1Raman tensor of AlN bulk single crystal显示文摘The angle dependence of optical phonon modes of an AlN bulk single crystal from the m-plane(1100) and c-plane(0001) surfaces, respectively, is investigated by polarized Raman spectroscopy in a backscattering configuration at room temperature. Corresponding Raman selection rules are derived according to measured scattering geometries to illustrate the angle dependence. The angle-dependent intensities of phonon modes are discussed and compared to theoretical scattering intensities, yielding the Raman tensor elements of A1(TO), E22, E1(TO), and A1(LO) phonon modes and the relative phase difference between the two complex elements of A1(TO). 2Annual variations of black carbon over the Yangtze River Delta from 2015 to 2018显示文摘In this study,the black carbon (BC) measurements in the atmosphere of Nanjing,China were continuously conducted from 2015 to 2018 using a Model AE-33 aethalometer.By combining dataset of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),CO,NO_2,SO_2,O_3 and meteorological parameters,the temporal variations and the source apportionment of BC were given in this study.The results showed that the PM_(2.5) mass concentrations decreased in Nanjing,with an average annual rate of variation of 6.50μg/(m^3·year).Differently,the annual average concentrations of BC increased with an average annual variation rate of 214.71 ng/(m^3·year).The seasonal variations showed the pattern of BC mass concentrations in winter>autumn>spring>summer.The diurnal variations of BC mass concentrations showed a double-peak in all four seasons.The first peak occurred at approximately 7:00 in spring,summer and autumn and around 8:00 in winter.The second peak took place after 18:00.The average AAE (absorption ?ngstr?m exponent) was 1.26 with a maximum of 1.35 during wintertime and the lowest(1.12) during summertime.In addition,the AAE was smaller in the daytime than that at night,with a minimum occurring between 13:00 and 14:00.BC and visibility show a good power-function relationship at different humidity levels.The average values of the visibility thresholds of the BC mass concentrations in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 1.326,5.522,1.340 and 0.708μg/m^3,respectively.The greater the relative humidity,the smaller the visibility threshold for the BC mass concentrations was.Yue Tan Honglei Wang Shuangshuang Shi Lijuan Shen Chen Zhang Bin Zhu Song Guo zhijun Wu Ziyi Song Yan Yin Ankang Liu 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,10:8
3Characterization of the aerosol chemical composition during the COVID-19 lockdown period in Suzhou in the Yangtze River Delta,China显示文摘To control the spread of COVID-19,rigorous restrictions have been implemented in China,resulting in a great reduction in pollutant emissions.In this study,we evaluated the air quality in the Yangtze River Delta during the COVID-19 lockdown period using satellite and ground-based data,including particle matter(PM),trace gases,water-soluble ions(WSIs) and black carbon(BC).We found that the impacts of lockdown policy on air quality cannot be accurately assessed using MODIS aerosol optical depth(AOD) data,whereas the tropospheric nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2)) vertical column density can well reflect the influences of these restrictions on human activities.Compared to the pre-COVID period,the PM_(2.5),PM_(10),NO_(2),carbon monoxide(CO),BC and WSIs during the lockdown in Suzhou were observed to decrease by 37.2%,38.3%,64.5%,26.1%,53.3% and 58.6%,respectively,while the sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)) and ozone(O_(3)) increased by 1.5% and 104.7%.The WSIs ranked in the order of NO_(3)~->NH_(4)^(+)>SO_(4)^(2-)>Cl~->Ca^(2+)>K^(+)>Mg^(2+)>Na + during the lockdown period.By comparisons with the ion concentrations during the pre-COVID period,we found that the ions NO 3-,NH 4 +,SO_(4)^(2-),Cl~-,Ca^(2+),K^(+) and Na^(+) decreased by 66.3%,48.8%,52.9%,56.9%,57.9% and 76.3%,respectively,during the lockdown,in contrast to Mg^(2+),which increased by 30.2%.The lockdown policy was found to have great impacts on the diurnal variations of Cl~-,SO_(4)^(2-),Na^(+) and Ca^(2+).Honglei Wang Qing Miao Lijuan Shen Qian Yang Yezheng Wu Heng Wei Yan Yin Tianliang Zhao Bin Zhu Wen Lu 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,4:8

