1Total chemical and semisynthetic approaches for the preparation of ubiquitinated proteins and their applications显示文摘Protein ubiquitination is an important post-translational modification(PTM) in eukaryotic organisms that regulates a variety of cellular processes, such as protein degradation, signal transduction, apoptosis, and DNA damage tolerance. To decipher mechanistically the diverse biological functions of ubiquitination, homogeneous ubiquitinated proteins are greatly needed.Although direct isolation from cell source and in vitro enzymatic methods can be used to produce such proteins, these methods often suffer from problems of low yield or heterogeneous products. Comparably, total chemical and semisynthetic approaches offer good alternatives to produce the ubiquitinated proteins with high purity and selectivity. 2Discovery and its geological significance of the mantle- derived helium in the inclusions of the Ordovician oil-bearing reservoir rocks in the Huanghua depression,China显示文摘The values of the helium isotopes in the inclusions of the Ordovician reservoir rocks in the Kongxi buried hill belt in the Huanghua depression were first measured and the source of helium and its geological significance were investigated in comparison with those of the helium isotopes in the conclusions in the Ordovician rocks in the Ordos basin and the Tarim basin. The input of the mantle-derived helium into the inclusions in the carbonate reservoir rocks was found from the Konggu 3 well, the Konggu 4 well, and the Konggu 7 well in the Kongxi buried hill belt. The 3He/4He and R/Ra in the conclusions in the Ordovician oil-bearing reservoir rocks in the Konggu 7 well average 2.54×10-6(3) (sample quantity, the same below) and 1.82(3), respectively. The percent of the mantle-derived helium in the inclusions of the reservoir rocks in the Konggu 7 well reaches up to an average of 23.0%(3). The age of the contribution of the mantle-derived helium to the inclusions in the Kongxi buried hill belt is in the Late Triassic or the Early Tertiary. The finding of the mantle-derived helium shows that the interaction of the deep crust with mantle and the activity of deep faults occurred, the terrestrial heat flow value was high, and mantle-derived inorganic gas pools might be formed in the Kongxi buried hill belt. 3A breakthrough of researching reservoir adsorption gas and its significance显示文摘GC-C-MS on linear isotope analysis equipment makes it possible to measure the hydrocarbon gases at the level of 10 -3-10 -2 μL- By applying this technique the carbon isotopes of C1-C3 of the adsorbed gas from the Triassic oil sand bed of the Aican-l Well in the Turpan-Hami basin were analysed. The δ13C values of C1-C3, are -55.1‰, -38.6‰ and -35.0‰ respectively. In terms of geochemical characteristics of natural gases and crude oils, in combination with basinal geological backgrounds, it is considered that the reservoir adsorbed gas was formed by crude-oil biodegradation, absorbed by reservoir rocks and its oil-gas source is related with the Permain (perhaps including the Carboniferous). 5High-definition colorful perovskite narrowband photodetector array enabled by laser-direct-writing显示文摘Narrowband photodetectors as specific spectral sensing pixels have drawn intense attention in multispectral detection due to their distinct characteristic of filter-free spectrum discrimination,in which the emerging halide lead perovskites witness a booming development in their performance and wavelength-selectivity from blue to near-infrared light.However,the challenge in integrating perovskite narrowband photodetectors on one chip imposes an impediment on practical application.In this work,the combination of laser-direct-writing and ion exchange is proposed as an efficient way to fabricate high-definition colorful sensing array with perovskite narrowband photodetector unit as pixel.Under laser irradiation,the photolysis of halocarbon solvent(CHCl_(3),CH_(3)CH_(2)I,etc)releases the halide ions,which brings the ion exchange and gives rise to slow-varying bandgap in single perovskite photoactive film.This ion exchange can be controlled via laser irradiation time and focus point,thus enabling precisely engineerable bandgap.By optimizing the process,it is successfully applied to develop patterned perovskite narrow blue and green photodetectors array with a high-definition of~53 ppi.We believe this result will make a great step forward to integrate multifunctional perovskite devices on one chip,which will pave the way for perovskite optoelectronic device to the commercial application.Xiaobao Xu Yuhang Dong Yuanzhou Zhang Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Dejian Yu Yi Wei Yousheng Zou Bo Huang Jun Chen Haibo Zeng 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:2
