1Geochemical characteristics of natural gas from mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin显示文摘A number of mud volcanoes exist in the southern Junggar Basin. To date few systematic studies on natural gas geochemistry of mud volcanoes have been conducted in China. In June 1991 and August 2010, the authors investigated the mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin twice, and the mud volcanism weakened gradually as seen from the variations such as the decrease of gas pressure and output, the downthrow and dry up of the mud pool. The volcanic intensity was significantly weaker than that in Taiwan. The natural gas from the mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin has similar geochemical characteristics, indicating the same source or origin. The main component of the mud volcano gas is alkane gas with contents of 91.15%-97.49%, and the gas is high-quality commercial gas since methane dominates in the alkane. The 13C1 values are 49.1‰--40.6‰, which are in accordance with the peak 13C1 frequency of mud volcano gas around the world, and the alkane gas displays positive carbon isotopic series, i.e., 13C1< 13C2< 13C3, suggesting typical thermogenic origin. The helium in the mud volcano gas is typically crust-derived due to the low R/Ra values of 0.011-0.054. The mud volcano gas is coal-derived since the 13C2 values are all greater than 28‰, and C1/C1-4 and 13C1 values are in accordance with those of natural gas derived from the Lower-Middle Jurassic coal-measures. 3Recent Advancements on Photothermal Conversion and Antibacterial Applications over MXenes-Based Materials显示文摘The pernicious bacterial proliferation and emergence of super-resistant bacteria have already posed a great threat to public health,which drives researchers to develop antibiotic-free strategies to eradicate these fierce microbes.Although enormous achievements have already been achieved,it remains an arduous challenge to realize efficient sterilization to cut off the drug resistance generation.Recently,photothermal therapy(PTT)has emerged as a promising solution to efficiently damage the integrity of pathogenic bacteria based on hyperthermia beyond their tolerance.Until now,numerous photothermal agents have been studied for antimicrobial PTT.Among them,MXenes(a type of two-dimensional transition metal carbides or nitrides)are extensively investigated as one of the most promising candidates due to their high aspect ratio,atomic-thin thickness,excellent photothermal performance,low cytotoxicity,and ultrahigh dispersibility in aqueous systems.Besides,the enormous application scenarios using their antibacterial properties can be tailored via elaborated designs of MXenes-based materials.In this review,the synthetic approaches and textural properties of MXenes have been systematically presented first,and then the photothermal properties and sterilization mechanisms using MXenes-based materials are documented.Subsequently,recent progress in diverse fields making use of the photothermal and antibacterial performances of MXenes-based materials are well summarized to reveal the potential applications of these materials for various purposes,including in vitro and in vivo sterilization,solar water evaporation and purification,and flexible antibacterial fabrics.Last but not least,the current challenges and future perspectives are discussed to provide theoretical guidance for the fabrication of efficient antimicrobial systems using MXenes.Shuyan Hao Hecheng Han Zhengyi Yang Mengting Chen Yanyan Jiang Guixia Lu Lun Dong Hongling Wen Hui Li Jiurong Liu Lili Wu Zhou Wang Fenglong Wang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11:4
4Random Access and Resource Allocation for the Coexistence of NOMA-Based and OMA-Based M2M Communications显示文摘In the future fifth generation(5G) systems,non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) is a promising technology that can greatly enhance the network capacity compared to orthogonal multiple access(OMA) .In this paper,we propose a novel random access(RA) and resource allocation scheme for the coexistence of NOMA-based and OMAbased machine-to-machine(M2M) communications,which aims at improving the number of successful data packet transmissions and guaranteeing the quality of service(Qo S) (e.g.,the minimum data rate requirement) for M2 M communications.The algorithm of joint user equipment(UE) paring and power allocation is proposed for the coexisting RA(i.e.,the coexistence of NOMA-based RA and OMA-based RA) .The resource allocation for the coexisting RA is investigated,thus improving the number of successful data packet transmissions by more efficiently using the radio resources.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed RA and resource allocation scheme outperforms the conventional RA in terms of the number of successful data packet transmissions,thus is a promising technology in future M2 M communications.Yali Wu Guixia Kang Ningbo Zhang 2017China Communications2017,14,6:2
