1Coesite in eclogite from the North Qaidam Mountains and its implications显示文摘Coesite provides direct evidence for ultrahigh pressure metamorphism. Although coesite has been found as inclusions in zircon in paragneiss of the north Qaidam Mountains, it has never been identified in eclogite. In this contribution, based on petrographic observations and in situ Raman microprobe spectroscopy, coesite was identified as inclusions in garnet of eclogite from the Aercituoshan, Dulan UHP metamorphic unit, north Qaidam Mountains. Coesite is partly replaced by quartz, showing a pali-sade texture. This is the first report on coesite in eclogite from the north Qaidam Mountains, and is also supported by garnet-omphacite-phengite geothermobarometry (2.7―3.25 GPa, 670―730℃). Coesite and its pseudomorphs have not been found in eclogites and associated rocks of other units of the north Qaidam Mountains. 2Evolution of Jobs-housing Spatial Relationship in Beijing Metropolitan Area:A Job Accessibility Perspective显示文摘With the urban expansion and economic restructuring, the jobs-housing relationship has become an important issue in studies on urban spatial structure. This paper employed a job accessibility model, which is an evaluation instrument to measure the jobs-housing relationship in Beijing Metropolitan Area from a job accessibility perspective. The results indicate that the population in the central city is declining, whereas the population in the suburbs is consistently growing and forming new population centers. However, the distribution pattern of employment is still highly centralized. Job accessibility varies in different locations, but the inner-city areas(within the Third Ring road) have seen improved job accessibility over time while job accessibility in the suburbs(especially outside the Fourth Ring road) has decreased, and this has led it to become a primary area of residential and employment mismatch. At the same time, the new towns in the outer suburbs have not yet demonstrated great potential to attract more jobs. In addition we find that, to some extent, urban planning changes the jobs-housing relationship, but a polycentric urban spatial structure is not yet evident. The floating population and related housing policy also affect the jobs-housing relationship. 3An in situ ATR-FTIR study of mixed collectors BHA/DDA adsorption in ilmenite-titanaugite flotation system显示文摘This paper researched the enhanced flotation separation performance of ilmenite and titanaugite using the mixed collector benzhydroxamic acid/dodecylamine(BHA/DDA).The interface assembly mechanism was mainly investigated through in situ attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared(ATRFTIR)spectroscopy combined with the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy(2D-COS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It has been found that BHA/DDA mixed collectors successfully separate ilmenite from titanaugite at a molar ratio of 8:1.Zeta potential experiments suggested that,in the presence of mixed collector system,the BHA-DDA complex adsorbed on the ilmenite surface via the chemically adsorbed BHA and the electrostatically adsorbed DDA,however,the complex adsorbed on the surface of titanaugite unstably.According to in situ ATR-FTIR combined with 2D-COS and XPS results,the interface assembly mechanism of BHA/DDA is summarized as:the function group of BHA molecules first binds to the metal sites on minerals to form bidentate ligand,then DDA co-adsorbed with BHA on the surface of minerals through hydrogen bonding.DDA may change the adsorption modes of some BHA on the ilmenite surface from four-membered ring to five-membered ring,while the modes on the titanaugite surface is true opposite.Finally,recommended adsorption configurations of the BHA/DDA complex on the two mineral surfaces are proposed.Liping Luo Houqin Wu Longhua Xu Jinping Meng Jiahui Lu Huan Zhou Xiaomei Huo Lingyun Huang 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,4:4
