1Spraying printing of liquid metal electronics on various clothes to compose wearable functional device显示文摘Liquid metal printing is emerging as an important tool for making wearable electronics. However, very limited academic efforts were made to fulfill such an increasing need. This paper is dedicated to present relatively complete theoretical and experimental characterizations for liquid metal spraying printing towards developing wearable electronic textile. The practical conditions of liquid metal droplets in the spraying printing process such as the jet velocity, the size distribution of droplets and their evenness degree, the morphology of droplets and their unrolling areas after impacting the substrate are quantified. The dominating factors, including the oxidation of liquid metal and the pressure force on cloth substrate during the impacting process, which ensure liquid metal firmly adhere to the cloth, are clarified. Further, various clothes are comparatively investigated to test their capabilities in printing liquid metal conductors, where the resistance difference can be over thousand-fold. In addition to interpreting the basic mechanisms and performances of the spraying printing, two programmable flexible circuits with specifically designed functions such as blinking LED lighting and wireless infrared temperature measurement via current manufacture technology were also demonstrated and evaluated for their washable ability. 2Design and simulation of an innovative cylinder fabricated by selective laser melting显示文摘Additive Manufacturing(AM) processing has attracted wide attention due to its advantages, e.g., rapid prototyping and free design. In aeronautic and astronautic engineering, it is especially attractive to apply AM processing, especially Selective Laser Melting(SLM), into primary structures that always occupy most of the whole mass of aircraft or spacecraft. In this paper, an innovative lattice sandwich structure that is suitable to be manufactured with SLM is adopted to design the typical cylinder under axial compression. Firstly, the mechanical properties of pyramidal lattice are investigated, and the bearing capacity of the lattice sandwich cylinder is given analytically for each failure mode. Secondly, a composite cylinder is re-designed in the form of lattice sandwich structure, which sizes are ultimately obtained through optimization. Finally, finite element model of the innovative cylinder is established and several kinds of imperfection are introduced to simulate the defects caused by SLM. Numerical result shows that the lattice sandwich design can obviously enhance the bearing capacity of cylindrical shell even though the original one is designed with composite material. 3Containment Control of Fractional Order Multi-Agent Systems With Time Delays显示文摘In complex environments, many distributed multiagent systems are described with the fractional-order dynamics.In this paper, containment control of fractional-order multiagent systems with multiple leader agents are studied. Firstly,the collaborative control of fractional-order multi-agent systems(FOMAS) with multiple leaders is analyzed in a directed network without delays. Then, by using Laplace transform and frequency domain theorem, containment consensus of networked FOMAS with time delays is investigated in an undirected network, and a critical value of delays is obtained to ensure the containment consensus of FOMAS. 4Analysis of characteristics and predictive factors of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:We aimed to retrospectively analyze the toxicity profiles and predictors of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)as well as the correlation between irAEs and the clinical efficacy of multi-type immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in patients with advanced pan-cancer in a real-world setting.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed data from 105 patients with advanced pan-cancer treated with multi-type ICIs at the First Hospital of Jilin University between January 1,2016 and August 1,2020.We used logistic regression analyses to investigate the associations of irAEs with clinical baseline characteristics,blood count parameters,and biochemical indicators during treatment.Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to determine cutoff values for parameters and area under the curve values.Kaplan–Meier and Cox multivariate regression analyses were performed to estimate the relationships of baseline characteristics and irAEs with progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).Results:A lower relative lymphocyte count(cutoff=28.5%),higher albumin level(cutoff=39.05 g/L),and higher absolute eosinophil count(AEC)(cutoff=0.175×10^(9)/L)were significantly associated with the occurrence of irAEs,among which a higher AEC(cutoff=0.205×10^(9)/L)was strongly associated with skin-related irAEs[odds ratios(ORs)=0.163,P=0.004].Moreover,a higher lactate dehydrogenase level(cutoff=237.5 U/L)was an independent predictor of irAEs of grade≥3(OR=0.083,P=0.023).In immune cell subgroup analysis,a lower absolute count of CD8+CD28−suppressor T cells(OR=0.806;95%confidence interval:0.643–1.011;P=0.062),which are regulatory T lymphocytes,was associated with the occurrence of irAEs,although the difference was not statistically significant.Furthermore,a higher percentage of CD19+B cells was associated with the occurrence of irAEs of grade≥3(P=0.02)and grade≥2(P=0.051).In addition,patients with any grade of irAE had a significantly high PFS(8.37 vs.3.77 months,hazard ratios(HR)=2.02,P=0.0038)and OS(24.77 vs.13.83 months,HR=1.84;P=0.024).Conclusions:This retrospective study reports clinical profile data for irAEs in unselected patients in a real-world setting and explored some parameters that may be potential predictive markers of the occurrence,type,or grade of irAEs in clinical practice.Evidence of a correlation between safety and efficacy may facilitate a complete assessment of the risk-benefit ratio for patients treated with ICIs.Rilan Bai Naifei Chen Xiao Chen Lingyu Li Wei Song Wei Li Yuguang Zhao Yongfei Zhang Fujun Han Zheng Lyu Jiuwei Cui 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4
5Approaching 18%efficiency of ternary organic photovoltaics with wide bandgap polymer donor and well compatible Y6:Y6-1O as acceptor显示文摘A series of ternary organic photovoltaics(OPVs)are fabricated with one wide bandgap polymer D18-Cl as donor,and well compatible Y6 and Y6-1O as acceptor.The open-circuit-voltage(V_(OC))of ternary OPVs is monotonously increased along with the incorporation of Y6-1O,indicating that the alloy state should be formed between Y6 and Y6-1O due to their excellent compatibility.The energy loss can be minimized by incorporating Y6-1 O,leading to the V_(OC)improvement of ternary OPVs.By finely adjusting the Y6-1O content,a power conversion efficiency of 17.91%is achieved in the optimal ternary OPVs with 30 wt%Y6-1O in acceptors,resulting from synchronously improved short-circuit-current density(JSC)of 25.87 mA cm^(-2),fill factor(FF)of 76.92%and V_(OC)of 0.900 V in comparison with those of D18-Cl:Y6 binary OPVs.The JSC and FF improvement of ternary OPVs should be ascribed to comprehensively optimal photon harvesting,exciton dissociation and charge transport in ternary active layers.The more efficient charge separation and transport process in ternary active layers can be confirmed by the magnetophotocurrent and impedance spectroscopy experimental results,respectively.This work provides new insight into constructing highly efficient ternary OPVs with well compatible Y6 and its derivative as acceptor.Xiaoling Ma Anping Zeng Jinhua Gao Zhenghao Hu Chunyu Xu Jae Hoon Son Sang Young Jeong Caixia Zhang Mengyang Li Kai Wang He Yan Zaifei Ma Yongsheng Wang Han Young Woo Fujun Zhang 2021National Science Review2021,8,8:3
6Preparation of Dy-Fe Alloy from Dy2O3 Bymolten Salt Electrochemical Process显示文摘Dy-Fe alloy replace dysprosium in the NdFeB permanent material can improve the performance and productivity and cut the cost.The electrolyte is a binary system of molten DyF3-LiF.Iron is cathode and graphite is anode.The raw material is Dy2O3 oxide.The content of dysprosium is (78 ~85 ) ± 1% in the Dy-Fe alloy made by electrolyzing in the industry producing.In the course of electrolyzing the efficiency of current, the alloy formation and the productivity of rare earths by studying the formation of electrolyte, the electrolyzing temperature, the standards and the current density of cathode, the anode shape etc were studied.The conclusion is that we can produce Dy-Fe alloy (the content of dysprosium is (78 ~ 85 ) ± 1% ) in this condition, the efficiency of current is greater than 68 %, and the productivity of rare earth is greater than 92%.The content of oxygen, calcium, wolfram is smaller than the content by reducing.Lin Jirong Han Fujun Zhao Liangzhong Zhang Xiuyan Zhao Fei 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:1
7Solution-processed polymer photodetectors with trap-assisted photomultiplication显示文摘Here, we report a trap-assisted photomultiplication(PM) phenomenon in solution-processed organic photodetectors(OPDs) using poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT): indene-C60 bisadduct(ICBA) as the active layer. The maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE) is 685% for the device with 2% ICBA doping ratio, which is much higher than that of OPDs with P3HT:ICBA(1:1) as the active layer.
