| 1 | Improved retracking algorithm for oceanic altimeter waveforms显示文摘Over the deep oceans without land/ice interference,the waveforms created by the return altimeter pulse generally follow the ocean model of Brown,and the corresponding range can be properly determined using the result from an onboard tracker. In the case of com-plex altimeter waveforms corrupted due to a variety of reasons,the processor on the satellite cannot properly determine the center of the leading edge,and range observations can be in error. As an efficacious method to improve the precision of those altimeter observations with complex waveforms,waveform retracking is required to reprocess the original returning pulse. Based on basic altimeter theory and the geometric feature of altimeter waveforms,we developed a new altimeter waveform retracker,which is valid for all altimeter wave-forms once there exists a reasonable returning signal. The performances of the existing Beta-5 retracker,threshold retracker,improved threshold retracker,and the new retracker are assessed in the experimental regions (China Seas and its adjacent regions),and the improvements in the accuracy of sea surface height are investigated by the difference between retracked altimeter observations and ref-erenced geoid. The comparisons denote that the new algorithm gives the best performance in both the open ocean and coastal regions. Also,the new retracker presents a uniform performance in the whole test region. | 3 | Photocatalytic degradation kinetics and mechanism of pentachlorophenol based on superoxide radicals显示文摘The micron grade multi-metal oxide bismuth silicate (Bi 12 SiO 20,BSO) was prepared by the chemical solution decomposition technique.Photocatalytic degradation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) was investigated in the presence of BSO under xenon lamp irradiation.The reaction kinetics followed pseudo first-order and the degradation ratio achieved 99.1% after 120 min at an initial PCP concentration of 2.0 mg/L.The pH decreased from 6.2 to 4.6 and the dechlorination ratio was 68.4% after 120 min at an initial PCP concentration of 8.0 mg/L.The results of electron spin resonance showed that superoxide radical (O 2 · ) was largely responsible for the photocatalytic degradation of PCP.Interestingly,this result was different from that of previous photocatalytic reactions where valence band holes or hydroxyl radicals played the role of major oxidants.Some aromatic compounds and aliphatic carboxylic acids were determined by GC/MS as the reaction intermediates,which indicated that O 2 · can attack the bond between the carbon and chlorine atoms to form less chlorinated aromatic compounds.The aromatic compounds were further oxidized by O 2 · to generate aliphatic carboxylic acids which can be finally mineralized to CO 2 and H 2 O. | Yang Li Junfeng Niu Lifeng Yin Wenlong Wang Yueping Bao Jing Chen Yanpei Duan | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,11: | 9 |

| 5 | EGFR/BRAF/MEK co-inhibition for EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma patients with an acquired BRAF^(V600E) mutation: a case report and review of literature显示文摘Despite the promising initial anti-tumor efficacy of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs),most advanced non-small-cell lung cancers(NSCLCs)progress eventually due to therapeutic resistance.V-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)^(V600E) mutation has been considered as an uncommon mutation that contributes to acquired resistance for EGFR-TKIs.In the presented case,BRAF^(V600E) mutation was detected as an acquired resistance-mediated mutation in a patient treated with osimertinib(a third-generation EGFR-TKI).The presented patient achieved partial regression and ongoing PFS of four months after the co-inhibition of osimertinib plus dabrafenib(BRAF inhibitor)and trametinib(MEK inhibitor).Our case further enriches the clinical evidence of the efficacy of EGFR/BRAF/MEK co-inhibition in patients with an acquired BRAF^(V600E) mutation,consistent with the review of the literature(eight cases).Additionally,our case highlights the important role of sample type,method,and platform of gene detection in patient management,life quality,and prognosis,as well as the understanding of acquired resistance mechanism. | Ran Zeng Lifeng Luo Xianwen Sun Zhiyao Bao Wei Du Ranran Dai Wei Tang Beili Gao Yi Xiang | 2021 | Cancer Drug Resistance2021,4,4: | 2 |

