| 1 | Mesozoic lithofacies palaeogeography and petroleum prospectivity in North Carnarvon Basin,Australia显示文摘The North Carnarvon Basin, which lies in the North West Shelf of Australia, is highly rich in gas resources. As a typical passive marginal basin, it experienced the pre-rifting, early rifting, main rifting, late rifting, post-rifting sagging and passive margin stages. The basin was mainly filled with thick Mesozoic-Cenozoic sediments, of which the Mesozoic hosts the principal source, reservoir and seal intervals. Mesozoic palaeogeography has an important control on the oil and gas distribution. Triassic gas-prone source rocks of deltaic origin deter-mine the high endowment of natural gases in the North Carnarvon Basin. The more restricted distribution of oil accumulations is controlled by oil source rocks in the Upper Jurassic Dingo Claystone. | 2 | Safety of endovascular therapy for symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis:a national prospective registry显示文摘Introduction The safety outcomes of endovascular therapy for intracranial artery stenosis in a real-world stetting are largely unknown.The Clinical Registration Trial of Intracranial Stenting for Patients with Symptomatic Intracranial Artery Stenosis(CRTICAS)was a prospective,multicentre,real-world registry designed to assess these outcomes and the impact of centre experience.Methods 1140 severe,symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis(ICAS)patients treated with endovascular therapy were included from 26 centres,further divided into three groups according to the annual centre volume of intracranial angioplasty and stent placement procedures over 2 years:(1)high volume for≥25 cases/year;(2)moderate volume for 10–25 cases/year and(3)low volume for<10 cases/year.Results The rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack or death was 9.7%(111),with 5.4%,21.1%and 9.7%in high-volume,moderate-volume and low-volume centres,respectively(p<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression confirmed high-volume centres had a significantly lower primary endpoint compared with moderate-volume centres(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.056 to 0.627;p≤0.0001),while moderate-volume and low-volume centres showed no significant difference(p=0.8456).Conclusion Compared with the preceding randomised controlled trials,this real-world,prospective,multicentre registry shows a lower complication rate of endovascular treatment for symptomatic ICAS.Non-uniform utilisation in endovascular technology,institutional experience and patient selection in different volumes of centres may have an impact on overall safety of this treatment. | Yabing Wang Tao Wang Adam Andrew Dmytriw Kun Yang Liqun Jiao Huaizhang Shi Jie Lu Tianxiao Li Yujie Huang Zhenwei Zhao Wei Wu Jieqing Wan Qinjian Sun Bo Hong Yongli Li Liyong Zhang Jianfeng Chu Qiong Cheng Yiling Cai Pengfei Wang Qi Luo Hua Yang Baijing Dong Yang Zhang Jun Zhao Zuoquan Chen Wei Li Xiaoxin Bai Weiwen He Xueli Cai Maimai Ti Osama O Zaidat | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,2: | 3 |
| 3 | Validation results of NmF2 and hmF2 derived from ionospheric density profiles of GNOS on FY-3C satellite显示文摘The first Global Navigation Satellite System Occultation Sounder(GNOS) which is compatible of both Bei Dou System(BDS)and Global Positioning System(GPS) was successfully launched into orbit onboard the Feng Yun 3 C satellite(FY-3 C) on September 23, 2013, and it has already gathered a large amount of ionosphere radio occultation(RO) data so far. However, the detailed analysis and validation of GPS ionosphere RO data have not been done up to now. Therefore, this paper discusses the configuration of the FY-3 C GNOS, the methods and results of GPS ionosphere occultation processment, the quality analysis of the GPS ionosphere RO products, and the precision consistency between the GNOS GPS ionosphere RO product and ionosonde data. The peak electron density(Nm F2) correlation coefficient is 0.97, the corresponding standard deviation is 16.08%. The peak value altitude(hm F2) correlation coefficient is 0.89, and the corresponding standard deviation is 23.79 km. | 4 | Influence of Polyepoxysuccinic Acid on Solid Phase Products in Portland Cement Pastes显示文摘The influence of polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA)on the solid phase products in hydrated Portland cement pastes was investigated by isothermal calorimetry,X-ray diffraction(XRD),^(29)Si and ^(27)Al nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The