1Observation of double indirect interlayer exciton in MoSe_(2)/WSe_(2) heterostructure显示文摘Interlayer excitons(IXS)are electron–hole pairs bound in the spatial separation layer by the Coulomb effect,and their lifetime is several orders of magnitude longer than that of direct excitons,providing an essential platform for long-lived exciton devices.The recent emergence of the van der Waals heterostructure(HS),which combines two layers of different transitional metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),has created new opportunities for IX research.Herein,we demonstrate the observation of double indirect interlayer excitons in the MoSe_(2)/WSe_(2)HS using photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy.The intensities of the two peaks are essentially the same,and the energy difference is 22 meV,which is perfectly in line with the calculation result of density functional theory.Furthermore,the experience of variable excitation power also proves that the splitting of the IXs originates from the conduction band spin-splitting of MoSe_(2).The observation results provide a promising platform for further exploring the new physical properties and optoelectronic phenomena of TMD HS.Biao Wu Yunpeng Wang Jiahong Zhong Cheng Zeng Yassine Madoune Wanting Zhu Zongwen Liu Yanping Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:3
2Enhanced thermoelectric performance and atomic-resolution interfacial structures in BiSbTe thermo-electro-magnetic nanocomposites incorporating magnetocaloric LaFeSi nanoparticles显示文摘Incorporating magnetic nanoparticles in thermoelectric(TE)materials introduce magnetic interfaces with additional electron and phonon scattering mechanism for high TE performance.However,the influence of heterogeneous interfaces between magnetic nanoparticles and TE matrix on electronic and thermal transport remains elusive in the thermo-electric-magnetic nanocomposites.Here,using p-type TE material Bi_(0.3)Sb_(1.7)Te_(3)(BST)as matrix and magnetocaloric(MC)material La(Fe_(0.92)Co_(0.08))_(11.9)Si_(1.1)(LFS)nanoparticles as a second phase,TE/MC nanocomposites xLFS/BST(x=0.1%,0.2%,0.3% and 0.4%)were synthesized using spark plasma sintering method.The atomic-resolution interfacial structures demonstrate that Te vacancies originating from LFS-BST interfacial reaction decreases the hole concentration of the LFS/BST nanocomposites and enhances the Seebeck coefficient.The LFS/BST nanocomposites exhibit lower thermal conductivity due to enhanced phonon scattering by interfaces and defects.All the nanocomposites have higher ZT than BST matrix,with 0.2% LFS/BST nanocomposite achieving highest ZT=1.11 at 380 K.At working current 1.4 A,the device fabricated using 0.2% LFS/BST nanocomposite achieves maximal cooling temperature 4.9 K,which is 58% higher than the matrix.Moreover,the MC properties are retained in all the nanocomposites,which make them a promising candidate to achieve high TE performance and dual TE/MC properties for future applications.Lin Xing Wenjun Cui Xiahan Sang Fengxia Hu Ping Wei Wanting Zhu Xiaolei Nie Qingjie Zhang Wenyu Zhao 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,5:1

6The immunoregulatory role of fish specific type Ⅱ SOCS via inhibiting metaflammation in the gut-liver axis显示文摘SOCS8,also known as CISHb,is a fish-specific type Ⅱ SOCS.Because CISH binds to cytokine receptors and may inhibit STAT5 activation(a substrate of the insulin receptor),SOCS8 may be involved in the control of metaflammation.The socs8-/-zebrafish were created,and both longer trunks and intestinal villi were observed in 1-month-old(mo)fish.Altered mucosal immunity and gut-liver metabolism were also found in socs8-/-fish.Increased intestinal neutrophils and macrophages,together with overexpression of cytokines and T cell markers in this mutant fish,suggested SOCS8's immunoregulating role.During modeling of soybean-induced enteritis using the 3 mo zebrafish,lower expression levels of inflammatory genes but more mucosa barrier disruption were discovered in socs8-/-zebrafish,compared with wide type counterparts.Furthermore,the shrunk villi at 6 mo in socs8-/-fish suggested that the mucosa might have been protected by SOCS8.This is also consistent with the assertion that metaflammation eventually leads to tissue degeneration and premature death.The fact that socs8-/-fish had more hepatic oil droplets compared to their wild-type counterparts suggested SOCS8's role in inhibiting hepatic metaflammation.Transcriptomic analysis as well as 16S rRNA gene sequencing were done on 3 mo socs8-/-fish to methodically reveal the altered immunity and metabolic reprogramming in the gut and liver caused by socs8-/-.The enriched GO terms for the intestinal tract,such as'cytokine-mediated signaling pathway'and'response to external biotic stimulus',as well as KEGG pathways in both gut and liver like'carbon metabolism'and'glycolysis/gluconeogenesis',were consistent with previously revealed pathological clues and improved growth performance at early age,respectively.In addition,the microbiota in the socs8-/-strain had adapted to the host's increased carbohydrate metabolism,as evidenced by higher levels of Bacteroidota.Furthermore,Verrucomicrobiota associated with immunoregulation were found in lower abundance in socs8-/-fish.As a result,current findings indicate that SOCS8 plays immunoregulatory and mucosa-protective roles in the fish gut and liver by inhibiting carbohydrate metabolism.Qingsong Zhu Yuhang Liu Yingyin Cheng Wanting Zhang Nan Wu Xiao-Qin Xia 2023Water Biology and Security2023,2,2:0
7Comparative Analysis of the Effects of False Low-Price Marketing Strategy on Multiple Platforms显示文摘In order to make full use of the characteristics of commodity prices,merchants on e-commerce platforms have adopted the low-price marketing strategy.Regular promotional discounts can bring new vitality to the commodity sales market,but extreme discount marketing methods would lead to serious impacts on the sales of competing products,thus affecting the stable development of the online shopping market.The sales data of four electrical products using the false low-price marketing strategy on three e-commerce platforms(Taobao,JD,and Amazon)were used in this study.The sales data from different e-commerce platforms and different time periods were analyzed,and one-way ANOVA was used on the factors affecting the effect of marketing strategy.The results showed that there is a significant difference between the direct marketing of high-priced products and low-priced products on Taobao;the difference between the marketing effects of high-priced products and mid-priced products on JD and Amazon is significant.This analysis would help businesses formulate reasonable marketing strategies and promote the stable development of the online shopping market.Wanting He Xixi Zhu Lianghui Zhao 2021Proceedings of Business and Economic Studies2021,4,6:0

