1Recent development of a refined multiple air pollutant emission inventory of vehicles in the Central Plains of China显示文摘Central Plains region of China,represented by Henan Province,is facing serious air pollution problems.Vehicular exhaust emissions had adverse impacts on the atmospheric environment.The first comprehensive and novel vehicle emission inventory for Henan Province using vehicle kilometers traveled,localized emission factors,and activity data at city-level was developed.Furthermore,3 km×3 km gridded emission and temporal variations were determined by using localized information.Results show that the total emissions of sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen oxides(NOx),carbon monoxide(CO),particular matter with aerodynamic diameter<10μm(PM10),aerodynamic diameter<2.5μm(PM2.5),volatile organic compounds(VOCs),VOCs-evaporation and ammonia in 2015 were 9.1,533.4,1190.7,23.7,21.6,150.8,31.5 and 10.4 Gg,respectively,and the emission intensities of the above pollutants were 0.05,2.7,6.0,0.1,0.1,0.8,0.2 and 0.05 g/km,respectively.Vehicles meeting the Primary China 1,China 3 and China 4 contributed 89.1%,82.7%,75.3%,75.5%,75.5%,68.2%,68.4%and 82.3%for SO2,NOx,CO,PM10,PM2.5,VOCs,VOCs-evaporation and ammonia emissions,respectively.Zhengzhou,Zhoukou,Nanyang,Luoyang,Shangqiu and Xinyang showed relatively higher emissions and contributed more than 50%of each pollutant.The spatial distribution indicated obvious characteristics of the road network,and high-level emission was concentrated in the downtown areas.Additionally,the ozone formation potential(OFP)based on the estimated speciated VOC emissions was 569.6 Gg in Henan Province.Aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons were the main species of VOCs,whereas olefins contributed the largest proportion of OFP,with 42.2%.Xingke Gu Shasha Yin Xuan Lu Huan Zhang Lingling Wang Ling Bai Chen Wang Ruiqin Zhang Minghao Yuan 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,10:11
2Mass production of 2D materials by intermediate-assisted grinding exfoliation显示文摘The scalable and high-efficiency production of 2D materials is a prerequisite to their commercial use.Currently,only graphene and graphene oxide can be produced on a ton scale,and the inability to produce other 2D materials on such a large scale hinders their technological applications.Here we report a grinding exfoliation method that uses micro-particles as force intermediates to resolve applied compressive forces into a multitude of small shear forces,inducing the highly efficient exfoliation of layer materials.The method;referred to as intermediate-assisted grinding exfoliation(iMAGE);can be used for the large-scale production of many 2D materials.As an example;we have exfoliated bulk h-BN into 2D h-BN with large flake sizes;high quality and structural integrity,with a high exfoliation yield of 67%,a high production rate of 0.3 g h^-1 and a low energy consumption of 3.01 x 106 J g^-1.The production rate and energy consumption are one to two orders of magnitude better than previous results.Besides h-BN,this iMAGE technology has been used to exfoliate various layer materials such as graphite,black phosphorus,transition metal dichalcogenides;and metal oxides;provings universality.Molybdenite concentrate,a natural low-cost and abundant mineral;was used as a demo for the large-scale exfoliation production of 2D M0S2 flakes.Our work indicates the huge potential of the iMAGE method to produce large amounts of various 2D materials;which paves the way for their commercial application.Chi Zhang Junyang Tan Yikun Pan Xingke Cai Xiaolong Zou Hui-Ming Cheng Bilu Liu 2020National Science Review2020,7,2:10

5Effect of Sini San Freeze-dried powder on sleep-waking cycle in insomnia rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of the Sini San at different doses on each sleeping state[slow-wave sleep 1(SWS1), slow-wave sleep 2(SWS2), rapid-eye-movement(REM), wakefulness(W)] in insomnia rats and to identify its mode of ac-tion for improving sleep.METHODS: The insomnia rats were randomly divided into a high-, medium- or low-dose group of Sini San(equal to crude drug 8.8, 4.4, or 2.2 g/kg, respectively) for seven consecutive days.RESULTS: Compared with pre-administration,SWS2 was significantly increased after administration of the low dose. Compared with pre-administration, W was significantly decreased and SWS1,SWS2, and the total sleeping time(TST) were markedly increased after administration of the medium dose. Compared with pre-administration, W was significantly decreased and SWS1, SWS2, rapid-eye-movement sleep, and TST were significantly longer after administration of the high dose. 6U-Pb Zircon and Re-Os Molybdenite Geochronology of the W-Mo Mineralized Region of South Qinling, China, and their Tectonic Implications显示文摘A W-Mo mineralized region is located along the northern margin of the South Qinling tectonic belt of China. WMo mineralization occurs mainly in Cambrian–Ordovician clastic and carbonate rocks, and the ore bodies are structurally controlled by NW–SE-and NNE–SSW-striking faults. Evidence for magmatism in the area is widespread and is dominated by intermediate–felsic intrusives or apophyses, such as the Dongjiangkou, Yanzhiba, Lanbandeng, and Sihaiping granitic bodies. Quartz-vein-type mineralization and fault-controlled skarn-type mineralization dominate the ore systems, with additional enrichment in residual deposits. At present, there are few or insufficient studies on(1) the age of mineralization,(2) the relationship between intermediate–felsic granite and W-Mo mineralization,(3) the source of ore-forming materials, and(4) the metallogenic and tectonic setting of the mineralized area. In this paper, we present geochronology results for numerous intrusive granitic bodies in the South Qinling tectonic belt. U-Pb zircon geochronology of the Lanbandeng monzogranite and Wangjiaping biotite monzogranite yields ages of 222.7 ± 2.3 and 201.9 ± 1.8 Ma, respectively. In contrast to the Late Triassic age of the Lanbandeng monzogranite, the age of the newly discovered Wangjiaping biotite monzogranite places it at the Triassic–Jurassic boundary. Re-Os molybdenite geochronology on the Qipangou W-Mo deposit yielded a model age of 199.7 ± 3.9 Ma, indicating the deposit formed in the early Yanshanian period of the Early Jurassic. Granitoid intrusions in the mineralized area are characterized by composite granite bodies that crystallized at ca. 240–190 Ma. While there were multiple stages of intrusion, most occurred at 210–220 Ma, with waning magmatic activity at 200–190 Ma. The Re-Os age of molybdenite in the region is ca. 200–190 Ma, which may represent a newly discovered period of W-Mo metallogenesis that occurred during the final stages of magmatism. The heat associated with this magmatism drove ore formation and might have provided additional ore-forming components for metallogenesis(represented by the Wangjiaping biotite monzogranite). Ore materials in the mineralized area were derived from mixed crustal and mantle sources. Enrichment of the region occurred during intracontinental orogenesis in the late Indosinian–Yanshanian, subsequent to the main Indosinian collision. 