4Microscale insights into the influence of grinding media on spodumene micro-flotation using mixed anionic/cationic collectors显示文摘Here,the influence of grinding media with different shapes on the flotation performance of spodumene and its potential mechanism from microscale insights was investigated using a single mineral flotation experiment,X-ray diffraction(XRD)test,scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS),atomic force microscope(AFM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The flotation data indicated that under anionic/cationic(sodium oleate(NaOL)/DDA)collectors system,the rod milled spodumene has a higher floatability than ball milled ones.XRD results confirmed that rod medium makes spodumene exposed more{110}and{100}planes,while ball medium makes spodumene exposed more{010}planes.The typical anisotropic surface of spodumene makes the surface of rod milled spodumene possess more Al sites,further confirmed by SEM-EDS and XPS results.Additionally,it was found that the rod milled spodumene presents a larger value of elongation and flatness,which are parameters closely related to bubble adhesion.AFM analysis indicated that rod milled products have a rougher surface,while ball milled products have a smoother surface.Consequently,the rod medium enhanced the adsorption of NaOL/DDA on the spodumene surfaces.This work provides theoretical guidance for optimizing the separation of spodumene from the perspective of grinding.Liping Luo Longhua Xu Xinzhang Shi Jinping Meng Ruohua Liu 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,1:3
5Monascus vinegar alleviates high-fat-diet-induced inflammation in rats by regulating the NF-κB and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways显示文摘Monascus vinegar(MV) is a typical fermented food with various health-promoting effects. This study aimed to evaluate the role of MV in alleviating high-fat-diet-induced inflammation in rats with hyperlipidemia and elucidate the possible regulatory mechanisms. In the study, serum lipid profiles, liver pathology and liver inflammatory cytokines were analyzed in hyperlipidemia rats with MV(0.5 mL/kg mb, 2 mL/kg mb). Results showed that the administration of MV alleviated dyslipidemia by decreasing the serum and liver levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol. Increase in hepatic lipase and carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1(CPT-1)levels and decrease in hepatocyte steatosis, nephritis, and intestinal tissue injury in the HD group showed that high-dose MV can significantly suppress hepatic lipid accumulation and steatosis. In addition, compared with the model(MOD) group, the HD group showed significantly down-regulated the level of serum or hepatic alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), CPT-1, interleukin(IL)-2, IL-6, IL-12,and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α). Moreover, the HD group showed repressed hepatic nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) pathway and inactivated phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) pathway mitigated liver inflammation. Similar results were obtained from cell experiments. 6Valence electron structure and properties of the ZrO_2显示文摘To reveal the properties of ZrO2 at the atom and electron levels, the valence elec- tron structures of three ZrO2 phases were analyzed on the basis of the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules. The results showed that the hybridization levels of Zr and O atoms in the m-ZrO2 were the same as those in the t-ZrO2, while those in the c-ZrO2 rose markedly. The electron numbers and bond energies on the strongest covalent bonds in the m-ZrO2 phase were the greatest, the values were 0.901106 and 157.5933 kJ/mol, respectively. Those in the t-ZrO2 phase took second place, which were 0.722182 and 123.9304 kJ/mol, and those in the c-ZrO2 phase were the smallest, which were 0.469323 and 79.0289 kJ/mol. According to the product of the bond energy on the strongest covalent bond and equivalent bond number (this value reflected the crystal cohesive energy), the order from the greatness to smallness was the c-ZrO2> t-ZrO2 > m-ZrO2. This showed that the m-phase bonds were the tightest, their energy was the smallest, the crystal cohe- sive energy of the m-phase was the largest, and the m-phase existed most stably at room temperature. 