9A PD-L1-targeting chimeric switch receptor enhances efficacy of CAR-T cell for pleural and peritoneal metastasis显示文摘Pleural and peritoneal metastasis accompanied by malignant pleural effusion(MPE)or malignant ascites(MA)is frequent in patients with advanced solid tumors that originate from the lung,breast,gastrointestinal tract and ovary.Regional delivery of CAR-T cells represents a new strategy to control tumor dissemination in serous cavities.However,malignant effusions constitute an immune-suppressive environment that potentially induces CAR-T cell dysfunction.Here,we demonstrated that the anti-tumor cytotoxicity of conventional 2nd-generation CAR-T cells was significantly inhibited by both the cellular and non-cellular components of MPE/MA,which was primarily attributed to impaired CAR-T cell proliferation and cytokine production in MPE/MA environment.Interestingly,we found that PD-L1 was widely expressed on freshly-isolated MPE/MA cells.Based on this feature,a novel PD-L1-targeting chimeric switch receptor(PD-L1.BB CSR)was designed,which can bind to PD-L1,switching the inhibitory signal into an additional 4-1BB signal.When co-expressed with a 2nd-generation CAR,PD-L1.BB CSR-modified CAR-T cells displayed superior fitness and enhanced functions in both culture medium and MPE/MA environment,causing rapid and durable eradication of pleural and peritoneal metastatic tumors in xenograft models.Further investigations revealed elevated expressions of T-cell activation,proliferation,and cytotoxicity-related genes,and we confirmed that PD-L1 scFv and 4-1BB intracellular domain,the two important components of PD-L1.BB CSR,were both necessary for the functional improvements of CAR-T cells.Overall,our study shed light on the clinical application of PD-L1.BB CSR-modified dual-targeting CAR-T cells.Based on this study,a phase I clinical trial was initiated in patients with pleural or peritoneal metastasis(NCT04684459).Qizhi Ma Xia He Benxia Zhang Fuchun Guo Xuejin Ou Qiyu Yang Pei Shu Yue Chen Kai Li Ge Gao Yajuan Zhu Diyuan Qin Jie Tang Xiaoyu Li Meng Jing Jian Zhao Zeming Mo Ning Liu Yao Zeng Kexun Zhou Mingyang Feng Weiting Liao Wanting Lei Qiu Li Dan Li Yongsheng Wang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,12:0

11Intrinsically flexible all-carbon-nanotube electronics enabled by a hybrid organic-inorganic gate dielectric显示文摘The advancement of Internet of Things has stimulated huge demands on low-voltage flexible electronics.Carbon-nanotube(CNT)-based electronics are of great promise to this end for their intrinsic flexibility,high carrier mobility,and capability to synthesize as semiconducting or metallic to serve as the channels,electrodes,and interconnects of circuits.However,the gate dielectric often has to adopt brittle oxides,which can seriously limit the device flexibility.Herein,we show that a hybrid polyimide-Al2O3 material can serve as a good gate dielectric to realize truly intrinsic flexibility of transistors and circuits based on CNTs.With this hybrid dielectric,high-performance all-CNT transistors and integrated circuits of inverters,ring oscillators,and logic gates are demonstrated.Particularly,the inverters exhibit a remarkably high gain of 342.5 and can be used as an analog amplifier for millivolt small signals.Ultralow voltage(50 mV)operation is also feasible,which highlights the great promise for low-power applications.Qiuyue Huang Jialiang Wang Chenglin Li Jiahao Zhu Wanting Wang Youchao Huang Yiming Zhang Hailong Jiao Shengdong Zhang Hong Meng Min Zhang Xinwei Wang 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0
12Drying kinetics of soy protein isolate-corn starch film during preparation and its moisture adsorption characteristics during storage显示文摘To better understand the mass transfer process of moisture in the soy protein isolate-corn starch(SPI-CS)films during preparation and storage process,the drying kinetics model of SPI-CS films with different formation conditions during the drying process and the moisture adsorption characteristics of the SPI-CS films under different humidity conditions were investigated.Within the range of experimental conditions,the moisture migration rule in the SPI-CS films during the drying preparation was combined with the Page model which was expressed as MR=exp(-kt^(n)).It was found that the adsorption equilibrium needed shorter time(about 3 h)when the SPI-CS films existed in the environment with lower humidity(RH<54%).Additionally,the secondorder adsorption kinetic equation was successful to describe the moisture adsorption characteristic of the SPICS films during storage under different humidity conditions.Tingwei Zhu Jinyu Yang Wanting Qin Yadong Tian Yingying Wang Xingfeng Guo 2023Grain & Oil Science and Technology2023,6,3:0
