4On-orbit Geometric Calibration of Linear Push-broom Optical Satellite Based on Sparse GCPs显示文摘The paper presents a geometric calibration method based on the sparse ground control points (GCPs), aiming to the linear push-broom optical satellite. This method can achieve the optimal estimate of internal and external parameters with two overlapped image pair along the charge-coupled device (CCD), and sparse GCPs in the image region, further get rid of the dependence on the expensive calibration site data. With the calibrated parameters, the line of sight (LOS) of all CCD detectors can be recovered. This paper firstly establishes the rigorous imaging model of linear push-broom optical satellite based on its imaging mechanism. And then the calibration model is constructed by improving the internal sensor model with a viewing-angle model after an analysis on systematic errors existing in the imaging model is performed. A step-wise solution is applied aiming to the optimal estimate of external and internal parameters. 5Effects of Cd and Sn on double-peak age-hardening behaviors of Al-Si-Cu-Mg cast alloys显示文摘The effects of trace elements Cd and Sn on precipitation process of Al-Si-Cu-Mg cast alloys were investigated in the present research.It is shown that the addition of Cd and Sn not only increases remarkably the aging peak hardness and reduces the time to reach aging peak,but also eliminates the double-aging-peak phenomenon which appears in Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloys.In Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloys the first aging peak corresponds to GP zones(especially GPⅡ) ,and the second one is caused by metastable phases.The obvious time interval of transition from GPⅡ to metastable phases associates with the double-aging-peak phenomenon.The results of DSC and TEM show that Cd/Sn elements suppress the formation of GPⅠzone,stimulate the formation of θ',θ' and θ phases,and then shorten remarkably the temperature intervals of each exothermic peak.Because the transition interval between GPⅡzone and metastable phases is shortened by Cd/Sn in Al-Si-Cu-Mg cast alloys,θ' phase coexists with θ' phase in matrix of ageing peak condition,which causes effective hardening on the alloys,and at the same time,eliminates the double-aging-peak phenomenon.Li Runxia Chen Yujin Yuan Xiaoguang Qu Yingdong Li Rongde 2010China Foundry2010,7,1:7

7Temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence of vertical WS2/MoS2 monolayer heterostructures显示文摘Heterostructures from two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides MX_2 have emerged as a hot topic in recent years due to their various fascinating properties. Here, we investigated the temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence(PL) spectra in vertical stacked WS_2/MoS_2 monolayer heterostructures. Our result shows that both E_(2g)~1 and A_(1g) modes of WS_2 and MoS_2 vary linearly with temperature increasing from 300 to 642 K. The PL measurement also reveals strong temperature dependencies of the PL intensity and peak position. The activation energy of the thermal quenching of the PL emission has been found to be equal to 69.6 meV. 8Paleogene Tectonic Evolution Controls on Sequence Stratigraphic Patterns in the Fushan Sag, Northern South China Sea显示文摘Tectonism is of extreme importance to sequence stratigraphic patterns in continental sedimentary basins, affecting both the architectures and internal makeup of sequences. Sequence stratigraphic framework of the Paleogene system in the Fushan sag, northern South China Sea, was built using 3D and 2D seismic data, complemented by drilling cores and well logs data. One first-order, three second-order and seven third-order sequences were identified. Analysis of paleotectonic stress field, unconformities and subsidence history showed that the Paleogene tectonic evolution presented significant characteristics of multistage and episode, and can be divided into three stages: rifting stage I(initial rifting period), rifting stage II(rapid subsidence period), rifting stage III(fault-depressed diversionary period). Partition of the west and east in tectonic activity was obvious. The west area showed relatively stronger tectonic activity than the east area, especially during the rifting stage II. Episodic rifting and lateral variations in tectonic activity resulted in a wide variety of structural slope break belts, which controlled both the sequence architectures and interval makeup, and strongly constrained the development of special facies zones or sand bodies that tended to form hydrocarbon accumulation. This paper classifies the genetic types of slope break belts and their relevant sequence stratigraphic patterns within the Fushan sag, and further discusses the tectonic evolution controls on sequence stratigraphic patterns, which suggests that vertical evolution paths of structural slope break belts and relevant sequence stratigraphic patterns as a response to the Paleogene tectonic evolution were strongly controlled by sag margin types and lateral variations of tectonic activity.Guanhong Wang Hua Wang Huajun Gan Entao Liu Cunyin Xia Yingdong Zhao Shanbin Chen Chengcheng Zhang 2016Journal of Earth Science2016,27,4:5
