1Influence of Low Load Truncation Level on Crack Growth for Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451显示文摘Tests with middle-crack tension(M(T)) specimens made of Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451 are conducted to investigate the influence of low load truncation level on fatigue crack growth.The six different truncated spectra are obtained by removing the small cycles of which amplitudes are less than the specified percentages of the maximum amplitude in the basic flight-by-flight loading spectrum and the remainder of the spectrum is untouched.The tests indicate that the mean level of fatigue crack growth life(FCGL) increases as the load truncation level is enhanced.Considering both the time saving and the influence on FCGL,there is an applicable choice(i.e.spectrum S2 or spectrum S3 in this investigation) for full scale fatigue test.The scatter of FCGL becomes much larger than that under the basic spectrum when the load truncation level is increased to a specified high level,mainly due to the occurrence of crack slanting and branching under the high level truncated loading spectra.Tian Hailing Bao Rui Zhang Jianyu Zheng Xiaoling Fei Binjun 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:8
2In vitro testicular organogenesis from human fetal gonads produces fertilization-competent spermatids显示文摘Unlike most organs that mature during the fetal period,the male reproductive system reaches maturity only at puberty with the commencement of spermatogenesis.Robust modelling of human testicular organogenesis in vitro would facilitate research into mechanisms of and factors affecting human spermatogenic failure and male fertility preservation in prepubertal tumor patients.Here,we report successful recapitulation of human testicular organogenesis in vitro from fetal gonadal ridge.Our model displayed the formation of mature seminiferous epithelium and self-renewing spermatogonia.Remarkably,in vitro-derived haploid spermatids have undergone meiotic recombination,and showed increased genetic diversity as indicated by genetic analysis.Moreover,these spermatids were able to fertilize oocytes and support subsequent blastocyst formation.The in vitro testicular organogenesis system described here will play an important role in elucidating the regulation of human testis development and maintaining male fertility in prepubertal cancer patients.Yan Yuan Laihua Li Qing Cheng Feiyang Diao Qiao Zeng Xiaoyu Yang Yibo Wu Hao Zhang Mingqian Huang Junqing Chen Quan Zhou Yunfei Zhu Rong Hua Jianyu Tian Xin Wang Zuomin Zhou Jie Hao Jinjin Yu Dong Hua Jiayin Liu Xuejiang Guo Qi Zhou Jiahao Sha 2020Cell Research2020,30,3:6

4Stabilizing black-phase CsPbI_(3) under over 70% humidity显示文摘Recently,all-inorganic perovskites have attracted attention due to good thermal stability[1−12].Among them,CsPbI3 has the most desirable optical bandgap(~1.7 eV)for applications in optoelectronic devices[13−16].In general,making black-phase CsPbI3 film requires a high-temperature annealing up to 320℃[17,18],which inevitably raises energy consumption.Though being made at high temperature,the resulting black-phase(αorβphase)CsPbI3 film still suffers from an un-desirable phase transition under ambient conditions[19,20].Sev-eral strategies have been developed to lower the annealing temperature(90-100℃)[20−26],it is still challenging to stabilize black-phase CsPbI3 under ambient condition with high humidity and without a tedious annealing process.Herein,we developed a simple crystal redissolution(CR)strategy to make stable black-phase CsPbI3 film in ambient air with high humidity and without post-annealing.4-N,N-dimethylamino-4ʹ-Nʹ-methyl-stilbazolium tosylate(DAST)can chemically interact with CsPbI3 to reduce the formation energy of black-phase and inhibit CsPbI3 to undergo black-to-yellow phase transition.Tian Tian Meifang Yang Jianyu Yang Wuqiang Wu Liming Ding 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,3:0

7Amorphous vanadium oxides for electrochemical energy storage显示文摘Vanadium oxides have attracted extensive interest as electrode materials for many electrochemical energy storage devices owing to the features of abundant reserves,low cost,and variable valence.Based on the in-depth understanding of the energy storage mechanisms and reasonable design strategies,the performances of vanadium oxides as electrodes for batteries have been significantly optimized.Compared to crystalline vanadium oxides,amorphous vanadium oxides(AVOs)show many unique properties,including large specific surface area,excellent electrochemical stability,lots of defects and active sites,fast ion kinetics,and high elasticity.This review gives a comprehensive overview of the recent progress on AVOs for different energy storage systems,such as alkali metal ion batteries,multivalent ion batteries,and supercapacitors with a special focus on the preparation strategies.The basic mechanisms for energy storage performance improvements of AVOs as compared to their crystalline counterparts are also introduced.Finally,challenges faced by AVOs are discussed and future development prospects are also proposed.This review aims to provide a comprehensive knowledge of AVOs and is expected to promote the development of high-performance electrodes for batteries.Qian He Zibo Chen Xingyu Niu Xuran Han Tian Kang Jianyu Chen Yanwen Ma Jin Zhao 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