6Inhibitive effect on apoptosis in splenic lymphocytes of mice pretreated with Lingzhi (GanodermaLucidum) spores显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate how the pretreatment of mice with Ganoderma spores affected the apoptosis of their splenic lymphocytes induced by dexamethasone after 19 days treatment.METHODS: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups: blank control groupdrenched with normal saline; a drug control group drenched with 150 mg/mL Ganoderma spores; a model group treated with saline; a low dose group with50 mg/mL Ganoderma spores; a moderate dose group with 100 mg/mL Ganoderma spores; and a high dose group with 150 mg/mL Ganoderma spores. The effect of Ganoderma spores on apoptosis in spleen lymphocytes was analyzed. All groups were treated for 19 days. On day 20, the model group and the 3 treatment groups were intraperitoneally injected dexamethasone to induce apoptosis. Splenic index and apoptosis indes were employed to measure cell apoptosis.RESULTS: The results showed that Ganoderma spores reduced the splenic index to different degrees in each group and the best effect was seen in the high dose group(P<0.05).Terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated 2'-Deoxyuridine5'-Triphosphate nick end labeling staining revealed that the apoptotic index in all groups administered Ganoderma spores differed significantly from the model group, and a dose-response was observed.Flow cytometric analysis indicated that spleen lymphocyte apoptosis in the model group was extensive. Each dose of Ganoderma spores inhibited dexamethasone-induced apoptosis in spleen lymphocytes, and a dose-response was observed as well. 7Task Graph Reduction Algorithm for Hardware/Software Partitioning显示文摘Hardware/software(HW/SW) partitioning is one of the key processes in an embedded system.It is used to determine which system components are assigned to hardware and which are processed by software.In contrast with previous research that focuses on developing efficient heuristic,we focus on the pre-process of the task graph before the HW/SW partitioning in this paper,that is,enumerating all the sub-graphs that meet the requirements.Experimental results showed that the original graph can be reduced to 67% in the worst-case scenario and 58% in the best-case scenario.In conclusion,the reduced task graph saved hardware area while improving partitioning speed and accuracy.LI Hui LIU Wenjui WU Jigang JIANG Guiyuan HAN Honglei 2012Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2012,17,2:2
8QTL mapping of drought tolerance traits in soybean with SLAF sequencing显示文摘Drought stress is an important factor affecting soybean yield.Improving drought tolerance of soybean varieties can increase yield and yield stability when the stress occurs.Identifying QTL related to drought tolerance using molecular marker-assisted selection is able to facilitate the development of drought-tolerant soybean varieties.In this study,we used a high-yielding and drought-sensitive cultivar‘Zhonghuang 35’and a drought-tolerant cultivar‘Jindou 21’to establish F6:9 recombinant inbred lines.We constructed a highdensity genetic map using specific locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-Seq)technology.The genetic map contained 8078 SLAF markers distributing across 20 soybean chromosomes with a total genetic distance of 3780.98 c M and an average genetic distance of0.59 c M between adjacent markers.Two treatments(irrigation and drought)were used in the field tests,the Additive-Inclusive Composite Interval Mapping(ICIM-ADD)was used to call QTL,and plant height and seed weight per plant were used as the indicators of drought tolerance.We identified a total of 23 QTL related to drought tolerance.Among them,seven QTL(q PH2,q PH6,q PH7,q PH17,q PH19-1,q PH19-2,and q PH19-3)on chromosomes 2,6,7,17,and 19 were related to plant height,and five QTL(q SWPP2,q SWPP6,q SWPP13,q SWPP17,and q SWPP19)on chromosomes 2,6,13,17,and 19 were related to seed weight and could be considered as the major QTL.In addition,three common QTL(q PH6/q SWPP6,q PH17/q SWPP17,and q PH19-3/q SWPP19)for both plant height and seed weight per plant were located in the same genomic regions on the same chromosomes.Three(q PH2,q PH17,and q PH19-2)and four novel QTL(q SWPP2,q SWPP13,q SWPP17,and q SWPP19)were identified for plant height and seed weight per plant,respectively.Two pairs of QTL(q PH2/q SWPP2 and q PH17/q SWPP17)were also common for both plant height and seed weight per plant.These QTL and closely linked SLAF markers could be used to accelerate breeding for drought tolerant cultivars via MAS.Honglei Ren Jianan Han Xingrong Wang Bo Zhang Lili Yu Huawei Gao Huilong Hong Rujian Sun Yu Tian Xusheng Qi Zhangxiong Liu Xiaoxia Wu Li-Juan Qiu 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,6:2
