPa and two more glass-to-glass transitions in the silicone oil at∼10 GPa and∼16 GPa.By contrast,Raman signals only show peak weakening and broadening for typical structural disordering,and Raman spectroscopy seems to be less sensitive than XRD in catching these structural transitions related to hydrostaticity variations in both PTM.These results uncover rich pressure-induced transitions in the two PTM and clarify their effects on hydrostaticity with direct structural evidence.The high-pressure XRD and Raman data on the two PTM obtained in this work could also be helpful in distinguishing between signals from samples and those from PTM in future high-pressure experiments. | Xiehang Chen Hongbo Lou Zhidan Zeng Benyuan Cheng Xin Zhang Ye Liu Dazhe Xu Ke Yang Qiaoshi Zeng | 2021 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2021,6,3: | 1 |

| 7 | Longwall face roof disaster prediction algorithm based on data model driving显示文摘Hydraulic support is the primary equipment used for surrounding rock control at fully mechanized mining faces.The load,location,and attitude of the hydraulic support are important sets of basis data to predict roof disasters.This paper summarized and analyzed the status of coal mine safety accidents and the primary influencing factors of roof disasters.This work also proposed monitoring characteristic parameters of roof disasters based on support posture-load changes,such as the support location and support posture.The data feature decomposition method of the additive model was used with the monitoring load data of the hydraulic support in the Yanghuopan coal mine to effectively extract the trend,cycle period,and residuals,which provided the period weighting characteristics of the longwall face.The autoregressive,long-short term memory,and support vector regression algorithms were used to model and analyze the monitoring data to realize single-point predictions.The seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average(SARIMA)and autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)models were adopted to predict the support cycle load of the hydraulic support.The SARIMA model is shown to be better than the ARIMA model for load predictions in one support cycle,but the prediction effect of these two algorithms over a fracture cycle is poor.Therefore,we proposed a hydraulic support load prediction method based on multiple data cutting and a hydraulic support load template library.The constructed technical framework of the roof disaster intelligent prediction platform is based on this method to perform predictions and early warnings of roof disasters based on the load and posture monitoring information from the hydraulic support. | Yihui Pang Hongbo Wang Jinfu Lou Hailong Chai | 2022 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Karyotype Analysis of BC_1 and BC_2 Progenies between Sugarcane and Erianthus fulvus显示文摘In this study,karyotype analysis of F2BC1 progenies between sugarcane( Saccharum spp.) and Erianthus fulvus was conducted. The result showed that most chromosomes of YAU04 /14,YAU09 /02,YAU09 /05,YAU09 /26 and YAU09 /52 are median region( m) chromosomes,while only a small amount of chromosomes are submedian( sm) chromosomes and median point( M) chromosomes. The karyotype formulae of five experimental materials are 2n = 106 = 98 m +8sm,2n = 106 = 2M + 104 m,2n = 106 = 4M + 96 m + 6sm,2n = 102 = 2M + 92 m + 8sm and 2n = 106 = 4M + 96 m + 6sm,respectively. | 10 | A chromosome-level genome assembly for Erianthus fulvus provides insights into its biofuel potential and facilitates breeding for improvement of sugarcane显示文摘Erianthus produces substantial biomass,exhibits a good Brix value,and shows wide environmental adaptability,making it a potential biofuel plant.In contrast to closely related sorghum and sugarcane,Erianthus can grow in degraded soils,thus releasing pressure on agricultural lands used for biofuel production.However,the lack of genomic resources for Erianthus hinders its genetic improvement,thus limiting its potential for biofuel production.In the present study,we generated a chromosome-scale reference genome for Erianthus fulvus Nees.The genome size estimated by flow cytometry was 937 Mb,and the assembled genome size was 902 Mb,covering 96.26%of the estimated genome size.A total of 35065 proteincoding genes were predicted,and 67.89%of the genome was found to be repetitive.A recent wholegenome duplication occurred approximately 74.10 million years ago in the E.fulvus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that E.fulvus is evolutionarily closer to S.spontaneum and diverged after S.bicolor.Three of the 10 chromosomes of E.fulvus formed through rearrangements of ancestral chromosomes.Phylogenetic reconstruction of the Saccharum complex revealed a polyphyletic origin of the complex and a sister relationship of E.fulvus with Saccharum sp.,excluding S.arundinaceum.On the basis of the four amino acid residues that provide substrate specificity,the E.fulvus SWEET proteins were classified as monoand disaccharide sugar transporters.Ortho-QTL genes identified for 10 biofuel-related traits may aid in the rapid screening of E.fulvus populations to enhance breeding programs for improved biofuel production.The results of this study provide valuable insights for breeding programs aimed at improving biofuel production in E.fulvus and enhancing sugarcane introgression programs. | Ling Kui Aasim Majeed Xianhong Wang Zijiang Yang Jian Chen Lilian He Yining Di Xuzhen Li Zhenfeng Qian Yinming Jiao Guoyun Wang Lufeng Liu Rong Xu Shujie Gu Qinghui Yang Shuying Chen Hongbo Lou Yu Meng Linyan Xie Fu Xu Qingqing Shen Amit Singh Karl Gruber Yunbing Pan Tingting Hao Yang Dong Fusheng Li | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,4: | 0 |