results indicated that PESA bonds Ca^(2+)ions in pore solution to prevent portlandite formation,and also combines with Ca^(2+)ions on the surface of silicate minerals to prolong the control time of phase boundary reaction process,leading to the retardation of silicate mineral hydration.Meanwhile,the interlayer Ca^(2+)ions in Jennite-like structure bridging PESA and C-S-H gels prevent silicate tetrahedron and aluminum tetrahedron from occupying the sites of bridging silicate tetrahedron,which causes the main existence of dimer in C-S-H structure,deceases the degree of Al^(3+)substituting for Si^(4+)and promotes the transformation from 4-coordination aluminum to 6-coordination aluminum.Furthermore,the-Ca^+chelating group from reacting PESA with Ca^(2+)ions combines easily with SO_4^(2-)ions,resulting in transformation from ettringite,AFm to TAH(Third aluminum hydrate).However,with the higher addition of PESA,it will bridge the excess PESA by Ca^(2+)ions to form a new chelate with ladder-shaped double chains structure,which not only reduces the amount of PESA bonding Ca^(2+)ions,but also decreases its solidifying capability for SO_4^(2-)ions,leading to the transformation from TAH to AFm or ettringite.Meanwhile,at later hydration,the inhibition effect of PESA on cement hydration is weakened,and the transformation degree from TAH to AFm is higher than that to AFt with the addition of PESA. | 胡晨光 WANG Xiaoyan BAI Ruiying LIU Gang FENG Xiaoxin DING Qingjun | 2018 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2018,33,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Fibrovascular proliferation of retinopathy of prematurity in zone Ⅱ after initial ranibizumab treatment显示文摘This study was designed to explore the prevalence of fibrovascular proliferation not regressed in zone Ⅱ stage 3 retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)after initial intravitreal ranibizumab(IVR)injections and to explore the possible influence factors.Fifty-seven patients(108 eyes)with ROP who underwent intravitreal injection of ranibizumab between January 2013 and July 2014 participated in the retrospective study.Based on regress of fibrovascular tissue or not after initial injections of ranibizumab,eligible eyes were divided into two groups.Data was collected and analyzed with SPSS 16.0.In the study,108 eyes of 57 patients(18 females,39 males)underwent initial intravitreal injection.The mean birth weight was 1,440.0±357.7 g and the mean gestational age was 30.5±2.0 weeks.Eight of 57(14.0%)patients showed unfavorable fibrovascular proliferation after initial ranibizumab treatment within 2 weeks.Among them,11 eyes were controlled by further laser treatment and 3 eyes underwent vitrectomy.The difference of occurrence rate in hemorrhage between the two groups was significant(P<0.030),and the unfavorable group required more laser treatment(P<0.001).The incidence of unfavorable fibrovascular proliferation was relatively high,and intraocular hemorrhage was possibly associated with the progress in zone Ⅱ stage 3 ROP after initial IVR injection. | Qinrui Hu Yujing Bai Xiaoli Chen Huika Xia Lvzhen Huang Yi Chen Xiaoxin Li | 2017 | Annals of Eye Science2017,,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Characterization of mulberry leaf instant tea and evaluation of its hypolipidemia effect via regulation of intestinal microbiota显示文摘The purpose of this study was to characterize mulberry leaf instant tea(MLIT)powder prepared from the'Longsang No.1'(Morus abla L.cv.Longsang 1)mulberry leaves in Heilongjiang Province(China)and assess its obesity-preventing/relieving effects.A total of 174 compounds including quercetin,chlorogenic acid,1-deoxyecomycin(1-DNJ)related to antihyperlipidemia effects were identified from the MLIT powder.MLIT treatment reversed the Lee's index,fat coefficient,and serum biochemical parameters in both the obesity relieving and obesity preventing mice fed with high-fat diet.In the obesity relieving experiment,the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio in mouse feces decreased after both 0.5%and 1%MLIT treatments.In obesity preventing experiments,mouse with different amount of MLIT treatments showed increased relative abundance of Akkermansia,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,while Deferribacteres,Desulfobacterota decreased.The beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of mice treated with MLIT increased.This study proved that MLIT had antihyperlipidemia potential via modulating intestinal microbiota in mice. | Xiaoyun Han Yunlong Bai Xiaoxin Feng Baochang Du Baojiang Zheng Qingshen Sun | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Identification of multiple regulatory genes involved in TGase production in Streptomyces mobaraensis DSM 40587显示文摘Microbial transglutaminase(TGase)is a protein that is secreted in a mature form and finds wide applications in meat products,tissue scaffold crosslinking,and textile engineering.Streptomyces mobaraensis is the only licensed producer of TGase.However,increasing the production of TGase using metabolic engineering and heterologous expression approaches has encountered challenges in meeting industrial demands.