2Numerical analysis of dynamic response of vehicle–bridge coupled system on long-span continuous girder bridge显示文摘To systematically study the vehicle–bridge coupled dynamic response and its change rule with different parameters, a vehicle model with seven degrees of freedom was built and the total potential energy of vehicle space vibration system was deduced. Considering the stimulation of road roughness, the dynamic response equation of vehicle–bridge coupled system was established in accordance with the elastic system principle of total potential energy with stationary value and the ‘‘set-in-right-position'' rule. On the basis of the self-compiled Fortran program and bridge engineering, the dynamic response of longspan continuous girder bridge under vehicle load was studied. This study also included the calculation of vehicle impact coefficient, evaluation of vibration comfort, and analysis of dynamic response parameters.Results show the impact coefficient changes with lane number and is larger than the value calculated by the ‘‘general code for design of highway bridges and culverts(China)''. The Dieckmann index of bridge vibration is also related to lane number, and the vibration comfort evaluation is good in normal conditions.The relevant conclusions from parametric analyses have practical significance to dynamic design and daily operation of long-span continuous girder bridges in expressways. 3High-definition colorful perovskite narrowband photodetector array enabled by laser-direct-writing显示文摘Narrowband photodetectors as specific spectral sensing pixels have drawn intense attention in multispectral detection due to their distinct characteristic of filter-free spectrum discrimination,in which the emerging halide lead perovskites witness a booming development in their performance and wavelength-selectivity from blue to near-infrared light.However,the challenge in integrating perovskite narrowband photodetectors on one chip imposes an impediment on practical application.In this work,the combination of laser-direct-writing and ion exchange is proposed as an efficient way to fabricate high-definition colorful sensing array with perovskite narrowband photodetector unit as pixel.Under laser irradiation,the photolysis of halocarbon solvent(CHCl_(3),CH_(3)CH_(2)I,etc)releases the halide ions,which brings the ion exchange and gives rise to slow-varying bandgap in single perovskite photoactive film.This ion exchange can be controlled via laser irradiation time and focus point,thus enabling precisely engineerable bandgap.By optimizing the process,it is successfully applied to develop patterned perovskite narrow blue and green photodetectors array with a high-definition of~53 ppi.We believe this result will make a great step forward to integrate multifunctional perovskite devices on one chip,which will pave the way for perovskite optoelectronic device to the commercial application.Xiaobao Xu Yuhang Dong Yuanzhou Zhang Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Dejian Yu Yi Wei Yousheng Zou Bo Huang Jun Chen Haibo Zeng 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:2
4Broadband and sensitive two-dimensional halide perovskite photodetector for full-spectrum underwater optical communication显示文摘Full-spectrum underwater optical communication(UOC)is of great significance for major strategic needs including resource development,scientific exploration,and homeland security.As the core of the full-spectrum UOC system,photodetectors(PDs)are plagued by stringent requirements including a broadband response,intrinsic water resistance,and a high detectivity.In this work,two-dimensional(2D)halide perovskites(HPs)and corresponding PDs are constructed by stearamine(SA),representing the rarely explored long-chain aliphatic amine series,to own waterproofness,ultralow noise,and superior optoelectronic performance,which consequently enable a high suitability for UOC.By dimensionality and composition modulations to extend the absorption onset down to 1.5 eV,a broadband response covering the entire transmission window of water(>1.55 eV)for full-spectrum UOC can be obtained.Besides,featuring a high responsivity of 3.27 A·W^(-1),a peak external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 630%,fast rise/decay times of 0.35 ms/0.54 ms,a superior detectivity up to 1.35×10^(12)Jones and the capability to distinguish various waveforms and light intensities,the PDs present sensitive and persistent photoresponse underwater.As a result,proof-of-concept wireless transmission of ASCII codes in water is demonstrated.Dejian Yu Fei Cao Yu Gu Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Bo Huang Xiaobao Xu Haibo Zeng 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:1

9Membranes for extracorporeal membrane oxygenator(ECMO): History,preparation, modification and mass transfer显示文摘Extracorporeal membrane oxygenator(ECMO) has been in development for nearly 70 years, and the oxygenator has gone through several generations of optimizations, with advances from bubble oxygenators to membrane oxygenators leading to more and more widespread use of ECMO. Membrane is the core of a ECMO system and the working mechanism of membrane oxygenator depends on the membrane material,from PDMS flat membrane to PMP hollow fiber membrane, which have experienced three generations.Blood compatibility on the surface of the membrane material is very vital, which directly determines the use duration of the oxygenator and can reduce the occurrence of complications. The mechanism of mass transfer is the basis of oxygenator operation and optimization. This review summarizes the membrane development history and preparation technology, modification approaches and mass transfer theory in the process of oxygen and blood exchange. 10Design and Optimization of Winograd Convolution on Array Accelerator显示文摘With the rapid development and popularization of artificial intelligence technology,convolutional neural network(CNN)is applied in many fields,and begins to replace most traditional algorithms and gradually deploys to terminal devices.However,the huge data movement and computational complexity of CNN bring huge power consumption and performance challenges to the hardware,which hinders the application of CNN in embedded devices such as smartphones and smart cars.This paper implements a convolutional neural network accelerator based on Winograd convolution algorithm on field-programmable gate array(FPGA).Firstly,a convolution kernel decomposition method for Winograd convolution is proposed.The convolution kernel larger than 3×3 is divided into multiple 3×3 convolution kernels for convolution operation,and the unsynchronized long convolution operation is processed.Then,we design Winograd convolution array and use configurable multiplier to flexibly realize multiplication for data with different accuracy.Experimental results on VGG16 and AlexNet network show that our accelerator has the most energy efficient and 101 times that of the CPU,5.8 times that of the GPU.At the same time,it has higher energy efficiency than other convolutional neural network accelerators.Ji Lai Lixin Yang Dejian Li Chongfei Shen Xi Feng Jizeng Wei Yu Liu 2023Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2023,32,1:0
11Dual functions:A coumarin–chalcone conjugate inhibits cyclic-di-GMP and quorum-sensing signaling to reduce biofilm formation and virulence of pathogens显示文摘Antibiotic resistance or tolerance of pathogens is one of the most serious global public health threats.Bacteria in biofilms show extreme tolerance to almost all antibiotic classes.Thus,use of antibiofilm drugs without bacterial-killing effects is one of the strategies to combat antibiotic tolerance.In this study,we discovered a coumarin–chalcone conjugate C9,which can inhibit the biofilm formation of three common pathogens that cause nosocomial infections,namely,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staph-ylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coli,with the best antibiofilm activity against P.aeruginosa.Further investigations indicate that C9 decreases the synthesis of the key biofilm matrix exopolysaccharide Psl and bacterial second messenger cyclic-di-GMP.Meanwhile,C9 can interfere with the regulation of the quorum sensing(QS)system to reduce the virulence of P.aeruginosa.C9 treatment enhances the sensitivity of biofilm to several antibiotics and reduces the survival rate of P.aeruginosa under starvation or oxidative stress conditions,indicating its excellent potential for use as an antibiofilm-forming and anti-QS drug.Yu Zhang Pramod Bhasme Dinesh S.Reddy Dejian Liu Zhaoxiao Yu Tianhu Zhao Yaqian Zheng Amit Kumar Haiying Yu Luyan Z.Ma 2023mLife2023,2,3:0
