1Modeling of degradation kinetics of Salvianolic acid B at different temperatures and pH values显示文摘In this work,the effects of degradation time,temperature,and pH value on the degradation of Salvianolic acid B in aqueous solution were determined.Higher pH values,higher extraction temperature,and longer extraction time led to more degradation of Salvianolic acid B.Danshensu concentration increased as Salvianolic acid B degraded.A mechanism model was developed considering the degradation of Salvianolic acid E and lithospermic acid,which were two degradation products of Salvianolic acid B.The reverse reactions of Salvianolic acid B degradation were also considered.Degradation kinetic constants were calibrated.The degradation kinetics of Salvianolic acid B,lithospermic acid,and Danshensu in a Salvia miltiorrhiza extract aqueous solution were predicted using the mechanism model.The predicted concentrations agreed well with the experimental results.This model was developed using degradation data obtained from simple composition systems,but it can be applied in a complex botanical mixture with high prediction accuracy.Xingchu Gong Shichao Huang Jianyang Pan Haibin Qu 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,1:16
2Application of defin让ive screening design to quantify the effects of process parameters on key granule characteristics and optimize operating parameters in pulsed-spray fluid-bed granulation显示文摘The pulsed-spray fluid-bed granulation (PSFBG) process was investigated and optimized using definitive scree ning design, a recently proposed new class of three-level desig n of experiment method. Such a design enabled quadratic models to be established that described the effect of six in put process parameters - inlet air temperature, inlet air humidity, binder spray rate, atomization pressure, pulse period, and pulse width - on the granule quality in a PSFBG process. Mathematical models of the mean particle size, relative size distribution width, production yield, and porosity were developed to quantify the relationships between the in flue ncing factors and critical quality attributes. On the basis of con strai nts on the desired granule properties, a design space for PSFBG was determined and ranges of the operating parameters were defined. An acceptable degree of prediction was confirmed by validation experiments, demonstrating the reliability and effectiveness of using definitive screening design to study the PSFBG process. 4Fluorescence enhancement of Tb^(3+) complexes by adding silica-coated silver nanoparticles显示文摘Six kinds of terbium ternary complexes with halo-benzoic acids were synthesized. Their compositions were determined by C, H elemental analyzer and EDTA titration. The infrared spectra, ultraviolet absorption spectra, and fluorescence spectra were also measured to identify the complexes. Elemental analysis showed that the compositions of these complexes were Tb(p-Br BA)3?H2O, Tb(p-Cl BA)3?2H2O, Tb(p-FBA)3?H2O, Tb(o-FBA)3?2H2O, Tb(o-Cl BA)3?H2O, and Tb(o-Br BA)3?H2O, respectively. The monodispersed Ag@Si O2 core-shell nanoparticles with silica thicknesses of 10, 15, and 25 nm were successfully prepared and characterized by transmission-electron microscopy. Fluorescence intensities of the complexes were detected before and after Ag@Si O2 core-shell nanoparticles were added; the enhancement times were related to the silica-shell thickness. The fluorescence enhancement times were largest when the thickness of the silica shell was 25 nm. The mechanism may be attributed to the localized surface-plasmon resonance. Furthermore, the enhancement effect of terbium fluoro-benzoate complexes was the strongest in these complexes. 5Temporal-spatial distributions of road silt loadings and fugitive road dust emissions in Beijing from 2019 to 2020显示文摘Road silt loading(sL)is an important parameter in the fugitive road dust(FRD)emissions.In this study,the improved Testing Re-entrained Aerosol Kinetic Emissions from Roads(TRAKER)combined with the AP-42 method was firstly developed to quickly measure and estimate the sLs of paved roads in Beijing,China.The annual average sLs in Beijing was 0.59±0.31 g/m^(2)in 2020,and decreased by 22.4%compared with that in 2019.The seasonal variations of sLs followed the order of spring>winter>summer>autumn in the two years.The seasonal mean road sLs on the same type road in the four seasons presented a decline trend from^(2)019 to 2020,especially on the Expressway,decreasing 47.4%-72.7%.The road sLs on the different type roads in the same season followed the order of Major arterial∼Minor arterial∼Branch road>Express road,and Township road∼Country highway>Provincial highway∼National highway.The emission intensities of PM10 and PM_(2.5)from FRD in Beijing in 2020 were lower than those in 2019.The PM10 and PM_(2.5)emission intensities at the four planning areas in the two years all presented the order of the capital functional core area>the urban functional expansion area>the urban development new area>the ecological conservation and development area.The annual emissions of PM10 and PM_(2.5)from FRD in Beijing in 2020 were 74,886 ton and 18,118 ton,respectively,decreasing by∼33.3%compared with those in 2019.Haibin Wang Lihui Han Tingting Li Song Qu Yuncheng Zhao Shoubin Fan Tong Chen Haoran Cui Junfang Liu 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,10:1

11Chemometric identification of canonical metabolites linking critical process parameters to monoclonal antibody production during bioprocess development显示文摘A deeper understanding of the biological events occurring when bioprocess parameters changed will be of great value in improving the monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) production. Design of experiment (DoE) was applied to investigate the effect of process parameters (pH, temperature shift and dissolve oxygen (DO)) on protein titer. The key metabolites connecting the critical process parameters (CPPs) with monoclonal antibody production were identified by different chemometrics tools. Finally, the biological events of marker metabolites relating with titer improvement were concluded. pH and temperature shift were identified as CPPs that affect the target protein titer. A series of metabolites influenced by the altered CPPs and correlated with protein titer were screened by principal component analysis (PCA) and Pearson' correlation test. The marker metabolites and their pathways linking CPPs to target protein titer in different culture phases were summarized. 17Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C.
