| 1 | Spectral analysis and self-adjusting mechanism for oscillation phenomenon in hydrogen-oxygen continuously rotating detonation engine显示文摘The continuously rotating detonation engine(CRDE)is a new concept of engines for aircraft and spacecraft.Quasi-stable continuously rotating detonation(CRD)can be observed in an annular combustion chamber,but the sustaining,stabilizing and adjusting mechanisms are not yet clear.To learn more deeply into the CRDE,experimental studies have been carried out to investigate hydrogen-oxygen CRDE.Pressure histories are obtained during each shot,which show that stable CRD waves are generated in the combustor,when feeding pressures are higher than 0.5 MPa for fuel and oxidizer,respectively.Each shot can keep running as long as fresh gas feeding maintains.Close-up of the pressure history shows the repeatability of pressure peaks and indicates the detonation velocity in hydrogen–oxygen CRD,which proves the success of forming a stable CRD in the annular chamber.Spectrum of the pressure history matches the close-up analysis and confirms the CRD.It also shows multi-wave phenomenon and affirms the fact that in this case a single detonation wave is rotating in the annulus.Moreover,oscillation phenomenon is found in pressure peaks and a self-adjusting mechanism is proposed to explain the phenomenon. | Liu Yusi Wang Yuhui Li Yongsheng Li Yang Wang Jianping | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,3: | 14 |

| 3 | Secondary organic aerosols in Jinan, an urban site in North China: Significant anthropogenic contributions to heavy pollution显示文摘Secondary organic aerosols(SOAs) are an important component of particulates, but whether biogenic SOAs(BSOAs) or anthropogenic SOAs(ASOAs) are the dominant contributors to haze pollution remains poorly characterized. In this study, particulate samples were collected from September 2014 to August 2015 at an urban site in Jinan, which is the capital of Shandong Province and a typical city in the North China Plain. The PM2.5 samples were analyzed for BSOA(isoprene(SOAI) and monoterpenes(SOAM)) and ASOA(aromatic(SOAA)) tracers. The concentrations of the SOAAtracer(1.1 ± 1.0 ng/m3) were lowest, and those of SOAItracers(41.8 ± 86.2 ng/m3) were highest, with the concentrations of SOAMtracers(19.4 ± 9.9 ng/m3) being intermediate. The SOAItracers were more abundant in the summer and less abundant in the winter. Both SOAIand SOAMincreased with increasing ozone level but decreased with increasing NOx level. Correlation analysis revealed a good correlation between 2,3-dihydroxy-4-oxopentanoic acid and levoglucosan levels in three seasons. These results suggested that biomass burning activities occurring in the NCP can enhance the emissions of aromatics and should be controlled, especially in the autumn and winter. SOA tracers were classified according to pollution degree, and the results showed that as pollution increases, the contributions of SOAAincrease. | 10 | On the complexity of ω-pushdown automata显示文摘Finite automata over infinite words(called ω-automata) play an important role in the automatatheoretic approach to system verification. Different types of ω-automata differ in their succinctness and complexity of their emptiness problems, as a result, theory of ω-automata has received considerable research attention.Pushdown automata over infinite words(called ω-PDAs), a generalization of ω-automata, are a natural model of recursive programs. Our goal in this paper is to conduct a relatively complete investigation on the complexity of the emptiness problems for variants of ω-PDAs. For this purpose, we consider ω-PDAs of five standard acceptance types: B¨uchi, Parity, Rabin, Streett and Muller acceptances. Based on the transformation for ω-automata and the efficient algorithm proposed by Esparza et al. in CAV'00 for verifying the emptiness problem of ω-PDAs with B¨uchi acceptance, it is trivial to check the emptiness problem of other ω-PDAs. However, this naive approach is not optimal. In this paper, we propose novel algorithms for the emptiness problem of ω-PDAs based on the observations of the structure of accepting runs. Our algorithms outperform algorithms that go through B¨uchi PDAs. In particular, the space complexity of the algorithm for Streett acceptance that goes through B¨uchi acceptance is exponential, while ours is polynomial. The algorithm for Parity acceptance that goes through B¨uchi acceptance is in O(k3n2m) time and O(k2nm) space, while ours is in O(kn2m) time and O(nm) space, where n(resp. m and k) is the number of control states(resp. transitions and index). | 13 | Regular diet is non-inferior to restricted diet after polypectomy with decreased hospitalization length of stay and cost:a randomized–controlled trial显示文摘Background There are no data comparing a regular diet with a restricted diet after endoscopic polypectomy in patients with colorectal polyps.The current guidelines also did not provide the detailed information of dietary patterns after polypectomy.In this study,we aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of different diets on post-polypectomy outcomes.Methods A total of 302 patients with colorectal polyps who underwent polypectomy were prospectively enrolled between March 2019 and December 2019 in Nanfang Hospital(Guangzhou,China).Enrolled patients were then randomly assigned to a regular diet group or a restricted diet group after polypectomy.The study is a non-inferior design and the primary end point was the post-operative adverse events(AE)rate.Secondary end points included length of stay(LOS)and hospitalization cost.Results Among all the included patients,148 patients received a restricted diet and 154 patients received a regular diet after polypectomy.A total of 376 polyps were removed,with 183 polyps in the restricted diet group and 193 polyps in the regular diet group.Shorter LOS(4.0±1.4 vs 4.8±1.7,P<0.001)and lower hospitalization costs(7,701.63±2,579.07 vs 8,656.05±3,138.53,P=0.001)were observed in the regular diet group.In particular,there was no significant difference in 3-day AE rates between the restricted diet and the regular diet group(1.35%[2/148]vs 2.60%[4/154],P=0.685).Subgroup analysis looking at the number of polyps removed in each patient and different treatmentmodalities also showed similar findings.Conclusion Regular diet should be recommended after polypectomy for polyps<20mm as it can shorten LOS and save hospitalization costs. | Rong Huang Shaohui Huang Li Xu Rai Mandip Baomei Chen Jiayi Fan Yang Bai Yusi Wang Zelong Han Zhiqing Wang Side Liu Yue Li | 2022 | Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Towards High-performance Lithium-Sulfur Batteries: the Modification of Polypropylene Separator by 3D Porous Carbon Structure Embedded with Fe3C/Fe Nanoparticles显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries with high energy densities have received increasing attention.However,the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries is still far from the satisfactory of the practical application,which can be mainly attributed to the shuttling of polysulfides and the slow reaction kinetics of polysulfide conversion.To address this issue,a 3D porous carbon structure constructed by 2D N-doped graphene and 1D carbon nanotubes with embedded Fe3C/Fe nanoparticles(NG@Fe3C/Fe)was designed and prepared by a simple programmed calcination method for the modification of polypropylene(PP)separator.The Fe3C/Fe nanoparticles demonstrate an excellent catalytic conversion and strong chemisorption towards polysulfides,while the unique architecture of N-doped graphene promotes the Li+/electron transfer and the physical adsorption of polysulfides.The electrochemical performance of the Li-S batteries with the NG@Fe3C/Fe-modified separator is significantly improved.A large discharge capacity of 1481 mA∙h∙g-1 is achieved at 0.2 C(1 C=1675 mA/g),and a high capacity of 601 mA∙h∙g-1 is maintained after discharged/charged for 500 cycles at a current rate of 1 C.This work provides a new approach for the development of high-performance Li-S batteries through the modification of the PP separator by rationally designed composites with large adsorption capability to polysulfides,good wettability to the electrolyte and high catalytic property. | LIU Yusi ZHAO Xinghe LI Sesi ZHANG Qiang WANG Kaixue CHEN Jiesheng | 2022 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,1: | 0 |
