1Tectonic thermal history and its significance on the formation of oil and gas accumulation and mineral deposit in Ordos Basin显示文摘The analyzing data on stratigraphic temperature measurement , thermal conductivity of the strata and radioactive heat production rate show that the present average geothermal gradient in the Ordos Basin is 2.93℃/100 m, and the average heat flow value is 61.78 mW/m2, which belongs to the mesothermal basin, and the value of the present geothermal gradient and heat flow in the east is higher than that in the west. The sandstone radioactive heat production rate of Zhiluo Group in Dongsheng Uranium deposits of Yimeng uplift is obviously higher in the mudstone, indicating that there exists a uranium anomaly. Based on studies of the present thermal field of the basin, the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature and paleogeothermal gradient are determined by using different kinds of paleotemperature methods. According to the anomaly of the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature gradient and magmatic event age, there was a tectonic thermal event in the early Cretaceous epoch of late-Mesozoic. This article rebuilds tectonic thermal history of different tectonic units by thermal history simulation using basin simulating software. The evolution of oil-gas and coal, and accumulation (mineralization) of mineral uranium are all controlled by the tectonic thermal history in the Ordos basin, especially by the tectonic thermal event that happened in the late Mesozoic. For both the gas source rocks of upper Paleozoic group and lower paleozoic group, the gas was largely generated in the early Cretaceous epoch of the late Mesozoic. The main petroleum generation period for Yanchang Group in Triassic system is the early Cretaceous epoch too, and the highest thermal maturity of the coal of Permo-Carboniferous, Triassic, and Jurassic reaches is the early Cretaceous epoch also. 2Apatite Fission Track Evidence of Uplift Cooling in the Qiangtang Basin and Constraints on the Tibetan Plateau Uplift显示文摘The Qiangtang basin is located in the central Tibetan Plateau. This basin has an important structural position,and further study of its tectonic and thermal histories has great significance for understanding the evolution of the Tibetan Plateau and the hydrocarbon potential of marine carbonates in the basin. This study focuses on low temperature thermochronology and in particular conducted apatite fission track analysis. Under constraints provided by the geological background,the thermal history in different tectonic units is characterized by the degree of annealing of samples,and the timing of major(uplift-erosion related) cooling episodes is inferred. The cooling history in the Qiangtang basin can be divided into two distinct episodes. The first stage is mainly from the late Early Cretaceous to the Late Cretaceous(69.8 Ma to 108.7 Ma),while the second is mainly from the MiddleLate Eocene to the late Miocene(10.3 Ma to 44.4 Ma). The first cooling episode records the uplift of strata in the central Qiangtang basin caused by continued convergent extrusion after the BangongNujiang ocean closed. The second episode can be further divided into three periods,which are respectively 10.3 Ma,22.6–26.1 Ma and 30.8–44.4 Ma. The late Oligocene-early Miocene(22.6–26.1 Ma) is the main cooling period. The distribution and times of the earlier uplift-related cooling show that the effect of extrusion after the collision between Eurasian plate and India plate obviously influenced the Qiangtang basin at 44.4 Ma. The Qiangtang basin underwent compression and started to be uplifted from the middle-late Eocene to the early Oligocene(45.0–30.8 Ma). Subsequently,a large-scale and intensive uplift process occurred during the late Oligocene to early Miocene(26.1–22.6 Ma) and the basin continued to undergo compression and uplift up to the late Miocene(10.3 Ma). Thus,uplift-erosion in the Qiangtang basin was intensive from 44.5 Ma to about 10 Ma. The timing of cooling in the second episode shows that the uplift of the Qiangtang basin was caused by the strong compression after the collision of the Indian plate and Eurasian plate. On the whole,the new apatite fission-track data from the Qiangtang basin show that the Tibetan Plateau started to extrude and uplift during 45–30.8 Ma. 3Geochemistry, Paleoenvironment and Mechanism of Organic-Matter Enrichment in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation Shale in the Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘To investigate the mechanism of the organic-matter enrichment in the Lower Longmaxi Formation shale,the geochemistry and total organic carbon(TOC)of the Longmaxi Formation black shales in the Jiaoshiba,Zhaotong,and Weiyuan areas of the Sichuan Basin were analyzed.Paleoproductivity proxy parameters(Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al),clastic influx proxies(TiO2 and Ti/Al),redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,V/(V+Ni),and U/Th),and hydrothermal indicators(Fe,Mn,and Y concentrations;Fe/Ti ratio and a Ni-Zn-Co diagram)were employed to decipher the paleoenvironment of the Lower Longmaxi Formation shales.TiO2 and Ti/Al indicated low terrigenous detrital influx in all three areas.However,Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al indicated high productivity in the Jiaoshiba area.V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th indicated higher oxygen content with larger fluctuations in the Zhaotong and Weiyuan areas.Fe,Mn,and Y concentrations and the Fe/Ti ratio implied greater active hydrothermal activity in the Weiyuan area.These heterogeneities were considered to be closely related to the paleoenvironment and paleogeography,and the large basement faults that developed during the Chuanzhong paleo-uplift could have provided vents for deep-hydrothermal-fluid upwelling.The redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th)and a paleoproductivity proxy(Ni/Al)displayed a significant correlation with the TOC,suggesting that both excellent preservation conditions and high paleoproductivity were the controlling factors for the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation shale.There was no obvious correlation between the clastic influx proxy(Ti/Al)and the TOC due to the extremely low supply of terrigenous debris.The hydrothermal indicator(Fe/Ti)was negatively correlated with the TOC in the Weiyuan area,indicating that hydrothermal activity may have played a negative role in the accumulation of organic matter.This study suggests that the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation marine shale varied according to the paleogeography and sedimentary environment.CHEN Zhipeng CUI Junping REN Zhanli JIANG Shu LIANG Xing WANG Gaocheng ZOU Chen 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:3