5An Improved Random Access Scheme for M2M Communications显示文摘In this study, an improved random access(RA) scheme for Machine-to-Machine(M2M) communications is proposed. The improved RA scheme is realized by two steps. First, the improved RA scheme achieves a reasonable resource tradeoff between physical random access channel(PRACH) and physical uplink shared channel(PUSCH). To realize a low-complexity resource allocation between PRACH and PUSCH, a boundary of traffic load is derived to divide the number of active M2 M users(UEs) into multiple intervals. The corresponding resource allocation for these intervals is determined by e NB. Then the resource allocation for other number of UEs can be obtained from the allocation of these intervals with less computation. Second, the access barring on arrival rate of new UEs is introduced in the improved RA scheme to reduce the expected delay. Numerical results show that the proposed improved RA scheme can realize a low-complexity resource allocation between PRACH and PUSCH. 10Physical Activity,Sedentary Behavior,and the Risk of Cardiovascular Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients:The MIDiab Study显示文摘The aim of this study was to explore the associations of moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity(MVPA)time and sedentary(SED)time with a history of cardiovascular disease(CVD)and multifactorial(i.e.,blood pressure(BP),body mass index(BMI),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c))control status among type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients in China.A cross-sectional analysis of 9152 people with type 2 diabetes from the Multifactorial Intervention on Type 2 Diabetes(MIDiab)study was performed.Patients were grouped according to their self-reported MVPA time(low,<150 min·week−1;moderate,150 to<450 min·week−1;high,≥450 min·week−1)and SED time(low,<4 h·d–1;moderate,4 to<8 h·d–1;high,≥8 h·d–1).Participants who self-reported a history of CVD were identified as having a CVD risk.Odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of CVD risk and multifactorial control status associated with MVPA time and SED time were estimated using mixed-effect logistic regression models,adjusting for China’s geographical region characteristics.The participants had a mean±standard deviation(SD)age of(60.87±8.44)years,44.5%were women,and 25.1%had CVD.After adjustment for potential confounding factors,an inverse association between high MVPA time and CVD risk that was independent of SED time was found,whereas this association was not observed in the moderate-MVPA group.A higher MVPA time was more likely to have a positive effect on the control of BMI.Compared with the reference group(i.e.,those with MVPA time≥450 min·week−1 and SED time<4 h·d–1),CVD risk was higher in the low-MVPA group:The OR associated with an SED time<4 h·d–1 was 1.270(95%CI,1.040–1.553)and that associated with an SED time≥8 h·d–1 was 1.499(95%CI,1.149–1.955).We found that a high MVPA time(i.e.,≥450 min·week−1)was associated with lower odds of CVD risk regardless of SED time among patients with T2DM.Yafei Wu Guijun Qin Guixia Wang Libin Liu Bing Chen Qingbo Guan Zhongshang Yuan Xu Hou Ling Gao Chao Xu Haiqing Zhang Xu Zhang Qiu Li Yongfeng Song Fei Jing Shizhan Ma Shanshan Shao Meng Zhao Qingling Guo Nanwei Tong Hongyan Zhao Xiaomin Xie Chao Liu Zhongyan Shan Zhifeng Cheng Xuefeng Yu Shulin Chen Tao Yang Yangang Wang Dongmei Li Zhaoli Yan Lixin Guo Qiuhe Ji Wenjuan Wang Jiajun Zhao 2023Engineering2023,,1:1

14PtCu-SnO_(2)nanocomposites for ultrasensitive and rapid ultra-low formaldehyde sensing显示文摘SnO 2 nanospheres with diameters of 30∼50 nm and Pt x Cu 1-x bimetallic nanoparticles with sizes of approxi-mately 10 nm were synthesized via hydrothermal and solvothermal methods,respectively.The Pt x Cu 1-x bimetal-lic nanoparticles were impregnated on the surface of the SnO 2 spheres to form Pt x Cu 1-x-SnO 2 nanocomposites.By varying the atomic ratios between platinum(Pt)and copper(Cu),we found that Pt 0.75 Cu 0.25-SnO 2,with a large specific surface area of 89.21 m 2/g,enabled the selective and accurate detection of low-concentration formalde-hyde compared to other metal-deposited samples and pure SnO 2.The response value of Pt 0.75 Cu 0.25-SnO 2 to 500×10−9 formaldehyde was approximately 20 at an operating temperature of 160◦C with an extremely high-speed response(15 s).The porous structures with large specific surface areas,as well as the improved catalytic effects of Pt 0.75 Cu 0.25,comprehensively contributed to the enhanced sensing performance towards formaldehyde.Zejun Han Yunxiang Tang Guixia Lu Yuan Qi Hao Wu Zhengyi Yang Hecheng Han Xue Zhang Lili Wu Zhou Wang Jiurong Liu Fenglong Wang 2022ChemPhysMater2022,1,3:0