7Sedative and hypnotic effect of freeze-dried paeoniflorin and Sini San freeze-dried powder in pentobarbital sodium-induced mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the sedative and hypnotic activity of paeoniflorin and freeze-dried Sini San powder on mice and provide a reliable method for determining the pharmacodynamic material basis of Sini San.METHODS: Male adult mice weighing 20-22 g were used in this study. Three experiments were carried out. Synergism with pentobarbital was used as an index for hypnotic effect. Loss of the righting reflex was used to determine the start of sleep.Sleep latency and sleeping time were recorded in each experiment.RESULTS: The coefficient of variation of the suprathreshold dose(55 mg/kg) was significantly lower than that of the threshold dose. The sleep latency of mice was significantly decreased, and the sleeping time of mice was significantly prolonged. 9Efficacy of needling Baihui(GV20),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7) and Taichong(LR3) on cerebral cortical blood oxygen level in rats with insomnia显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of needling Baihui(GV20),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7) and Taichong(LR3) on cerebral cortical blood oxygen level in rats with insomnia identified as liver-Qi stagnation pattern in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS:Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group(n = 10),the rest of the rats were clamped tail as stimulation combined with injected intraperitoneally p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA) to establish sleep deprivation model.After the successful replication of the model,they were randomly divided into model group,grabbing group,Western Medicine group,acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group,with 10 rats in each group.The model group was given normal saline;The grasping group was grasped in the same way as the two treatment groups;Western medicine group was given estazolam solution;The acupuncture group was treated with the acupuncture method of 'soothing the liver Qi and regulating mind' needling Baihui(GV20),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7) and Taichong(LR3);The sham acupuncture group were needled with four nonacupoint sites.After 7 d of treatment of rats in each group,sodium pentobarbital sleep experiment was used to evaluate the sleep latency(SL) and sleep time(ST).The percentage of rats entering the open arm(OE%) and the percentage of time entering the open arm(OT%) in each group were monitored by elevated cross maze,and the vertical score,horizontal crossing times,central grid score and modification times were monitored by open field test,functional near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRs) was used to monitor the changes of oxygenated hemoglobin(Oxy-Hb),deoxyhemoglobin(Deoxy-Hb) and total hemoglobin(Total-Hb) in the cerebral cortex of rats in each group under light stimulation and dark stimulation,the statistically significant channel combinations were selected from 8 light sources and 12 detectors(S-D).According to the position of the light source detector covering the cerebral cortex,Preliminarily determine the key brain areas of insomnia(the preliminary experiment found that 6S-8D and 7S-9D were the key channels of insomnia under light stimulation,and the corresponding brain areas were prefrontal lobe and occipital lobe respectively;7S-7D channel under dark stimulation,and the corresponding brain area was occipital lobe);The hemodynamic map of cerebral cortex was constructed through the absolute value of whole brain blood oxygen level.Further identify key brain regions for insomnia.RESULTS:Compared with the blank group,ST,OE%,OT%,the vertical score,horizontal crossing times,central grid score,the concentration of Deoxy-Hb in prefrontal and occipital lobes were decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the concentrations of SL,modification times,Oxy-Hb and Total-Hb were increased significantly(P < 0.01);There was no difference in the above indexes between the model group and the grabbing group(P > 0.05);After treatment,ST,OE%,OT%,the vertical score,horizontal crossing times,central grid score and DeoxyHb concentration in acupuncture group and Western medicine group increased significantly,while SL,modification times,Oxy-Hb and Total-Hb concentrations were decreased significantly(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),Compared with the Western Medicine group,the values of OE% and OT% were more significantly higher in the acupuncture group(P < 0.05),while the rest of the indexes were not significantly different between the two groups(P > 0.05);Compared with the acupuncture group,ST,OE%,OT%,the vertical score,horizontal crossing times,central grid score and the concentration of deoxy Hb in the sham acupuncture group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the concentrations of SL,modification times,Oxy-Hb and Total-Hb increased significantly(P < 0.01).CONCLUSIONS:The needling method for soothing the liver Qi and regulating mind could improve the abnormal behavior of insomnia rats with liver Qi stagnation,and its effect on the improvement of abnormal mood caused by insomnia with liver Qi stagnation is better than that of Western Medicine,and the mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of blood oxygen metabolism in the prefrontal and occipital lobes of the cerebral cortex by acupuncture.YE Yujuan WEI Yuting JIA Jing YAN Xingke 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,3:1
