1Temperature Variable Optimization for Precision Machine Tool Thermal Error Compensation on Optimal Threshold显示文摘Machine tool thermal error is an important reason for poor machining accuracy.Thermal error compensation is a primary technology in accuracy control.To build thermal error model,temperature variables are needed to be divided into several groups on an appropriate threshold.Currently,group threshold value is mainly determined by researchers experience.Few studies focus on group threshold in temperature variable grouping.Since the threshold is important in error compensation,this paper arms to find out an optimal threshold to realize temperature variable optimization in thermal error modeling.Firstly,correlation coefficient is used to express membership grade of temperature variables,and the theory of fuzzy transitive closure is applied to obtain relational matrix of temperature variables.Concepts as compact degree and separable degree are introduced.Then evaluation model of temperature variable clustering is built.The optimal threshold and the best temperature variable clustering can be obtained by setting the maximum value of evaluation model as the objective.Finally,correlation coefficients between temperature variables and thermal error are calculated in order to find out optimum temperature variables for thermal error modeling.An experiment is conducted on a precise horizontal machining center.In experiment,three displacement sensors are used to measure spindle thermal error and twenty-nine temperature sensors are utilized to detect the machining center temperature.Experimental result shows that the new method of temperature variable optimization on optimal threshold successfully worked out a best threshold value interval and chose seven temperature variables from twenty-nine temperature measuring points.The model residual of z direction is within 3 m.Obviously,the proposed new variable optimization method has simple computing process and good modeling accuracy,which is quite fit for thermal error compensation.ZHANG Ting YE Wenhua LIANG Ruijun LOU Peihuang YANG Xiaolan 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,1:11
2Mechanism of vertical crack formation in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings deposited via plasma spray-physical vapor deposition显示文摘Plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(i.e.,PS-PVD)is a promising method for obtaining advanced environmental barrier coatings(EBCs).The EBCs must meet some requirements in the application,in which the thermal cycle performance affects the service lifetime.The preparation of artificial vertical cracks in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings is an effective approach for meeting the requirements above because vertical cracks provide a strain tolerance.To clarify the formation mechanism of vertical cracks during the PSPVD,the effects of coating thickness and substrate temperature on the formation of vertical cracks were investigated.In addition,the interactions of spray powder and plasma flame during coating deposition were also characterized by optical spectroscopy.It is indicated that vertical cracks are formed due to a thermal expansion mismatch between Yb_(2)SiO_(5) and mullite coating,transient cooling after deposition and the nucleation of evaporated Yb_(2)SiO_(5) as well.Xiaofeng Zhang Chao Wang Ruijun Ye Chunming Deng Xinghua Liang Ziqian Deng Shaopeng Niu Jinbing Song Guo Liu Min Liu Kesong Zhou Jian Lu Junli Feng 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:6
3Monoclonal antibody based Dot-ELISA and indirect fluorescence antibody technique for detecting Edwardsiella ictaluri infection in yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)显示文摘Edwardsiella ictaluri is known as the etiological agent of Red-head disease of yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco),and is the cause of heavy economic losses in the aquaculture industry.In this study,a DotEnzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(Dot-ELISA)and an Indirect Fluorescence Antibody technique(IFAT)for detecting Edwardsiella ictaluri were developed by using a monoclonal antibody,5D11.For DotELISA,the working dilutions of 5D11 and the secondary antisera(enzyme-labeled goat anti-mouse Ig)were 1:320 dilution and 1:3000 dilution,respectively.For IFAT,the working dilutions of 5D11 and goatanti-mouse Ig conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate were as respectively 1:80 and 1:256.Both of the methods established were highly sensitivity(Minimum detectable concentration,5107 CFU/mL)and had a high degree of accuracy(positive rate was 100%for both artificial infected fish and spontaneous diseased Pelteobagrus fulvidraco).The two reliable methods developed have high potential for quick and efficient detection of Edwardsiella ictaluri in aquaculture production units.Ruijun Li Hua Huang Xianyu Zhang Shigen Ye Qiang Li 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,5:1

