| 2 | A direct position determination method with combined TDOA and FDOA based on particle filter显示文摘The localization of a stationary transmitter using moving receivers is considered.The original Direct Position Determination(DPD) methods, with combined Time Difference of Arrival(TDOA) and Frequency Difference of Arrival(FDOA), do not perform well under low Signal-toNoise Ratio(SNR), and worse still, the computation cost is difficult to accept when the computational capabilities are limited.To get better positioning performance, we present a new DPD algorithm that proves to be more computationally efficient and more precise for weak signals than the conventional approach.The algorithm partitions the signal received with the same receiver into multiple non-overlapping short-time signal segments, and then uses the TDOA, the FDOA and the coherency among the short-time signals to locate the target.The fast maximum likelihood estimation, one iterative method based on particle filter, is designed to solve the problem of high computation load.A secondary but important result is a derivation of closed-form expressions of the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound(CRLB).The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper outperforms the traditional DPD algorithms with more accurate results and higher computational efficiency, and especially at low SNR, it is more close to the CRLB. | Zhiyu LU Bin BA Jianhui WANG Wenchao LI Daming WANG | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1: | 11 |
| 3 | Mechanistic studies of the transport of peimine in the Caco-2 cell model显示文摘Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine for its expectorant, antitussive, antiinflammatory and analgesic properties. Moreover, modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that F. thunbergii Miq. has efficacy in the treatment of leukemia and cancers of the liver and cervix. Although the alkaloid, peimine, is largely responsible for these pharmacological effects, it has very low oral bioavailability. The aim of this study was to investigate the intestinal absorption of peimine in Caco-2 cell monolayers. Having demonstrated that peimine is non-toxic to Caco-2 cells at concentrations o200 μmol/L, the effect of peimine concentration, p H, temperature, efflux transport protein inhibitors and EDTA-Na_2 on peimine transport were studied. The results show that peimine transport is concentration-dependent; that at p H 6.0 and 7.4, the P_(app(AP-BL))of peimine is not significantly different but the Papp(BL-AP)) is; that both Papp(AP-BL)and P_(app(BL-AP))at 4 1C are significantly higher than their corresponding values at 37 1C; that the P-glycoprotein(P-gp) inhibitors, verapamil and cyclosporin A, increase absorption of peimine; and that EDTA-Na2 has no discernible effect. | 4 | Clinicopathological features and surgical outcomes of four rare subtypes of primary liver carcinoma显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to analyze clinicopathological and prognostic features of four rare pathological subtypes of primary liver malignancies to make better understanding of their clinical features.Methods:The clinicopathological data of 114 patients who were diagnosed with histologically proven four subtypes:clear cell carcinoma(CCC),giant cell carcinoma(GCC),sarcomatoid carcinoma(SC),and combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma(CHC)between October 1998 and August 2015 were reviewed.Their survival data were compared with those of 908 patients with histologically proven common hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)(early-and advanced-stage HCC)during the same period.Results:The outcome of the CCC group was better than that of the other three subgroups,and was similar to that of the early-stage HCC group.Also,the smallest tumor size and the highest incidence of pseudocapsule formation were observed in the CCC group.The SC group had the worst outcome among these four subgroups;the prognosis was much poorer than that of any other subgroups,even poorer than that of the advanced-stage common HCC group.No statistical difference was observed between the GCC,CHC and advanced-stage HCC groups on survival analysis.The incidences of tumor vascular emboli,TNM staging and non-radical resection were three risk factors of the prognosis.Conclusions:CCC is a low-degree malignancy and relatively favorably prognostic subtype of HCC.However,GCC,SC,and CHC are three rare high-degree malignancy subtypes of HCC with poor prognosis. | Zhiyu Li Xiaolong Wu Xinyu Bi Yefan Zhang Zhen Huang Haizhen Lu Hong Zhao Jianjun Zhao Jianguo Zhou Muxing Li Jianming Ying Jianqiang Cai | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3: | 6 |
| 5 | Structural engineering of sulfur-doped carbon encapsulated bismuth sulfide core-shell structure for enhanced potassium storage performance显示文摘Owing to the high theoretical capacity,metal sulfides have emerged as promising anode materials for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,sluggish kinetics,drastic volume expansion,and polysulfide dissolution during charge/discharge result in unsatisfactory electrochemical performance.Herein,we design a core-shell structure consisting of an active bismuth sulfide core and a highly conductive sulfur-doped carbon shell(Bi2S3@SC)as a novel anode material for PIBs.Benefiting from its unique core-shell structure,this Bi2S3@SC is endowed with outstanding potassium storage performance with high specific capacity(626 mAh·g^(-1)under 50 mA·g^(-1))and excellent rate capability(268.9 mAh·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1)).More importantly,a Bi2S3@SC//KFe[Fe(CN)6]full cell is successfully fabricated,which achieves a high reversible capacity of 257 mAh·g^(-1)at 50 mA·g^(-1)over 50 cycles,holding great potentials in practical applications.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that potassium ions have a low diffusion barrier of 0.54 eV in Bi2S3 due to the weak van der Waals interactions between layers.This work heralds a promising strategy in the structural design of high-performance anode materials for PIBs. | Changlai Wang Jian Lu Huigang Tong Shuilin Wu Dongdong Wang Bin Liu Ling Cheng Zhiyu Lin Lin Hu Hui Wang Wenjun Zhang Qianwang Chen | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 2 |

