| 1 | Modeling and Simulation on Axial Piston Pump Based on Virtual Prototype Technology显示文摘A particular emphasis is placed on the virtual prototype technology(VPT) of axial piston pump.With this technology it is convenient and flexible to build a complicated 3D virtual based on real physical model.The actual kinematics pairs of the parts were added on the model.The fluid characters were calculated by hydraulic software.The shape of the parts, the flexible body of parts, etc were improved in this prototype.So the virtual prototype of piston pump can work in computer like a real piston pump, and the flow ripple, pressure pulsation, motion principle, stress of parts, etc can be investigated.The development of the VPT is introduced at the beginning, and the modeling process of the virtual prototype is explained.Then a special emphasis is laid on the relationship between the dynamics model and the hydraulic model, and the simulations on the flow ripple, pressure pulsation, motion principle, the stress and strain distribution of the middle shaft and piston are operated.Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the VPT are discussed.The improved virtual prototype of piston pump more tally with the real situation and the VPT has a great potential in simulation on hydraulic components. | ZHANG Bin XU Bing XIA Chunlin YANG Huayong | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,1: | 29 |

| 3 | XPS Studies of Magnetic Multilayers显示文摘NiOx/N81Fe19 and Co/AlOx/Co magnetic multilayers were fabricated by reactive RF/DC magnetron sputtering on clean glass substrates and oxidized Si (100) substrates, respectively. The exchange biasing field (Hex) between NiOx, and Ni81Fe19 as a function of NiOx, oxidation states was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The oxidation states and the oxide thickness of Al layers in magnetic multilayer films consisting of Co/AlOx/Co were also analyzed. It is found that the Hex of NiOx/Ni81Fe19 films only depends on Ni2+ but not on Ni3+ or Ni. The bottom Co can be completely covered by depositing an Al layer thicker than 2.0 nm. | 5 | Genetic and Breeding Progress Analysis on Five Pure Lines of Dahen Broiler显示文摘To timely modify breeding scheme and improve selection efficiency of Dahen broiler,genetic and breeding progress analysis on five pure lines was conducted. The results showed that the selection on breeding goal traits of each line was effective since 14 generations,especially the selection on growth traits did not cause adverse influence on reproductive performance. After the 6 thgeneration,main performances of each line maintained in higher level,but the breeding progress obviously declined. | 6 | Astrocyte reactivity in related brain regions in a mouse model of MPTP-induced Parkinson's disease显示文摘BACKGROUND:Severe injury to dopaminergic neuronal cell bodies and their axon terminals in the substantia nigra pars compacta(SNC) has been observed in both Parkinson's disease(PD) patients or in 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrindine(MPTP)-induced PD animal models, but only slight injury occurs in the adjacent ventral tegmental area(VTA).The mechanisms underlying this selective injury remain poorly understood. OBJECTIVE:To comparatively observe astrocyte reactivity in the SNC,caudate putamen(CPu), VTA,and frontal association cortex(FrA). DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A cellular and molecular biology,randomized,controlled experiment was performed at the Institute of Neurobiology,Department of Human Anatomy, Medical School of Nantong University,between December 2006 and September 2008. MATERIALS:A total of 80 healthy adult male C57BL/6 mice were included in this study.MPTP was purchased from Sigma,USA. METHODS:Mice were randomly divided into a model group(n=64) and a sham-operated group (n=16).PD was induced in the mice from the model group by intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg/kg MPTP,once every three hours,for a total of 4 times. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)-immunoreactive neurons and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)-immunoreactive astrocytes were examined by dual immunofluorescence labeling.GFAP-immunoreactive astrocytes in the CPu and FrA were determined by immunofluorescent staining.GFAP mRNA expression in the SNC,CPu,VTA,and FrA was detected using real-time polymerase chain reaction.TH protein levels in the TH-immunoreactive axon terminals of the CPu and FrA were detected by Western blotting. RESULTS:Numbers of TH-immunoreactive neurons in the SNC,and TH protein level in the CPu, markedly decreased(by approximately 68%) 1 day after MPTP injection,and gradually increased at 3 days.Simultaneously,astrocyte reactivity was strengthened,in particular at 7 days.However, after MPTP injection,decreases in the numbers of TH-immunoreactive neurons in the VTA,and TH protein levels in the FrA,were less apparent(approximately 15%).Also,no obvious astrocyte reactivity was observed. | 11 | Report on the Breeding of Dahen 799 Broilers显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve the production efficiency of dark-shank partridge-like plumage high-quality broilers and ensure animal welfare,so as to meet the development needs of China’s yellow-feather broiler industry.[Methods]Sichuan Animal Science Academy and Sichuan Dahen Poultry Breeding Co.,Ltd.formed a joint breeding research team.The team bred Dahen 799 broiler complete set line with local chicken breeds as the main material and improving production efficiency,stabilizing meat quality and flavor and achieving autosexing of chicks as the main breeding goals by modern poultry breeding technologies,after 10 years and 8 generations.[Results]The Dahen 799 broiler complete set line was approved by National Commission of Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources in December 2020.The 66-week-old egg production of the breed reached 189 eggs.For the commercial generation,cocks and hens showed 10-week-old weights of 2668 and 2269 g,respectively;the feed conversion ratio was 2.26-2.35;the survivability was 96.7%-97.2%;and the average intramuscular fat contents of cocks and hens were in the range of 1.8%-2.1%,and the inosinic acid contents were in the range of 2.3-3.2 mg/g.The production performance and meat flavor of Dahen 799 broilers were better than Dahen 699 broilers,Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens and two other social breeds.Compared with Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens,the egg production at the age of 66 weeks increased by 47 eggs;the average weight of cocks and hens of the commercial generation at 10 weeks increased by 45.21%;and the autosexing rate of chicks of the commercial generation reached 99.3%.[Conclusions]Dahen 799 broilers have the advantages of good production performance,high feed conversion ratio and excellent meat flavor and the characteristic of autosexing which other breeds do not have,and can fully meet the industrial development needs of dark shanks and partridge-like plumage broilers. | Chaowu YANG Chunlin YU Mohan QIU Zengrong ZHANG Chenming HU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Xia XIONG Shiliang ZHU Siyang LIU Xiaosong JIANG | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,3: | 0 |