9Placenta-derived IL-32β activates neutrophils to promote preeclampsia development显示文摘Immune activation at the maternal-fetal interface is a main pathogenic factor of preeclampsia(PE).Neutrophils(PMNs)are activated in PE patients,but the mechanism and consequences of PMN activation need to be further explored.Here,we demonstrated that interleukin-32(IL-32)expression was significantly upregulated in syncytiotrophoblasts(STBs)and that IL-32β was the major isoform with increased expression in the placenta of severe PE(sPE)patients.Furthermore,the level of IL-32 expression in the placenta was correlated with its level in the serum of sPE patients,indicating that IL-32 in the serum is derived mainly from the placenta.Then,in vitro experiments showed that IL-32β could highly activate PMNs and that these IL-32β-activated PMNs were better able to adhere to endothelial cells(HUVECs)and enhance the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in HUVECs,which could be reversed by preincubation with the NADPH oxidase inhibitor VAS 2870.In addition,we showed that IL-32β mainly activated PMNs by binding to proteinase 3.Finally,IL-32β administration induced a PE-like phenotype in a pregnant mouse model.This study provides evidence of the involvement of IL-32β in the pathogenesis of PE.Dan Liu Qiang Li Hailin Ding Guangfeng Zhao Zhiyin Wang Chenrui Cao Yimin Dai Mingming Zheng Xiangyu Zhu Qianwen Wu Ya Wang Honglei Duan Huirong Tang Xianyan Lu Yayi Hou Yali Hu 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,4:2
10Dual-conductive metal-organic framework@MXene heterogeneity stabilizes lithium-ion storage显示文摘Although a few pristine metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) of graphene analogue topology exhibit high intrinsic electrical conductivity, their use in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is still hampered by unfavorable Li+adsorption energy(ΔEa). In this paper, an electroconductive ferrocene-based MOF@MXene heterostructure is built to provide stable anodes for Li+storage. Charge density difference and planar average potential charge density show substantial redistribution of charges at the interfaces, transferring from MXene to MOF layers. Moreover, density functional theory(DFT) calculations reveal that the interaction between MXene and MOF significantly increases the ΔEa. As a result, the heterostructure anode exhibits high capacities and outstanding cycling stability with a capacity retention of 80% after 5000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1), outperforming mono-component MXene and MOF. Furthermore, the heterostructure anode is built into a full cell with a commercial NCM 532 cathode, delivering a high energy density of 611 Wh kg^(-1)and power density of 7600 W kg^(-1). 19Profile Interpretation of Extremely Long Alleles at DYF387S1 and DYS447 Migrated into Allele Range of Adjacent Loci显示文摘Two rare cases of long alleles at Y‑chromosome short tandem repeat(Y‑STR)loci(DYF387S1 and DYS447)were identified when two father-son pairs were analyzed by multiplex amplification.“Null alleles”were observed at DYF387S1 and DYS447,and duplicated alleles were displayed at DYS533 and DYS19.We secondly amplified DYF387S1,DYS533,DYS447,and DYS19 loci by singleplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and sequence analysis of the long alleles at DYF387S1 and DYS447 loci.The results showed that alleles from DYF387S1(allele 55)and DYS447(allele 41)were longer than their common sizes in the allelic ladder ranges(33-42 for DYF387S1 and 18-30 for DYS447)and located in the neighboring loci(DYS533 and DYS19,respectively).Therefore,to identify these cases involving this unusual phenomenon,not only re‑amplification using the same kit but also additional amplification(using alternative multiplex kits with different adjoining markers or additional singleplex PCR amplification)should be performed to avoid misinterpreting Y‑STR profiles.Wei‑Wei Wu Honglei Hao Dejian Lu Hailun Nan 2019Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2019,5,3:0
