1The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China.Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao 2016Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1:23

4Compact and robust supercontinuum generation and post-compression using multiple thin plates显示文摘We report on compact and robust supercontinuum generation and post-compression using transmission of light through multiple thin solid plates at the Swiss FEL X-ray free-electron laser facility.A single stage consisting of three thin plates followed by a chirped mirror compressor achieves compression of initially 30-fs pulses with 800-nm center wavelength to sub-10-fs duration.We also demonstrate a two-stage implementation to compress the pulses further to sub-5-fs duration.With the two-stage setup,the generated supercontinuum includes wavelengths ranging from 500 to 1100 nm.The multiplate setup is compact,robust,and stable,which makes it ideal for applications at free-electron laser facilities such as pump-probe experiments and laser-arrival timing tools.Xinhua Xie Yunpei Deng Steven L.Johnson 2021High Power Laser Science and Engineering2021,9,4:3
5The progress and prospects of shale gas exploration and development in southern Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘The Ordovician Wufeng Formation-Silurian Longmaxi Formation organic-rich shales distributed widely and stably in Southern Sichuan Basin were investigated based on drilling data.Geological evaluation of wells show that the shale reservoirs have good properties in the Yibin,Weiyuan,Zigong,Changning,Luzhou,Dazu areas,with key parameters such as TOC,porosity,gas content similar to the core shale gas production zones.Moreover,these areas are stable in structure,good in preservation conditions and highly certain in resources.The shale reservoirs have a burial depth of 4 500 m or shallow,a total area of over 2×10~4 km^2 and estimated resource of over10×10^(12) m^3,so they are the most resource-rich and practical areas for shale gas exploitation in China.Through construction of the Changning-Weiyuan national demonstration region,the production and EUR of shale gas wells increased significantly,the cost of shale gas wells decreased remarkable,resulting in economic benefit better than expected.Moreover,the localized exploration and development technologies and methods are effective and repeatable,so it is the right time for accelerating shale gas exploitation.Based on the production decline pattern of horizontal wells at present and wells to be drilled in the near future,at the end of the 13th Five Year Plan,the production of shale gas in southern Sichuan Basin is expected to reach or exceed 10 billion cubic meters per year.The resources are sufficient for a stable production period at 30 billion cubic meters per year,which will make the South Sichuan basin become the largest production base of shale gas in China.MA Xinhua XIE Jun 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1:3
6Large electrocaloric effect in BaTiO_3 based multilayer ceramic capacitors显示文摘The electrocaloric effect(ECE) of multilayer ceramic capacitor(MLCC) of Y5 V type was directly measured via a differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) method and a reference resistor was used to calibrate the heat flow due to the heat dissipation. The results are compared with those calculated from Maxwell relations by using the polarization data obtained from the polarization–electric field hysteresis loops. The direct method shows a larger ECE temperature change, which is accounted for the situation approaches an ideal condition. For the indirect method using Maxwell relations, only the polarization projection along the electric field was taken into account, which will be less than the randomly distributed real polarizations that contribute to the ECE. 7Urinary analysis reveals high Alternaria mycotoxins exposure in the general population from Beijing, China显示文摘Alternaria mycotoxins are of concern due to its adverse health effect, they affect various cereal crops and grain-based food along with modified forms that contribute to overall exposure. This study aimed to determine the frequency and level of exposure to Alternaria mycotoxins(tenuazonic acid, TeA;alternariol, AOH;alternariol monomethyl ether, AME;tentoxin, TEN;and altenuene, ALT) in human urine from Beijing adults. A total of 2212 urine samples were collected and analyzed for five mycotoxins using LC–ESI–MS/MS. More than98% of the samples had at least one Alternaria mycotoxin detected. Among the mycotoxins,AME had the highest detection rate(96.0%), followed by TeA(70.5%). The calculated average daily intake values of AME(12.5 ng/kg b.w.) was 5 times the TTC value(2.5 ng/kg b.w.) set by the EFSA, indicating the potential health risks associated with mycotoxins. 8Energy Absorption and Deformation Mechanism of Lotus-type Porous Coppers in Perpendicular Direction显示文摘As metallic foams used for energy absorption in the automotive and aerospace industries, recently invented lotus-type porous metals are viewed as potential energy absorbers. Yet, solid conclusion on their eligibility as energy absorbers is still in question, particularly when compression is in the direction perpendicular to the axial orientation of cylindrical pores. In this work, the energy absorption of lotus-type porous coppers in the perpendicular direction is investigated at strain rates from 0.001 s^(-1) to^2400 s^(-1). The energy absorption capacity and the energy absorption efficiency are calculated to be4–16 k J/kg and 0.32–0.7, respectively, slightly inferior to metal foams and the same porous solid compressed in the parallel direction due to the shortened extent of the plateau stress region. The deformation mechanism is examined experimentally in conjunction with finite element modeling. Both suggest that gradual squeeze and collapse of pores are the mechanisms accommodating the energy absorption. 9Effects of annealing and cold roll-bonded interface on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the embedded aluminum-steel composite sheet显示文摘Embedded aluminum-steel composite sheets used in heat exchanger were produced by cold roll bonding(CRB). The influences of annealing temperature and annealing time on the microstructure and the bonding strength of the composite sheet were investigated. The recrystallization of the steel layer began at 525℃ and finished at 600℃. With the increase of the annealing temperature, the peel strength of the composite sheet whose original steel sheet surface was treated by scratch brush initially increased and then decreased, which was resulted from the competition of the mechanical locking and metallurgical bonding. After annealing, the cracks which formed between the broken work-hardened steel surface layer and its matrix during cold roll bonding remained. The composite sheet produced by CRB with the steel surface treatment of flap disc had less interfacial defects, higher bonding quality, higher diffusion rate of Al and Fe atoms at the interface and larger metallurgical bonding extent than the composite sheet produced by CRB with the steel surface treatment of scratch brush under the same conditions of annealing,which was helpful to shorten annealing time, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.Chunyang Wang Xinhua Liu Yanbin Jiang Jianxin Xie Xiaojun Zhang Dejing Zhou 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,21:2

