1Current developments in pharmacological therapeutics for chronic constipation显示文摘Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal disease severely affecting the patient's quality of life. The traditional treatment of constipation is the use of laxatives. Recently, several new drugs including lubiprostone, linaclotide and prucalopride have been approved for treatment of chronic constipation. However, a significant unmet medical need still remains, particularly among those patients achieving poor results by current therapies. The 5-HT4 receptor modulators velusetrag and naronapride,the guanylate cyclase C agonist plecanatide and the ileal bile acid transporter inhibitor elobixibat are recognized as the most promising drugs under investigation. 2The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 4Genetically encoded X-ray cellular imaging for nanoscale protein localization显示文摘Spatial resolution defines the physical limit of microscopes for probing biomolecular localization and interactions in cells.Whereas synchrotron-based X-ray microscopy(XRM)represents a unique approach for imaging a whole cell with nanoscale resolution due to its intrinsic nanoscale resolution and great penetration ability,existing approaches to label biomolecules rely on the use of exogenous tags that are multi-step and error-prone.Here,we repurpose engineered peroxidases as genetically encoded X-ray-sensitive tags(GXET)for site-specific labeling of protein-of-interest in mammalian cells.We find that 3,3-diaminobenzidine(DAB)polymers that are in-situ catalytically formed by fusion-expressed peroxidases are visible under XRM.Using this new tag,we imaged the protein location associated with the alteration of a DNA-methylation pathway with an ultra-high resolution of 30 nanometers.Importantly,the excellent energy resolution of XRM enables multicolor imaging using different peroxidase tags.The development of GXET enlightens the way to nanoscopic imaging for biological studies.Huating Kong Jichao Zhang Jiang Li Jian Wang Hyun-Joon Shin Renzhong Tai Qinglong Yan Kai Xia Jun Hu Lihua Wang Ying Zhu Chunhai Fan 2020National Science Review2020,7,7:3
5Preparation of Mg,N-co-doped lignin adsorbents for enhanced selectivity and high adsorption capacity of As(Ⅴ) from wastewater显示文摘Among various environmental problems,water pollution has drawn more and more attention.To develop an adsorbent with enhanced selectivity and high capacity for As(V)oxyanion,a novel lignin-based adsorbent was prepared by doping with N and modifying with Mg^(2+),using thiethylenetetramine(TETA)and MgCl_(2) as the source of N and Mg^(2+),respectively.N-doped lignin(NL)shows a high selectivity for As(Ⅴ),which is further enhanced by modifying with Mg^(2+)(MNL).MNL shows an excellent reusability.The adsorption isotherms and kinetics of MNL for As(Ⅴ)follow Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order kinetics model,respectively.The adsorption of MNL for As(Ⅴ)achieved a maximum adsorption capacity of 687.46 mg g^(−1) and the equilibrium was established within 30 min.This study offers a novel idea on the recycle of the waste of paper industry and provides a new technology for As(Ⅴ)adsorption from wastewater.Xiaofeng Shi Junmao Hong Chao Wang Sifang Kong Junhua Li Duo Pan Jing Lin Qinglong Jiang Zhanhu Guo 2021Particuology2021,19,5:2

9Analysis of Volatile Components in Fresh Fruit of Morinda citrifolia L.from Different Origins Based on HS-SPME-GC/MS显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to clarify the differences of volatile components in fresh fruit of Morinda citrifolia L.from different origins.[Methods]The method of HS-SPME-GC/MS detection was used to determine the volatile chemical components in fresh fruit of M.citrifolia.[Results]52,52 and 45 volatile components were identified from the fresh fruit of M.citrifolia from Xisha,Wanning and Haikou,respectively.Among them,the number and content of the identified esters were relatively high,mainly methyl caprylate,ethyl caprylate,4-pentenyl caproate,3-methylbuten-2-enyl caprylate,methyl caproate,and ethyl caproate.There were also fatty acids,alcohols,phenols,ketones,aldehydes and other substances.There were 33 common ingredients in the fruit from the three origins,mainly including caprylic acid,caproic acid,capric acid,methyl caprylate,ethyl caprylate,4-pentenyl caproate,3-methylbutene-2-enyl caprylate,methyl caproate,ethyl caproate,methyl caprate and hexyl caproate.[Conclusions]The types and contents of volatile components in fresh fruit of M.citrifolia from different origins were significantly different.Dan WANG Qian JIANG Qinglong WANG Chao YUAN Maoyuan WANG Zuowang FAN Xiaolu CHEN Fulai YU 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4:1