| 15 | Small RNA Sequencing Reveals Differentially Expressed piRNAs Related to Hypoxia in Tibetan Chickens显示文摘The relevance of genetic mechanism to the phenotype of hypoxic adaptation remains elusive.Tibetan chickens typically used to investigate the mechanism for the adaptation of hypoxia and the recognition of hypoxia-related piRNA remains an open issue.The purpose of this study was to illustrate whether the piRNAs were related to hypoxic adaptation.First of all,the differentially expressed piRNAs(DEpiRNAs)were identified through RNA sequencing between the Tibetan chickens and Daheng broilers.Subsequently,the target genes of DEpiRNAs were predicted and annotated by software.The network was constructed by Cytoscape.In our study,a total of 277 DEpiRNAs(33 down-regulated,244 up-regulated)were identified in the Tibetan chickens compared with the Daheng broilers.All of the 277 DEpiRNAs predicted 36658 targeted genes.Gene Ontology(GO)analysis showed that the target genes were significantly enriched in the biological process correlated with proliferation and apoptosis of cells,including cell cycle,mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization,and positive regulation of stress-activated mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis implicated that the DEpiRNAs were mainly involved in immune and metabolism,including natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity,toll-like receptor signaling pathway and fatty acid metabolism.Furthermore,a predicted network with four piRNAs acted on 11 pathways via interacting with 22 target genes,in which piR-gga-1368839 regulated metabolic pathways by acting on DHCR24.In conclusion,we determined the DEpiRNAs in the Tibetan chickens and found that these piRNAs were associated with metabolism,which may be favorable for researching the biological adaptation to hypoxic stress. | Zengrong ZHANG Xiaosong JIANG Mohan QIU Chunlin YU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Han PENG Xia XIONG Xiaoyan SONG Chenming HU Jialei CHEN Chaowu YANG | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4: | 0 |

| 18 | Fengyun-4 Geostationary Satellite-Based Solar Energy Nowcasting System and Its Application in North China显示文摘Surface solar irradiance(SSI)nowcasting(0-3 h)is an effective way to overcome the intermittency of solar energy and to ensure the safe operation of grid-connected solar power plants.In this study,an SSI estimate and nowcasting system was established using the near-infrared channel of Fengyun-4A(FY-4A)geostationary satellite.The system is composed of two key components:The first is a hybrid SSI estimation method combining a physical clear-sky model and an empirical cloudy-sky model.The second component is the SSI nowcasting model,the core of which is the derivation of the cloud motion vector(CMV)using the block-matching method.The goal of simultaneous estimation and nowcasting of global horizontal irradiance(GHI)and direct normal irradiance(DNI)is fulfilled.The system was evaluated under different sky conditions using SSI measurements at Xianghe,a radiation station in the North China Plain.The results show that the accuracy of GHI estimation is higher than that of DNI estimation,with a normalized root-mean-square error(nRMSE)of 22.4%relative to 45.4%.The nRMSE of forecasting GHI and DNI at 30-180 min ahead varied within 25.1%-30.8%and 48.1%-53.4%,respectively.The discrepancy of SSI estimation depends on cloud occurrence frequency and shows a seasonal pattern,being lower in spring-summer and higher in autumn-winter.The FY-4A has great potential in supporting SSI nowcasting,which promotes the development of photovoltaic energy and the reduction of carbon emissions in China.The system can be improved further if calibration of the empirical method is improved. | Chunlin HUANG Hongrong SHI Ling GAO Mengqi LIU Qixiang CHEN Disong FU Shu WANG Yuan YUAN Xiang′ao XIA | 2022 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,8: | 0 |
