2Effect of minor Sc addition on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy显示文摘Influence of Sc content on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy have been investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and slow strain rate test. The results indicate that the addition of Sc results in the formation of the quaternary coherent Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) dispersoids during homogenization treatment, which will inhibit the dynamic recrystallization behavior. The number density of Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) particles increases with the increase of Sc content, and thus the recrystallization fraction of hot-extruded alloy is reduced and the peak strength in two-stage artificial aging sample is enhanced. At the same time, the wide of precipitation free zone is reduced, and the content of Zn and Mg in grain boundary particles and precipitation free zone is increased with the increase of Sc content. In peak-aged state, the 0.06 wt% Sc added alloy shows the better stress corrosion cracking resistance than the Sc-free alloy because of the reduction of recrystallization fraction and the interrupted distribution of grain boundary precipitates along grain boundary. 3Effect of Sc addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1460 alloy显示文摘The effect of minor addition of Sc on microstructure,age hardening behavior,tensile properties and fracture morphology of 1460 alloy have been studied. It is found that Sc content increase from 0.11 wt% to 0.22 wt% is favorable for grain refinement in as-cast alloy but results in a coarsening of Cu-rich particles. The alloy with 0.11 wt% Sc exhibits enhanced mechanical properties and age hardening effect. 4Study on Compressive Properties of Z-pinned Laminates in RTD and Hygrothermal Environment显示文摘Compressive tests of [0] 12 and [90] 12 unidirectional laminates and [45/0/-45/90] 2S quasi-isotropic laminates are accomplished in both room-temperature and dry (RTD) and hygrothermal environment. And simulation studies on the compressive strength of Z-pinned laminates of [0] 12 and [45/0/-45/90] 2S are conducted by using finite element analysis (FEA). A microstructural unit cell for FEA is created to simulate a representative laminates unit with one pin. Within the unit cell, the first directions of the elements’ material coordinate systems are changed to simulate the fibres’ deflecting around the pin. The hygrothermal effect is simulated by the material properties’ adjustments which are determined by the compressive tests of non-pined laminates. The experimental results indicate that the percentage of reduction in the compressive modulus of Z-pinned laminates caused by Z-pin becomes smaller with the percentage of 0° fibres decreasing in the laminates; the compressive strength of quasi-isotropic laminates reduces and the percentage of the reduction in the compressive strength declines with Z-pin volume content increasing, and the moisture absorption ratio of the Z-pinned specimens is greater than that of the non-pinned specimens, because the cracks around Z-pin increase the moisture absorption. In addition, the simulations show that the deflection of fibres around Z-pin is the main factor for the reduction in the compressive strength of Z-pinned unidirectional laminates, the dilution of fibre volume content caused by resin-rich pocket is the principal factor for the decline in the compressive strength of Z-pinned quasi-istropic laminates, and the compressive strength of Z-pinned specimens in hygrothermal environment reduces as the result of superimposition of some factors, including the changes in material properties caused by hygrothermal environment, the deflection of fibres and the resin-rich pocket caused by Z-pin.LI Chenghu YAN Ying WANG Ping QI Desheng WEN Yonghai 2012Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2012,25,1:4
5Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a CuCrZr Welding Joint After Continuous Extrusion显示文摘The effect of continuous extrusion forming(CEF) process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a CuCrZr welding joint was investigated. The experimental results showed that after the CEF process the grains were refined to submicron-scale through dynamic recrystallization,which improved the mechanical properties of the welding joint as well as the base material. Meanwhile,the micron-scale precipitates aggregated at the grain boundaries in the welding process were broken down to smaller ones and recrystallized grains of several micrometers formed around the precipitates after CEF process,which could alleviate the negative effect induced by the micron-scale precipitates during plastic deforming process. 8Effect of Cu content on microstructure and properties of Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo damping alloy显示文摘Five Fe-16 Cr-2.5 Mo damping alloys with different Cu contents(0%,0.25%,0.5%,1.0% and 2.0%) were prepared.The microstructure was observed by scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM) and the damping behavior was measured by using a dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA).The results show that the grain size of experimental alloy with(0.25–1.0%) Cu was refined compared with the 0 Cu alloy.The Cu element is fully dissolved in the matrix and there are no Cu precipitates and carbides observed.Although the internal stress increases because of Cu addition,the damping capacity of the 0.5 Cu and1.0 Cu alloys has been significantly improved.The reason of damping improvement is that the magnetic domain structure is strongly modified.Meanwhile,the strength was improved gradually due to the Cu solid solution strengthening and grain refining.In the 2.0 Cu alloy,lots of Cu-riched particles appeared in the matrix.These Cu precipitates with 10–15 nm in size are spherical and homogeneously distributed,which strongly induce strength improvement through precipitation strengthening.On the contrary,the elongation and impact energy of the 2.0 Cu alloy decrease sharply.In addition,lots of Cu precipitates will significantly decrease the damping capacity by hindering the mobility of domain walls.Xiaofeng Hu Yubin Du Desheng Yan Lijian Rong 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,5:2
9Fabrication and Microwave Absorption Properties of Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)-NiFe_2O_4 Nanocomposite显示文摘Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)-NiFe_2O_4 nanocomposite was performed with partially reducing NiFe_2O_4 nanoparticles in Ar/H_2 ambient.The microwave and static magnetic properties were investigated.The results showed that the nanocomposite was characterized with enhanced microwave absorption properties.The optimal reflection loss(RL)of the nanocomposite reached-24.8 dB at 14 GHz for an absorber thickness of 1.5 mm.Meanwhile,a broad bandwidth for RL<-10 dB was obtained in the range of 3.1—15.1 GHz for an absorber thickness from1.0 to 4.0 mm.The enhancement is attributed to the increase of dielectric and magnetic loss after reducing procedure.Xu Yan Desheng Xue 2012Nano-Micro Letters2012,4,3:2
10Coarsening Behavior of Al_3(Sc, Zr) Precipitates and Its Influence on Recrystallization Temperature of Al-Mg-Sc-Zr Alloy显示文摘Effects of intermediate annealing temperature and time after hot working on recrystallization temperature (Tr) of Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy subjected to further cold working were investigated. It was found that Tr of cold worked alloy dropped with the rise of intermediate annealing temperature or extension of annealing time, due to coarsening of Al3(Sc, Zr) particles during intermediate annealing. After annealed at 550°C for 1 h or 475°C for 50 h, Tr is nearly same as that in a Sc, Zr free 5A06 alloy. Coarsening mechanism was also discussed. After hot rolling, residual dislocations promoted diffusion of Sc and Zr atoms at the elevated temperature of the intermediate annealing. 17The deubiquitylase UCHL3 maintains cancer stem-like properties by stabilizing the aryl hydrocarbon receptor显示文摘Cancer stem cells(CSCs)exhibit highly aggressive and metastatic features and resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)expression varies among non-small cell lung cancers(NSCLCs),and the mechanisms that support abnormal AhR expression in CSCs remain elusive.Here,we identified ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase L3(UCHL3),a DUB enzyme in the UCH protease family,as a bona fide deubiquitylase of the AhR in NSCLC.UCHL3 was shown to interact with,deubiquitylate,and stabilize AhR in a manner dependent on its deubiquitylation activity.Moreover,we showed that UCHL3 promotes the stem-like characteristics and potent tumorigenic capacity of NSCLC cells.UCHL3 increased AhR stability and the binding of AhR to the promoter regions of the“stemness”genes ATP-binding cassette subfamily G member 2(ABCG2),KLF4,and c-Myc.Depletion of UCHL3 markedly