| 2 | Reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5) filler: Performance and interfacial behavior显示文摘We firstly performed the reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-(0.5-12)Nb_(2)O_(5) fillers,where Nb_(2)O_(5) can react with liquid Ag and O2 from air to generate AgNbO_(3).The contact angle of the Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) system almost linearly decreases from~71.6°to 32.5°with the Nb_(2)O_(5) content increasing,and the joint shear strength reaches the maximum of~65.1 MPa while employing the Ag-4Nb_(2)O_(5) filler,which are mainly related to the formation and distribution of the AgNbO_(3) phase at the interface.Moreover,the interfacial bonding and electronic properties of related interfaces were investigated by first-principles calculations.The calculated works of adhesion(Wa)of Ag(111)/Ag-O-AgNbO_(3)(001)and AgNbO_(3)(001)/Al_(2)O_(3)(100)interfaces are higher than that of the Ag(111)/Al_(2)O_(3)(110)interface,indicating good reliability of the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure.The relatively large interfacial charge transfer indicates the formation of Ag-Ag,Al-O,and Ag-O bonds in the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure,which can contribute to the interfacial bonding. | Yudi Qiu Shunjian Xu Xiangzhao Zhang Mingfen Zhang Qinhan Guo Beiji Wang Guanjun Qiao Guiwu Liu | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2: | 0 |
| 3 | Genome-wide association analysis identified molecular markers and candidate genes for flower traits in Chinese orchid (Cymbidium sinense)显示文摘The orchid,the champagne of f lowers,brings luxury,elegance,and novelty to nature.Cymbidium sinense is a symbol of gigantic floral variability on account ofwavering shapes and sizes of f loral organs,althoughmarker-trait association(MTA)has not been studied for its f loral traits.We evaluated markers associated with 14 f loral traits of C.sinense through a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 195 accessions.A total of 65318522 single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and 3906176 insertion/deletion(InDel)events were identified through genotyping-by-sequencing.Among these,4694 potential SNPs and 477 InDelswere identified as MTAs at−log10 P>5.The genes related to these SNPs and InDels were largely associated with f loral regulators,hormonal pathways,cell division,and metabolism,playing essential roles in tailoring f loral morphology.Moreover,20 candidate SNPs/InDels linked to 11 genes were verified,8 of which were situated on exons,onewas located in the 5-UTR and twowere positioned in introns.Here,themultitepal trait-related gene RABBIT EARS(RBE)was found to be the most crucial gene.We analyzed the role of CsRBE in the regulation of flower-related genes via efficient transient overexpression in C.sinense protoplasts,and found that the floral homeotic genes CsAP3 and CsPI,as well as organ boundary regulators,including CsCUC and CsTCP genes,were regulated by CsRBE.Thus,we obtained key gene loci for important ornamental traits of orchids using genome-wide association analysis of populations with natural variation.The findings of this study can do a great deal to expedite orchid breeding programs for shape variability. | Fengxi Yang Yudi Guo Jie Li Chuqiao Lu Yonglu Wei Jie Gao Qi Xie Jianpeng Jin Genfa Zhu | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,11: | 0 |
| 4 | One dimensional CeO_(2) nanorods/poly(ethylene oxide) solid composite electrolyte for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The research of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid composite electrolyte with high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial stability is the key to the development of all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASSLIBs). Herein, uniform nanorod structured CeO_(2) fillers were controllably synthesized by electrospinning, which were subsequently filled into PEO polymer to prepare CeO_(2)/PEO solid composite electrolyte. The addition of CeO_(2) nanorods can reduce both the glass transition temperature and the melting point of PEO polymer, and also interact with PEO and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide(LITFSI) by Lewis acid—base reaction. Therefore, the solid composite electrolyte exhibits a high ionic conductivity of 4.52 × 10^(-4)S/cm, a wide electrochemical stability window of about 4.8 V, and a good interfacial stability with Li at 55℃. Moreover, the LiFePO_4/Li ASSLIB divulges the discharging specific capacity of 165, 162, 156 and 146 mA,h/g at 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 2 C, respectively, and achieves the capacity retention of 90.3% after 150 cycles at 0.5 C.