9Urban flood inundation and damage assessment based on numerical simulations of design rainstorms with different characteristics显示文摘In the context of global climate change and urbanization,urban flooding is an important type of natural disaster that affects urban development,especially in China,which is experiencing rapid urbanization.In the past 10 years,urban flooding events have caused huge disaster losses in Chinese cities.This has resulted in significant negative effects on the urban infrastructure,socioeconomic systems,and urban residents,thus causing widespread concern.Studies have confirmed the change in extreme rainstorms is due to the changing environments in many cities globally.Conducting studies on the impact of these rainstorms with different characteristics for urban flooding is valuable for coping with unfavorable situations.In addition,numerical simulations provide an economical and viable means to perform these studies.This paper presents a numerical model of Xiamen Island in China.Simulations were conducted for 12 design rainstorm events with different return periods,rain patterns,and durations.The results indicate that,in the case of an equal rainfall amount,the rainfall intensity is the key factor that affects the inundated area,depth,and damages.However,the rainfall intensity is not the only determining factor;the rainfall pattern also affects the inundations.In regard to the rainfall pattern,a higher rainfall peak coefficient usually leads to severe urban inundation and damage.As a result,the lag time would be shorter,which may further exacerbate the impact of urban flood disasters.The results of this study provide insights into managing flood risks,developing urban flood prevention strategies,and designing flood prevention measures.MEI Chao LIU JiaHong WANG Hao LI ZeJin YANG ZhiYong SHAO WeiWei DING XiangYi WENG BaiSha YU YingDong YAN DianYi 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11:5
10Caspase-1 inhibition attenuates activation of BV2 microglia induced by LPS-treated RAW264.7 macrophages显示文摘Neuroinflammation has been recognized as a factor in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases.Emerging evidence suggests that peripheral inflammation,besides neuroinflammation,functions as a modulator of disease progression and neuropathology in several neurodegenerative diseases.However,detailed correlations among peripheral inflammation,neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration remain unknown.In the present study,we prepared a peripheral inflammation model with lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages to explore its activation on BV2 microglia.We found that LPS induced the production of IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the culture medium of RAW264.7 macrophages.We further showed that LPS plus ATP activated inflammasome,evidenced by the upregulation of caspase-1 and IL-1β,which was suppressed by ZYVAD,a caspase-1 inhibitor.Furthermore,the conditioned medium obtained from LPS-treated RAW264.7 macrophages activated BV2 microglia,stimulating the release of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-a from BV2 cells.ZYVAD pretreatment markedly suppressed BV2 microglia activation induced by RAW264.7 cells conditioned medium.Taken together,our study indicates that macrophage-mediated peripheral inflammation subsequently evokes neuroinflammation and may aggravate neural damage.Inflammasome and caspase-1 may be potential targets for modulating systemic inflammatory responses in neurodegenerative diseases.Yang Pan Bo Shen Qin Gao Jun Zhu Jingde Dong Li Zhang Yingdong Zhang 2016The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,3:5
11Research on failure criterion of composite based on unified macro- and micro-mechanical model显示文摘A new unified macro- and micro-mechanics failure analysis method for composite structures was developed in order to take the effects of composite micro structure into consideration. In this method, the macro stress distribution of composite structure was calculated by commercial finite element analysis software. According to the macro stress distribution, the damage point was searched and the micro-stress distribution was calculated by reformulated finite-volume direct averaging micromechanics (FVDAM), which was a multi-scale finite element method for composite. The micro structure failure modes were estimated with the failure strength of constituents. A unidirectional composite plate with a circular hole in the center under two kinds of loads was analyzed with the traditional macro-mechanical failure analysis method and the unified macro- and micro-mechanics failure analysis method. 12Influence factors and variation characteristics of water vapor absorption by soil in semi-arid region显示文摘The adsorption of water vapor by soil is one of the crucial contributors to non-rainfall water on land surface, particularly over semi-arid regions where its contribution can be equivalent to precipitation and can have a major impact on dry agriculture and the ecological environment in these regions. However, due to difficulties in the observation of the adsorption of water vapor,research in this area is limited. This study focused on establishing a method for estimating the quantitative observation of soil water vapor adsorption(WVA), and exploring the effects of meteorological elements(e.g., wind, temperature, and humidity) and soil environmental elements(e.g., soil temperature, soil moisture, and the available energy of soil) on WVA by soil over the semi-arid region, Dingxi, by combining use of the L-G large-scale weighing lysimeter and meteorological observation. In addition, this study also analyzed the diurnal and annual variations of WVA amount, frequency, and intensity by soil, how they changed with weather conditions, and the contribution of WVA by soil to the land surface water budget. Results showed that WVA by soil was co-affected by various meteorological and soil environmental elements, which were more likely to occur under conditions of relative humidity of 6.50% and the diurnal variation of relative humidity was large, inversion humidity, wind velocity of 3.4 m/s,lower soil water content, low surface temperature and slightly unstable atmospheric conditions. There was a negative feedback loop between soil moisture and the adsorption of water vapor, and, moreover, the diurnal and annual variations of WVA amount and frequency were evident—WVA by soil mainly occurred in the afternoon, and the annual peak appeared in December and the valley in June, with obvious regional characteristics. 