11Research Based on the Development Trend of World Language显示文摘Multicoloured languages play an irreplaceable role in the whole world as a useful communication tool. With the development of technology and science, varieties of languages have an ideal prospective tendency to evolution during the long and wonderful history. Will they be thriving or decaying? To begin with, aimed to gain general tendency about the quantity of languages' speakers, we employ the Grey prediction to capture associative curve which can be seen in Figure 1. From the trend of this vivid figure, we not only can come to the conclusion that the number of English and Chinese users tend to increase but also find that Spanish development will reach the period of stagnation. Secondly, for further improvement, we take birth rate, death rate, economic factors and the immigration into consideration and establish the language communication model. This model is deduced from the population prediction model and virus transmission model. After data normalization, the eventual curve indicates that current top-ten languages seem to be replaced by other languages. This transformation phenomenon also occurs among such top-ten languages. For instance, Hindustani will replace Spanish in the future when seen from Table 1. What's more, after predicting the migration pattern, we can draw the conclusion that some range of languages' dissemination has obvious change. As show in vivid Figure 14, we know English will popularize widely among neighboring countries such as Canada, Mexico, Cuba and Russia. Moreover, with regard to how to manage international offices' quantity and locations in the world, we construct the efficiency model with combination of the Bayes' probability theory and Fussy comprehensive assessment. As a result, we obtain 9 optimal plans to establish the international offices. Intelligible result is showed in Table 4 and Table 5. 12Fabrication of electrical semi-conductive SiCN ceramics by vat photopolymerization显示文摘The emergence of additive manufacturing(AM)enables ceramics to be fabricated with customized geometry,and polymer-derived ceramics(PDCs)has attracted growing attention owing to their irreplaceable advantages.The combination of 3D printing and PDCs endows the resultant ceramics with both precision and performance.However,AM of ceramics from preceramic polymers is still challenging,and insufficient investigation of functionality also limits the versatility of precursor and its derived ceramics.Herein,we propose a novel paradigm for 3D printing dense silicon carbonitride ceramic and study its electrical semiconducting properties.The formulated photosensitive precursor inks could achieve self-polymerization and cross-linking under the radiation of UV light(405 nm).The green body with intricate structures is fabricated by digital light processing(DLP).Lightweight(1.79-2.08 g cm^(-3))and low porosity(<5%)amorphous ceramics were obtained after thermal treatments.Processes of cross-linking,decomposition,and ceramization are monitored and analyzed.Furthermore,the semi-conducting behaviors of resultant ceramics are identified where the conductivity(10^(-5)-10^(-1)S m^(-1))has a monotonic correspondence with the testing temperatures(25-1000℃).The numerical relationship is fitted by exponential functions,and its conducting mechanism could be interpreted by the band tail hopping(BTH)model.This work could provide alternative solutions for the fabrication of PDCs and potentials for sensing applications.Siyao Chen Xue Wan Jinping Li Bo Gao Xuliang Chen Songhe Meng Jian Lu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,34:0
13Flotation and adsorption of novel Gemini decyl-bishydroxamic acid on bastnaesite:Experiments and density functional theory calculations显示文摘Rare earth element is an important strategic metal,but the supply of high purity rare earth ores is growing slowly,which is in sharp contradiction with the rapidly growing demand.Froth flotation has been confirmed to be an effective method to separate bastnaesite from its gangue minerls.However,the traditional collectors are facing serious problems in flotation separation of minerals,requiring the addition of excess depressant and regulator in the flotation process.Herein,we proposed and synthesized novel Gemini hydroxamic acids Octyl-bishydroxamic acid(OTBHA),Decyl-bishydroxamic acid(DCBHA)and Dodecyl-bishydroxamic acid(DDBHA)as the