15Eu^(3+)ions grafted polyacrylonitrile nanofibers possessing enhanced fluorescence performance by introducing benzoic acid as assistant ligand显示文摘Eu^(3+) ions were grafted onto the surface of electrospun polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibers through coordination effect between C≡N groups on PAN nanofibers and Eu^(3+) ions,and benzoic acid(BA)was introduced as an assistant ligand.The impacts of concentrations of Eu^(3+) ions and BA,and reaction time on the properties of final products were investigated.The results reveal that Eu^(3+) ions can be successfully grafted onto PAN nanofibers,but the fluorescence intensity of the obtained PAN@Eu^(3+) nanofibers is very weak.After BA is introduced as the assistant ligand,the fluorescence intensity of the obtained PAN@(Eu^(3+)/BA)nanofibers is greatly stronger than that of PAN@Eu^(3+)nanofibers,and meanwhile,concentration quenching effect of Eu^(3+) ions can be effectively restrained.Furthermore,the superior structure of PAN@(Eu^(3+)/BA)nanofibers not only brings the effective utilization of precious elemental europium,but also guarantees high mechanical strength.Ping Wu Qianli Ma Wensheng Yu Jinxian Wang Guixia Liu Xiangting Dong 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,3:0
16Magnetic Ganoderma Lucidum Spores(mGLS):A Novel Regulatable Targeted Drug Delivery System显示文摘In the past decades,many materials have been studied as carriers for targeted drug delivery.However,there is a need for utilizable and selective carrier materials with few side effects.Here,the magnetic Ganoderma Lucidum Spores(mGLS)as a highly efficient targeted drug delivery carrier were explored.Then the regulatable targeted drug delivery system was verified by loading and releasing of the 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU).The results showed that the maximum of the loaded 5-FU reached 250.23 mg·g^(−1)in the mGLS.The cumulative release of the 5-FU for the drug delivery system could reach 80.11%and 67.14%in the PBS and HCl after 48 h,respectively.In addition,this system showed the good pharmacokinetic properties in vivo.After 12 h,the blood concentration in the 5-FU@mGLS group kept at 5.3µg·mL^(−1)and was four times higher than that in the 5-FU group.In summary,the GLS as a natural microscale core-shell structures appears the striking application in carrier material for oral drug delivery.Bin Han Zhankun Weng Yuhan Wu Xin Zhao Jingmei Li Qinhan Zhang Kaige Qu Bojian Liang Fenguo Zhou Guixia Liu Zuobin Wang 2021Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,4:0
17In sights into the antineoplastic mechanism of Chelidonium majus via systems pharmacology approach显示文摘Background: The antineoplastic activity of Chelidonium majus has been reported, but its mechanism of action (MoA) is unsuspected. The emerging theory of systems pharmacology may be a useful approach to analyze the complicated MoA of this multi-ingredient traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: We collected the ingredients and related compound-target interactions of C. majus from several databases. The bSDTNBI (balanced substructure-drug-target network-based inference) method was applied to predict each ingredienfs targets. Pathway enrichment analysis was subsequently conducted to illustrate the potential MoA, and prognostic genes were identified to predict the certain types of cancers that C. majus might be beneficial in treatment. Bioassays and literature survey were used to validate the in silico results? Results: Systems pharmacology analysis demonstrated that C. majus exerted experimental or putative interactions with 18 cancer-associated pathways, and might specifically act on 13 types of cancers. Chelidonine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine, berberine, and coptisine, which are the predominant components of C. majus, may suppress the cancer genes by regulating cell cycle, inducing cell apoptosis and inhibiting proliferation. Conclusions: The antineoplastic MoA of C. majus was investigated by systems pharmacology approach. C. majus exhibited promising pharmacological effect against cancer, and may consequently be useful material in further drug development.
