1A Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae effector, Xop R, associates with receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases and suppresses PAMP-triggered stomatal closure显示文摘Receptor-like kinases(RLKs) play important roles in plant immunity signaling; thus, many are hijacked by pathogen effectors to promote successful pathogenesis. Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo) is the causal agent of rice leaf blight disease. The strain PXO99 A has 18 non-TAL(transcription activation-like) effectors; however, their mechanisms of action and host target proteins remain largely unknown. Although the effector XopR from the Xoo strain MAFF311018 was shown to suppress PAMP-triggered immune responses in Arabidopsis, its target has not yet been identified. Here, we show that PXO99 A XopR interacts with BIK1 at the plasma membrane. BIK1 is a receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase(RLCK) belonging to the RLK family of proteins and mediates PAMP-triggered stomatal immunity. In turn, BIK1 phosphorylates XopR. Furthermore, XopR suppresses PAMP-triggered stomatal closure in transgenic Arabidopsis expressing XopR. In addition, XopR is able to associate with RLCKs other than BIK1. 2Experimental Study on Measurement of Flame Temperature Distribution Using the Two-Color Method显示文摘A novel optical instrumentation system for flame characterization was developed and tested. The two-color system is capable of performing on-line measurement of flame and temperature distribution, providing temporal and spatial characterization of the combustion process. In addition, the system has the advantage of being non-intrusive. The on-line measurement of temperature distribution on a methane-air combustor revealed some interesting characteristics. When air flow rate was kept constant, an increase in CH4 flow rate would enhance the combustion intensity and elevate the flame temperature. While under constant CH4 flow rate, the increase of air flow rate would lead the measured flame temperature first to increase and then decrease. The drop of temperature might partially be caused by the heat losses due to excessive air. 6Changes in the relationship between species richness and belowground biomass among grassland types and along environmental gradients in Xinjiang, Northwest China显示文摘The association between biodiversity and belowground biomass(BGB) remains a central debate in ecology.In this study, we compared the variations in species richness(SR) and BGB as well as their interaction in the top(0–20 cm), middle(20–50 cm) and deep(50–100 cm) soil depths among 8 grassland types(lowland meadow, temperate desert, temperate desert steppe, temperate steppe desert, temperate steppe, temperate meadow steppe, mountain meadow and alpine steppe) and along environmental gradients(elevation, energy condition(annual mean temperature(AMT) and potential evapotranspiration(PET)), and mean annual precipitation(MAP)) based on a 2011–2013 survey of 379 sites in Xinjiang, Northwest China.The SR and BGB varied among the grassland types.The alpine steppe had a medium level of SR but the highest BGB in the top soil depth, whereas the lowland meadow had the lowest SR but the highest BGB in the middle and deep soil depths.The SR and BGB in the different soil depths were tightly associated with elevation, MAP and energy condition;however, the particular forms of trends in SR and BGB depended on environmental factors and soil depths.The relationship between SR and BGB was unimodal in the top soil depth, but SR was positively related with BGB in the middle soil depth.Although elevation, MAP, energy condition and SR had significant effects on BGB, the variations in BGB in the top soil depth were mostly determined by elevation, and those in the middle and deep soil depths were mainly affected by energy condition.These findings highlight the importance of environmental factors in the regulations of SR and BGB as well as their interaction in the grasslands in Xinjiang.YANG Yuling LI Minfei MA Jingjing CHENG Junhui LIU Yunhua JIA Hongtao LI Ning WU Hongqi SUN Zongjiu FAN Yanmin SHENG Jiandong JIANG Ping'an 2019Journal of Arid Land2019,11,6:0
7Effects of Low Protein Diets on Nutrient Digestibility and Excretion in Finishing Pigs显示文摘The experiment was conducted to study the effects of low protein diets on nutrient digestibility and excretion of finishing pigs. For the 30-d trial,fortytwo duroc × landrace × yorkshire( DLY) finishing pigs with the initial weight of( 91. 13 ± 1. 64) kg were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates in each group. The pigs in the two groups were fed with different crude protein( CP) levels( control groups: 15. 49% and low protein groups: 12. 59%). The results showed that:( 1) The digestibility of dry matter and crude fat( CF) in low protein groups were increased significantly( P < 0. 01),but there were no significant differences in digestibility among CP,calcium( Ca) and phosphorus( P);( 2) The digestibility of arginine( Arg) in low protein groups were 2. 02%( P <0. 05) lower than that in control groups. However,the digestibility of other amino acid were no difference between two groups;( 3) The nitrogen( N) excretion in low protein groups was 23. 96%( P < 0. 05) lower than that in control groups,but there were no significant differences in excretion among organic matter,P and Ca( P > 0. 05). 8ANISOTROPIC EQ^(ROT)_(1) FINITE ELEMENT APPROXIMATION FOR A MULTI-TERM TIME-FRACTIONAL MIXED SUB-DIFFUSION AND DIFFUSION-WAVE EQUATION显示文摘By employing EQ^(ROT)_(1) nonconforming finite element,the numerical approximation is presented for multi-term time-fractional mixed sub-diffusion and diffusion-wave equation on anisotropic meshes.Comparing with the multi-term time-fractional sub-diffusion equation or diffusion-wave equation,the mixed case contains a special time-space coupled derivative,which leads to many difficulties in numerical analysis.Firstly,a fully discrete scheme is established by using nonconforming finite element method(FEM)in spatial direction and L1 approximation coupled with Crank-Nicolson(L1-CN)scheme in temporal direction.Furthermore,the fully discrete scheme is proved to be unconditional stable.Besides,convergence and superclose results are derived by using the properties of EQ^(ROT)_(1) nonconforming finite element.What's more,the global superconvergence is obtained via the interpolation postprocessing technique.Finally,several numerical results are provided to demonstrate the theoretical analysis on anisotropic meshes.Huijun Fan Yanmin Zhao Fenling Wang Yanhua Shi Fawang Liu 2023Journal of Computational Mathematics2023,41,3:0