6Identification and histopathological and pathogenicity analysis of Aeromonas salmonicida salmonicida from goldfish (Carassius auratus) in North China显示文摘In this study,bacterial pathogens were isolated from the liver,spleen,kidney,heart,and muscle of diseased goldfish(Carassius auratus)after a massive outbreak of disease in an aquaculture farm in Anshan,Liaoning Province,North China(N41°05′58.42″E122°53′31.89″).Based on physiological and biochemical characterization of the bacteria and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the bacterial isolates were identified as Aeromonas salmonicida salmonicida.Virulence gene multilocus sequence typing analysis showed that the bacterial isolates from all the organs collected were of the same type,and clustered in the same phylogenetic group as A.salmonicida salmonicida.The pathogen,was named AS.17 and was resistant to rifampicin,bacitracin,vancomycin,penicillin and compound sulfamethoxazole,but was highly sensitive to nalidixic acid,lomefloxacin,spectinomycin,ofloxacin,and ciprofloxacin.Goldfish experimentally infected with AS.17 had similar symptoms to naturally infected fish,including gill filament anemia,intestinal bleeding,intra-abdominal fluid,and jaw bleeding.Histological analyses showed that the liver,the spleen,the kidney and the intestines of fish infected with AS.17 had severe pathological alterations.In summary,this study reports the isolation of A.salmonicida salmonicida from C.auratus in North China and provides a reference strain and a research foundation for further studies on A.salmonicida disease control and epidemiology.Shibo Jin Songzhe Fu Ruijun Li Huifeng Dang Dongxu Gao Shigen Ye Zhiqiang Jiang 2020Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,1:1

10Enhancing the immune response in the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus by addition of Chinese herbs Houttuynia cordata Thunb as a food supplement显示文摘The Chinese herb Houttuynia cordata Thunb(abbreviated as HCT hereafter)has been widely used in human and livestock medical research.However,few studies have tested the effects of HCT in aquaculture systems,particularly in echinoderms.In this study,the impact of HCT was evaluated when used as a feed additive to enhance the immune response of the sea cucumber,Apostichopus japonicus.Two concentrations,1.5%and 3%,of HCT powder were tested by adding them to the feed.Feeding experiments had a four week duration and each week,the humoral and cellular immunity index of the intestine,tentacles,peristome,and coelomic fluid were analyzed.The results indicated that the percentage of A.japonicus coelomocytes significantly increased after supplementing feed with HCT,and reached a peak after one week of feeding with the 3%HCT supplementation.Analysis of reactive oxygen species(ROS)indicated that HCT in feed caused a notable increase in the coelomocyte ROS concentrations over the experimental period.In both the 1.5%and 3%HCT addition groups,the ROS peaked in the third week and then remained stable.In addition,alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase,superoxide dismutase,lysozyme activity of the intestine,tentacles,peristome and coelomic fluid were significantly improved during the four-week test period.In conclusion,1.5%and 3%HCT added to feed boosts the immune responses of A.japonicus.HCT has potential as an immune enhancer for mariculture of sea cucumbers.Huifeng Dang Teng Zhang Fan Yi Shigen Ye Juan Liu Qiang Li Hua Li Ruijun Li 2019Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,3:0
11Preventive behaviours and family inequalities during the COVID-19 pandemic:a cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Background The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic is an international public health threat,and people's participation in disease-related preventive behaviours is the key to controlling infectious diseases.This study aimed to assess the differences in adopting preventive behaviours among populations to explore potential individual and household factors and inequalities within families.Methods This online survey was conducted in April 2020.The directional stratified convenient sampling method was used to select 4704 participants from eight provinces in eastern,central,and western China.The questionnaire included demographic information,household variables,and five target prevention behaviours.The chi-squared test,binary multilevel model,and Mantel–Haenszel hierarchical analysis were used for data analysis in the study.Results Approximately 71.2%of the participants had appropriate outdoor prevention,and 32.9%of the participants had indoor protection in place.Sharing behaviours(P<0.001)and education level(P<0.001)were positively associated with adopting preventive measures.The inhibiting effect of household crowding and stimulating effect of high household income on preventive behaviours were determined in this study.Household size was negatively associated with living area(β=-0.057,P<0.05)and living style(β=-0.077,P<0.05).Household income was positively associated with age(β=0.023,P<0.05),and relationship with friends(β=0.053,P<0.05).Vulnerable groups,such as older adults or women,are more likely to have inadequate preventive behaviours.Older adults(OR=1.53,95%CI 1.09–2.15),women(OR=1.37,95%CI 1.15–1.64),and those with more than 2 suspected symptoms(OR=1.85,95%CI 1.07–3.19)were more likely to be affected by the inhibiting effect of household crowding,while the stimulating effect of high household income was limited in these groups.Conclusions Inequalities in COVID-19 prevention behaviours exist between families and inadequate adoption of prevention by vulnerable groups are noteworthy.This study expands the research perspective by emphasizing the role of household factors in preventive behaviours and by focusing on family inequalities.The government should use traditional media as a platform to enhance residents’public health knowledge.Targeted additional wage subsidies,investments in affordable housing,financial support for multigenerational households,and temporary relocation policies may deserve more attention.Communities could play a critical role in COVID-19 prevention.Yisheng Ye Ruijun Wu Yao Ge Tao Wang Xin Yao Yao Yang Chengxu Long Fangfei Chen Shangfeng Tang Rui Huang 2021Infectious Diseases of Poverty2021,10,4:0