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the regulatory networks involved in TGase biosynthesis to establish a stable and highly efficient TGase cell factory.In this study,we employed a DNA-affinity capture assay and mass spectrometry analysis to discover several transcription factors.Among the candidates,eight were selected and found to impact TGase biosyn-thesis.Notably,SMDS_4150,an AdpA-family regulator,exhibited a significant influence and was hence named AdpASm.Through electrophoretic mobility shift assays,we determined that AdpASm regulates TGase biosynthesis by directly repressing the transcription of tg and indirectly inhibiting the transcription of SMDS_3961.The latter gene encodes a LytR-family positive regulator of TGase biosynthesis.Additionally,AdpASm exhibited negative regulation of its own transcription.To further enhance TGase production,we combined the overexpression of SMDS_3961 with the repression of SMDS_4150,resulting in a remarkable improvement in TGase titer from 28.67 to 52.0 U/mL,representing an 81.37%increase.This study establishes AdpA as a versatile regulator involved in coordinating enzyme biosynthesis in Streptomyces species.Furthermore,we elucidated a cascaded regulatory network governing TGase production. | Xian Liu Dan Wang Yuru Zhang Xiaoxin Zhuang Linquan Bai | 2023 | Engineering Microbiology2023,3,4: | 0 |
| 8 | A New Post-hoc Flat Field Measurement Method for the Solar X-Ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager Onboard the FengYun-3E Satellite显示文摘Extreme ultraviolet(EUV)observations are widely used in solar activity research and space weather forecasting since they can observe both the solar eruptions and the source regions of the solar wind.Flat field processing is indispensable to remove the instrumental non-uniformity of a solar EUV imager in producing high-quality scientific data from original observed data.FengYun-3E(FY-3E)is a meteorological satellite operated in a Sunsynchronous orbit,and the routine EUV imaging data from the Solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager(X-EUVI)onboard FY-3E has the characteristic of concentric rotation.Taking advantage of the concentric rotation,we propose a post-hoc flat field measurement method for its EUV 195A channel in this paper.This method removes the small-scale and time-varying component of coronal activities by taking the median value for each pixel along the time axis of a concentric rotation data cube,and then derives the large-scale and invariable component of the quiet coronal radiation,and finally generates a flat field image.The flat field can be generated with cadences from hundreds of minutes(one orbit)to several days.Higher flat field accuracy can be achieved by employing more data.Further analysis shows that our method is able to measure the instrumental spot-like nonuniformity possibly caused by contamination on the detector,which mostly disappears after the in-orbit selfcleaning process.It can also measure the quasi-periodic grid-like non-uniformity,possibly from the obscuration of the support mesh on the rear filter.After flat field correction,these instrumental non-uniformities from the original data are effectively removed.Moreover,the X-EUVI 195A data after dark and flat field corrections are consistent with the 193A imaging data from the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory,verifying the suitability of the method.The post-hoc method does not occupy observation time,which is advantageous for space weather operations.Our method is not only suitable for FY-3E/X-EUVI but also a candidate method for the flat field measurement of future solar EUV telescopes. | Qiao Song Xianyong Bai Bo Chen Xiuqing Hu Yajie Chen Zhenyong Hou Xiaofan Zhang Lingping He Kefei Song Peng Zhang Jing-Song Wang Xiaoxin Zhang Weiguo Zong Jinping Dun Hui Tian Yuanyong Deng | 2022 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,10: | 0 |