4Randomized,multicenter,open-label trial of autologous cytokine-induced killer cell immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for squamous non-small-cell lung cancer:NCT01631357显示文摘Dear Editor,Cytokine-induced killer(CIK)cells have been recognized as a new type of anti-tumor effector cells.CIK cells are a mixture of T lymphocytes.Among them,CD3+/CD56+T cells,which are rare in uncultured peripheral blood,are the main effector cells.CIK cells can proliferate rapidly in vitro,with stronger antitumor activity,broader target tumor spectrum,and lower adverse effect than other reported antitumor effector cells.1 Their ease of production in vitro and antitumor potential have made them suitable candidates for cell therapy regimens in solid and hematopoietic tumor treatments.1,2 Our previous retrospective study showed that the median progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in untreated,advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients who received CIK cell immunotherapy plus chemotherapy(13 and 24 months,respectively)were significantly longer than in those who received chemotherapy alone(6 and 10 months,respectively).2 But so far,there is no prospective,multicenter clinical study in lung cancer.Based on our previous study,we designed this randomized,multicenter,open-label trial to further evaluate the clinical efficacy of CIK cell immunotherapy plus chemotherapy in patients with advanced squamous NSCLC(ClinicalTrials.gov number,NCT01631357).Liang Liu Quanli Gao Jingting Jiang Junping Zhang Xin Song Jiuwei Cui Yunbin Ye Zhiyu Wang Xinwei Zhang Xiubao Ren 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:2
5Surface modification of an up-conversion luminescence material by overcoating with SiO_2 and its characterization显示文摘The surface of an up-conversion luminescence material was modified by overcoating with SiO2, which was syn- thesized from a hydrolysis progress of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in alkalescent condition. By analyzing the hydrolyzed mechanism of TEOS, it was found that there was not only physical adsorption but also chemical bonding between the up-conversion material and SiO2. At the same time, some adsorption bands at 1100, 475, 950, and 3500 cm?1 were found by FI-IR, which were the characteristic bands of Si?OH and Si?O?Si. By analyzing the surface elements of the coated material by XPS, it was found that its surface only included Si, O, and C elements, and not F and Y. In the picture of XRD, there was no additional peak after surface modification, suggesting that the silica shell was amorphous. The small peak at 2θ = 23° in the X-ray diffraction pattern of the coated material was caused by the amorphous SiO2 shell, and the TEM image also proved that the surface of the material was successfully modified by overcoating with SiO2. 6Surface modification of up-conversion luminescence material Na[Y_(0.57)Yb_(0.39)Er_(0.04)]F_4 with hydrosulfide group显示文摘A new method was reported for surface modification of an up-conversion luminescence material with hydrosulfide group. The factors that may influence the surface modification,such as reaction time,amount of catalyzer and modifier,and reaction solvent,were investigated. The optimal conditions were that the reaction time,the quantity of the basic catalyzer,the quantity of modifier and the volume of reaction solvent were 40 min,1.0,1.0,and 40 mL,respectively. 12Regulation of rose petal dehydration tolerance and senescence by RhNAP transcription factor via the modulation of cytokinin catabolism显示文摘Petals and leaves share common evolutionary origins but have different phenotypic characteristics,such as the absence of stomata in the petals of most angiosperm species.Plant NAC transcription factor,NAP,is involved in ABA responses and regulates senescence-associated genes,and especially those that affect stomatal movement.However,the regulatory mechanisms and significance of NAP action in senescing astomatous petals is unclear.A major limiting factor is failure of flower opening and accelerated senescence.Our goal is to understand the finely regulatory mechanism of dehydration tolerance and aging in rose flowers.We functionally characterized RhNAP,an AtNAP-like transcription factor gene that is induced by dehydration and aging in astomatous rose petals.Cytokinins(CKs)are known to delay petal senescence and we found that a cytokinin oxidase/dehydrogenase gene 6(RhCKX6)shares similar expression patterns with RhNAP.Silencing of RhNAP or RhCKX6 expression in rose petals by virus induced gene silencing markedly reduced petal dehydration tolerance and delayed petal senescence.Endogenous CK levels in RhNAP-or RhCKX6-silenced petals were significantly higher than those of the control.Moreover,RhCKX6 expression was reduced in RhNAP-silenced petals.This suggests that the expression of RhCKX6 is regulated by RhNAP.Yeast one-hybrid experiments and electrophoresis mobility shift assays showed that RhNAP binds to the RhCKX6 promoter in heterologous in vivo system and in vitro,respectively.Furthermore,the expression of putative signal transduction and downstream genes of ABA-signaling pathways were also reduced due to the repression of PP2C homolog genes by RhNAP in rose petals.Taken together,our study indicates that the RhNAP/RhCKX6 interaction represents a regulatory step enhancing dehydration tolerance in young rose petals and accelerating senescence in mature petals in a stomata-independent manner.Jing Zou Peitao Lü Liwei Jiang Kun Liu Tao Zhang Jin Chen Yi Yao Yusen Cui Junping Gao Changqing Zhang 2021Molecular Horticulture2021,1,1:0