| 7 | Boosting the hydrogen storage performance of magnesium hydride with metal organic framework-derived Cobalt@Nickel oxide bimetallic catalyst显示文摘In this study,a MOF-derived bimetallic Co@NiO catalyst was synthesized and doped into MgH_(2)to improve the hydrogen desorption and resorption kinetics.The Co@NiO catalyst decreased the onset dehydrogenation temperature of MgH_(2)by 160℃,compared with un-doped MgH_(2).The MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO composite released 6.6%(mass)hydrogen in 350 s at 315℃and uptook 5.4%(mass)hydrogen in500 s at 165℃,showing greatly accelerated de/rehydrogenation rates.Besides,the desorption activation energy of MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO was decreased to(93.8±8.4)kJ·mol^(-1).Noteworthy,symbiotic Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)clusters were in-situ formed from bimetallic precursors and inlaid on MgH_(2)surface,which are considered as'multi-step hydrogen pumps',and provides surface pathways for hydrogen absorption.Meanwhile,the introduced Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)interfaces could provide numerous low energy barrier H diffusion channels,therefore accelerating the hydrogen release and uptake.This research proposes new insights to design high-efficiency bimetallic catalyst for MgH_(2)hydrogen storage. | Yan Zhang Jiaguang Zheng Zhiyu Lu Mengchen Song Jiahuan He Fuying Wu Liuting Zhang | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12: | 2 |
| 8 | Progress in the beam commissioning of separated function RFQ accelerator显示文摘Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ) was proposed as a post accelerator of RFQ to accelerate heavy ions at low frequency. It introduces gap accelerating in the quadrupole electrodes, and therefore it has higher accelerating efficiency than the conventional RFQ accelerator. The first SFRFQ prototype cavity has been specially designed and constructed as a post accelerator to accelerate O+ beam from 1.03 MeV to 1.64 MeV. Based on accomplishment of low power measurement and high power test, the beam commissioning was carried out to verify its feasibility. | 9 | A non‐equal gap distance dielectric barrier discharge:Between cone‐shape and cylinder‐shape electrodes显示文摘A non‐equal gap distance dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)between cone‐shape and a cylinder‐shaped electrodes is reported.The DBD is driven by a nanosecond voltage pulse.When the pulse frequency is 500 Hz or lower,ladder‐shape plasma with multiple plasma layers is generated within the gap,with a distance increasing from 1 to 7 mm.According to high‐speed photographs of the plasma captured by an intensified charge‐coupled camera detector camera,the ladder‐shaped plasma is formed owing to propa-gation of ring‐shaped plasma from the region of the short‐gap distance to the region of long‐gap distance with regular variations in its propagation speed.The propagation speed drops to zero and lasts for about 20-30 ns at the region of each plasma layer,which results in bright plasma layers.The electric field of the plasma layer at the region of the different gap distance is evaluated according to the optical emission intensity ratio R_(391)/_(394)of N_(2)^(+)at 391 nm and N_(2) at 394 nm.The obtained electric field drops from 8.1 to 6.4 kV/mm when the plasma is propagated from regions of gap distance of 2-5 mm.When the pulse frequency is increased to 1 kHz or higher,the discharge changes into a filamentary mode and the multiple‐layer plasma disappears. | Shaohui Jin Zhiyu Li Yubin Xian Lanlan Nie Xinpei Lu | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,1: | 2 |
| 10 | Bullet-like vanadium-based MOFs as a highly active catalyst for promoting the hydrogen storage property in MgH_(2)显示文摘The practical application of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))was seriously limited by its high desorption temperature and slow desorp-tion kinetics.In this study,a bullet-like catalyst based on vanadium related MOFs(MOFs-V)was successfully synthesized and doped with MgH_(2) by ball milling to improve its hydrogen storage performance.Microstructure analysis demonstrated that the as-synthesized MOFs was consisted of V_(2)O_(3) with a bullet-like structure.After adding 7wt%MOFs-V,the initial desorption temperature of MgH_(2) was reduced from 340.0 to 190.6℃.Besides,the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite released 6.4wt%H_(2) within 5 min at 300℃.Hydrogen uptake was started at 60℃under 3200 kPa hydrogen pressure for the 7wt%MOFs-V containing sample.The desorption and absorption apparent activity energies of the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite were calculated to be(98.4±2.9)and(30.3±2.1)kJ·mol^(-1),much lower than(157.5±3.3)and(78.2±3.4)kJ·mol^(−1) for the as-prepared MgH_(2).The MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite exhibited superior cyclic property.During the 20 cycles isothermal dehydrogenation and hydrogenation experiments,the hydrogen storage capacity stayed almost unchanged.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)measurements confirmed the presence of metallic vanadium in the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite,which served as catalytic unit to markedly improve the hydrogen storage properties of Mg/MgH_(2) system. | Zhiyu Lu Jiahuan He Mengchen Song Yan Zhang Fuying Wu Jiaguang Zheng Liuting Zhang Lixin Chen | 2023 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,1: | 1 |