13Recent progress on low dimensional perovskite solar cells显示文摘Low dimensional perovskites have recently attracted much attention due to their vertical growth of crystalline orientation, excellent film morphology, and long-term humidity, light, and heat stability. However, low dimensional perovskites suffer from low power conversion efficiency(PCE) with respect to their three dimensional analogues. Therefore, it is imperative to find excellent low-dimensional perovskite materials for improving the PCE. Previous work has demonstrated that bulkier organic molecules,e.g., C_6 H_5(CH_2)_2 NH_3^+(PEA^+), CH_3(CH_2)_3 NH_3^+(n-BA+, iso-BA+), C_2H_4NH_3^+, and polyethylenimine cations(PEI+), play an important role in the formation of low-dimensional perovskites. In this review, we review the recent development of low dimensional perovskites for solar cells application in terms of film preparation, photophysics, and stability of perovskites, as well as the related device structure and physics. 16Logistics Regression Analysis between TCM Constitution Types of Patients with Hypertension,Insomnia and ABPM,PSQI显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution types of patients with hypertension and insomnia,and study the clinical characteristics of patients with different constitutions,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with hypertension and insomnia.[Methods]Cross sectional observation method was used,and 420 patients with hypertension and insomnia were selected.Required information was collected,and the constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine was determined,and relevant data were recorded.SPSS and Logistic regression analysis method were used to explore the correlation between the distribution of TCM constitution types and gender,age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV,PSQI score,etc.[Results]Among 420 patients,the proportion of gentleness constitution was the most,and others in turn were Qi deficiency constitution>Yang deficiency constitution>phlegm dampness constitution>Qi stagnation constitution>Yin deficiency constitution>blood stasis constitution>damp heat constitution>special constitution.Among male patients,the proportion of gentleness constitution was the most.Among female patients,the proportion of Qi deficiency constitution was the most.In each constitution,the proportion of men and women was different,and the difference in gentleness constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Yin deficiency constitution had statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of gentleness constitution for young and middle-aged patients was the most,while elderly patients with Qi deficiency constitution was the most.There was difference in the distribution of TCM constitution in different age groups,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the patients with gentleness constitution,the patients with Qi deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution had different differences in terms of age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV and PSQI score,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Except damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and special constitution,other constitutions had certain correlation with age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV and PSQI score.[Conclusions]TCM constitution types of patients with hypertension and insomnia were dominant by gentleness constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution.The distribution of TCM constitution in different gender and age groups was different,and different TCM constitution was related to ABPM and PSQI.Xiaogang YU Qingsheng WANG Erdan XIN Yujun LU Yingdong LI 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,2:2
17Distribution and differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in vivo after intraperitoneal and tail vein injection into rats in the recovery phase of stroke: Which path is better?显示文摘BACKGROUND:Stereotactic injection(striatum or lateral ventricle) and vascular injection(tail vein or carotid artery) are now often used in cellular therapy for cerebral infarction.Stereotactic injection can accurately deliver cells to the infarct area,but requires a stereotactic device and causes secondary trauma;vascular injection is easy and better for host neurological deficit recovery,but can cause thrombosis.OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic potential of adult bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) transplantation by intraperitoneal versus intravenous administration to cerebral ischemic rats.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized controlled animal experiment was performed at the Cell Room and Pathology Laboratory,Brain Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from November 2007 to September 2008.MATERIALS:BMSCs were derived from 20 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats aged 4-6 weeks.METHODS:Forty-five adult middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) rats were randomly divided into control,intravenous and intraperitoneal injection groups,with 15 rats in each group.At 21 days after modeling,rats in the control group received 1 mL of 0.01 mol/L phosphate buffered saline via tail vein injection and each experimental rat received 4 × 106 BMSCs labeled by bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) via intravenous or intraperitoneal injection.