collectors in bastnaesite-barite flotation system.The effect of different carbon chain lengths on the molecular properties were explored by density functional theory(DFT)calculations.DCBHA possessed a stronger reactivity compared with OCBHA and DDBHA.The flotation results verified the consistency of the computational calculation about the performance prediction of Gemini hydroxamic acids.Compared with OCBHA and DDBHA,DCBHA displayed superior collecting affinity toward bastnaesite,and did not float barite.Zeta potential results showed that the presence of DCBHA increased the potential of bastnaesite,while it had almost no effect on barite,indicating DCBHA had a stronger affinity for bastnaesite.Then,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analyses indicated that the adsorption mechanism was due to two hydroxamate groups of DCBHA co-anchored on bastnaesite surface by forming five-membered hydroxamic―(O―O)―Ce complexes.In addition,atomic force microscopy(AFM)clearly observed that DCBHA uniformly aggregated on bastnaesite surface,which increased surface contact angle and improved the hydrophobicity of bastnaesite.Longhua Xu Chang Liu Jiushuai Deng Donghui Wang Kai Xue Yan Wang Jinping Meng Jiongtian Liu 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,10:0
14Study on Landscape Pattern Index-based Connectivity Analysis of the Primary Farmland Protection Zones显示文摘Farmland and primary farmland protection are important contents of land management and land use planning of China. In the new round of land use planning and database construction, primary farmland protection zones are required to have high integrity and connectivity. Using landscape pattern indexes, the integrity and connectivity of primary farmland protection zones was studied in Licheng District of Jinan City. The results showed that, except patch area standard deviation, the other indexes including average patch area, patch area variation coefficient, patch edge density, largest patch index, and mean euclidean nearest-neighbor, all indicate high connectivity of primary farmland protection zones after layout adjustment. 15Valence electron structure and properties of stabilized ZrO_2显示文摘To reveal the properties of stabilizers in ZrO2 on nanoscopic levels, the valence electron structures of four stable ZrO2 phases and c-ZrO2 were analyzed on the basis of the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules. The results showed that the hybridization levels of Zr atoms in c-ZrO2 doped with Ca and Mg dropped from B17 to B13, the hybridization levels of Zr atoms in c-ZrO2 doped with Y and Ce dropped from B17 to B15, and that the four stabilizing atoms all made the hybridization levels of O atoms drop from level 4 to level 2. The numbers of covalent electrons in the strongest covalent bond in the descending order are c-ZrO2>Zr0.82Ce0.18O2> Zr0.82Y0.18O1.91>Zr0.82Mg0.18O1.82>Zr0.82Ca0.18O1.82. The bond energies of the strongest covalent bond and the melting points of the solid solutions in the descending order are Zr0.82Ce0.18O2> c-ZrO2>Zr0.82Y0.18O1.91>Zr0.82Mg0.18O1.82>Zr0.82Ca0.18O1.82. The percent-ages of the total number of covalent electrons in the descending order are c-ZrO2>Zr0.82Y0.18O1.91> Zr0.82Ce0.18O2>Zr0.82Mg0.18O1.82> Zr0.82Ca0.18O1.82. 16EFFECTS OF JIANG TANG FANG LONG FORMULA ON INSULIN PRODUCTION AND FUNCTION IN AN ANIMAL MODEL OF DIABETIC HEARING LOSS显示文摘Objective To study the influence of Jiang Tang Fang Long formula on insulin production and function in an animal model of diabetic hearing loss. Methods Wistar rats(n=60) were randomly divided into 6 groups(10 in each) to receive no treatment(the normal control, Group A), or to receive intra-peritoneal 55 mg/kg streptozotocin with(Groups C, D and E) or without(Group B) subsequent Jiang Tang Fang Long formula treatment at various doses or Yu Long Wan treatment(Group F). After 60 days, fasting blood glucose(FBG), body weight(BW) and fasting insulin(FINS) were recorded and the HOMA-IR and HOMA-β calculated. Insulin expression in pancreatic tissues was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with animals that received streptozotocin without rescue treatment(Group B), animals that received higher doses of Jiang Tang Fang Long formula(Groups D and E) showed improved indices of diabetes manifestation(P<0.05) and improved HOMA-β(P<0.05) in a dose-dependent manner, as well as improved insulin expression in pancreatic islets(P<0.05). The difference between low dose Jiang Tang Fang Long formula treatment(Group C) and Group B was not significant(P>0.05). 