| 1 | Molecular mechanism about lymphogenous metastasis of hepatocarcinoma cells in mice显示文摘AIM To investigate the correlation between lymphogenous metastasis and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) activity and the expression of Fas Iigand of tumor cells in lymph nodes.METHODES Fifty-six inbred 615-mice were equally divided into 2 groups and inoculated with Hca-F and Hca-P cells. Their lymph node metastatic rates were examined.Growth fraction of lymphocytes in host lymph nodes was detected by flow cytometry. The Hca-F and Hca-P cells were cultured with extract of lymph node, liver or spleen.The quantity of MMPs in these supernatants was examined by zymographic analysis. The expression of Fas ligand,PCNA, Bcl-2 protein of Hca-F and Hca-P cells in the mice were examined by immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis signals of macrophages in lymph nodes were observed with in situ DNA fragmentation.RESULTS On the 28th day post-inoculation, the lymph node metastatic rate of Hca-F was 80% (16/20), whereas that of Hca-P was 25% (5/20). The growth fraction of lymphocytes was as follows: in the Hca-F cells, the proliferating peak of lymphocytes appeared on the 14th day post-inoculation and then decreased rapidly, while in HcaP cells, the peak appeared on the 7th day post-inoculation and then kept at a high level. With the extract of lymph node, the quantity of the MMP-9 activity increased (P<0.01) and active MMP-9 and MMP-2 were produced by both Hca-F and Hca-P tumor cells, which did not produce MMPs without the extract of lymph node or with the extracts of the liver and spleen. The expression of Fas Ligand of Hca-F cells was stronger than that of Hca-P cells (P<0.01). The expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 protein of Hca-F cells in the tumors of inoculated area were the same as that of Hca-P cells. In situ DNA fragmentation showed that the positive signals of macrophages were around HcaF cells.CONCLUSION Secretion of MMPs which was associated with metastatic ability of Hca-F and Hca-P tumor cells depends on the environment of lymph nodes. | 3 | A huge oceanic-type UHP metamorphic belt in southwestern Tianshan, China: Peak metamorphic age and P-T path显示文摘Recent progress in the study of the UHP metamorphic belt in southwestern Tianshan,China,is summarized in this paper.This about 80-km-long and over 10-km-wide UHP belt has been recognized by the discovery of coesite,coesite pseudomorphs and other UHP minerals.It is the largest oceanic-type UHP metamorphic belt reported so far.It has formed due to northward subduction of the Tianshan Paleo-Ocean.U-Pb dating of metamorphic rims of zircons from a coesite-bearing garnet-phengite schist yields a peak UHP metamorphic ages of 320±3.7 Ma.Combined with ages of 233–226 Ma obtained from rims of zircons from retrograded eclogites,a long retrograde metamorphic evolution(>70 Ma)has been revealed.According to phase equilibria modeling,the P-T paths of both coesite-bearing eclogites and garnet-phengite schists are characterized by thermal relaxation,i.e.,the metamorphic temperature peak lags behind the pressure peak,indicating that the UHP rocks experienced slow and long heating and decompression during exhumation in the subduction channel.On the basis of the field observation that a small amount of eclogite lenses is wrapped in large volumes of metapelites,and the similar P-T paths of both rock types,we propose that the exhumation of the UHP eclogites from southwestern Tianshan,China,may have resulted from the exhumation of large volumes of low-density metapelites,which carried the denser eclogites to the Earth’s surface. | ZHANG LiFei DU JinXue Lü Zeng YANG Xin GOU LongLong XIA Bin CHEN ZhenYu WEI ChunJing SONG ShuGuang | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,35: | 19 |