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Angiogenin expression and survival of transplanted cells were measured by immunohistochemical staining of brain tissue in infarction hemisphere at 7,14 or 21 days after BMSC transplantation.Co-expression of BrdU/microtubule-associated protein 2 or BrdU/glial fibrillary acidic protein was observed by double-labeled immunofluorescence of cerebral cortex.Evaluation of nerve function using the neurological injury severity score and the adhesion-removal test was performed on the 1st and 21st day before and after MCAO,and at 3,7,14 or 21 days after BMSCs treatment.RESULTS:Angiogenin-positive new vessels were distributed in the bilateral striatum,hippocampus and cerebral cortex of each group of rats at each time point,most markedly in the intravenous injection group.There were significantly more BrdU-positive cells in the intravenous injection group than in the intraperitoneal injection group(P < 0.01).Co-expression of BrdU/microtubule-associated protein 2 or BrdU/glial fibrillary acidic protein were almost only seen in the intravenous group by fluorescence microscopy.After transplantation,BMSCs significantly restored nerve function in rats,particularly in the intravenous injection group.CONCLUSION:BMSCs were able to enter brain tissue via the tail vein or peritoneal injection and improve neurological function by promoting the regeneration of nerves and blood vessels in vivo,more effectively after intravenous than intraperitoneal injection.Yan Liu Yingdong Zhang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,13:2
18Enhancement of Active Anticorrosion via Ce-doped Zn-Al Layered Double Hydroxides Embedded in Sol-Gel Coatings on Aluminum Alloy显示文摘Ce-doped Zn-Al layered double hydroxide(LDH) nanocontainer was synthesized by a co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) methods were used for the characterization of the LDH nanocontainer. The anticorrosion activity of the LDH powders embedded in a hybrid sol-gel coating on aluminum alloy 2024 was investigated by electrochemical impendence spectroscopy(EIS). The results showed that Ce(III) ions were successfully incorporated into LDHs layers. 19Pretreatment with simvastatin upregulates expression of BK-2R and CD11b in the ischemic penumbra of rats显示文摘Inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductases, collectively known as statins, have been shown to minimize cerebral ischemic events in patients. We assessed the mechanisms of simvastatin pretreatment in preventing cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats using a model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Rats were pretreated with simvastatin 14 days prior to MCAO induction. At 3, 24, and 48 hours after reperfusion,bradykinin levels in the ischemic penumbra were assayed by ELISA, mRNA levels of bradykinin B2 receptors(BK-2Rs) and CD11b were measured by fluorescent quantitative real-time PCR(RT-PCR), and co-expression of microglia and BK-2Rs was determined by immunofluorescence. Simvastatin had no effect on bradykinin expression in the ischemic penumbra at any time point. However, the levels of BK-2R and CD11b mRNA in the ischemic penumbra,which were significantly decreased 3 hours after ischemia-reperfusion, were increased in simvastatin-pretreated rats.Moreover, the co-expression of BK-2Rs and microglia was confirmed by immunofluorescence analysis. 20Sexual maturation in hens is not associated with increases in serum leptin and the expression of leptin receptor mRNA in hypothalamus显示文摘Background: In mammals, leptin is an attractive candidate for mediating the metabolic signal and the reproductive function via the specific receptor in hypothalamus. However, till now, the role of leptin on reproduction in birds is less well established. This experiment was conducted to elucidate the role of leptin on the onset of reproduction in bird, as a first step, to detect the changes of peripheral leptin and leptin receptor mRNA expression in hypothalamus between mature and immature hens at the same age. 120 ISA brown pullets at D60 were allocated randomly into two groups, long light(LL) group being raised under artificial light regimes with incrementally increased light phase(from 8 L:16D to 14 L:12D) and short light(SL) group raised on consistent light(8 L:16D) for 12 wk. Results: The results showed that pullets in LL group reached sexual maturation 15 d earlier than those in SL group. Serum E2 showed a significant increase with age, but no difference was observed between two groups. Serum leptin concentration decreased significantly from D112 to D136 in LL, and was markedly higher in LL group than that in SL at D112, while there was no significant difference between two groups at D136. Leptin receptor and GnRH-I mRNA expression in hypothalamus were significantly increased with age, yet there was no significant difference between SL and LL chickens at the same age. The expression of FSH-β and LH-β mRNA in pituitary was increased with age but did not show significant difference between LL and SL group. GnRH-I mRNA expression was very rich in pineal gland, and decreased from D112 to D136 in LL but not in SL group, and there was no difference between two groups at the same age.
