| 1 | Treatment effect investigation of underground continuous impervious curtain application in water-rich strata显示文摘Serious shaft lining failures often occur when shaft linings are constructed by passing them through the deep topsoil of Quaternary strata. This approach also leads to the formation of an aquifer at the bottom.Based on the theory of the additional stress which is the main reason for these failures, this study focuses on the treatment effect of underground continuous impervious curtain(UCIC) in terms of different factors, namely, the location, shape, range, and width, by using numerical simulation. Results show that the UCIC can reduce the stress concentration in the shaft lining formed in the bottom aquifer. The UCIC can also reinforce the shaft lining at different angles and can be applied in actual situations. The strength factors of the inner surface of the shaft lining increase after the UCIC are used. The material strength and width of the UCIC show an obvious effect on the stability of the shaft lining. | 2 | BCL-6 suppresses miR-142-3p/5p expression in SLE CD4^(+) T cells by modulating histone methylation and acetylation of the miR-142 promoter显示文摘The reduced expression of miR-142-3p/5p in CD4^(+) T cells of SLE patients caused T cell hyperactivity and B cell hyperstimulation.This study aimed to investigate the mechanisms of regulating miR-142-3p/5p expression in SLE CD4^(+) T cells.The BCL-6 expression was significantly increased in SLE CD4^(+) T cells compared with normal controls,and the BCL-6 expression was inversely correlated with miR-142-3p/5p expression.BCL-6 suppresses the expression of miR-142-3p/5p by increasing H3K27me3 level and reducing H3K9/K14ac levels in SLE CD4^(+) T cells.BCL-6 regulates histone modifications in miR-142 promoter by recruiting EZH2 and HDAC5.Furthermore,we observed significantly decreased CD40L,ICOS,and IL-21 expression levels in SLE CD4^(+) T cells with BCL-6 interference,and obviously reduced autoantibody IgG production in autologous B cells co-cultured with BCL-6 inhibited SLE CD4^(+) T cells.Our study found that increased BCL-6 up-regulates H3K27me3 and down-regulates H3K9/14ac at miR-142 promoter in SLE CD4^(+) T cells.These factors induce a declination in miR-142-3p/5p expression,consequently resulting in CD4^(+) T cell hyperactivity. | Shu Ding Qing Zhang Shuangyan Luo Lihua Gao Jinhua Huang Jianyun Lu Jing Chen Qinghai Zeng Aiyuan Guo Jinrong Zeng Qianjin Lu | 2020 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5: | 1 |

| 6 | Selective photocatalytic aerobic oxidative cleavage of lignin C–O bonds over sodium lignosulfonate modified Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)显示文摘Lignocellulose shows significantly potential in sustainable conversion to high-quality fuel and valueadded chemicals with the demands for realizing the rapid cycle of carbon resources and helping to reach carbon neutrality in nature.Selective tailoring of α-O-4,β-O-4,etc.linkages in lignin has always been viewed as 'death blow' for its depolymerization.Herein,novel sodium lignosulfonate(SL) modified Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)(SL-Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)) spherical particles have been developed and used as catalysts for selectively photocatalytic oxidative cleavage of organosolv lignin.As expected,80% selective conversion of lignin in C2-C4 esters has been achieved,while C-O bonds in lignin model compounds can be effectively cleaved.Other than normal hydroxyl radical-mediated photocatalytic depolymerization of lignin over TiO_(2)-based materials,in this contribution,mechanism studies indicate that photogenerated holes and superoxide anion radicals are main active species,which trigger the cleavage of α/β-O-4 bond,and the isotopelabeling study confirms the crucial factor of C_β-H dehydrogenation in cleavage of β-O-4 bonds. | Kejia Wu Jinrong Liang Sijie Liu Yimin Huang Minglong Cao Qiang Zeng Xuehui Li | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,9: | 0 |