12Quadrupole-Linear Ion Trap Tandem Mass Spectrometry System for Clinical Biomarker Analysis显示文摘The accurate and efficient measurement of small molecule disease markers for clinical diagnosis is of great importance.In this study,a quadrupole-linear ion trap(Q-LIT)tandem mass spectrometer was designed and built in our laboratory.Target precursor ions were first selected in the quadrupole,and then injected,trapped,and fragmented simultaneously in the linear ion trap(LIT)to reduce the space charge effect,enrich the target product ions,and promote sensitivity.The targeted analytes were measured with selected reaction monitoring using a positive scan mode with electrospray ionization(ESI).Ions with a mass-to-charge ratio(m/z)ranging from 195 to 2022 were demonstrated.When scanning at 1218amu.s^(-1),unit resolution and an accuracy of higher than m/z 0.28 was obtained for m/z up to 2000.The dimensionless Mathieu parameter(q)value used in this study was 0.40 for collision-induced dissociation(CID),which was activated by resonance excitation.And an overall CID efficiency of 64%was achieved(activation time,50 ms).Guanidinoacetic acid(GAA)and creatine(CRE)were used as model compounds for small molecule clinical biomarkers.The limits of quantification were 1.0 and 0.2 nmol.L^(-1)for GAA and CRE,respectively.A total of 77 actual samples were successfully analyzed by the home-built ESI-Q-LIT tandem mass spectrometry system.The developed method can reduce matrix interference,minimize space charge effects,and avoid the chromatographic separation of complex samples to simplify the pretreatment process.This novel Q-LIT system is expected to be a good candidate for the determination of biomarkers in clinical diagnosis and therapeutics.Xiang Fang Jie Xie Shiying Chu You Jiang Yuting An Chang Li Xiaoyun Gong Rui Zhai Zejian Huang Chunling Qiu Xinhua Dai 2022Engineering2022,,9:1

18Cell Wall Buckling Mediated Energy Absorption in Lotus-type Porous Copper显示文摘The energy absorption characteristics of the lotus-type porous coppers at the strain rate of 10–3s–1to^2400 s–1were systematically investigated. Depending on the relative density and loading rate, the energy absorption capability of the tested samples varied from ~20 to ~85 MJ m–3, while the energy absorption efficiency fluctuated around ~0.6. An energy absorption efficiency curve based approach was proposed for unambiguous identification of the plateau regime, which gave an extension of ~0.50 strain range for the presently investigated porous coppers. 19Enabling dendrite-free charging for lithium batteries based on transport-reaction competition mechanism in CHAIN framework显示文摘Worldwide trends in mobile electrification will skyrocket demands for lithium-based battery production,driven by the popularity of electric vehicles.However,both lithium metal batteries and lithium ion batteries face severe safety issues due to dendrite nucleation and growth process.Li deposition is significantly influenced by interfacial factors and charging conditions.In this paper,an electrochemical model considering the internal and external factors is proposed based on Monte Carlo method.The influence of internal solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)porosity,thickness and the external conditions on dendrite growth process is systematically described.The simulation results support that the three factors investigated in this model could synergistically regulate the dendrite growth process.Three competition mechanisms are proposed to tailor lithium deposition for Li-based batteries and numerical solutions for variation pattern of dendrite growth with time are fitted.A three-step process describing kinetic process of lithium deposition is proposed.To achieve dendrite-free charging process,charging strategies and emerging materials design should be considered,including physicochemical materials engineering,artificial SEI,and design for dynamic safety boundary.This work could contribute to the foundation for insights of Li deposition mechanism,which is promising to provide guidelines for next-generation high-energy-density and safe batteries in CHAIN framework.Lisheng Zhang Siyan Chen Wentao Wang Hanqing Yu Haicheng Xie Huizhi Wang Shichun Yang Cheng Zhang Xinhua Liu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:1
20Leather for flexible multifunctional bio-based materials: a review显示文摘Nowadays, diverse leather usage conditions and increasing demands from consumers challenge the leather industry. Traditional leather manufacturing is facing long-term challenges, including low-value threshold, confined applica-tion fields, and environmental issues. Leather inherits all the biomimetic properties of natural skin such as flexibility, sanitation, cold resistance, biocompatibility, biodegradability, and other cross-domain functions, achieving unre-mitting attention in multi-functional bio-based materials. Series of researches have been devoted to creating and developing leather-based flexible multi-functional bio-materials, including antibacterial leather, conductive leather, flame-retardant leather, self-cleaning leather, aromatic leather, and electromagnetic shielding leather. In this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of the commonly used leather-based functional materials. Furthermore, the possible challenges for the development of functional leathers are proposed, and expected development directions of leather-based functional materials are discussed.