| 10 | Photocatalytic degradation of fipronil in water by silver-modified lithium vanadium phosphate spheres under visible light irradiation显示文摘A novel visible light-driven photocatalyst, lithium vanadium phosphate sphere(LVPS), was prepared by a ball-milling method. For enhancing the photocatalytic performance, LVPS was further modified with silver(ALVPS) by a UV-light photo- reduction method. After modification, the crystalline phase of LVPS did not change, however, the UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum of ALVPS was extended to 656 nm, which greatly improved its photoabsorptivity for visible light and enhanced its electron donating capacity. Under the irradiation of sunlight or visible light(>400 nm), ALVPS can rapidly remove fipronil(a persistent organic pollutant, 5 mg L?1) from aqueous solution. More than 99.7% of fipronil was removed by ALVPS after 0.5 h of irradiation, yielding a much higher removal rate than those achieved by nano-Ti O2 and Bi2O3. Photo-generated carrier trapping experiments were conducted to elucidate the photocatalytic degradation mechanism further. | 11 | Highly sensitive acetone gas sensor based on ultra-low content bimetallic PtCu modified WO3·H2O hollow sphere显示文摘Acetone is an important industrial raw material as well as biomarker in medical diagnosis.The detection of acetone has great significance for safety and health.However,high selectivity and low concentration(ppb level)detection remain challenges for semiconductor gas sensor.Herein,we present a novel sensitive material with bimetallic PtCu nanocrystal modified on WO3·H2O hollow spheres(HS),which shows high sensitivity,excellent selectivity,fast response/recovery speed and low limit of detection(LOD)to acetone detection.Noteworthy,the response(Ra/Rg)of WO3·H2O HS sensor increased by 9.5 times after modification with 0.02%bimetallic PtCu nanocrystals.The response of PtCu/WO3·H2O HS to 50 ppm acetone is as high as 204.9 with short response/recovery times(3.4 s/7.5 s).Finally,the gassensitivity mechanism was discussed based on gas sensitivity test results.This research will offer a new route for high efficient acetone detection. | Lifeng Deng Liping Bao jingcheng Xu DingWang Xianying Wang | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,8: | 0 |
| 12 | A marine gravimeter based on electromagnetic damping and its tests in the South China Sea显示文摘A new gravity sensor based on electromagnetic damping for the JMGrav marine gravimeter is presented.The new gravity sensor considered the advanced construction methods of the electromagnetic damping system of the gravimeter.The design features of the new system are discussed and the research survey data in the South China Sea are shown.Numerical simulations are applied to model the magnetic and mechanical characteristics of the system using finite element analysis and to evaluate the force distribution and the resulting damping effects.The performance characteristics of the system were tested on a motion simulator in laboratory,and the gravimeter was subjected to vertical accelerations of up to 100 Gal in 1-1000 s.It was found that the amplitude reduction of vertical accelerations in 3-15 s is 30-45 dB,with a time lag of 2-5 s,while the effect on gravity in period greater than 600 s is less than 0.5 dB,with a time lag of less than 100 s.The accelerations cause discrepancies of approximately only 1 mGal between the static value and the mean dynamic value.The sea tests were conducted in September 2020.Gravity measurements were taken with a JMGrav marine gravimeter onboard the R/V Dongfanghong 3,and the effective survey line exceeded 2000 km.Completely irregular accelerations with peaks up to 100 Gal yielded a reduction of approximately 40 dB in amplitude.The survey data were evaluated using ocean gravity field models and grid line tests.The results show that the accuracy of the gravity measurements is better than 2 mGal. | Pengfei WU Lin WU Lifeng BAO Long WANG Bo WANG Danling TANG | 2023 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,2: | 0 |
| 13 | An internally damped inertial platform for marine gravimetry and a test case in the South China Sea显示文摘To dampen periodic off-levelling motions within an inertial platform while undergoing horizontal accelerations of the same period and to achieve a levelling accuracy of a few tens of arcseconds with that system,an internally damped inertial platform for a marine scalar gravity system was the developed.Methods for attenuating horizontal acceleration and reducing off-levelling error by a satisfactory gyro-levelling loop,which are fundamental to the internally damped inertial platform,were designed and implemented.In addition,phase delays are introduced by the levelling loop.The resulting off-levelling gravity errors were analyzed and modeled.A series of tests on a motion simulator were performed in laboratory for a variety of simulated sea conditions.We found that the motion of the platform is a function of the amplitude and period of the simulated ship motions and ranges between 10 and 40 arcseconds.In addition,the phase lag between platform motion and ship motion is not constant but ranges 180°-270°,depending on the period and amplitude of the motion.Then,the platform,on which a gravimeter was mounted,was installed on the R/V Shiyan 2 to conduct a gravity survey in the South China Sea.Despite rough sea conditions,it was shown that in short periods of 2-30 s,the off-levelling angle was less than 30 arcseconds,and the phase lagged the horizontal acceleration by 230°-260°.From a repeated survey line and intersecting survey points,the estimated errors of gravity measurements were between 1.3 and 1.7 mGal.The marine measurements results were compared with those of satellite altimetry data and show a mean value of 0.5 mGal in a standard deviation of 1.5 mGal. | Pengfei WU Lin WU Lifeng BAO Long WANG Bo WANG Danling TANG | 2023 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,2: | 0 |