18Valence electron structure of the(ZrTi)B_2 solid solutions calculated by the three models显示文摘The Zr-rich(Zr0.8Ti0.2)B2 and the Ti-rich(Ti0.8Zr0.2)B2 solid solutions are formed when TiB2 and ZrB2 are hot-pressed.To forecast the properties of the two solid solutions,their valence electron structure was analyzed based on the empirical electron theory(EET) of solids and molecules.We used three different models,the average atom model,the average cell model and the real cell model,and compared with the calculation results from the three models.In the real cell model,the lattice constants of the solid solu-tions were supposed to be changed or unchanged.The results showed that different models could only result in slight change in the hybridization levels of the metal atoms in the two solid solutions and little difference between the calculation values.However,they can not change the variant trend of the va-lence electron structure nor the properties of the solid solutions.Thus,the three models and the methods are appropriate and the calculation results are reasonable and consistent.LI JinPing,HAN JieCai,MENG SongHe & WANG BaoLin Center for Composite Materials,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin150001,China 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,5:0
19Complex effects of different types of acid rain on root growth of Quercus acutissima and Cunninghamia lanceolata saplings显示文摘Background:Soil acidification caused by acid rain(AR)can damage plant roots,which in turn negatively impacts plant health.In response to changing AR types,research efforts to elucidate their specific impacts on plants have become intense.Methods:For this study,we investigated the effects of simulated sulfuric,nitric,and mixed AR on the root systems of Quercus acutissima Carr.and Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.under different acidity levels.Results:As the AR S/N ratio and pH decreased,the height growth rate(HGR),basal diameter growth rate(DGR),total root length(TRL)and total root surface area(TRS)of C.lanceolata decreased,whereas the TRL and TRS of Q.acutissima remained the same.When the NO_(3)^(−)concentration in AR was increased,the root activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities of C.lanceolata roots revealed a downward trend;however,the root activity of Q.acutissima and the peroxidase(POD)activity of C.lanceolata roots revealed an upward trend.Further,redundant analysis and structural equation models indicated that AR pH had a greater impact on the HGR of Q.acutissima than that of C.lanceolata,while the impact of the AR S/N ratio on C.lanceolata growth rates was greater than that of Q.acutissima.Conclusions:Our results suggested that the root systems of different tree species had variable responses to AR,and the AR S/N ratio was an important factor affecting plant root growth.This might facilitate new strategies for the culti‑vation and protection of plantations in the future.Xin Liu Shilin Ma Zhaohui Jia Muhammad Ramzan Miaojing Meng Jinping Wang Chong Li Yinlong Zhang Jinchi Zhang 2022Ecological Processes2022,11,1:0
20辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)热休克因子家族(CaHsfs)全基因组分析、表达谱分析及CaHsfA2的鉴定显示文摘背景:热休克因子(Hsf)在植物生长和防御过程中具有重要作用。辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)是重要的蔬菜作物,其产量和质量受高温、盐渍及渗透胁迫等环境胁迫影响而严重降低。尽管辣椒基因组测序已经完成,但Hsf家族在非生物胁迫条件下的作用尚不明确。结果:通过生物信息学分析及PCR检测,在辣椒基因组中共鉴定出25个CaHsf。根据Hsf的保守结构域,CaHsf可分为3类,分别是CaHsf A、CaHsf B和CaHsf C;除第11号染色体外,该家族基因在其他11条染色体上均有分布;除CaHsf A5外,该家族蛋白均能形成蛋白互作网络。据辣椒栽培种CM334的转录组数据,大部分CaHsf基因在根、茎、叶、果皮、胎座等组织中不止一处表达。q RT-PCR表明,除耐热株系R9叶片中的CaHsfC1外,所有CaHsf均响应高温胁迫(40℃,2 h);且其表达模式与热敏株系B6的CaHsf表达模式不同。许多CaHsf也受到盐胁迫、渗透胁迫、外源Ca^(2+)、腐胺、ABA和茉莉酮酸甲酯的调控。此外,CaHsfA2定位于细胞核,且具有转录活性,具有Hsf的典型特征。随时间变化,CaHsfA2响应高温胁迫的表达谱表明,CaHsfA2在辣椒热敏株系B6与耐热株系R9中的表达模式与表达水平均不相同。结论:从辣椒基因组中鉴定了25个Hsf,多数响应高温胁迫、盐胁迫、渗透胁迫及外源物质,为进一步研究辣椒CaHsf在各非生物胁迫中的功能及相应的信号转导途径奠定了基础。Guo Meng Lu Jinping Zhai Yufei Chai Weiguo Gong Zhenhui Lu Minghui 刘越 孔秋生 2017辣椒杂志2017,,1:0