downregulated the“stemness”genes ABCG2,KLF4,and c-Myc,leading to the loss of selfrenewal and tumorigenesis in NSCLCs.Furthermore,the UCHL3 inhibitor TCID induced AhR degradation and exhibited significantly attenuated efficacy in NSCLC cells with stem cell-like properties.Additionally,UCHL3 was shown to indicate poor prognosis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.In general,our results reveal that the UCHL3 deubiquitylase is pivotal for AhR protein stability and a potential target for NSCLC-targeted therapy.Lianlian Ouyang Bin Yan Yating Liu Chao Mao Min Wang Na Liu Zuli Wang Shouping Liu Ying Shi Ling Chen Xiang Wang Yan Cheng Ya Cao Desheng Xiao Lingqiang Zhang Shuang Liu Yongguang Tao 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:1
18The cross-talk between methylation and phosphorylation in lymphoid-specific helicase drives cancer stem-like properties显示文摘Posttranslational modifications(PTMs)of proteins,including chromatin modifiers,play crucial roles in the dynamic alteration of various protein properties and functions including stem-cell properties.However,the roles of Lymphoid-specific helicase(LSH),a DNA methylation modifier,in modulating stem-like properties in cancer are still not clearly clarified.Therefore,exploring PTMs modulation of LSH activity will be of great significance to further understand the function and activity of LSH.Here,we demonstrate that LSH is capable to undergo PTMs,including methylation and phosphorylation.The arginine methyltransferase PRMT5 can methylate LSH at R309 residue,meanwhile,LSH could as well be phosphorylated by MAPK1 kinase at S503 residue.We further show that the accumulation of phosphorylation of LSH at S503 site exhibits downregulation of LSH methylation at R309 residue,which eventually promoting stem-like properties in lung cancer.Whereas,phosphorylation-deficient LSH S503A mutant promotes the accumulation of LSH methylation at R309 residue and attenuates stem-like properties,indicating the critical roles of LSH PTMs in modulating stem-like properties.Thus,our study highlights the importance of the crosstalk between LSH PTMs in determining its activity and function in lung cancer stem-cell maintenance.Na Liu Rui Yang Ying Shi Ling Chen Yating Liu Zuli Wang Shouping Liu Lianlian Ouyang Haiyan Wang Weiwei Lai Chao Mao Min Wang Yan Cheng Shuang Liu Xiang Wang Hu Zhou Ya Cao Desheng Xiao Yongguang Tao 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:0
19Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Crustal Deformation in the Yunnan Area Using GPS显示文摘Based on the GPS velocity field data of 1999-2007 and 2011-2013,we used the least squares configuration method and GPS velocity profile results to synthetically analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics of crustal deformation in the Yunnan area before and after the Wenchuan earthquake. The dynamic evolution of GPS velocity field shows that the direction is gradually changed from the south in the southern part of the SichuanYunnan block to the south-west in the southern Yunnan block and there is a clear relative motion characteristic near the block boundary fault zone. Compared with the GPS velocity of 1999-2007,the results of 2011-2013 also reflect segmental deformation characteristics of the block boundary fault zone. Southeast movement shows a significant increase,which may be related to crustal deformation adjustment after the Wenchuan earthquake. The dynamic evolution of strain parameters shows a pattern of'extension in the middle and compression at both ends'in the whole area and the distribution of deformation(shear,extension or compression)is closely related to the background motion and deformation characteristics of the main fault zone. Compared with the results of the period of 1999-2007,the extensional deformation zone of 2011-2013 is expanded eastward and southward. The compressional deformation of the eastern boundary(the Xiaojiang fault zone)of the Sichuan-Yunnan block is no longer significant,which is mainly concentrated in the northern section of the Xiaojiang fault zone and may be related to the post-seismic deformation adjustment of the Wenchuan earthquake. The GPS velocity profile results show that the left-lateral slip velocity of the Xiaojiang fault zone reduced gradually from north to south(10 mm/a-5 mm/a),and the width of the northern section is wider. The right-lateral slip rate of the Honghe fault zone is about 4 mm/a,and the deformation width is wider.