6Modeling of Fatigue Crack Growth Closure Considering the Integrative Effect of Cyclic Stress Ratio,Specimen Thickness and Poisson's Ratio显示文摘Key components of large structures in aeronautics industry are required to be made light and have long enough fatigue lives.It is of vital importance to estimate the fatigue life of these structures accurately.Since the FCG process is affected by various factors,no universal model exists due to the complexity of the mechanisms.Most of the existing models are obtained by fitting the experimental data and could hardly describe the integrative effect of most existing factors simultaneously.In order to account for the integrative effect of specimen parameters,material property and loading conditions on FCG process,a new model named integrative influence factor model(IIF) is proposed based on the plasticity-induced crack closure theory.Accordingly to the predictions of crack opening ratio(γ) and effective stress intensity factor range ratio(U) with different material under various loading conditions,predictions of γ and U by the IIF model are completely identical to the theoretical results from the plane stress state to the plane strain state when Poisson's ratio equals 1/3.When Poisson's ratio equals 0.3,predictions of γ and U by the IIF model are larger than the predictions by the existing model,and more close to the theoretical results.In addition,it describes the influence of R ratios on γ and U effectively in the whole region from-1.0 to 1.0.Moreover,several sets of test data of FCG rates in 5 kinds of aluminum alloys with various specimen thicknesses under different loading conditions are used to validate the IIF model,most of the test data are situated on the predicted curves or between the two curves that represent the specimen with different thicknesses under the same stress ratio.Some of the test data slightly departure from the predictions by the IIF model due to the surface roughness and errors in measurement.Besides,based on the analysis of the physical rule of crack opening ratios,a relative thickness of specimen is defined to describe the influence of material property,specimen thickness and so forth on FCG characteristics conveniently.In conclusion,the relative thickness of specimen simplifies the expression of FCG characteristic and provides a general parameter to analyze the fatigue characteristics of different materials with various thicknesses under different loading conditions.The IIF model describes the integrative effect of existing influence factors explicitly and quantitatively,and provides a helpful tool for fatigue property estimation of practical component and experiment design.LIU Jiantao DU Pingan LIU Xiaobao DU Qiang 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:1

11Broadband and sensitive two-dimensional halide perovskite photodetector for full-spectrum underwater optical communication显示文摘Full-spectrum underwater optical communication(UOC)is of great significance for major strategic needs including resource development,scientific exploration,and homeland security.As the core of the full-spectrum UOC system,photodetectors(PDs)are plagued by stringent requirements including a broadband response,intrinsic water resistance,and a high detectivity.In this work,two-dimensional(2D)halide perovskites(HPs)and corresponding PDs are constructed by stearamine(SA),representing the rarely explored long-chain aliphatic amine series,to own waterproofness,ultralow noise,and superior optoelectronic performance,which consequently enable a high suitability for UOC.By dimensionality and composition modulations to extend the absorption onset down to 1.5 eV,a broadband response covering the entire transmission window of water(>1.55 eV)for full-spectrum UOC can be obtained.Besides,featuring a high responsivity of 3.27 A·W^(-1),a peak external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 630%,fast rise/decay times of 0.35 ms/0.54 ms,a superior detectivity up to 1.35×10^(12)Jones and the capability to distinguish various waveforms and light intensities,the PDs present sensitive and persistent photoresponse underwater.As a result,proof-of-concept wireless transmission of ASCII codes in water is demonstrated.Dejian Yu Fei Cao Yu Gu Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Bo Huang Xiaobao Xu Haibo Zeng 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:1

14Helium and argon isotope geochemistry of natural gases in China's petroliferous basins显示文摘The age-accumulation effect of 40Ar in hydrocarbon source rocks was discussed in accordance with the decay law of radioactive elements. In terms of the mean values of 40Ar/36Ar, the old Sinian gas reservoirs (mean values of 40Ar/36Ar: 7009) were definitely distinguished from the Permian gas reservoirs (mean values of 40Ar/36Ar: 1017) in Weiyuan, Sichuan Province, and the gas source of the Permian gas reservoir (mean values of 40Ar/36Ar: 5222) in well Wei-7 with the Weiyuan structure is defined as the Sinian system. Based on the values of 40Ar/36Ar, the coal-type gases (The source rocks are of the C-P system; mean values of 40Ar/36Ar: 1125) are definitely distinguished from the oil-type gases (The source rocks are of the Tertiary system; mean values of 40Ar/36Ar: 590) in the Tertiary reservoirs of the Zhongyuan Oilfield. Besides, 40Ar/36Ar values also have a positive effect on the oil-source correlation of oil reservoirs in ancient hidden mountains. According to the crust-mantle interchange information reflected by 3He/4He values, petroliferous provinces in China can be divided into three major tectonic regions. (1) The eastern active region: The crust-mantle volatile matter exchanges actively, and the 3He/4He values are mainly around 10-6, partly around 10-7. (2) The central stable region: The 3He/4He values are all around 10-8. (3) The western