1Abundance of antibiotic resistance genes and their association with bacterial communities in activated sludge of wastewater treatment plants: Geographical distribution and network analysis显示文摘Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) are deemed reservoirs of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs). Bacterial phylogeny can shape the resistome in activated sludge. However, the co-occurrence and interaction of ARGs abundance and bacterial communities in different WWTPs located at continental scales are still not comprehensively understood. Here, we applied quantitative PCR and Miseq sequence approaches to unveil the changing profiles of ARGs(sul1, sul2, tet W, tet Q, tet X), int I1 gene, and bacterial communities in 18 geographically distributed WWTPs. The results showed that the average relative abundance of sul1 and sul2 genes were 2.08 × 10^(-1) and 1.32 × 10^(-1) copies/16 S rRNA copies, respectively. The abundance of tet W gene was positively correlated with the Shannon diversity index(H′), while both studied sul genes had significant positive relationship with the int I1 gene. The highest average relative abundances of sul1, sul2, tet X, and int I1 genes were found in south region and oxidation ditch system. Network analysis found that 16 bacterial genera co-occurred with tet W gene. Co-occurrence patterns were revealed distinct community interactions between aerobic/anoxic/aerobic and oxidation ditch systems. The redundancy analysis model plot of the bacterial community composition clearly demonstrated that the sludge samples were significant differences among those from the different geographical areas,and the shifts in bacterial community composition were correlated with ARGs. 2Convolutional Neural Networks Based Indoor Wi-Fi Localization with a Novel Kind of CSI Images显示文摘Indoor Wi-Fi localization of mobile devices plays a more and more important role along with the rapid growth of location-based services and Wi-Fi mobile devices.In this paper,a new method of constructing the channel state information(CSI)image is proposed to improve the localization accuracy.Compared with previous methods of constructing the CSI image,the new kind of CSI image proposed is able to contain more channel information such as the angle of arrival(AoA),the time of arrival(TOA)and the amplitude.We construct three gray images by using phase differences of different antennas and amplitudes of different subcarriers of one antenna,and then merge them to form one RGB image.The localization method has off-line stage and on-line stage.In the off-line stage,the composed three-channel RGB images at training locations are used to train a convolutional neural network(CNN)which has been proved to be efficient in image recognition.In the on-line stage,images at test locations are fed to the well-trained CNN model and the localization result is the weighted mean value with highest output values.The performance of the proposed method is verified with extensive experiments in the representative indoor environment.Haihan Li Xiangsheng Zeng Yunzhou Li Shidong Zhou Jing Wang 2019China Communications2019,16,9:7
3Wireless channel feature extraction via GMM and CNN in the tomographic channel model显示文摘Wireless channel modeling has always been one of the most fundamental highlights of the wireless communication research.The performance of new advanced models and technologies heavily depends on the accuracy of the wireless CSI(Channel State Information).This study examined the randomness of the wireless channel parameters based on the characteristics of the radio propagation environment.The diversity of the statistical properties of wireless channel parameters inspired us to introduce the concept of the tomographic channel model.With this model,the static part of the CSI can be extracted from the huge amount of existing CSI data of previous measurements,which can be de ned as the wireless channel feature.In the proposed scheme for obtaining CSI with the tomographic channel model,the GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)is applied to acquire the distribution of the wireless channel parameters,and the CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)is applied to automatically distinguish di erent wireless channels.The wireless channel feature information can be stored oine to guide the design of pilot symbols and save pilot resources.The numerical results based on actual measurements demonstrated the clear diversity of the statistical properties of wireless channel parameters and that the proposed scheme can extract the wireless channel feature automatically with fewer pilot resources.Thus,computing and storage resources can be exchanged for the nite and precious spectrum resource.Haihan Li Yunzhou Li Shidong Zhou Jing Wang 2017Journal of Communications and Information Networks2017,2,1:6