| 6 | 藏药七十味珍珠丸对阿尔茨海默病转基因Tg2576鼠认知能力及脑羧基末端片段蛋白含量的影响显示文摘目的探讨藏药七十味珍珠丸(ratanasampil,RNSP)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型鼠的学习和记忆功能、认知能力以及脑β淀粉样前体蛋白(amyloid precursor protein,APP)和羧基末端片段(C-terminal fragment,CTF)蛋白含量的影响。方法应用Y-迷宫明暗分辨学习和旷场实验观察13~14月龄雌性Tg2576转基因鼠和同龄雌性BL6/SJL非转基因(NTg)鼠的学习、记忆功能和行为学的变化。治疗组选取7只Tg2576鼠和5只NTg鼠用被溶解的RNSP灌胃8周,对照组选取8只Tg2576鼠和5只NTg鼠用蒸馏水和芝麻油混匀后灌胃8周。用抗β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)5-8多克隆抗体WO2和369抗体行蛋白印迹法测鼠血清Aβ和脑的APP和CTF(α-、β、γ-CTF)蛋白含量并进行定量分析。应用免疫组织化学法观察Aβ在鼠脑中的表达。结果治疗8周后,Y-迷宫结果显示,治疗组Tg2576鼠达标所需要的训练时间显著低于对照组Tg2576鼠[(34.2±9.7)s与(52.4±12.5)s,t=3.465,P〈0.01]。旷场试验结果显示,与对照组Tg2576鼠比较,治疗组Tg2576鼠在中央格停留时间明显减低,跨格次数和站立次数增加,排泄次数减少[(4.7±3.6)s与(12.9±9.0)s,(85.3±17.6)次与(54.3±13.9)次,(57.7±17.1)次与(20.6±17.4)次,(1.2±0.6)次与(3.4±0.9)次,t=5.871、8.200、3.093、2.231,均P〈0.05)。两对照组相比较,Tg2576鼠在中央格停留时间较NTg鼠长,跨格和站立次数较NTg鼠减少[(12.9±9.0)s与(5.2±5.9)s,(54.3±13.9)次与(85.8±22.5)次,(20.6±17.4)次与(53.5±14.0)次,均P〈0.05]。上述训练项目NTg鼠治疗组和对照组的差异均无统计学意义。蛋白印迹法结果显示,与对照组Tg2576鼠比较,RNSP治疗组Tg2576鼠血清Aβ含量显著减低(t=9.104,P〈0.01),脑组织α-CTF蛋白的水平和α-CTF/β-CTF的比值明显增高(t=20.678、14.170,均P〈0.01)。但两组脑APP、β-CTF和了γ-CTF蛋白无明显变化。免疫组化染色显示,治疗组Tg2576鼠的大脑皮质和海马周围Aβ淀粉样斑块的数目明显减少。结论RNSP能提高Tg2576鼠的学习和记忆能力。可能通过激动α分泌酶活性的APP非淀粉样酶切的代谢过程来增加鼠脑组织α—CTF蛋白的水平.降低血清Aβ浓度,使老年斑的形成减少。 | 朱爱琴 Colin L Masters LI Qiao- xin | 2009 | 中华老年医学杂志2009,28,11: | 6 |
| 7 | A Diagnostic Analysis on the Effect of the Residual Layer in Convective Boundary Layer Development near Mongolia Using 20th Century Reanalysis Data显示文摘Although the residual layer has already been noted in the classical diurnal cycle of the atmospheric boundary layer,its effect on the development of the convective boundary layer has not been well studied. In this study, based on 3-hourly20 th century reanalysis data, the residual layer is considered as a common layer capping the convective boundary layer. It is identified daily by investigating the development of the convective boundary layer. The region of interest is bounded by(30°–60° N, 80°–120° E), where a residual layer deeper than 2000 m has been reported using radiosondes. The lapse rate and wind shear within the residual layer are compared with the surface sensible heat flux by investigating their climatological means, interannual variations and daily variations. The lapse rate of the residual layer and the convective boundary layer depth correspond well in their seasonal variations and climatological mean patterns. On the interannual scale, the correlation coefficient between their regional averaged(40°–50°N, 90°–110° E) variations is higher than that between the surface sensible heat flux and convective boundary layer depth. On the daily scale, the correlation between the lapse rate and the convective boundary layer depth in most months is still statistically significant during 1970–2012. | 9 | Geochronology and Geochemistry of the Late Cretaceous to Paleocene Intrusions in East Gangdese,Lhasa,Tibet and Their Tectonic Significances显示文摘In this study,we determined the granite ages in the middle to east Gangdese batholith. Zircon ages from these granites are 57.6–68.7 Ma,indicating that intrusions were formed in the Late Cretaceous to early Paleocene. The large-ion lithophile elements are highly enriched,whereas some high-field-strength elements are depleted. The Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic characteristics are similar to those of the Dianzhong volcanics in the Linzhou Basin,indicating the same origin and tectonic environment. The samples show positive εHf(t) values that are slightly lower than the values for the Linzizong volcanics,the Quxu intrusion,and other intrusions in middle Gangdese. We conclude that our samples,the Linzizong volcanics,and most main-collisional intrusions are derived from the same source with different ratios of crust and mantle input. On the basis of geological,geochemical,geochronological,and isotopic information,we conclude that the Late Cretaceous to Paleogene evolution of Gangdese can be divided into three stages. First,the collision began at 70–60 Ma,the same time as rollback of the Tethys Ocean slab. Second,during 60–50 Ma,slab breakoff triggered upwelling of the asthenosphere. | 10 | Transgenic rice expressing a novel phytase-lactoferricin fusion gene to improve phosphorus availability and antibacterial activity显示文摘The developing trends of livestock production are efficiency,safety and sustainability,which face two major challenges:low availability of phytate phosphorus and abuse of antibiotics.As a solution