7Variational iteration solving method for El Nio phenomenon atmospheric physics of nonlinear model显示文摘A class of El Nino atmospheric physics oscillation model is considered. The El Nino atmospheric physics oscillation is an abnormal phenomenon involved in the tropical Pacific ocean-atmosphere interactions. The conceptual oscillator model should consider the variations of both the eastern and western Pacific anomaly patterns. An El Nino atmospheric physics model is proposed using a method for the variational iteration theory. Using the variational iteration method, the approximate expansions of the solution of corresponding problem are constructed. That is, firstly, introducing a set of functional and accounting their variationals, the Lagrange multiplicators are counted, and then the variational iteration is defined, finally, the approximate solution is obtained. From approximate expansions of the solution, the zonal sea surface temperature anomaly in the equatorial eastern Pacific and the thermocline depth anomaly of the sea-air oscillation for El Nino atmospheric physics model can be analyzed. El Nino is a very complicated natural phenomenon. Hence basic models need to be reduced for the sea-air oscillator and are solved. 8Singularly Perturbed Solution of Coupled Model in Atmosphere-ocean for Global Climate显示文摘A box model of the interhemispheric thermohaline circulation (THC) in atmosphere-ocean for global cli-mate is considered. By using the multi-scales method, the asymptotic solution of a simplified weakly nonlinear model is discussed. Firstly, by introducing first scale, the zeroth order approximate solution of the model is obtained. Sec-ondly, by using the multi-scales, the first order approximate equation of the model is found. Finally, second order ap-proximate equation is formed to eliminate the secular terms, and a uniformly valid asymptotic expansion of solution is decided. The multi-scales solving method is an analytic method which can be used to analyze operation sequentially. And then we can also study the diversified qualitative and quantitative behaviors for corresponding physical quantities. 15Approximate Solution for Mechanism of Thermally and Wind-driven Ocean Circulation显示文摘The thermally and wind-driven ocean circulation is a complicated natural phenomenon in the atmospheric physics. Hence we need to reduce it using basic models and solve the models using approximate methods. A non-linear model of the thermally and wind-driven ocean circulation is used in this paper. The results show that the zero solution of the linear equation is a stable focus point, which is the path curve trend origin point as time (t) trend to infinity. By using the homotopic mapping perturbation method, the exact solution of the model is obtained. The homotopic mapping perturbation method is an analytic solving method, so the obtained solution can be used for analytic operating sequentially. 18Construction of Cu-Ce interface for boosting toluene oxidation:Study of Cu-Ce interaction and intermediates identified by in situ DRIFTS显示文摘A facile hydrothermal method was applied to gain stably and highly efficient CuO-CeO_(2)(denoted as Cu1Ce2)catalyst for toluene oxidation.The changes of surface and inter properties on Cu1Ce2 were investigated comparing with pure CeO_(2)and pure CuO.The formation of Cu-Ce interface promotes the electron transfer between Cu and Ce through Cu^(2+)+Ce^(3+)↔Cu^(+)+Ce^(4+)and leads to high redox properties and mobility of oxygen species.Thus,the Cu1Ce2 catalyst makes up the shortcoming of CeO_(2)and CuO and achieved high catalytic performance with T_(50)=234°C and T_(99)=250°C(the temperature at which 50%and 90%C_(7)H_(8)conversion is obtained,respectively)for toluene oxidation.Different reaction steps and intermediates for toluene oxidation over Cu1Ce2,CeO_(2)and CuO were detected by in situ DRIFTS,the fast benzyl species conversion and preferential transformation of benzoates into carbonates through C=C breaking over Cu1Ce2 should accelerate the reaction.Jiahui Lu Jinping Zhong Quanming Ren Jiaqi Li Linghe Song Shengpeng Mo Mingyuan Zhang Peirong Chen Mingli Fu Daiqi Ye 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:2
19Molecular characterization and expression analysis of caveolin-1 in pig tissues显示文摘Members of the caveolin family played important roles during fundamental cellular processes,such as regulation of cell morphology,migration,and gene expression in muscle cells.In this study,caveolin-1 (Cav-1),one of the caveolins,was identified from longissimus dorsi muscle of Large Yorkshire pig and Chinese indigenous Lantang pig based on the results of mRNA differential display analysis.The deduced amino acids sequence of the porcine Cav-1 contained a caveolin domain,and was very conservative among different species.The Cav-1 mRNA was widely expressed in the eight tissues in this study,including heart,liver,kidney,encephalon,spleen,lung,longissimus dorsi muscle,and back fat, and the highest expression quantity was found in back fat of the two pig breeds.The expression quantity of porcine Cav-1 in back fat and longissimus dorsi muscle of Lantang pig was significantly higher than that of Large Yorkshire(P<0.01,and P<0.05,respectively).These results suggested that the Cav-1 might be a candidate gene for carcass traits,and might provide valuable information for understanding the mechanism of caveolae signaling in fat deposition by using the animal model of pig.WANG Chong1,MEI YingJie 1,LI Li 1,MO DeLin 2,LI JiaQi 1,ZHANG Hao 1,TIAN XingGuo 1 &CHEN YaoSheng2 1College of Animal Science,South China Agricultural University,Guangzhou 510642,China 2School of Life Science,Sun Yat-Sen University,Guangzhou 510006,China 2008Science China(Life Sciences)2008,51,7:2