4Effects of artificially induced complete mixing on dissolved organic matter in a stratified source water reservoir显示文摘Naturally complete mixing promotes the spontaneous redistribution of dissolved oxygen(DO),representing an ideal state for maintaining good water quality,and conducive to the biomineralization of organic matter.Water lifting aerators(WLAs)can extend the periods of complete mixing and increase the initial mixing temperature.To evaluate the influence of artificial-induced continuously mixing on dissolved organic matter(DOM)removal performance,the variations of DOM concentrations,optical characteristic,environmental factors were studied after approaching the total mixing status via WLAs operation.During this process,the dissolved organic carbon reduced by 39.18%,whereas the permanganate index decreased by 20.47%.The optical properties indicate that the DOM became more endogenous and its molecular weight decreased.Based on the results of the Biolog Eco Plates,the microorganisms were maintained at a relatively high metabolic activity in the early stage of induced mixing when the mixing temperature was relatively high,whereas DOM declined at a high rate.With the continuous decrease in the water temperature,both the metabolic capacity and the diversity of aerobic microorganisms significantly decreased,and the rate of organic matter mineralization slowed down.The results of this study demonstrate that the artificial induced mixing largely enhanced the removal DOM performance by providing a long period of aerobic conditions and higher initial temperature.Lingyun Zhao Nan Li Tinglin Huang Haihan Zhang Fan Si Kai Li Yunzhi Qi Fengyao Hua Cheng Huang 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1:5
5A Learning-Based Channel Model for Synergetic Transmission Technology显示文摘It is extensively approved that Channel State Information(CSI) plays an important role for synergetic transmission and interference management. However, pilot overhead to obtain CSI with enough precision is a significant issue for wireless communication networks with massive antennas and ultra-dense cell. This paper proposes a learning- based channel model, which can estimate, refine, and manage CSI for a synergetic transmission system. It decomposes the channel impulse response into multiple paths, and uses a learning-based algorithm to estimate paths' parameters without notable degradation caused by sparse pilots. 7Static CSI Extraction and Application in the Tomographic Channel Model显示文摘In this paper, the statistical properties of parameters of each path in wireless channel models are analyzed to prove that there is the static part in channel state information(CSI) which can be extracted from huge amounts of CSI data. Based on the analysis, the concept of the Tomographic Channel Model(TCM) is presented. With cluster algorithms, the static CSI database can be built in an off-line manner. The static CSI database can provide prior information to help pilot design to reduce overhead and improve accuracy in channel estimation. A new CSI prediction method and a new channel estimation method between different frequency bands are introduced based on the static CSI database. Using measurement data, the performance of the new channel prediction method is compared with that of the Auto Regression(AR) predictor. The results indicate that the prediction range of the new method is better than that of the AR method and the new method can predict with fewer pilot symbols. 8NirS-type denitrifying bacteria in aerobic water layers of two drinking water reservoirs: Insights into the abundance, community diversity and co-existence model显示文摘The nirS-type denitrifying bacterial community is the main drivers of the nitrogen loss process in drinking water reservoir ecosystems.The temporal patterns in nirS gene abundance and nirS-type denitrifying bacterial community harbored in aerobic water layers of drinking water reservoirs have not been studied well.In this study,quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)and Illumina Miseq sequencing were employed to explore the nirS gene abundance and denitrifying bacterial community structure in two drinking water reservoirs.The overall results showed that the water quality parameters in two reservoirs had obvious differences.The qPCR results suggested that nirS gene abundance ranged from(2.61±0.12)×10^(5) to(3.68±0.16)×10^(5) copies/mL and(3.01±0.12)×10^(5) to(5.36±0.31)×10^(5) copies/mL in Jinpen and Lijiahe reservoirs,respectively.The sequencing results revealed that Paracoccus sp.,Azoarcus sp.,Dechloromonas sp.and Thauera sp.were the dominant genera observed.At species level,Cupriavidus necator,Dechloromonas sp.R-28400,Paracoccus denitrificans and Pseudomonas stutzeri accounted for more proportions in two reservoirs.More importantly,the co-occurrence network analysis demonstrated that Paracoccus sp.R-24615 and Staphylococcus sp.N23 were the keystone species observed in Jinpen and Lijiahe reservoirs,respectively.Redundancy analysis indicated that water quality(particularly turbidity,water temperature,pH and Chlorophyll a)and sampling time had significant influence on the nirS-type denitrifying bacterial community in both reservoirs.These results will shed new lights on exploring the dynamics of nirS-type denitrifying bacteria in aerobic water layers of drinking water reservoirs.Haihan Zhang Yinjie Shi Tinglin Huang Rongrong Zong Zhenfang Zhao BenMa Nan Li Shangye Yang Mengqiao Liu 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:1