| 15 | Effects of microstructure characteristics on the tensile properties and fracture toughness of TA15 alloy fabricated by hot isostatic pressing显示文摘Powder hot isostatic pressing(HIP) is an effective method to achieve near-net-shape manufacturing of high-quality complex thinwalled titanium alloy parts, and it has received extensive attention in recent years. However, there are few reports about the microstructure characteristics on the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of powder hot isostatic pressed(HIPed) titanium alloys. Therefore, TA15powder was prepared into alloy by HIP approach, which was used to explore the microstructure characteristics at different HIP temperatures and the corresponding tensile properties and fracture toughness. Results show that the fabricated alloy has a “basket-like structure” when the HIP temperature is below 950℃, consisting of lath clusters and surrounding small equiaxed grains belts. When the HIP temperature is higher than 950℃, the microstructure gradually transforms into the Widmanstatten structure, accompanied by a significant increase in grain size. The tensile strength and elongation are reduced from 948 MPa and 17.3% for the 910℃ specimen to 861 MPa and 10% for the 970℃ specimen.The corresponding tensile fracture mode changes from transcrystalline plastic fracture to mixed fracture including intercrystalline cleavage.The fracture toughness of the specimens increases from 82.64 MPa·m^(1/2)for the 910℃ specimen to 140.18 MPa·m^(1/2)for the 970℃ specimen.Specimens below 950℃ tend to form holes due to the prior particle boundaries(PPBs), which is not conducive to toughening. Specimens above 950℃ have high fracture toughness due to the crack deflection, crack branching, and shear plastic deformation of the Widmanstatten structure. | 19 | Early Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder Coming Soon:Application of an Oxidative Stress Injury Biomarker(BIOS)Model显示文摘Early distinction of bipolar disorder(BD)from major depressive disorder(MDD)is difficult since no tools are available to estimate the risk of BD.In this study,we aimed to develop and validate a model of oxidative stress injury for predicting BD.Data were collected from 1252 BD and 1359 MDD patients,including 64 MDD patients identified as converting to BD from 2009 through 2018.30 variables from a randomly-selected subsample of 1827(70%)patients were used to develop the model,including age,sex,oxidative stress markers(uric acid,bilirubin,albumin,and prealbumin),sex hormones,cytokines,thyroid and liver function,and glycolipid metabolism.Univariate analyses and the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator were applied for data dimension reduction and variable selection.Multivariable logistic regression was used to construct a model for predicting bipolar disorder by oxidative stress biomarkers(BIOS)on a nomogram.Internal validation was assessed in the remaining 784 patients(30%),and independent external validation was done with data from 3797 matched patients from five other hospitals in China.10 predictors,mainly oxidative stress markers,were shown on the nomogram.The BIOS model showed good discrimination in the training sample,with an AUC of 75.1%(95%CI:72.9%–77.3%),sensitivity of 0.66,and specificity of 0.73.The discrimination was good both in internal validation(AUC 72.1%,68.6%–75.6%)and external validation(AUC 65.7%,63.9%–67.5%).In this study,we developed a nomogram centered on oxidative stress injury,which could help in the individualized prediction of BD.For better real-world practice,a set of measurements,especially on oxidative stress markers,should be emphasized using big data in psychiatry. | Zhiang Niu Xiaohui Wu Yuncheng Zhu Lu Yang Yifan Shi Yun Wang Hong Qiu Wenjie Gu Yina Wu Xiangyun Long Zheng Lu Shaohua Hu Zhijian Yao Haichen Yang Tiebang Liu Yong Xia Zhiyu Chen Jun Chen Yiru Fang | 2022 | Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,9: | 1 |
| 20 | Development of High Intensity Beam Emittance Measurement Unit显示文摘Three sets of High Intensity Beam Emittance Measurement Units (HIBEMUs) are being developed at Peking University. They are HIBEMU-2 (slit-wire type, one direction), HIBEMU-3 (Allison scanner type, one direction) and HIBEMU-4 (slit-wire type, two directions). For HIBEMU-2 and HIBEMU-3, more recent work has been done on software redesign in order to measure beam emittance and to draw phase diagram more efficiently and precisely. Software for control and data processing of them were developed in Labveiw environment, trying to improve calculation rationality and to offer user-friendly interface. Mechanical modification was also done for HIBEMU-3, mainly concentrating on the protection of Faraday cups from being overheated by the high intensity beam and also from interference of secondary electrons. This paper will also cover the mechanical structure as well as the software development of HIBEMU-4, which is a two-direction emittance scanner newly designed and manufactured for the high energy beam transport (HEBT) of Peking University Neutron Imaging FaciliTY (PKUNIFTY).