phytases and antimicrobial peptides are applied as feed additives.However,phytases and antimicrobial peptides are susceptible to proteases,costly by fermentation and potential toxic to production hosts.We transformed an optimized phytase-lactoferricin fusion gene PhyLf driven by an endosperm-specific promoter Gt13aP and Bar(bialaphos resistance) gene as a selection maker into rice.The Bar and PhyLf genes were integrated into the rice genome,stably inherited and expressed.Their phosphinothricin acetyl transferase(PAT)protein content oftransgenic plants with glufosinate resistance varied between 50.45-93.39 ugg^(-1).Fusion protein expressed especially in the seeds oftransgenic rice had a summit phytase activity at 32.30Ug^(-1) which increased by 61.71-fold compared to the control/check group(CK) and 7.54-fold compared to un-optimized transgenic plant.The highest inorganic phosphorus(Pi) content of the transgenic seeds reached 13.15 mg g^(-1) increased by 12.77-fold compared to that of CK.Preliminary antibacterial experiments showed that the enterokinase hydrolysate product of fusion protein could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli DH5a.These results indicated that the protein PhyLf has the potential to increase availability of feed phytate phosphorus,improve consumer's immunity and reduce the use of antibiotics. | WANG Zuo-ping DENG Li-hua WENG Lü-shui DENG Xiang-yang FU Xi-qin XIN Ye-yun XIAO Guo-ying | 2017 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,4: | 4 |

As a novel method, the hydrate based desalination technology has been put forward for decades and achieved considerable development in the past years. This review focuses on the experimental progress at the aspects of the hydrate former choice, formation promotion and ion removal efficiency and conceptive innovation of hydrate separation and energy utilization. It should be noted that gaseous hydrate former with low formation pressure and insoluble liquid hydrate former are worthy for further study. Besides, the water migration caused by propane deserves to be investigated much more deeply for the potential value of wide application. Moreover, the utilization proposal of LNG cold energy brings more possibility of commercial application. | 12 | Core muscle functional strength training for reducing the risk of low back pain in military recruits:An open-label randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Core muscle functional strength training(CMFST)has been reported to reduce injuries to the lower extremity.However,no study has confirmed whether CMFST can reduce the risk of low back pain(LBP).Objective:This study identified the effects of CMFST on the incidence of LBP in military recruits.Design,setting,participants and intervention:We performed a prospective,open-label,randomized,controlled study in a population of young healthy male naval recruits from a Chinese basic combat training program.Participants were randomly assigned to either the core group or the control group.In additional to normal basic combat training,recruits in the core group underwent a CMFST program for 12 weeks,while recruits in the control group received no extra training.Main outcome measures:At the beginning of the study and at the 12 th week,the number of participants with LBP was counted,and lumbar muscle endurance was measured.In addition,when participants complained of LBP,they were assessed using the visual analog scale(VAS)and Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ).Results:A total of 588 participants were included in the final analysis(295 in the core group and 293 in the control group).The incidence of LBP in the control group was about twice that of the core group over the 12-week study(20.8%vs 10.8%,odds ratio:2.161–2.159,P<0.001).The core group had better lumbar muscle endurance at 12 weeks than the control group([200.80±92.98]s vs[147.00±84.51]s,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in VAS score between groups,but the core group had a significantly lower RMDQ score at week 12 than the control group(3.33±0.58 vs 5.47±4.41,P<0.05).Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the CMFST effectively reduced the incidence of LBP,improved lumbar muscle endurance,and relieved the dysfunction of LBP during basic military training. | Xin Wang Wen-juan Song Yi Ruan Bing-chu Li Can Lü Nian Huang Fan-fu Fang Wei Gu | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2022,20,2: | 3 |