10Enhanced AC Fault Ride-through Control for MMC-integrated System Based on Active PCC Voltage Drop显示文摘When a renewable energy station(RES)connects to the rectifier station(RS)of a modular multilevel converterbased high-voltage direct current(MMC-HVDC)system,the voltage at the point of common coupling(PCC)is determined by RS control methods.For example,RS control may become saturated under fault,and causes the RS to change from an equivalent voltage source to an equivalent current source,making fault analysis more complicated.In addition,the grid code of the fault ride-through(FRT)requires the RES to output current according to its terminal voltage.This changes the fault point voltage and leads to RES voltage regulation and current redistribution,resulting in fault response interactions.To address these issues,this study describes how an MMC-integrated system has five operation modes and three common characteristics under the duration of the fault.The study also reveals several instances of RS performance degradation such as AC voltage loop saturation,and shows that RS power reversal can be significantly improved.An enhanced AC FRT control method is proposed to achieve controllable PCC voltage and continuous power transmission by actively reducing the PCC voltage amplitude.The robustness of the method is theoretically proven under parameter variation and operation mode switching.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through MATLAB/Simulink results.Haihan Ye Wu Chen Heng Wu Wu Cao Guoqing He Guanghui Li 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,4:0
11Water-lifting and aeration system improves water quality of drinking water reservoirs: Biological mechanism and field application显示文摘Reservoirs have been served as the major source of drinking water for dozens of years.The water quality safety of large andmedium reservoirs increasingly becomes the focus of public concern.Field test has proved that water-lifting and aeration system(WLAS)is a piece of effective equipment for in situ control and improvement of water quality.However,its intrinsic bioremediation mechanism,especially for nitrogen removal,still lacks in-depth investigation.Hence,the dynamic changes inwater quality parameters,carbon source metabolism,species compositions and co-occurrence patterns ofmicrobial communitieswere systematically studied in Jinpen Reservoir within a wholeWLAS running cycle.TheWLAS operation could efficiently reduce organic carbon(19.77%),nitrogen(21.55%)and phosphorus(65.60%),respectively.Biolog analysis revealed that the microbialmetabolic capacitieswere enhanced viaWLAS operation,especially in bottomwater.High-throughput sequencing demonstrated that WLAS operation altered the diversity and distributions of microbial communities in the source water.The most dominant genus accountable for aerobic denitrification was identified as Dechloromonas.Furthermore,network analysis revealed that microorganisms interacted more closely through WLAS operation.Oxidation-reduction potential(ORP)and total nitrogen(TN)were regarded as the two main physicochemical parameters influencing microbial community structures,as confirmed by redundancy analysis(RDA)and Mantel test.Overall,the results will provide a scientific basis and an effective way for strengthening the in-situ bioremediation of micro-polluted source water.Liqing Kou Tinglin Huang Haihan Zhang Kai Li Fengyao Hua Cheng Huang Xiang Liu Fan Si 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,7:0
12Temporal patterns of algae in different urban lakes and their correlations with environmental variables in Xi’an,China显示文摘Urban lakes were critical in aquatic ecology environments,but how environmental factors affected the distribution and change characteristics of algal communities in urban lakes of Xi’an city was not clearly.Here,we investigated the algal community structure of six urban lakes in Xi’an and evaluated the effects of water quality parameters on algae.The results indicated that the significant differences on physicochemical parameters existed in different urban lakes.The maximum concentration of total phosphorus in urban lakes was(0.18±0.01)mg/L and there was a phenomenon of phosphorus limitation.In addition,51 genera of algae were identified and Chlorella sp.was the dominant algal species,which was affiliated with Chlorophyta.Network