sub-stable region: The 3He/4He values are mainly around 10-8, and around 10-7 on the edges of the basins. Helium contents of some gas wells in China’s eastern petroliferous region reach the industrial abundance (He≈0.05%–0.1%), the 3He/4He values reach 10-6, and the equivalent values for the mantle-source components in helium gas can reach 30%–50%. As viewed from this, a new type of crust-mantle composite helium resources has been proposed. Geneses of some CO2 gas reservoirs in the east of China and some issues concerning mantle-source methane were discussed in the light of the helium and carbon isotopes of CO2 and CH4 in natural gases. In the discussion on helium isotopic characteristics of inclusions in the reservoirs, it was discovered that the 3He/4He values are close to those in natural gases. That is to say, this phenomenon is related to regional tectonism. 17Research on Inter-turn Short-circuit Fault Diagnosis Method Based on High Frequency Voltage Residual for PMSM显示文摘Inter-turn fault is a serious stator winding short-circuit fault of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM). Once it occurs, it produces a huge short-circuit current that poses a great risk to the safe operation of PMSM. Thus, an inter-turn short-circuit fault(ITSCF) diagnosis method based on high frequency(HF) voltage residual is proposed in this paper with proper HF signal injection. First, the analytical models of PMSM after the ITSCF are deduced. Based on the model, the voltage residual at low frequency(LF) and HF can be obtained. It is revealed that the HF voltage residual has a stronger ITSCF detection capability compared to the LF voltage residual. To obtain optimal fault signature, a 3-phase symmetrical HF voltage is injected into the machine drive system, and the HF voltage residuals are extracted. The fault indicator is defined as the standard deviation of the 3-phase HF voltage residuals. The effectiveness of the proposed ITSCF diagnosis method is verified by experiments on a triple 3-phase PMSM. 18An asymmetric A-D-π-A type non-fullerene acceptor enables high-detectivity near-infrared organic photodiodes显示文摘Narrow bandgap non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs)are relevant as key materials components for the fabrication of near-infrared(NIR)organic solar cells(OSCs)and organic photodiodes(OPDs)thanks to their complementary absorption,tunable energy levels,and enhanced stability.However,high-performance NIR photodetectors are still scarce due to the absence of narrow bandgap NFAs.Herein,an asymmetric A-D-π-A type NFA,named ABTPV-S,with a broad optical absorption approaching 1,000 nm is designed and synthesized through integrating alkylthio side chains and a vinyleneπ-bridge.The optimal inverted OPD device exhibits an excellent performance with a photoresponsivity of 0.39 AW-1,a noise current of 2.25×10^(-14)A Hz^(-0.5),a specific detectivity(D*)of 3.43×10^(12)Jones at 840 nm,and linear dynamic range(LDR)of 140 d B.In addition,the rise and fall times for ABTPV-S-based OPDs also reach 1.07 and 0.71μs,respectively.ABTPV-S-based OPDs exhibit a high D*over 1012Jones at 950 nm,which is a competitive result for the self-powered photodiode-type NIR OPDs.These findings highlight the outstanding potential of asymmetric A-D-π-A type NIR NFAs for high-performance OPDs competing with their silicon counterparts.Ziping Zhong Xin Liu Ling Li Zeyao Han Yin He Xiaobao Xu Jiefeng Hai Rihong Zhu Jiangsheng Yu 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,1:0

20Clinical variations of serum levels of ferritin,folic acid and vitamin B_(12) in acute leukemia patients显示文摘Acute leukemia is one of the most common hematologic malignancies and its exact mechanism of development is unknown yet.In clinical,acute leukemia always accompany with abnormal iron balance.Ferritin,folic acid and vitamin B12 are important components of blood cells.In this study,we measured variations of serum levels of ferritin(SF),folic acid and vitamin B12 in the acute leukemia patients under different disease stages including first diagnosed stage,complete remission(CR) stage and not remission(NR) or relapse stage.It demonstrated that serum SF levels in patients at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage were significantly higher than the CR stage in acute myelocytic leukemia(AML) patients and acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) patients(P<0.05).The serum folic acid levels in patients at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage were significantly lower than the CR stage in AML patients and ALL patients(P<0.001).Whereas,serum vitamin B12 levels in AML patients were significantly higher at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage than the CR stage(P<0.001).And it was significantly higher in ALL patients at the NR or relapse stage than at the first diagnosed stage and CR stage(P<0.05).There are obvious variations of serum levels of SF,folic acid and vitamin B12 in acute leukemia patients under different stages.Increased serum levels of SF and vitamin B12 and decreased levels of folic acid may correlate to the active degree of acute leukemia as well as tumor load.Liu Yan Wang BiaoI Liu Xiping Xie Xiaobao Gu Weiying Li Haiqian Cao Xiangshan 2011Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2011,26,5:0