| 15 | A 3D Geological Model Constrained by Gravity and Magnetic Inversion and its Exploration Implications for the World-class Zhuxi Tungsten Deposit, South China显示文摘The Zhuxi tungsten deposit in Jiangxi Province,South China,contains a total W reserve of about 2.86 Mt at an average grade of 0.54 wt%WO3,representing the largest W deposit in the world.Numerous studies on the metallogeny of the deposit have included its timing,the ore-controlling structures and sedimentary host rocks and their implications for mineral exploration.However,the deep nappe structural style of Taqian-Fuchun metallogenic belt that hosts the W deposit,and the spatial shape and scale of deeply concealed intrusions and their sedimentary host rocks are still poorly defined,which seriously restricts the discovery of new deposits at depth and in surrounding areas of the W deposit.Modern 3 D geological modeling is an important tool for the exploration of concealed orebodies,especially in brownfield environments.There are obvious density contrast and weak magnetic contrast in the ore-controlling strata and granite at the periphery of the deposit,which lays a physical foundation for solving the 3 D spatial problems of the ore-controlling geological body in the deep part of the study area through gravity and magnetic modeling.Gravity data(1:50000)and aeromagnetic data(1:50000)from the latest geophysical surveys of 2016-2018 have been used,firstly,to carry out a potential field separation to obtain residual anomalies for gravity and magnetic interactive inversion.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the relationship between physical properties and lithology,under the constraints of surface geology and borehole data,human-computer interactive gravity and magnetic inversion for 18 cross-sections were completed.Finally,the 3 D geological model of the Zhuxi tungsten deposit and its periphery have been established through these 18 sections,and the spatial shape of the intrusions and strata with a depth of 5 km underground were obtained,initially realizing―transparency‖for ore-controlling bodies.According the analysis of the geophysical,geochemical,and geological characteristics of the Zhuxi tungsten deposit,we discern three principles for prospecting and prediction in the research area,and propose five new exploration targets in its periphery. | YAN Jiayong LÜ Qingtian QI Guang FU Guangming ZHANG Kun LAN Xueyi GUO Xin WEI Jin LUO Fan WANG Hao WANG Xu | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6: | 3 |

| 19 | Retrieval of Vertical Distribution of Tropospheric Refractivity through Ground-Based GPS Observation显示文摘In the present reported study, the vertical distributions of local atmospheric refractivity were retrieved from groundbased GPS observations at low elevation angles. An improved optimization method was implemented at altitudes of 0–10 km to search for a best-fit refractivity profile that resulted in atmospheric delays most similar to the delays calculated from the observations. A ray-tracing model was used to simulate neutral atmospheric delays corresponding to a given refractivity profile. We initially performed a 'theoretical retrieval', in which no observation data were involved, to verify the optimization method. A statistical relative error of this 'theoretical retrieval'( 2% to 2%) indicated that such a retrieval is effective. In a practical retrieval, observations were obtained using a dual-frequency GPS receiver, and its initial value was provided by CIRA86aQ UoG data. The statistical relative errors of the practical retrieval range from 3% to 5% were compared with co-located radiosonde measurements. Results clearly revealed diurnal variations in local refractivity profiles. The results also suggest that the general vertical distribution of refractivity can be derived with a high temporal resolution.