analysis elucidated that each lake had a unique algal community network and the positive correlation was dominant in the interaction between algae species,illustrating that mature microbial communities existed or occupied similar niches.Redundancy analysis illustrated that environmental factors explained 47.35% variance of algal species-water quality correlation collectively,indicating that water quality conditions had a significant influence on the temporal variations of algae.Structural equation model further verified that algal community structure was directly or indirectly regulated by different water quality conditions.Our study shows that temporal patterns of algal communities can reveal the dynamics and interactions of different urban ecosystem types,providing a theoretical basis for assessing eutrophication levels and for water quality management.Shengnan Chen Hanyan Liu Haihan Zhang Kai Li Na Wang Weimin Sun Xiang Liu Limin Niu Ben Ma Fan Yang Haiyun Li Daijuan Zhao Yan Xing 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,11:0
13Platinum Wire Implants Coated with PEDOT/Carbon Nanotube Conducting Polymer Films in the Brain of Rats: A Histological Evaluation显示文摘Platinum (Pt) implants coated with poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/carbon nanotube (PEDOT/CNT) composite films were implanted into the brain of rats, and the brain response was evaluated 6 weeks after the implantation. The surface morphology of Pt implants with and without the PEDOT/CNT coating was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). After 6 weeks post-implantation, the expression of laminin (vascular endothelial marker) and neuronal nuclei (NeuN, neuronal marker) were evaluated by immnohistochemistry. It is revealed that the obvious improvements of the surface density of blood vessels and neurons aound the Pt implants with the coating, which were evidenced by laminin and NeuN staining in the zone within the distance of 150 μm to the implant interface. 14Homocysteine impedes neurite outgrowth recovery after intracerebral haemorrhage by downregulating pCAMK2A显示文摘Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)is independently associated with poorer long-term prognosis in patients with intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH);however,the effect and mechanisms of HHcy on ICH are still unclear.Here,we evaluated neurite outgrowth and neurological functional recovery using simulated models of ICH with HHcy in vitro and in vivo.We found that the neurite outgrowth velocity and motor functional recovery in the ICH plus HHcy group were significantly slower than that in the control group,indicating that homocysteine(Hcy)significantly impedes the neurite outgrowth recovery after ICH.Furthermore,phosphoproteomic data and signalome analysis of perihematomal brain tissues suggested that calmodulin-dependent protein kinases 2(CAMK2A)kinase substrate pairs were significantly downregulated in ICH with HHcy compared with autologous blood injection only,both western blot and immunofluorescence staining confirmed this finding.Additionally,upregulation of pCAMK2A significantly increased neurite outgrowth recovery in ICH with HHcy.Collectively,we clarify the mechanism of HHcy-hindered neurite outgrowth recovery,and pCAMK2A may serve as a therapeutic strategy for promoting neurological recovery after ICH.Guangyu Guo Jingfei Yang Wenliang Guo Hong Deng Haihan Yu Shuang Bai Gaigai Li Yingxin Tang Ping Zhang Yuming Xu Chao Pan Zhouping Tang 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:0
15Boosting photocatalytic hydrogen production via interfacial engineering over a Z-scheme core/shell heterojunction显示文摘Designing high efficacy photocatalysts is a promising way to improve solar fuel production efficiency.In this work,we prepared a core/shell composite of loose ZnCr layered double hydroxide nanosheets modified CdS nanorods for efficient visible light driven photocatalytic hydrogen production.The highest hydrogen production rate achieved 425.8μmol·h^(−1) without adding any noble metal cocatalyst under the visible light stimulus,which is 22.4 times that of 1 wt.%Pt-modified CdS.The corresponding apparent quantum yield is 13.9%at 420 nm.It is revealed that the synergistic actions of the interfacial redox shuttle of Cr^(3+)/Cr^(δ+)and the interfacial electric field enable the efficient separation of photoinduced charge carriers between two components via a Z-scheme energy band configuration.Meanwhile,with the hydrogen evolution contribution of Zn^(2+),a remarkable improvement in photocatalytic performance was achieved in contrast to bare CdS.This work provides an effective methodology to construct highly efficient and economically viable photocatalysts for solar H_(2)production and mechanistic study.Bing Luo Jinghua Li Wei Wang Chaoqian Ai Haihan Zhang Yuxin Zhao Dengwei Jing 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
